1Changes in Nutritive Materials in Off-season Mango in Flower Bud Differentiation Stage显示文摘Under off-season production mode,change laws of nutritive materials in leaves of fruiting mother branches of mango in flowering process induced by different agents were investigated. The results showed that the flowering time of mango trees in the potassium nitrate treatment was earlier than the ethephon treatment by 7 d,and changes trends of materials in leaves of the potassium nitrate and ethephon treatments were substantially the same. The nutritive materials in leaves showed trends of increasing at first and decreasing then. In early flower bud differentiation stage,soluble sugar and starch in leaves increased rapidly,and content of soluble protein also increased rapidly and showed its their peak values,thereby providing energy substances and structural substances demanded by flower bud formation. With flower bud differentiation going on,soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein decreased gradually. 2Advanced agricultural disease image recognition technologies: A review显示文摘Agricultural disease image recognition has an important role to play in the field of intelli-gent agriculture.Some advanced machine learning methods associated with the develop-ment of artificial intelligence technology in recent years,such as deep learning and transfer learning,have begun to be used for the recognition of agricultural diseases.However,the adoption of these methods continues to face a number of important challenges.This paper looks specifically at deep learning and transfer learning and discusses the recent progress in the use of these advanced technologies for agricultural disease image recognition.Anal-ysis and comparison of these two methods reveals that current agricultural disease data resources make transfer learning the better option.The paper then examines the core issues that require further study for research in this domain to continue to progress,such as the construction of image datasets,the selection of big data auxiliary domains and the optimization of the transfer learning method.Creating image datasets obtained under actual cultivation conditions is found to be especially important for the development of practically viable agricultural disease image recognition systems.Yuan Yuan Lei Chen Huarui Wu Lin Li 2022Information Processing in Agriculture2022,9,1:2

5In situ self-assembly of near-infrared-emitting gold nanoparticles into body-clearable ID nanostructures with rapid lysosome escape and fast cellular excretion显示文摘The integration of strong near-infrared(NIR)emission,rapid lysosome escape,fast cellular excretion,and efficient total body clearance is highly desired for nanoparticles(NPs)to achieve synergistic functions in both molecular imaging and delivery.Herein,using a well-designed cyclopeptide(CP)that can spontaneously assem ble into controllable nanofibers a s template,a facile strategy is reported for in situ self-assembly of NIR-emitting gold NPs(AuNPs)into ordered and well-controlled one-dimensional(1D)nanostructures(AuNPs@CP)with greatly enhanced NIR emission(〜6 fold).Comparing with the unassem bled AuNPs,the AuNPs@CP are observed to enter living cells through endocytosis,escap e from lysosome rapidly,and excrete the cell fast,which shows high gene transfection efficiencies in construction of cell line with-7.5-fold overexpression of p53 protein.Furthermore,the AuNPs@CP exhibit high in vivo diffusibility and total body clearance efficiency with minimized healthy organ retention,which are also demonstrated to be good nanovectors for plasmid complementary deoxyribonucleic acid 3.1(pcDNA3.1)(+)-internal ribosome entry site(IRES)-green fluorescent protein(GFP)-p53 plasmid with efficient p53 gene over-expression in tumor site.This facile in situ strategy in fabricating highly luminescent 1D nanostructures provides a promising approach toward future translatable multifunctional nanostructures for delivering,tracking,and therapy.Kui He Jiayi Zhu Lingshan Gong Yue Tan Huarui Chen Huarun Liang Baihao Huang Jinbin Liu 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:1

9Irrigation decision model for tomato seedlings based on optimal photosynthetic rate显示文摘Soil moisture is a major environmental factor that influences tomato growth and development.Suitable soil moisture not only increases tomato production but also saves irrigation water.In this study,an irrigation decision model was developed,which called soil moisture regulation model,for optimizing growth of tomato seedlings while saving water.The data used for modeling were collected from a multi-gradient nested experiment,in which temperature,photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD),carbon dioxide(CO2)concentration and soil moisture were variables and the corresponding photosynthetic rate was measured.Subsequently,a prediction model of tomato photosynthetic rate was constructed using support vector regression(SVR)algorithm.With photosynthetic rate prediction model as fitness function,genetic algorithm(GA)was used to find the optimal soil moisture under each combination of the above environmental factors.Finally,back propagation neural network(BPNN)algorithm was used to establish a decision model of tomato irrigation,which could provide the optimal soil moisture under current environment.For the soil moisture regulation model constructed here,the coefficient of determination was 0.9738,the mean square error of the test set was 1.51×10-5,the slope of the verified straight line was 0.9752,and the intercept was 0.00916.This model demonstrated high precision,which thereby provides a theoretical basis for accurate irrigation control in the greenhouse facility environment.Xiangbei Wan Bin Li Danyan Chen Xingyue Long Yifei Deng Huarui Wu Jin Hu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:1

