2Effects of the two-step ageing treatment on the microstructure and properties of 7B04 alloy pre-stretched thick plates显示文摘The effects of the two-step ageing parameters (temperature and time) on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 7B04 (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) pre-stretched thick plates were studied. The results reveal that the initial T1 ageing contributes a major increase of the tensile strength, and the 0.2% proof stress value reaches 482 MPa after ageing for 7 h at 115°C. Behavioral differences in the tensile properties of the alloy after the two-step ageing treatment were less with the first-step ageing at 115°C for different time periods (7, 14, and 21 h). The effects of the second ageing parameters on the properties and microstructure of the 7B04 alloy were remarkable. TEM analysis of the samples aged at Temper I (7 h at 115°C + 12 h at 160°C) and Temper II (7 h at 115°C + 16 h at 165°C) indicates that two kinds of phases, i.e. η′ and η phases, precipitate from the matrix and efficiently improve the tensile strength of the alloy, and the grain boundary precipitates are coarse and discrete. 3Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. 4Target classification with low-resolution radar based on dispersion situations of eigenvalue spectra显示文摘Most low-resolution radar systems, especially ground surveillance radar systems, work at relatively low pulse repeat frequency (PRF) and with short time-on-target (TOT) (duration in scanning). Low PRF leads to Doppler ambiguity and short TOT results in low Doppler resolution, which poses a problem to target classification with low-resolution radar based on the jet engine modulation (JEM) characteristic of radar echo. From the pattern classification viewpoint, we propose a method of using dispersion situations of JEM eigenvalue spectra to categorize aeroplanes into three kinds, namely turbojet aircraft, prop aircraft and helicopter. We analyze the mathematical model of JEM echoes consisting of a series of line spectra and regard them as a sum of several series of harmonious waves. Classification features can be extracted based on the harmonious wave sum model. Some schemes for extracting features from echoes within or between pulses are proposed. Low-dimensional features are extracted to reduce computation burden. Our methods do not compensate for the fuselage echoes and are insensitive to the variation of fuselage Doppler. 5Promoting ring-opening efficiency for suppressing toxic intermediates during photocatalytic toluene degradation via surface oxygen vacancies显示文摘Aromatic ring-opening process is well recognized as the rate-determining step for catalytic toluene degradation. In photocatalytic toluene degradation, the toxic intermediates w让h harmful effects may be generated. To clarify the precise reaction mechanism and control the toxic intermediates generation, a closely combined in situ DRIFTS and DFT calculation is utilized to address these important issues. We construct the BiOCl w让h oxygen vacancies (OVs) and reveal the structure of OVs. The defect level caused by oxygen vacancies could promote the light adsorption and charge separation, which further boosts the activation of ring-opening species and enhances the generation process of free radicals. The reaction energy barriers of four possible ring-opening processes on defective BiOCl (OVBOC) are all declined in comparison with perfect BiOCl (BOC). The existence of oxygen vacancies could smooth the ratedetermining step so the ring-opening efficiency of photocatalytic toluene degradation is highly increased. Most importantly, the methyl species would be further oxidized and tend to open the benzene-ring at benzoic acid on BOC while the ring would be broken at the benzyl alcohol on OVBOC. These results indicate that the toluene degradation pathway is shortened via the surface OVs, which enables the production of radicals with high oxidation capability for the accelerated chain scission of the ring-opening intermediates. Finally, the efficiency of the key ring-opening process could be enormously improved and toxic intermediates are effectively restrained. 6Conditional probability Markov chain simulation based reliability analysis method for nonnormal variables显示文摘Based on fast Markov chain simulation for generating the samples distributed in failure region and saddlepoint approximation(SA) technique,an efficient reliability analysis method is presented to evaluate the small failure probability of non-linear limit state function(LSF) with non-normal variables.In the presented method,the failure probability of the non-linear LSF is transformed into a product of the failure probability of the introduced linear LSF and a feature ratio factor.The introduced linear LSF which approximately has the same maximum likelihood points as the non-linear LSF is constructed and its failure probability can be calculated by SA technique.The feature ratio factor,which can be evaluated on the basis of multiplicative rule of probability,exhibits the relation between the failure probability of the non-linear LSF and that of the linear LSF,and it can be fast computed by utilizing the Markov chain algorithm to directly simulate the samples distributed in the failure regions of the non-linear LSF and those of the linear LSF.Moreover,the expectation and variance of the failure probability estimate are derived.The results of several examples demonstrate that the presented method has wide applicability,can be easily implemented,and possesses high precision and high efficiency.YUAN XiuKai,LU ZhenZhou & QIAO HongWei School of Aeronautics,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi’an 710072,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,5:8
