2New direction of arrival estimation method for wideband coherent signals显示文摘To estimate the direction-of-arrival (DOA) of wideband coherent signals, a new method by modifying the orthogonality of the projected subspaces method is proposed. And it can deal with randomly position perturbed arrays by using the Toeplitz method. This method needn't the primary information of DOA for focusing matrix and the sector dividing of interpolated method, which improving the precision of estimation and reducing the computational complexity. 3Mantle melting beneath the Southwest Indian Ridge: signals from clinopyroxene in abyssal peridotites显示文摘The mineral chemistry and texture of clinopyroxenes in peridotite from the Kingkong tectonic zone of the Southwest Indian Ridge segment in an effort to constrain mantle melting beneath this slow-spreading ridge are reported.There are three types of clinopyroxenes in the abyssal peridotites:coarse-grained,intergranular and exsolved.The compositional variations among these three types suggest that the coarse-grained clinopyroxene is a mantle-derived source.The Al,Na and Ti contents and the Na/Ti ratio of the coarsegrained clinopyroxene may be used to monitor the degree of partial melting,combined with the contradistinction with Spinel Cr#,which is calculated to be between 7.9%and 14.9%,and may represent low degrees of melting in the global ocean ridge system.The along-axis compositional variations in the coarse-grained clinopyroxene suggest that the degree of partial melting is primarily controlled by the transform faults on both sides of the ridge.Nonetheless,the northwestern side of the ridge may be affected by a hypothesised detachment fault as documented by the calculated P-T conditions.Simultaneously high Na and low Ti contents in the coarse-grained clinopyroxene points to mantle heterogeneities along the ridge axis.WANG Wei CHU Fengyou ZHU Jihao DONG Yanhui YU Xing CHEN Ling LI Zhenggang 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,12:2
4Simulation-based optimization of control policy on multi-echelon inventory system for fresh agricultural products显示文摘As fresh agricultural products are perishable and vulnerable,reducing inventory cost is a strategic target for supply chain enterprises.How to design a reliable multi-echelon inventory control policy is still a great challenge.Therefore,the inventory cost of a three-level fresh agricultural products inventory system was firstly mathematically analyzed.Then,the simulation-based optimization model of the multi-echelon inventory system for fresh agricultural products was proposed by using the Flexsim simulation software and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the multi-echelon inventory system is simulated based on a large number of survey data.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed simulation-based optimization model of multi-echelon inventory system for fresh agricultural products can provide decision-making and technical support for the formulation of inventory control policy,and also it shows that the modeling of system simulation is an effective method to solve the problem of complex system.Guangyin Xu Jihao Feng Fenglei Chen Heng Wang Zhenfeng Wang 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:2

13Telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of melon(Cucumis melo L.var.inodorus)provides a high-quality reference for meta-QTL analysis of important traits显示文摘Melon is an important horticultural crop with extensive diversity in many horticultural groups.To explore its genomic diversity,it is necessary to assemble more high-quality complete genomes from different melon accessions.Meanwhile,a large number of QTLs have been mapped in several studies.Integration of the published QTLs onto a complete genome can provide more accurate information for candidate gene cloning.To address these problems,a telomere-to-telomere(T2T)genome of the elite melon landrace Kuizilikjiz(Cucumis melo L.var.inodorus)was de novo assembled and all the published QTLs were projected onto it in this study.The results showed that a high-quality Kuizilikjiz genome with the size of 379.2 Mb and N50 of 31.7 Mb was de novo assembled using the combination of short reads,PacBio high-fidelity long reads,Hi-C data,and a high-density genetic map.Each chromosome contained the centromere and telomeres at both ends.A large number of structural variations were observed between Kuizilikjiz and the other published genomes.A total of 1294 QTLs published in 67 studies were collected and projected onto the T2T genome.Several clustered,co-localized,and overlapped QTLs were determined.Furthermore,20 stable meta-QTLs were identified,which significantly reduced the mapping intervals of the initial QTLs and greatly facilitated identification of the candidate genes.Collectively,the T2T genome assembly together with the numerous projected QTLs will not only broaden the high-quality genome resources but also provide valuable and abundant QTL information for cloning the genes controlling important traits in melon.Minghua Wei Ying Huang Changjuan Mo Haiyan Wang Qingguo Zeng Wenli Yang Jihao Chen Xuejun Zhang Qiusheng Kong 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,10:0