11Small RNA Sequencing Reveals Differentially Expressed piRNAs Related to Hypoxia in Tibetan Chickens显示文摘The relevance of genetic mechanism to the phenotype of hypoxic adaptation remains elusive.Tibetan chickens typically used to investigate the mechanism for the adaptation of hypoxia and the recognition of hypoxia-related piRNA remains an open issue.The purpose of this study was to illustrate whether the piRNAs were related to hypoxic adaptation.First of all,the differentially expressed piRNAs(DEpiRNAs)were identified through RNA sequencing between the Tibetan chickens and Daheng broilers.Subsequently,the target genes of DEpiRNAs were predicted and annotated by software.The network was constructed by Cytoscape.In our study,a total of 277 DEpiRNAs(33 down-regulated,244 up-regulated)were identified in the Tibetan chickens compared with the Daheng broilers.All of the 277 DEpiRNAs predicted 36658 targeted genes.Gene Ontology(GO)analysis showed that the target genes were significantly enriched in the biological process correlated with proliferation and apoptosis of cells,including cell cycle,mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization,and positive regulation of stress-activated mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis implicated that the DEpiRNAs were mainly involved in immune and metabolism,including natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity,toll-like receptor signaling pathway and fatty acid metabolism.Furthermore,a predicted network with four piRNAs acted on 11 pathways via interacting with 22 target genes,in which piR-gga-1368839 regulated metabolic pathways by acting on DHCR24.In conclusion,we determined the DEpiRNAs in the Tibetan chickens and found that these piRNAs were associated with metabolism,which may be favorable for researching the biological adaptation to hypoxic stress.Zengrong ZHANG Xiaosong JIANG Mohan QIU Chunlin YU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Han PENG Xia XIONG Xiaoyan SONG Chenming HU Jialei CHEN Chaowu YANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4:0
12Enriched electrophilic oxygen species facilitate acidic oxygen evolution on Ru-Mo binary oxide catalysts显示文摘The polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)electrolyzers are burdened with costly iridium(Ir)-based catalysts and high operation overpotentials for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The development of earth-abundant,highly active,and durable electrocatalysts to replace Ir is a critical step in reducing the cost of green hydrogen production.Here we develop a Ru5Mo4Ox binary oxide catalyst that exhibits high activity and stability in acidic OER.The electron-withdrawing property of Mo enriches the electrophilic surface oxygen species,which promotes acidic OER to proceed via the adsorbate evolution pathway.As a result,we achieve a 189 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 48.8 mV·dec^(-1).Our catalyst demonstrates a substantial 18-fold increase in intrinsic activity,as evaluated by turnover frequency,compared to commercially available RuO_(2) and IrO_(2) catalysts.Moreover,we report a stable OER operation at 10 mA·cm^(-2) for 100 h with a low degradation rate of 2.05 mV·h^(-1).Yaya Wang Yunzhou Wen Yumeng Cheng Xinhong Chen Mengjiao Zhuansun Tongbao Wang Jun Li Debora Meira Huarui Sun Jun Wei Jia Zhou Yuhang Wang Sisi He 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
13Growth regulation of luminescent gold nanoparticles directed from amphiphilic block copolymers:highly-controlled nanoassemblies toward tailored in-vivo transport显示文摘The understanding of amphiphilic block copolymers(ABC)in encapsulation and transport of inorganic nanomedicines is highly desired.Still,it remains limited due to the challenges in the fabrication of nanoassemblies(NAs)with highly-controlled shape and loading of nanoparticles.Herein,through growth regulation of luminescent gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)by different reductants with ABC pluronic F127 as a template,a straightforward strategy is reported for in-situ fabrication of three wellcontrolled gold NAs(Au NAs)that display tunable shapes from spherical to elongated nanostructures and controllable surface chemistry and loading of Au NPs with distinct emissions but identical individual Au NP size.The three Au NAs exhibit tailored invivo transport behaviours:those with spherical shape and more hydrophilic surface show longer blood retention with higher tumor-targeting efficiency(~25.3%injection dose/g)and excellent long-term near-infrared tumor imaging even after 96 h postinjection.These findings provide a useful guidance in designing specific nanostructures for future nanomedicine transport.Liting Nong Tingyao Zhou Huarui Chen Bing Tang Jinbin Liu 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,1:0
