1Fragmentation study of two brassinolides by ion trap tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘The fragmentation pathways of two isomers of brassinosteroids,28-homobrassinolide(28-h-BL)and 28-epihomobrassinolide(28-eh-BL),have been investigated by tandem mass spectrometry(MSn,n=1,2,3,4)with the electrospray ionization(ESI) source.The ESI mass spectrometric fragmentation pathways of protonated 28-h-BL and 28-eh-BL were comprehensively elucidated,and the principles revealed in this investigation could potentially be used to identify and distinguish brassinosteroids and their isomers.HUO FeiFeng BAI Yu LIU HuWei 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,21:4
2Genome sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of allotetraploid Salix matsudana Koidz显示文摘Polyploidy is a common phenomenon among willow species.In this study,genome sequencing was conducted for Salix matsudana Koidz(also named Chinese willow),an important greening and arbor tree species,and the genome of this species was compared with those of four other tree species in Salicaceae.The total genome sequence of S.matsudana was 655.72 Mb in size,with repeated sequences accounting for 45.97%of the total length.In total,531.43 Mb of the genome sequence could be mapped onto 38 chromosomes using the published genetic map as a reference.The genome of S.matsudana could be divided into two groups,the A and B genomes,through homology analysis with the genome of Populus trichocarpa,and the A and B genomes contained 23,985 and 25,107 genes,respectively.4DTv combined transposon analysis predicted that allotetraploidy in S.matsudana appeared~4 million years ago.The results from this study will help reveal the evolutionary history of S.matsudana and lay a genetic basis for its breeding.Jian Zhang Huwei Yuan Yujuan Li Yanhong Chen Guoyuan Liu Meixia Ye Chunmei Yu Bolin Lian Fei Zhong Yuna Jiang Jichen Xu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:3
3Generalized Consensus of Discrete-Time Multi-Agent Systems with Directed Topology and Communication Delay显示文摘Compared with traditional consensus,this paper studies the generalized consensus problem for discrete-time multi-agent systems with directed topology and communication delay.Novel distributed consensus protocols with and without communication delay are designed.Based on the analysis of error dynamical system and graph theory,the generalized consensus is globally asymptotically achieved under suitable conditions without changing the zero row-sums property of Laplacian matrix in networks.Moreover,the sufficient conditions for generalized consensus of communication delay are obtained under directed connections.Finally,some simulations have been provided to verify the theoretical results.LIU Huwei CHEN Xin GUO Liuxiao HU Aihua 2020Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2020,33,6:2
4Recent progress in quantitative analysis of DNA adducts of nephrotoxin aristolochic acid显示文摘Aristolochic acid (AA), a mixture of structure-related nitrophenanthrene carboxylic acid derivatives derived from Aristolochia spp, is associated with nephrotoxin and carcinogen. AA-DNA adducts induced by reductive metabolic activation of AA were detected in tissues of animals and in patients exposed to AA. The DNA adducts were generally used as biomarkers in toxicological study of AA. In this short review, quantitative analysis of AA-DNA adducts in various in vitro and in vivo systems by using 32P-postlabelling assay, HPLC-UV, HPLC-radiation monitor, HPLC-FLD, HPLC-ESI/MS and UPLC-MS/MS methods is discussed.