14Effects of paclobutrazol application on plant architecture,lodging resistance,photosynthetic characteristics,and peanut yield at different single-seed precise sowing densities显示文摘The key to high-yielding peanut cultivation is the optimization of agricultural production practices.Regulating single-seed precise sowing(SSPS)density and paclobutrazol(Pbz)application concentration are effective practices that increase peanut yield by improving plant architecture,lodging resistance,and photosynthetic characteristics.Therefore,we conducted a two-factor field optimization experiment for the sowing density(D1:1.95×10^(5)plants ha^(-1),D52:2.40×10plants ha^(-1),D3:2.85×10^(5)plants ha^(-1),and D4:3.30×10^(5)plants ha^(-1))and Pbzapplication concentration(P0:0 mg L^(-1)and P1:100 mg L^(-1)).The objective was to optimize agricultural production practices and provide a theoretical basis for highyielding peanut cultivation by evaluating the effects of sowing density and Pbzapplication on plant architecture,lodging resistance,photosynthetic characteristics,and yield.The results showed that at the same Pbzapplication concentration,increasing sowing density increased lodging percentage and reduced leaf photosynthetic capacity.At the same sowing density,Pbzapplication reduced lodging percentage by decreasing plant height(PH),improving lignin biosynthesis-related enzyme activities,and enhancing stem puncture strength(SPS)and breaking strength(SBS).The paclobutrazol-induced alterations in plant architecture and lodging resistance improved light transmission at the middle and bottom leaf strata,resulting in the increase in relative chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaves.Furthermore,D3P1treatment had the highest peanut yield among all treatments.In summary,the production strategy combining the sowing density of 2.85×10^(5)plants ha^(-1)with the application of100 mg L^(-1)Pbzwas found to be the optimal agricultural production practice for giving full play to production potential and achieving higher peanut yield.Jihao Zhao Huajiang Lai Chen Bi Mengjie Zhao Yanling Liu Xiangdong Li Dongqing Yang 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,1:0
15Who are on the road? A study on vehicle usage characteristics based on one-week vehicle trajectory data显示文摘Understanding the characteristics of passenger vehicle use is the prerequisite for effective urban management.However,it has been challenging in the existing literature due to the lack of continuously observed data on passenger vehicle use.Thanks to the advances in data collection and processing techniques,multi-day vehicle trajectory data generated from volunteered passenger cars provide new opportunities for examining in depth how people travel in regular patterns.In this paper,based on a week’s operation data of 6600 passenger cars in Shanghai,we develop a systematic approach for identifying trips and travel purposes,and classify vehicles into four categories using a Gaussian-Mixed-Model.A new method is proposed to identify vehicle travel regularities and we use the Z Test to explore differences in travel time and route choices between four types of vehicles.Wefind that commercially used vehicles present high travel intensity in temporal and spatial aspects and the use intensity in elevated roads is higher for household-used commuting vehicles than semi-commercially used vehicles.The methodologies and conclusions of this paper may provide not only theoretical support for future urban traffic prediction,but also guidance for employing customized active traffic demand management measures to alleviate traffic congestion.Jihao Deng Yiqing Cui Xiaohong Chen Chris Bachmann Quan Yuan 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
16Targeting the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor in MTAP-deficient renal cell carcinoma显示文摘Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)has emerged as a metabolic disease characterized by dysregulated expression of metabolic enzymes.Patients with metastatic RCC have an unusually poor prognosis and near-universal resistance to all current therapies.To improve RCC treatment and the survival rate of patients with RCC,there is an urgent need to reveal the mechanisms by which metabolic reprogramming regulates aberrant signaling and oncogenic progression.Through an integrated analysis of RCC metabolic pathways,we showed that methylthioadenosine phosphorylase(MTAP)and its substrate methylthioadenosine(MTA)are dysregulated in aggressive RCC.A decrease in MTAP expression was observed in RCC tissues and correlated with higher tumor grade and shorter overall survival.Genetic manipulation of MTAP demonstrated that MTAP expression inhibits the epithelial-mesenchymal transition,invasion and migration of RCC cells.Interestingly,we found a decrease in the protein methylation level with a concomitant increase in tyrosine phosphorylation after MTAP knockout.A phospho-kinase array screen identified the type 1 insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor(IGF1R)as the candidate with the highest upregulation in tyrosine phosphorylation in response to MTAP loss.We further demonstrated that IGF1R phosphorylation acts upstream of Src and STAT3 signaling in MTAP-knockout RCC cells.IGF1R suppression by a selective inhibitor of IGF1R,linsitinib,impaired the cell migration and invasion capability of MTAP-deleted cells.Surprisingly,an increase in linsitinib-mediated cytotoxicity occurred in RCC cells with MTAP deficiency.Our data suggest that IGF1R signaling is a driver pathway that contributes to the aggressive nature of MTAP-deleted RCC.Jihao Xu Wen-Hsin Chang Lon Wolf R.Fong Robert H.Weiss Sung-Liang Yu Ching-Hsien Chen 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:0
