| 3 | Energy Management Strategy Considering Multi-time-scale Operational Modes of Batteries for the Grid-connected Microgrids Community显示文摘The advantages and promoting applications of the microgrids community(MGC)allows for a critical step being taken toward a smart grid.An energy management strategy(EMS)is essential to intelligently coordinate the operations of the MGC.This paper presents a multi-time-scale EMS consid-ering battery operational modes for grid-connected MGCs.The proposed strategy consists of two modules:day-ahead integrated optimization and realtime distributed compensation.The first module aims to minimize the operational cost of the MGC considering battery free-overcharging protecting.This problem is solved by the mixed integer linear programming(MILP)sim-ulating two charging/discharging modes:limited-current mode and constant-voltage mode.The second module is installed in local MGs to correct the optimizing deviations of the day-ahead static scheduling,which are caused by predicting errors of renewable energy and loads.The main contribution of this work is integrating the advantages of global optimization of the centralized method and the fast computing speed of the distributed method.Experimental results prove the proposed EMS is feasible and effective.The computing time at each updating step is reduced by 75%on average,which has the potential to be adopted in engineering. | Xiaowen Xing Lili Xie Hongmin Meng Xin Guo Lei Yue Josep M.Guerrero | 2020 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,1: | 1 |
| 4 | The Effect of Curcumin on Proliferation and Apoptosis in LNCaP Prostate Cancer Cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of curcumin on proliferation and apop-tosis in the prostate cancer LNCaP cell line. METHODS The AXSYMTM system luciferase method was used to examine the effect of various concentratious of curcumin on the content of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in prostate cancer LNCaP cells. A pGL3-PSA luciferase expression vector, containing 640 bp DNA of the PSA gene 5' -promoter region was constructed and transfected into the LNCaP cells with lipofectin. By measuring luciferase activity, the effect of 10 μmol/L, 20 μmol/L, 30 and 40 μmol/L curcumin on the promoter was studied. Effects on cell growth and apoptosis were analyzed by microscopy, the MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometry. Western-blotting was used to measure expression of the androgen receptor (AR) in the LNCaP cells treated with different concentrations of curcumin. RESULTS The results showed that the expression of PSA was inhibited as curcumin reduced the activity of luciferase. Curcumin also caused a sigificant concentration-dependent decrease in AR expession measured by Western -blotting. Cell growth was inhibited and apoptosis was induced. CONCLUSION By inhibiting AR expression, curcumin reduced the function of the PSA promoter and inhibited PSA protein expression. | 6 | Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of a New Table Use Purple-fleshed Sweetpotato Cultivar,Xuzishu 2显示文摘Xuzishu 2 is a new high-quality table use purple-fleshed sweetpotato cultivar bred from hybrid progenies of AIS35-2 × Xushu 22-5 by Jiangsu Xuzhou Sweetpotato Research Center. In the sweetpotato variety regional trial of Jiangsu Province during 2007- 2008,average fresh storage root yield was 30 185. 3kg / hm2; average dry matter content was 29. 26%; average dry storage root yield was 8 868. 7 kg/hm2. In the sweetpotato variety production test of Jiangsu Province,average fresh storage root yield was 30 683. 9 kg / hm2; average dry storage root yield was 9 399. 0 kg/hm2. Multi-location sampling analysis in the regional trial indicated that the anthocyanin content in fresh storage roots was 104. 6 μg / g. Xuzishu 2 was approved by Crop Variety Approval Committee of Jiangsu Province in March 2010,which exhibited high fresh storage root yield,sweet taste,high anthocyanin content,good commodity,root rot resistance,and was tolerant to moisture and easy to store. In this paper, the impactincrement based state enumeration(IIBSE) method is modified to adapt to the features of distribution systems. With the proposed method, the expectation, probabilistic, and duration reliability indices can be accurately obtained with a lower enumerated order of contingency states. In addition, the time-consuming optimal power flow(OPF) calculation can be replaced by a simple matrix operation for both independent and radial series failure states. Therefore, the accuracy and efficiency of the assessment process are improved comprehensively. The case of RBTS bus 6 system and IEEE 123 node test feeder system are utilized to test the performance of the modified IIBSE. | 8 | Manganese-Fluorouracil Metallodrug