| 1 | 基于IMRT时代的第八版AJCC/UICC鼻咽癌临床分期建议显示文摘目的准确的分期系统对癌症的治疗至关重要。随着癌症分期和治疗方法的演变,需要不断评价分期的适用性和改进性。方法基于第7版AJCC/UICC分期回顾性分析香港和中国大陆2个肿瘤中心收治的1609例接受调强放射治疗的首诊无转移鼻咽癌患者临床资料,所有患者治疗前均行核磁共振分期评估。结果无其他T3、T4期解剖结构受侵患者中,伴有咀嚼肌间隙(翼内肌和/或翼外肌)侵犯、椎前肌侵犯及咽旁间隙侵犯的三组患者之间0s相近。伴广泛软组织(上述侵犯结构以外的软组织)受侵患者OS与伴有颅内侵犯或颅神经侵犯相似。仅2%患者锁骨上窝以上淋巴结转移者直径〉6cm,其0s率与下颈淋巴结转移者类似。用下颈(环状软骨尾侧缘水平以下)代替锁骨上窝并不影响N分期之间的风险差异性。采用推荐的T、N分期,T。N。、T。N,期0s相近。结论经AJCC/UICC分期筹备委员会审阅后,建议第8版分期应将翼内肌/翼外肌从T。降到T:期,增加椎前肌为L期,用下颈取代锁骨上窝,将淋巴结最大直径〉6cm合并归为N,期,将T。、N,期统一归为Ⅳ。期。这些改变不仅使得相邻分期间风险差异性更好,而且使得临床实践性与全球适用性之间达到最佳平衡。 | 潘建基 Wai Tong Ng 宗井凤 Lucy L.K.Chan Brian O' Sullivan 林少俊 Henry C.K.Sze 陈韵彬 Horace C.W.Choi 郭巧娟 Wai Kuen Kan 肖友平 Xu Wei Quynh Thu Le Christine M.Glastonbury A.Dimtrios Colevas Randal S.Weber Jatin P.Shah Anne W.M.Lee | 2016 | 中华放射肿瘤学杂志2016，25，3： | 65 |
| 2 | Patterns of Herbal Combination for the Treatment of Insomnia Commonly Employed by Highly Experienced Chinese Medicine Physicians显示文摘Objective:To explore the most effective herbal combinations commonly used by highly experienced Chinese medicine(CM) physicians for the treatment of insomnia.Methods:We collected and analyzed data related to insomnia treatment from the clinics of 7 highly experienced CM physicians in Beijing.The sample included 162 patients and 460 consultations in total.Patient outcomes,such as sleep quality and sleep time per day,were manually collected from the medical records by trained CM clinicians.Three data mining methods,support vector machine(SVM),logistic regression and decision tree,and multifactor dimensionality reduction(MDR),were used to determine and confirm the herbal combinations that resulted in positive outcomes in patients suffering from insomnia.Results:Results show that MDR is the most efficient method to predict the effective herbal combinations.Using the MDR model,we identified several combinations of herbs with 100%positive outcomes,such as stir-fried spine date seed,Szechwan lovage rhizome,and prepared thinleaf milkwort root;white peony root,golden thread,and stir-fried spine date seed;and Asiatic cornelian cherry fruit with fresh rehmannia.Conclusions:Results indicate that herbal combinations are effective treatments for patients with insomnia compared with individual herbs.It is also shown that MDR is a potent data mining method to identify the herbal combination with high rates of positive outcome. | 周雪忠 张润顺 Shah Jatin Raiqor Dimple 王映辉 Pietrobon Ricardo 刘保延 陈洁 朱建贵 高荣林 | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2011，17，9： | 12 |
| 3 | Machine learning enables polymer cloud-point engineering via inverse design显示文摘Inverse design is an outstanding challenge in disordered systems with multiple length scales such as polymers,particularly when designing polymers with desired phase behavior.Here we demonstrate high-accuracy tuning of poly(2-oxazoline)cloud point via machine learning.With a design space of four repeating units and a range of molecular masses,we achieve an accuracy of 4℃ root mean squared error(RMSE)in a temperature range of 24–90℃,employing gradient boosting with decision trees.The RMSE is>3x better than linear and polynomial regression.We perform inverse design via particle-swarm optimization,predicting and synthesizing 17 polymers with constrained design at 4 target cloud points from 37 to 80℃.Our approach challenges the status quo in polymer design with a machine learning algorithm,that is capable of fast and systematic discovery of new polymers. | Jatin N.Kumar Qianxiao Li Karen Y.T.Tang Tonio Buonassisi Anibal L.Gonzalez-Oyarce Jun Ye | 2019 | npj Computational Materials2019，，1： | 4 |

| 5 | Do we really need to repair the pronator quadratus after distal radius plating?显示文摘Purpose:Fractures of distal radius are one of the common orthopaedic injuries.Placing the plate on volar surface requires release of underlying pronator quadratus(PQ)muscle.No consensus is present in the literature about the repair or not of the PQ.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of PQ repair on functional outcome and complications.Methods:Retrospectively 83 patients of distal radius fractures managed with volar plating between 2014 and 2016 were evaluated.Demographic data,operative notes and physical therapy records were retrieved.Patients were divided into group A where PQ repair was done and group B where no repair was done.Functional data such as range of motion(ROM),grip strength,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and disabilities of arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)score at 4 weeks,3 months,6 months and finial follow-up were retrieved.Results:Totally 63 patients(n=29 in group A and n=34 in group B)with the mean age of 51.64 years were examined.Patients were followed up for a mean of 35.2 months(range 27.2-47.1 months)in group A and 38.6 months(range 28.6-51.0 months)in group B.Though functional outcome of the affected limb was not significantly different between two groups after 3 months,PQ repair did affect the recovery at an early stage.Repair group had significantly better ROM(p=0.0383)and VAS score at 4 weeks(p=0.017)while grip strength(p=0.014)was significantly better at 3 months.Conclusions:Repair of PQ may provide pain relief and increased ROM in early postoperative period and hence every attempt should be made to achieve the repair. | Subodh Pathak Rashid Anjum Rakesh Kumar Gautam Pritam Maheshwari Jatin Aggarwal Aryan Sharma Vineet Pruthi | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Traumatology2019，22，6： | 3 |
