3Stable adaptive fuzzy control of nonlinear systems using small-gain theorem and LMI approach显示文摘A new design scheme of stable adaptive fuzzy control for a class of nonlinear systems is proposed in this paper.The T-S fuzzy model is employed to represent the systems.First,the concept of the so-called parallel distributed compensation (PDC) and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach are employed to design the state feedback controller without considering the error caused by fuzzy modeling.Sufficient conditions with respect to decay rate α are derived in the sense of Lyapunov asymptotic stability.Finally,the error caused by fuzzy modeling is considered and the input-to-state stable (ISS) method is used to design the adaptive compensation term to reduce the effect of the modeling error.By the small-gain theorem,the resulting closed-loop system is proved to be input-to-state stable.Theoretical analysis verifies that the state converges to zero and all signals of the closed-loop systems are bounded.The effectiveness of the proposed controller design methodology is demonstrated through numerical simulation on the chaotic Henon system.Haibo JIANG Jianjiang YU Caigen ZHOU 2010控制理论与应用(英文版)2010,8,4:1

5Variation in plant diversity and dominance across dune fixation stages in the Chinese steppe zone显示文摘Aims Our aim was to study how diversity and dominance of plant species and plant functional types(PFTs)change and covary across three dune fixation stages in the Chinese steppe zone.Methods In the Chinese steppe zone,we measured coverage,mean height and density of each plant species in three types of dunes(mobile,semi-fixed and fixed dunes)in four sites(Mu Us,Otindag,Hulunbeir and Horqin).Plant species were grouped into 24 PFTs according to their lifespan,photosynthetic pathway,reproductive mode and life form.Dominance of each plant species and PFT were determined,and species diversity and PFT diversity were quantified using Shannon–Wiener index.Important Findings PFT diversity was positively related to plant species diversity in each dune stage,but PFT diversity increased more with increasing plant species diversity in the mobile and semi-fixed dunes than in the fixed dunes.Dune fixation stage explained 87.2%of the variation in plant species diversity and 84.8%of the variation in PFT diversity.Dominant species and PFTs differed among the three dune fixation stages;the more fixed the dunes were,the more perennial,shrubby,clonal and C3 species co-dominated.Specifically,in mobile dunes annual C4 non-clonal herbs were the most dominant,and in semi-fixed and fixed dunes perennial C3 clonal shrubs were most dominant.Jianjiang Qiao Weiwei Zhao Xiufang Xie Guofang Liu Xuehua Ye Yu Chu Hui He Ming Dong 2012Journal of Plant Ecology2012,5,3:1
6An anomaly detection method for spacecraft solar arrays based on the ILS-SVM model显示文摘Solar arrays are important and indispensable parts of spacecraft and provide energy support for spacecraft to operate in orbit and complete on-orbit missions.When a spacecraft is in orbit,because the solar array is exposed to the harsh space environment,with increasing working time,the performance of its internal electronic components gradually degrade until abnormal damage occurs.This damage makes solar array power generation unable to fully meet the energy demand of a spacecraft.Therefore,timely and accurate detection of solar array anomalies is of great significance for the on-orbit operation and maintenance management of spacecraft.In this paper,we propose an anomaly detection method for spacecraft solar arrays based on the integrated least squares support vector machine(ILS-SVM)model:it selects correlated telemetry data from spacecraft solar arrays to form a training set and extracts n groups of training subsets from this set,then gets n corresponding least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)submodels by training on these training subsets,respectively;after that,the ILS-SVM model is obtained by integrating these submodels through a weighting operation to increase the prediction accuracy and so on;finally,based on the obtained ILS-SVM model,a parameterfree and unsupervised anomaly determination method is proposed to detect the health status of solar arrays.We use the telemetry data set from a satellite in orbit to carry out experimental verification and find that the proposed method can diagnose solar array anomalies in time and can capture the signs before a solar array anomaly occurs,which reflects the applicability of the method.WANG Yu ZHANG Tao HUI Jianjiang LIU Yajie 2023Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2023,34,2:1

