| 1 | Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases显示文摘Aim Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in China.Ischaemic stroke accounts for about 60%-80%of all strokes.It is of considerable significance to carry out multidimensional management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.This evidence-based guideline aims to provide the latest detailed and comprehensive recommendations on the diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We had performed comprehensive searches of MEDLINE(via PubMed)(before 30 June 2019),and integrated the relevant information into charts and distributed to the writing group.Writing group members discussed and determined the recommendations through teleconference.We used the level of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association to grade each recommendation.The draft was reviewed by the Guideline Writing Committee of Chinese Stroke Association Stroke and finalised.This guideline is fully updated every 3 years.results This evidence-based guideline is based on the treatment,care and prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases,which emphasises on pathogenesis evaluation,intravenous thrombolysis,endovascular therapy,antiplatelet therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This updated guideline presents a framework for the management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Timely first-aid measures,professional care in the acute stage,and proactive secondary prevention will be helpful to patients. | Liping Liu Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Wanying Duan Shujuan Li Xiaochuan Huo Weihai Xu Li'an Huang Huaguang Zheng Jingyi Liu Hui Liu Yufei Wei Jie Xu Yongjun Wang | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2: | 42 |

| 3 | Cidea controls lipid droplet fusion and lipid storage in brown and white adipose tissue显示文摘Excess lipid storage in adipose tissue results in the development of obesity and other metabolic disorders including diabetes,fatty liver and cardiovascular diseases.The lipid droplet(LD)is an important subcellular organelle responsible for lipid storage.We previously observed that Fsp27,a member of the CIDE family proteins,is localized to LD-contact sites and promotes atypical LD fusion and growth.Cidea,a close homolog of Fsp27,is expressed at high levels in brown adipose tissue.However,the exact role of Cidea in promoting LD fusion and lipid storage in adipose tissue remains unknown.Here,we expressed Cidea in Fsp27-knockdown adipocytes and observed that Cidea has similar activity to Fsp27 in promoting lipid storage and LD fusion and growth.Next,we generated Cidea and Fsp27 double-deficient mice and observed that these animals had drastically reduced adipose tissue mass and a strong lean phenotype.In addition,Cidea/Fsp27 double-deficient mice had improved insulin sensitivity and were intolerant to cold.Furthermore,we observed that the brown and white adipose tissues of Cidea/Fsp27double-deficient mice had significantly reduced lipid storage and contained smaller LDs compared to those of Cidea or Fsp27single deficient mice.Overall,these data reveal an important role of Cidea in controlling lipid droplet fusion,lipid storage in brown and white adipose tissue,and the development of obesity. | WU LiZhen ZHOU LinKang CHEN Cheng GONG JingYi XU Li YE Jing LI De LI Peng | 2014 | Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,1: | 11 |

| 6 | Life prediction and test period optimization research based on small sample reliability test of hydraulic pumps显示文摘Hydraulic pumps belong to reliable long-life hydraulic components. The reliability evaluation includes characters such as long test period,high cost,and high power loss and so on. Based on the principle of energy-saving and power recovery,a small sample hydraulic pump reliability test rig is built,and the service life of hydraulic pump is predicted,and then the sampling period of reliability test is optimized. On the basis of considering the performance degradation mechanism of hydraulic pump,the feature information of degradation distribution of hydraulic pump volumetric efficiency during the test is collected,so an optimal degradation path model of feature information is selected from the aspect of fitting accuracy,and pseudo life data are obtained. Then a small sample reliability test of period constrained optimization search strategy for hydraulic pump is constructed to solve the optimization problem of the test sampling period and tightening end threshold,and it is verified that the accuracy of the minimum sampling period by the non-parametric hypothes is tested. | 10 | Urinary donor-derived cell-free DNA as a non-invasive biomarker for BK polyomavirus-associated nephropathy显示文摘BK polyomavirus-associated nephropathy(BKPyVAN)is a common cause of allograft failure.However,differentiation between BKPyVAN and type I T cell-mediated rejection(TCMR)is challenging when simian virus 40(SV40)staining is negative,because of the similarities in histopathology.This study investigated whether donor-derived cell-free DNA(ddcfDNA)can be used to differentiate BKPyVAN.Target region capture sequencing was applied to detect the ddcfDNAs of 12 recipients with stable graft function,22 with type I TCMR,21 with proven BKPy VAN,and 5 with possible Py VAN.We found that urinary ddcfDNA levels were upregulated in recipients with graft injury,whereas plasma ddcfDNA levels were comparable for all groups.The median urinary concentrations and fractions of ddcfDNA in proven BKPyVAN recipients were significantly higher than those in type I TCMR recipients(10.4 vs.6.1 ng/mL,P<0.001 and 68.4%vs.55.3%,P=0.013,respectively).Urinary ddcfDNA fractions(not concentrations)were higher in the BKPyVAN-pure subgroup than in the BKPyVAN-rejection-like subgroup(81.30%vs.56.64%,P=0.025).With a cut-off value of 7.81 ng/m L,urinary ddcf DNA concentrations distinguished proven BKPyVAN from type I TCMR(area under the curve(AUC)=0.848,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.734 to 0.963).These findings suggest that urinary ddcf DNA is a non-invasive biomarker which can reliably differentiate BKPy VAN from type I TCMR. | Jia SHEN Luying GUO Wenhua LEI Shuaihui LIU Pengpeng YAN Haitao LIU Jingyi ZHOU Qin ZHOU Feng LIU Tingya JIANG Huiping WANG Jianyong WU Jianghua CHEN Rending WANG | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,11: | 4 |
