| 1 | Double-Edge Intelligent Integrated Satellite Terrestrial Networks显示文摘The efficient integration of satellite and terrestrial networks has become an important component for 6 G wireless architectures to provide highly reliable and secure connectivity over a wide geographical area.As the satellite and cellular networks are developed separately these years,the integrated network should synergize the communication,storage,computation capabilities of both sides towards an intelligent system more than mere consideration of coexistence.This has motivated us to develop double-edge intelligent integrated satellite and terrestrial networks(DILIGENT).Leveraging the boost development of multi-access edge computing(MEC)technology and artificial intelligence(AI),the framework is entitled with the systematic learning and adaptive network management of satellite and cellular networks.In this article,we provide a brief review of the state-of-art contributions from the perspective of academic research and standardization.Then we present the overall design of the proposed DILIGENT architecture,where the advantages are discussed and summarized.Strategies of task offloading,content caching and distribution are presented.Numerical results show that the proposed network architecture outperforms the existing integrated networks. | Jiaxin Zhang Xing Zhang Peng Wang Liangjingrong Liu Yuanjun Wang | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,9: | 9 |
| 2 | DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR PARALLEL HYBRID ELECTRIC URBAN BUSES显示文摘A novel parallel hybrid electrical urban bus (PHEUB) configuration consisting of an extra one-way clutch and an automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is taken as the study subject. An energy management strategy combining a logic threshold approach and an instantaneous optimization algorithm is proposed for the investigated PHEUB. The objective of the energy management strategy is to achieve acceptable vehicle performance and drivability requirements while simultaneously maximizing the engine fuel consumption and maintaining the battery state of charge in its operation range at all times. Under the environment of Matlab/Simulink, a computer simulation model for the PHEUB is constructed by using the model building method combining theoretical analysis and bench test data. | 3 | Metal-organic frameworks-derived nitrogen-doped carbon supported nanostructured PtNi catalyst for enhanced hydrosilylation of 1-octene显示文摘Here,we successfully developed nano structured PtNi particles supported on n itroge rrdoped carbon(NC),which were obtai ned by carbon izati on of metal-organic frameworks under different temperatures,forming the nano-PtNi/NC-600,nano-PtNi/NC-800,nano-PtNi/NC-900 and nano-PtNi/NC-1000 catalysts.For hydrosilylation of 1-octene,we found that the nano-PtNi/NC-1000 catalyst exhibits higher activity for anti-Markovnikov hydrosilylation of 1-octene than those of nano-PtNi/NC-600,nano-PtNi/NC-800,nano-PtNi/NC-900 catalysts.Experiments have verified that benefiting from obvious charge transfer from nano-PtNi particles to NC support carbonized at 1,000℃,the nano-PtNi/NC-1000 catalyst achieved almost complete conversion and produce exclusive adduct for anti-Markovnikov hydrosilylation of 1-octene.Importantly,the nano-PtNi/NC-1000 catalyst exhibited good reusability for the hydrosilylation reaction.This work provides a new path to optimize electronic structure of catalysts by support modification to enhance electron transfer between metal active species and supports for highly catalytic performance. | Junfeng Wen Yuanjun Chen Shufang Ji Jian Zhang Dingsheng Wang and Yadong Li | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,10: | 6 |
| 4 | Zephyranthes-like Co2NiSe4 arrays grown on 3D porous carbon frame-work as electrodes for advanced supercapacitors and sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Developing suitable electrode materials for electrochemical energy storage devices by biomorph assisted design has become a fascinating topic due to the fantastic properties derived from bio-architectures.Herein,zephyranthes-like Co_(2)NiSe_(4)arrays grown on butterfly wings derived three-dimensional(3D)carbon framework(Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC)is fabricated via hydrothermal assembly and further conversion method.Benefiting from its unique structure and multi-components,the obtained Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC electrode for supercapacitor delivers an excellent specific capacitance of 2,280 F·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1).Impressively,the constructed asymmetric supercapacitor using Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as positive electrode and activated butterfly wings carbon as negative electrode acquires a high energy density of 42.9 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 800 W·kg^(-1)with robust stability of 94.6%capacitance retention at 10 A·g^(-1)after 5,000 cycles.Moreover,the Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as anode for sodium-ion batteries exhibits a high specific capacity of 568 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)and high cycling stability(maintaining 80.1%of the second cycle after 100 cycles).The outstanding electrochemical performances are ascribed to that the synergistic effect of bimetallic selenides and N-doped carbon improves electrochemical activities and conductivity.One-dimensional(1D)nanoneedles grown on 3D porous framework increase the exposure of redox-active sites,endow adequate transmission channels of electrons/ions,and guarantee stability of the electrode during charge/discharge processes.This study will shed light on the avenue towards extending such nanohybrids to excellent energy storage applications. | Yanchun Xue Xingmei Guo Mengrong Wu Jiale Chen Mengting Duan Jing Shi Junhao Zhang Fu Cao Yuanjun Liu Qinghong Kong | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 3 |