8A targeted QTL analysis for fiber length using a genetic population between two introgressed backcrossed inbred lines in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)显示文摘Cotton fiber is the most important natural raw material for the textile industry, and fiber length(FL) is one of the most important traits in cotton.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping based on high-density genetic maps is an efficient approach to identify genetic regions for FL.In our study, two backcrossed inbred lines(BILs) were chosen as parents to construct a high-density genetic map in F2 which was used to fine map FL QTL in F2:3 population.The genetic map had a total size of 3462.8 cM, containing 9182 singlenucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) based on genotyping-by-sequencing.Two FL related stable QTL were identified on two chromosomes(qFL-A08–1 on A08 and qFL-D03–1 on D03),and qFL-A08–1 was confirmed by a meta-analysis.Utilizing previously obtained RNA-seq data for the two BILs and qRT-PCR analysis, two candidate genes annotated as cytochrome b5(CB5, Gh_A08 G1729) and microtubule end-binding 1 C(EB1C, Gh_D03 G0232) that may regulate FL during the fiber elongation stage were identified.In addition, nine recombination hotspots in this population were found.The results of this study will provide an important foundation for further studies on the molecular and genetic regulation of fiber elongation.Guoyuan Liua Wenfeng Pei Dan Li Jianjiang Ma Yupeng Cui Nuohan Wang Jikun Song Man Wu Libei Li Xinshan Zang Shuxun Yu Jinfa Zhang Jiwen Yu 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,3:0

10A comparative analysis of small RNAs between two Upland cotton backcross inbred lines with different fiber length: Expression and distribution显示文摘The cotton fiber is the most important raw material for the textile industry and an ideal model system for studying cell elongation. However, the genetic variation of fiber elongation in relation to miRNA is poorly understood. A high-throughput comparative RNA-seq of two lines differing in fiber length(FL) from a backcross inbred line(BIL)population of G. hirsutum × G. barbadense revealed differentially expressed(DE) miRNAs and their targets in rapidly elongating fibers. A real-time quantitative PCR analysis was further performed to validate the results. A total of 463(including 47 DE) miRNAs were identified,and seven DE miRNAs were co-localized with seven FL quantitative trait loci(QTL)identified in the G. hirsutum × G. barbadense population. Of 82(including 21 DE) targets identified, nine(including one DE) were also co-localized with the seven FL QTL. The relationship between the allopolyploid and its diploid ancestral species with respect to miRNAs and their targets was also characterized. 11Genome-wide association study of micronaire using a natural population of representative upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)显示文摘Background: Micronaire is a comprehensive index reflecting the fineness and maturity of cotton fiber.Micronaire is one of the important internal quality indicators of the cotton fiber and is closely related to the value of the cotton fiber.Understanding the genetic basis of micronaire is required for the genetic improvement of the trait.However,the genetic architecture of micronaire at the genomic level is unclear.The present genome-wide association study(GWAS)aimed to identify the genetic mechanism of the micronaire trait in 83 representa:tive upland cotton lines grown in multiple environments.Results GWAS of micronaire used 83 upland cotton accessions assayed by a Cotton 63 K Illumina Infinium single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array.A total of 11 quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for micronaire were detected on 10 chromosomes.These 11 QTLs included 27 identified genes with specific expression patterns.A novel QTL,qFM-A12–1,included 12 significant SNPs,and GhFLA9 was identified as a candidate gene based on haplotype block analysis and on strong and direct linkage disequilibrium between the significantly related SNPs and gene.GhFLA9 was expressed at a high level during secondary wall thickening at 20∼25 days post-anthesis.The expression level of GhFLA9 was significantly higher in the low micronaire line(Msco-12)than that in the high micronaire line(Chuangyou-9).Conclusions: This study provides a genetic reference for genetic improvement of cotton fiber micronaire and a foundation for verification of the functions of GhFLA9.SONG Jikun PEI Wenfeng MA Jianjiang YANG Shuxian JIA Bing BIAN Yingying XIN Yue WU Luyao ZANG Xinshan QU Yanying ZHANG Jinfa WU Man YU Jiwen 2021Journal of Cotton Research2021,4,2:0