Nanotheranostic for MRI-Correlated Drug Release and Enhanced Chemoradiotherapy显示文摘For cancer therapy,drug delivery systems are often limited by insufficient drug loading capacity,which usually results in systemic toxicity and heavy metabolic burden to excrete the carriers.Herein,we reported a“one-pot”method for constructing metal(Mn^(2+))–fluorouracil(FU)-coordinated nanotheranostics(Mn-FU)by self-assembly of FU(as bridging ligands)and Mn^(2+)(as metal nodes)through Mn–N/O coordination interactions.Importantly,owing to the effective coordination between Mn and FU,Mn-FU exhibits high drug loading efficacy(47.7 wt%),encapsulation efficacy(82.6%),and relatively large yield(1 g/pot).In acidic tumor microenvironments,efficient release of FU and Mn^(2+)is realized because of nitrogen protonation.The released FU and Mn^(2+)from Mn-FU are used for chemotherapy and turn on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),respectively,achieving MRI-correlated drug release.After PEG modification,Mn-FU displays high tumor homing ability via enhanced permeability and retention effects and quick renal clearance owing to the disassembly in acidic biological conditions.As a result,Mn-FU substantially enhances the synergistic effects of chemoradiotherapy.Meanwhile,the systemic toxic side effects of free FU-based chemoradiotherapy were greatly reduced through this nanotheranostic.Our strategy offers a facile way to construct metallodrug nanotheranostics for efficient cancer theranostics. | Chan Yang Guosheng Song Haifeng Yuan Yue Yang Yuqi Wang Deju Ye Hongmin Meng Shuangyan Huan Xiao-Bing Zhang | 2021 | CCS Chemistry2021,3,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Copper-thioguanine metallodrug with self-reinforcing circular catalysis for activatable MRI imaging and amplifying specificity of cancer therapy显示文摘For chemotherapy, drug delivery systems often suffer from the inefficient drug loading capability, which usually cause systems toxicity and extra burden to excrete carrier itself. Moreover, the cancer therapeutic efficacy is also greatly limited by the specificity of tumor microenvironment for reactive oxygen species(ROS) based cancer therapeutic strategy(e.g., chemodynamic therapy). Herein, we have developed metal-drug coordination nanoplatform that can not only be responsive to tumor microenvironment but also modulate it, so as to achieve efficient treatment of cancer. Excitingly, by employing small molecule drug(6-thioguanine) as ligand copper ions, we achieve a high drug loading rate(60.1%) and 100% of utilization of metal-drug coordination nanoplatform(Cu-TG). Interestingly, Cu-TG possessed high-efficiently horseradish peroxidase-like, glutathione peroxidase-like and catalase-like activity. Under the tumor microenvironment, Cu-TG exhibited the self-reinforcing circular catalysis that is able to amplify the cellular oxidative stress, inducing notable cancer cellular apoptosis. Moreover, Cu-TG could be activated with glutathione(GSH) and facilitated for GSH triggered 6-TG release, higher selective therapeutic effect toward cancer cells, and GSH activated T1 weight-magnetic resonance imaging. | 10 | Dual-readout test strips platform for portable and highly sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase in human serum samples显示文摘In this work,a very simple dual-readout lateral flow test strip(LFTS)platform was developed for sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)based on a portable device.In this assay,quantum dots(QDs)conjugated with bovine serum albumin(QDs-BSA)were chosen as fluorescence signal labels.In the absence of ALP,MnO_(2)nanosheets aggregate on the test line and exhibit an obvious brown color,which can be observed by naked eyes to realize semi-qualitative analysis.Meanwhile,fluorescence intensity of QDs-BSA can also be effectively quenched by MnO_(2)nanosheets due to inner-filter effect.Correspondingly,in the presence of ALP,ALP can catalyze the hydrolysis of ascorbic acid 2-phosphate(AAP)to generate L-ascorbic acid(AA),which can reduce MnO_(2)into Mn^(2+),accompanying with the obvious fluorescence recovery of the QDs.By simply monitoring the change of colorimetric and fluorescent signal on the test line,trace amount of ALP can be quantitatively detected.Under the optimal conditions,measurable evaluation of ALP was reached in a linear range from 1 U/L to 20 U/L with a detection limit of 0.7 U/L based on fluorescence signal.Furthermore,this colorimetric/fluorescent dual-readout assay was successfully applied to monitor ALP in human serum samples,showing its great potential as a point of care biosensor for clinical diagnosis. | Juanzu Liu Hongmin Meng Lin Zhang Shasha Li Juan Chen Yi Zhang Jianjun Li Lingbo Qu Zhaohui Li | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11: | 0 |