| 5 | Structural properties of GaN(0001) epitaxial layers revealed by high resolution X-ray diffraction显示文摘High-resolution X-ray diffraction has been used to analyze GaN(0001) epitaxial layers on sapphire substrates. Several structural properties of GaN, including the lattice constants, strains, and dislocation densities are revealed by the technique of X-ray dffraction (XRD). Lattice constants calculated from the omega/2theta scan are c=0.5185 nm and a=0.3157 nm. Also, the in-plane strain is -1.003%, while out of the plane, the epitaxial film is almost relaxed. | 7 | Transcriptome sequencing analysis for the identification of stable lncRNAs associated with bovine Staphylococcus aureus mastitis显示文摘Background:Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)mastitis is one of the most difficult diseases to treat in lactating dairy cows worldwide.S.aureus with different lineages leads to different host immune responses.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are reported to be widely involved in the progress of inflammation.However,no research has identified stable lncRNAs among different S.aureus strain infections.In addition,folic acid(FA)can effectively reduce inflammation,and whether the inflammatory response caused by S.aureus can be reduced by FA remains to be explored.Methods:lncRNA transcripts were identified from Holstein mammary gland tissues infected with different concentrations of S.aureus(in vivo)and mammary alveolar cells(Mac-T cells,in vitro)challenged with different S.aureus strains.Differentially expressed(DE)lncRNAs were evaluated,and stable DE lncRNAs were identified in vivo and in vitro.On the basis of the gene sequence conservation and function conservation across species,key lncRNAs with the function of potentially immune regulation were retained for further analysis.The function of FA on inflammation induced by S.aureus challenge was also investigated.Then,the association analysis between these keys lncRNA transcripts and hematological parameters(HPs)was carried out.Lastly,the knockdown and overexpression of the important lncRNA were performed to validate the gene function on the regulation of cell immune response.Results:Linear regression analysis showed a significant correlation between the expression levels of lncRNA shared by mammary tissue and Mac-T cells(P<0.001,R^(2)=0.3517).lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 could be regarded as stable markers associated with bovine S.aureus mastitis.Several HPs could be influenced by SNPs around lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1.The results of gene function validation showed PRANCR regulates the mRNA expression of SELPLG and ITGB2 within the S.aureus infection pathway and the Mac-T cells apoptosis.In addition,FA regulated the expression change of DE lncRNA involved in toxin metabolism and inflammation to fight against S.aureus infection.Conclusions:The remarkable association between SNPs around these two lncRNAs and partial HP indicates the potentially important role of PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 in immune regulation.Stable DE lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 can be regarded as potential targets for the prevention of bovine S.aureus mastitis.FA supplementation can reduce the negative effect of S.aureus challenge by regulating the expression of lncRNAs. | Siyuan Mi Yongjie Tang Gerile Dari Yuanjun Shi Jinning Zhang Hailiang Zhang Xueqin Liu Yibing Liu Usman Tahir Ying Yu | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,2: | 2 |

| 13 | Vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration in loess显示文摘Coupled effects of railway vibration, rainfall, and drying-wetting cycles contribute to new types of loess disasters such as the collapse and vibration-induced settlement of the railway subgrade, loess mass disintegration, and slope sliding,during the large-scale construction and operation of high-speed or heavy-haul railways in China. This has significant consequences for railways that require millimetre-level deformation control, seriously threatening railway operation and people's lives. Therefore, for the first time, 'five vibration-induced effects' on loess subjected to vibration, water immersion, and drywetting cycles are discussed including the vibration-induced acceleration of cracking, infiltration, disintegration, sliding, and subsidence. In this paper, the vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration is discussed mainly. The response of loess to locomotive vibration along