| 1 | 2001-2005年中国4省份精神疾病的患病率、治疗情况和相关残疾:一项流行病学调查显示文摘背景在中国和其他中等收入国家,神经精神状况是影响男性和女性健康的最重要的原因,但由于缺乏有关各种精神疾病患病率、治疗情况和相关残疾的高质量的和具有国家特异性的资料,这些国家提高精神卫生服务的工作受到了限制。因此,我们在中国4个省份开展了一系列流行病学研究,以此来估算相关数据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法在中国的4个省抽取了96个城市和267个农村作为初级抽样点;1.13亿个年龄≥18岁的成年人的抽样框架涵盖了中国12%的成年人。在抽样点使用简单随机抽样法选取63004例受试者,采用一般健康问卷(GHQ)的扩展版对这些个体进行筛查,并由精神科医生使用中文版的诊断与统计手册(DSM).Iv轴I障碍定式临床检查(SCID)问卷对其中的16577例受试者进行调查。结果所有精神疾病近1个月的校正患病率为17.5%(95%CI16.6%~18.5%)。其中,心境障碍患病率为6.1%(95%CI5.7%~6.6%),焦虑障碍为5.6%(95%cI5.0%~6.3%),物质滥用障碍为5.9%(95%CI5-3%~6.5%),精神病性障碍为1.0%(95%C10.8%~1.1%)。女性的心境障碍和焦虑障碍的患病率比男性高,年龄〉140岁个体的患病率高于年龄〈40岁的个体。男性酒精使用障碍的患病率是女性的48倍。农村居民比城市居民更可能患有抑郁障碍和酒精依赖。在被诊断患有某种精神疾病的人群中,24%存在由所患精神疾病引起的中度或重度残疾,8%曾向专业人员寻求过帮助,5%曾就诊于精神科。结论本研究结果与全球疾病负担分析中使用的中国精神疾病的患病率、残疾和治疗率估计值有相当大的差距,这需要引起中、低收入国家注意,在提高精神卫生服务前需针对国家具体情况进行详细的现状分析。 | Jingxuan Zhang Qichang Shi Zhiqiang Song Zhijie Ding Shutao Pang Xianyun Li Yali Zhang Zhiqing Wang 张亚利(译) 安静(审校) 费立鹏(审校) | 2009 | 世界临床医学2009,,11: | 5 |
| 2 | Urban Air Pollution May Enhance COVID-19 Case-Fatality and Mortality Rates in the United States显示文摘BACKGROUND The novel human coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has claimed more than 600,000 lives worldwide,causing tremendous public health,social,and economic damages.Although the risk factors of COVID-19 are still under investigation,environmental factors,such as urban air pollution,may play an important role in increasing population susceptibility to COVID-19 pathogenesis.METHODS We conducted a cross-sectional nationwide study using zero-inflated negative binomial models to estimate the association between longterm(2010–2016)county-level exposures to NO2,PM2.5,and O3 and county-level COVID-19 case-fatality and mortality rates in the United States.We used both single-and multi-pollutant models and controlled for spatial trends and a comprehensive set of potential confounders,including state-level test positive rate,county-level health care capacity,phase of epidemic,population mobility,population density,sociodemographics,socioeconomic status,race and ethnicity,behavioral risk factors,and meteorology.RESULTS From January 22,2020,to July 17,2020,3,659,828 COVID-19 cases and 138,552 deaths were reported in 3,076 US counties,with an overall observed case-fatality rate of 3.8%.County-level average NO2 concentrations were positively associated with both COVID-19 case-fatality rate and mortality rate in single-,bi-,and tri-pollutant models.When adjusted for co-pollutants,per interquartile-range(IQR)increase in NO2(4.6 ppb),COVID-19 case-fatality rate and mortality rate were associated with an increase of 11.3%(95%CI 4.9%–18.2%)and 16.2%(95%CI 8.7%–24.0%),respectively.We did not observe significant associations between COVID-19 case-fatality rate and long-term exposure to PM2.5 or O3,although per IQR increase in PM2.5(2.6 mg/m3)was marginally associated,with a 14.9%(95%CI 0.0%–31.9%)increase in COVID-19 mortality rate when adjusted for co-pollutants.DISCUSSION Long-term exposure to NO2,which largely arises from urban combustion sources such as traffic,may enhance susceptibility to severe COVID-19 outcomes,independent of long-termPM2.5 and O3 exposure.The results support targeted public health actions to protect residents from COVID-19 in heavily polluted regions with historically high NO2 levels.Continuation of current efforts to lower traffic emissions and ambient air pollution may be an important component of reducing population-level risk of COVID-19 case fatality and mortality. | Donghai Liang Liuhua Shi Jingxuan Zhao Pengfei Liu Jeremy A.Sarnat Song Gao Joel Schwartz Yang Liu Stefanie T.Ebelt Noah Scovronick Howard H.Chang | 2020 | The Innovation2020,1,3: | 1 |

| 5 | Electric-controlled pressure relief valve for enhanced safety in liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery packs显示文摘The liquid-cooled battery energy sto rage system(LCBESS) has gained significant attention due to its superior thermal management capacity.However,liquid-cooled battery pack(LCBP) usually has a high sealing level above IP65,which can trap flammable and explosive gases from battery thermal runaway and cause explosions.This poses serious safety risks and challenges for LCBESS.In this study,we tested overcharged battery inside a commercial LCBP and found that the conventionally mechanical pressure relief valve(PRV) on the LCBP had a delayed response and low-pressure relief efficiency.A realistic 20-foot model of an energy storage cabin was constructed using the Flacs finite element simulation software.Comparative studies were conducted to evaluate the pressure relief efficiency and the influence on neighboring battery packs in case of internal explosions,considering different sizes and installation positions of the PRV.Here,a newly developed electric-controlled PRV integrated with battery fault detection is introduced,capable