7DELLA proteins interact with FLC to repress flowering transition显示文摘Flowering is a highly orchestrated and extremely ct critical process in a plant's life cycle. Previous study has ademonstrated that SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF pCONSTANS 1(SOC1) and FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT) integrate m-I the gibberellic acid(GA) signaling pathway and vernalization higpathway in regulating flowering time, but detailed molecular Hmechanisms remain largely unclear. In GA signaling pathway,DELLA proteins are a group of master transcriptional regulators, while in vernalization pathway FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC) is a core transcriptional repressor that down-regulates the expression of SOC1 and FT. Here, we report that DELLA proteins interact with FLC in vitro and in vivo, and the LHRI domains of DELLAs and the C-terminus of MADS domain of FLC are required for these interactions.Phenotypic and gene expression analysis showed that mutation of FLC reduces while over-expression of FLC enhances the GA response in the flowering process. Further,DELLA-FLC interactions promote the repression ability of FLC on its target genes. 8The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 10Selection of the best initial orbital elements of satellite based on fuzzy integration evaluation method显示文摘The fuzzy integration evaluation method (FIEM) is studied in order to select the best orbital elements from the multi-group initial orbits determined by a satellite TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry and Control) center with all kinds of data sources. By employing FIEM together with the experience of TT&C experts, the index system to evaluate the selection of the best initial orbits is established after the data sources and orbit determination theories are studied. Besides, the concrete steps in employing the method are presented. Moreover, by taking the objects to be evaluated as evaluation experts, the problem of how to generate evaluation matrices is solved. Through practical application, the method to select the best initial orbital elements has been proved to be flexible and effective. 12Finite element simulation on the deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part显示文摘The deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part was simulated based on a self-developed three-dimensional finite element model. After an investigation on forming rules, a virtual orthogonal experimental design was adopted to determine the significance of processing parameters, such as die radius, blank holder force, and friction coefficient, on the forming process. The distributions of thickness and equivalent plastic strain of the drawn part were evaluated. 13Research on flow stress of spray formed 70Si30Al alloy under hot compression deformation显示文摘The flow stress of spray formed 70Si30Al alloy was studied by hot compression on a Gleeble-1500 test machine. The experimental results indicated that the flow stress depends on the strain rate and the deformation temperature. The flow stress increases with an increase in strain rate at a given deformation temperature. The flow stress decreases with the defor- mation temperature increasing at a given strain rate. The relational expression among the flow stress, the strain rate, and the deformation temperature satisfies the Arrhenius equation. 15Synthesis of an ordered porous carbon with the dual nitrogen-doped interfaces and its ORR catalysis performance显示文摘Both nitrogen-doping feature and pore structure are critical factors for developing nitrogen-doped carbons based catalysts with a high performance toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,a simple one-step CVD of acetylene and acetonitrile vapor method using silanized SBA-15 as a template has been developed to synthesize an ordered porous carbon(OPC) with dual nitrogen-doped interfaces.The optimized sample as prepared with the CVD of 4 h at 750℃ contains two types of ordered mesopores that one type is the ordered cylindrical pores inheriting from the pores of SBA-15 and has a pore width of4.0~5.0 nm,the other type is the ordered quasi-hexagonal pores with a width of 3.0~4.0 nm produced by etching the pore walls of SBA-15.These two types of pores whose pore walls are built by the nitrogen doped carbon layers resulted by the CVD and thus it actually makes the dual nitrogen-doped interfaced OPC(DN-OPC).Meanwhile,DN-OPC contains a few of micropores and a large SSA of 1430 m~2/g.This dualordered pores and dual nitrogen-doped interfaces cannot only facilitate mass transport but also utilize the active sites of DN-OPC for ORR.Therefore,as metal-free ORR catalyst,DN-OPC exhibits a good activity close to commercial Pt/C catalyst,and an excellent durability and methanol tolerance.Hongwei Zhao Yanqiu Zhang Li Lixiang Xin Geng Haiming Yang Weimin Zhou Chengguo Sun Baigang An 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:2

18Deformation mechanism of the spray formed 70Si30Al alloy during hot compression显示文摘The deformation mechanism of the spray formed 70Si30Al alloy was studied by hot compression on a Glee-ble-1500 test machine. It is shown that hot deformation of the spray formed 70Si30Al alloy is achieved by liquid flow due to isostatic pressure and movement of solid particles due to shear force. Deformation condition depends on the nucleation rate and closure rate of the cavities. 19A novel clustered SPIO nanoplatform with enhanced magnetic resonance T2 relaxation rate for micro-tumor detection and photothermal synergistic therapy显示文摘Construction of micro tumor sensitive theranostic nanoagents that can increase the accuracy of imaging diagnosis and boost the therapeutic efficacy has been demonstrated for a promising approach for diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Herein,we reported a novel super-paramagnetic iron oxide(SPIO)based nanoplatform that possess significantly enhanced magnetic resonance property and photothermal effect for tumor theranostic purpose.This polyethylene glycol with four phenylboronic acid(PEG-B4)/CNTs@porphyrin(ph)/SPIO(BCPS)nanoplatform was simply prepared via integrated SPIO,ph,and a novel dendrimer with PEG liner and four PBA groups(PEG-B4)on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs).Subsequently,a significant T2 relaxation rate enhanced can be achieved by the reduced accessibility of water to SPIO clustering.Moreover,the synergetic enhanced photothermal from BCPS nanoplatform contributed to better photothermal effect for cancer therapy.Furthermore,the targeting ability to sialic acid overexpressed tumor was further introduced from phenylboronic acid from PEG-B4.We showed that BCPS nanoplatform could not only selectively identify solid tumors and detect micro-sized metastatic tumor(1 mm)in the liver,but also effectively ablate tumors in a xenograft model,thereby achieving a complete cure rate of 100%at low laser dose.Our results highlight the potential of BCPS nanoplatform for accurate micro-tumor diagnosis and effective tumor therapy.Hongwei Lu Yongjing Xu Ruirui Qiao Ziwei Lu Pin Wang Xindan Zhang An Chen Liming Zou Zhongling Wang 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:1