14Comparative Analysis of Slaughter Performance and Meat Flavor Traits of Quality Chicken under Cage Rearing and Free-range Farming Conditions显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to compare the slaughter performance and meat flavor of quality chicken under cage rearing and free-range farming conditions.[Method]A total of 4001-day-old cocks,S07 line cultivated by Sichuan Dahen Poultry Breeding Co.,Ltd.(bred for 4 succes-sive generations),were kept in cages until the end of 5 weeks of age,which were then divided into cage rearing and free-range farming groups.All cocks were fed with the same diet,and slaughter tests and meat quality analysis were carried out at the end of 10 and 22 weeks of age,respectively.[Result]The live weight,carcass weight and abdominal fat percentage in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.01),and the percentage of half-eviscerated yield and percentage of eviscerated yield in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in dressing percentage,percentage of leg muscle and per-centage of breast muscle.The intramuscular fat(IMF)content and muscle fiber density of chicken in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in inosinic acid(IMP)content.The content of IMF and IMF increased with the increase of feeding age,but the deposition rate of intramuscular fat was higher than that of IMF in late feeding period.[Conclusion]The study will provide reliable guidance for production and market consumption of high quality chicken.Yang Chaowu Yu Chunlin Qiu Mohan Zhang Zengrong Hu Chenming Xiong Xia Xia Bo Peng Han Song Xiaoyan Chen Jialei Zhu Shiliang Liu Siyang Du Huarui Li Qingyun 2022Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2022,14,1:0
15Reliable and broad-range layer identification of Au-assisted exfoliated large area MoS_(2)and WS_(2)using reflection spectroscopic fingerprints显示文摘The emerging Au-assisted exfoliation technique enables the production of a wealth of large-area and high-quality ultrathin two dimensional(2D)crystals.Fast,damage-free,and reliable determination of the layer number of such 2D films can greatly promote layer-dependent physical studies and device applications.Here,an optical method has been developed for simple,high throughput,and accurate determination of the layer number for Au-assisted exfoliated MoS_(2)and WS_(2)films in a broad thickness range.The method is based on quantitative analysis of layer-dependent white light reflection spectra(WLRS),revealing that the intensity of exciton-induced reflection peaks can be used as a clear indicator for identifying the layer number.The simple yet robust method will facilitate fundamental studies on layer-dependent optical,electrical,and thermal properties and device applications of 2D materials.The technique can also be readily combined with photoluminescence(PL)and Raman spectroscopies to study other layer-dependent physical properties of 2D materials.Bo Zou Yu Zhou Yan Zhou Yanyan Wu Yang He Xiaonan Wang Jinfeng Yang Lianghui Zhang Yuxiang Chen Shi Zhou Huaixin Guo Huarui Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:0
16Multi-ratio optical thermometry and energy storage characteristics of Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)doped BaNb_(2)O_(6)transparent glass-ceramics显示文摘In order to meet the needs of new materials gradually developing towards miniaturization,integration,and light weight,multifunctional BaNb_(2)O_(6):Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)transparent glass-ceramics were success-fully prepared by melt quenching and controllable crystallization.Its structure,luminescence,and en-ergy transmission were studied.Using the opposite temperature dependence of the Tm^(3+)emission band and the corresponding large energy level gap,a maximum relative sensitivity of 2.3%K^(-1)based on thermal coupling levels(TCLs)is obtained in a wide temperature range(298-673 K).The multi-ratio optical thermometry based on TCLs and non-TCLs is successfully realized by using the different emission bands of double emission centers,which makes it possible for self-reference optical temperature measurement modes.In addition,the transparent glass-ceramic exhibits excellent electrical properties under 700 kV cm^(-1)electric field:high discharge energy density(W_(d)=0.99 J cm^(-3)),huge instantaneous power density(225.3 MW cm^(-3)),and ultra-fast discharge rate(T_(0.9)≤15.8 ns).The prepared glass-ceramic is expected to be a new type of lead-free multifunctional photoelectric material for temperature sensors and transparent electronic devices.Junhao Xing Feng Luo Yaoyi Qin Xiaolu Chen Yingying Liang Zhixin Gao Fei Shang Huarui Xu Guohua Chen 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,7:0