railways was determined using field sampling and data processing. The dominant frequency of locomotive vibration are 18-22 Hz and the maximum amplitude is 0.4 mm. Tests regarding the vibration-induced acceleration of the permeability were conducted on intact loess using a newly developed vibration permeability apparatus. The results reveal that the vibration accelerates the water permeability and increases the water saturation of loess. The permeability coefficient of saturated loess under vibration is ~1.5-20 times of that without vibration, reaching a maximum at a vibration frequency of 20 Hz.Vibration-induced infiltration tests were carried out on a loess column and the vibration-induced acceleration of water infiltration, wetting front evolution, and air outflow were analysed. The vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration strongly depends on the dry density, vibration frequency, and vibration amplitude. | 14 | Pancreatic melatonin enhances anti-tumor immunity in pancreatic adenocarcinoma through regulating tumor-associated neutrophils infiltration and NETosis显示文摘Tumor microenvironment contributes to poor prognosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)patients.Proper regulation could improve survival.Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that delivers multiple bioactivities.Here we showed that pancreatic melatonin level is associated with patients'survival.In PAAD mice models,melatonin supplementation suppressed tumor growth,while blockade of melatonin pathway exacerbated tumor progression.This anti-tumor effect was independent of cytotoxicity but associated with tumor-associated neutrophils(TANs),and TANs depletion reversed effects of melatonin.Melatonin induced TANs infiltration and activation,therefore induced cell apoptosis of PAAD cells.Cytokine arrays revealed that melatonin had minimal impact on neutrophils but induced secretion of Cxcl2 from tumor cells.Knockdown of Cxcl2 in tumor cells abolished neutrophil migration and activation.Melatonin-induced neutrophils presented an N1-like anti-tumor phenotype,with increased neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)causing tumor cell apoptosis through cell-to-cell contact.Proteomics analysis revealed that this reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated inhibition was fueled by fatty acid oxidation(FAO)in neutrophils,while FAO inhibitor abolished the anti-tumor effect.Analysis of PAAD patient specimens revealed that CXCL2 expression was associated with neutrophil infiltration.CXCL2,or TANs,combined with NET marker,can better predict patients'prognosis.Collectively,we discovered an anti-tumor mechanism of melatonin through recruiting N1-neutrophils and beneficial NET formation. | Yau-tuen Chan Hor-yue Tan Yuanjun Lu Cheng Zhang Chien-shan Cheng Junyu Wu Ning Wang Yibin Feng | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,4: | 1 |

In this framework, multiple EAs are combined as candidates and automatically screened for different scenarios with a rotated neighbor structure. | 16 | Modification of NASICON Electrolyte and Its Application in Real Na-Ion Cells显示文摘The low ionic conductivity of solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)and the inferior interfacial reliability between SSEs and solid-state electrodes are two urgent challenges hindering the application of solid-state sodium batteries(SSSBs).Herein,sodium(Na)super ionic conductor(NASICON)-type SSEs with a nominal composition of Na_(3+2x)Zr_(2-x)MgxSi_(2)PO_(12) were synthesized using a facile two-step solid-state method,among which Na_(3.3)Zr_(1.85)Mg_(0.15)Si_(2)PO_(12)(x=0.15,NZSP-Mg_(0.15))showed the highest ionic conductivity of 3.54mS∙cm^(-1) at 25℃.By means of a thorough investigation,it was verified that the composition of the grain boundary plays a crucial role in determining the total ionic conductivity of NASICON.Furthermore,due to a lack of examination in the literature regarding whether NASICON can provide enough anodic electrochemical stability to enable high-voltage SSSBs,we first adopted a high-voltage Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))2F(NVOPF)cathode to verify its compatibility with the optimized NZSP-Mg_(0.15) SSE.By comparing the electrochemical performance of cells with different configurations(low-voltage cathode vs high-voltage cathode,liquid electrolytes vs SSEs),along with an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy evaluation of the after-cycled NZSP-Mg_(0.15),it was demonstrated that the NASICON SSEs are not stable enough under high voltage,suggesting the importance of investigating the interface between the NASICON SSEs and high-voltage cathodes.Furthermore,by coating NZSP-Mg_(0.15) NASICON powder onto a polyethylene(PE)separator(PE@NASICON),a 2.42 A∙h non-aqueous Na-ion cell of carbon|PE@NASICON|NaNi_(2/9)Cu_(1/9)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2) was found to deliver an excellent cycling performance with an 88%capacity retention after 2000 cycles,thereby demonstrating the high reliability of SSEs with NASICON-coated separator. | Qiangqiang Zhang Quan Zhou Yaxiang Lu Yuanjun Shao Yuruo Qi Xingguo Qi Guiming Zhong Yong Yang Liquan Chen Yong-Sheng Hu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,1: | 1 |
