1Preparation and characterization of highly active nanosized strontium-doped lanthanum cobaltate catalysts with high surface areas显示文摘La1?xSrxCoO3?δ (x=0, 0.4) nanoparticles have been prepared using the citric acid complex-ing-hydrothermal synthesis coupled method and citric acid complexing method. The physico-chemical properties of these materials were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HRSEM), element analysis (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS), oxygen temperature-programmed desorption (O2-TPD), hydrogen temperature-programmed re-duction (H2-TPR) as well as surface area measure-ments and oxidation state titration. Their catalytic performance was examined for the total oxidation of ethylacetate (EA). It is found that the La1?xSrxCoO3?δ (x=0, 0.4) catalysts were single-phase and rhombo-hedrally-structured perovskites and their surface ar-eas ranged from 16 to 26 m2/g. The Sr-doped sample derived from the coupled procedure was uniformly distributed nanoparticles with a short rod-shaped morphology. The doping of Sr (i) enhanced the con-centrations of Co3+ and oxygen vacancies, (ii) in-creased the amount of oxygen adsorbed on the sur-face at low temperatures, (iii) promoted the mobility of lattice oxygen, and (iv) improved the properties of redox. The La0.6Sr0.4CoO2.78 catalyst prepared by the citric acid complexing-hydrothermal synthesis cou-pled strategy performed the best in the oxidation of EA, furthermore no partially oxidized products were formed. 3Surface Micro-Nano Structures on GaN Thin Films Induced by 355 nm Nanosecond Laser Irradiation显示文摘Gallium nitride(GaN)has widespread applications in the semiconductor industry because of its desirable optoelectronic properties.The fabrication of surface structures on GaN thin films can effectively modify their optical and electrical properties,providing additional degrees of freedom for controlling GaN-based devices.Compared with lithography-based techniques,laser processing is maskless and much more efficient.This paper shows how surface micronano structures can be produced on GaN thin films using 355 nm nanosecond laser irradiation.The effects of the laser pulse energy,number of pulses,and polarization direction were studied.It was found that distinct micro-nano structures were formed under different irradiation conditions,and their geometries and elemental compositions were analyzed.The results indicate that different types of surface micro-nano structures can be produced on GaN thin films in a controllable manner using 355 nm nanosecond laser irradiation.The results of our study provide valuable guidance for the surface modification of GaN-based optoelectronic devices.Gu Yonggang Niu Jian Yang Jian Dong Fang Xu Hongxing 2023激光与光电子学进展2023,60,7:0
4Genomic landscape of mitochondrial DNA insertions in 23 bat genomes:characteristics,loci,phylogeny,and polymorphism显示文摘The transfer of mitochondrial DNA to the nuclear genome gives rise to the nuclear DNA sequences of mitochon-drial origin(NUMTs),considered as a driving force in genome evolution.In this study,NUMTs in 23 bat genomes were investigated and compared systematically.The results showed that NUMTs existed in 22 genomes except for Noctilio leporinus,suggesting that mitochondrial fragment insertion in the nuclear genome was a common event in bat genomes.However,remarkable variations in NUMTs number,cumulative length,and proportion in the nu-clear genome were discovered across bat species.Further orthologous NUMT loci analysis of the Phyllostomidae family indicated that the NUMTs insertion events in bat genomes were homoplasy-free.The NUMTs were mainly inserted into the intergenic regions,particularly,co-localized with repetitive sequences(especially transposable el-ements).However,several NUMTs were inserted into genes,some of which were in the exon region of functional genes.One NUMT in the genome of Pteropus alecto surprisingly matched with cDNA of ATP8B3 that provided evidence of NUMTs with coding function.Phylogenic analysis on NUMTs originating from COXI and COXII loci highlighted 2 clusters of Yinpterochiroptera and Yangochiroptera for Chiroptera.Seven NUMTs from Rhinolophus ferrumequinum were amplified,and the sequencing results confirmed the reliability of the NUMT analysis.One of them was polymorphic for the presence or absence of the NUMT insertion,and each genotype of NUMT loci showed a distinct regional distribution pattern.The information obtained in this study provides novel insights into the NUMT organization and features in bat genomes and establishes a basis for further studying of the evolution of bat species.Guojun ZHANG Deqi GENG Qiulin GUO Wei LIU Shufen LI Wujun GAO Yongfei WANG Min ZHANG Yilin WANG Yanzhen BU Hongxing NIU 2022Integrative Zoology2022,17,5:0
5Study of Atmospheric Predictability Based on Periphery Theory显示文摘The system periphery('jieke'in Chinese)is defined as a part of the system and is adjacent to its environment.The periphery is an intermediary agent between the system and its environment,and has two functions:defending system itself and exchanging with the environment.Generally,the periphery is defined on space dimension.We will investigate the periphery from the time dimension,and study a time jieke based on set theory viewpoint;initial values and forecast lead in weather forecast are clarified.Further predictability of weather forecast on the basis of periphery theory is defined;its calculation formulae are given,with which computing for day-to-day forecast were carried out.The results have been compared with present researches of atmospheric predictability,and it shows advancing the predictability study.Most interesting is that atmospheric predictability possesses rule of gold ratio 0.618,and it is found firstly in research of weather and climate predictability.Niu Jinqi Cao Hongxing Niu Baoshan Wu Yongping 2015Meteorological and Environmental Research2015,6,3:0