of starting within 50 ms of the battery safety valve opening.Furthermore,the PRV was integrated with the battery management system and changed the battery charging and discharging strategy after the PRV was opened.Experimental tests confirmed the efficacy of this method in preventing explosions.This paper addresses the safety concerns associated with LCBPs and proposes an effective solution for explosion relief. | Yuhang Song Jidong Hou Nawei Lyu Xinyuan Luo Jingxuan Ma Shuwen Chen Peihao Wu Xin Jiang Yang Jin | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Intervalence charge transfer of Cr^(3+)-Cr^(3+) aggregation for NIR-Ⅱ luminescence显示文摘The increasing demand for high-contrast biological imaging,non-destructive testing,and infrared night vision can be addressed by the development of high-performance NIR light-emitting materials.Unlike lanthanide(Ln^(3+))with sharp-line multiplets and isolated Cr^(3+)with NIR-I emission,this study reports the first-ever NIR-Ⅱ broadband luminescence based on the intervalence charge transfer(IVCT)of Cr^(3+)-Cr^(3+)aggregation in gallate magentoplumbite.In particular,LaMgGa11O19:0.7Cr^(3+)exhibits dual-emission(NIR-I,890 nm and NIR-Ⅱ,1200 nm)with a full width at half maximum(FWHM)of 626 nm under 450 nm blue LED excitation.Moreover,this dual-emission exhibits anti-thermal quenching behavior(432%@290 K),attributed to the energy transfer among multiple Cr^(3+)centers.Cryogen absorption spectra,lifetimes decay(2.3 ms),and electron paramagnetic experiments reveal the NIR-Ⅱ luminescence of the Cr^(3+)-Cr^(3+)→Cr^(2+)-Cr^(4+)IVCT transition.The application of LaMgGa_(11)O_(19)∶0.7Cr^(3+)in NIR-Ⅱ biological imaging as an optical contrast agent,non-destructive testing,and night vision is demonstrated.This work provides new insights into broadband NIR-Ⅱ luminescence under UV-NIR excitation based on the IVCT of Cr^(3+)-Cr^(3+)aggregation. | Shengqiang Liu Jingxuan Du Zhen Song Chonggeng Ma Quanlin Liu | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,8: | 0 |
| 7 | Performance of a collector-storage solar air heating system for building mechanical ventilation preheating in the cold area显示文摘The application of solar thermal energy to preheat cold fresh air for mechanical ventilation could save a lot of energy and ensure the stable operation of the ventilation system.In this paper,a kind of collector-storage solar air heating system(CSSAHS),in which the thermal storage unit(TSU)is characterized by a dual S-channel for heat transfer,is proposed and the mathematical model for the integrated system was established.The model including the TSU,solar air collector,heat recovery device,and the fan was verified by an experimental study set up in a typical cold city in China.The model has been verified by experiments.The simulation results demonstrate that fresh air is the most important factor affecting storage/release efficiency.The increasing rate of heat release efficiency in the range of fresh air temperature-6-18°C is about 1.58%/°C.The solar heat collector area and the size of the TSU suitable for representative cities in cold regions are optimized based on multi-condition simulation analysis.The CSSAHS can preheat fresh air for 5 h after heat storage and the release efficiency is between 52 and 74%.Compared with other systems,the energy-saving rate of the CSSAHS is 26.5-33.3%in cold winter,and the heat supply ratio of the TSU is 24.4-35.1%. | Jingxuan Guan Kailiang Huang Jintian Xu Guohui Feng Jiasen Song | 2023 | Energy and Built Environment2023,4,6: | 0 |
| 8 | Effect of organophilic group of coupling agent on the electrical performance of Boron Nitride/meta-aramid composite paper显示文摘Organophilic groups of coupling agents can be the key factor for the electrical performance of Boron Nitride(BN)/meta-aramid composite paper.In this article,four types of triethoxy-silane coupling agents with different organophilic groups,including mercaptopropyl(MP),glycidylether-propyl(GP),amino-propyl(AP)and trideca-fluoro-octyl(TFO)were studied.The structural and electrical properties of modified papers were compared,and the molecular simulation was conducted to reveal the interface interaction of modified BN and aramid.The results show that AP,GP and MP follow the same mechanism,improving the electrical performance by modifying the interface stability and paper structure,and the ranks of improving effects are AP,MP and GP.While,TFO mainly relies on the fluorine components to implement the electrical reinforcement,which compensates for the shortcoming in the paper structure.By choosing TFO and filler content of 15 wt%,the optimal breakdown strength of the paper can be increased to 28.17 kV/mm,1.8 times that of the paper doped with the hydroxylated BN. | Haoou Ruan Qing Xie Jingxuan Song Shenghui Wang Xiaobin Chang Yuqin Xu Fangcheng Lü | 2023 | High Voltage2023,8,4: | 0 |