| 11 | Combined amendment reduces soil Cd availability and rice Cd accumulation in three consecutive rice planting seasons显示文摘The scientific application of stabilized materials has been considered an effective method for the in situ remediation of Cd-contaminated soil.This study aimed to investigate the persistence of the effect of a combined amendment of limestone and sepiolite(LS)on soil Cd availability and accumulation in rice grown in a mildly Cd-contaminated paddy field(0.45 mg/kg of Cd)over three consecutive rice seasons.1125–4500 kg/ha of LS was applied to the soil before the first rice planting season and 562.5–2250 kg/ha of LS was supplemented before the third rice planting season.The application of LS(1125–4500 kg/ha)increased the soil p H by 0.44–1.09,0.18–0.53,and 0.42–0.68 in the first,second,and third season,respectively,and decreased the soil acid-extractable Cd content by 18.2–36.4%,17.7–33.5%,and9.6–17.6%.LS application significantly decreased the Cd contents in the rice tissues.The application of 4500 kg/ha of LS decreased the Cd content in brown rice to below the National Food Limit Standard of 0.2 mg/kg(GB 2762-2017)in the three consecutive rice seasons.However,the effect of LS on the soil-rice system was significantly weakened in the third season.The supplementary application of 562.5–2250 kg/ha of LS further decreased the Cd content in brown rice by 26.1–56.5%and decreased the health risk index by 23.7–43.8%.Therefore,it was recommended to apply 4500 kg/ha of LS in the first season and to supplement2250 kg/ha of LS in the third season to effectively guarantee the clean production of rice in three consecutive rice seasons. | Wenjun Yang Shilong Wang Hang Zhou Min Zeng Jingyi Zhang Fang Huang Shiping Shan Zhaohui Guo Hongwei Yi Zhiguang Sun Jiaofeng Gu Bohan Liao | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1: | 4 |
| 12 | Meltblown fabric vs nanofiber membrane, which is better for fabricating personal protective equipments显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has led to a great demand on the personal protection products such as reusable masks.As a key raw material for masks,meltblown fabrics play an important role in rejection of aerosols.However,the electrostatic dominated aerosol rejection mechanism of meltblown fabrics prevents the mask from maintaining the desired protective effect after the static charge degradation.Herein,novel reusable masks with high aerosols rejection efficiency were fabricated by the introduction of spider-web bionic nanofiber membrane(nano cobweb-biomimetic membrane).The reuse stability of meltblown and nanofiber membrane mask was separately evaluated by infiltrating water,75%alcohol solution,and exposing under ultraviolet(UV)light.After the water immersion test,the filtration efficiency of meltblown mask was decreased to about 79%,while the nanofiber membrane was maintained at 99%.The same phenomenon could be observed after the 75%alcohol treatment,a high filtration efficiency of 99%was maintained in nanofiber membrane,but obvious negative effect was observed in meltblown mask,which decreased to about 50%.In addition,after long-term expose under UV light,no filtration efficiency decrease was observed in nanofiber membrane,which provide a suitable way to disinfect the potential carried virus.This work successfully achieved the daily disinfection and reuse of masks,which effectively alleviate the shortage of masks during this special period. | Junwei Wu Hongjia Zhou Jingyi Zhou Xiao Zhu Bowen Zhang Shasha Feng Zhaoxiang Zhong Lingxue Kong Weihong Xing | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,8: | 4 |
| 13 | Mechanism underlying the retarded nuclear translocation of androgen receptor splice variants显示文摘As shown in our previous study, two alternatively spliced androgen receptor(AR) variants, which are exclusively expressed in the granulosa cells of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, exhibit retarded nuclear translocation compared with wild-type AR. However, researchers have not yet determined whether these abnormalities correlate with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)and importin α(the former is a generally accepted co-chaperone of AR, and the latter is a component of classical nuclear import complexes). Here, these two variants were mainly retained in cytoplasm with HSP90 and importin α in the presence of dihydrotestosterone(DHT), and their levels in nucleus were significantly reduced, according to the immunofluorescence staining. The binding affinity of two AR variants for importin α was consistently decreased, while it was increased in WT-AR following DHT stimulation, leading to reduced nuclear import, particularly for the insertion-AR(Ins-AR). However, the binding affinities of two AR variants for HSP90 were increased in the absence of DHT compared with WT-AR, which functioned to maintain spatial structural stability, particularly for the deletion-AR(Del-AR). | 17 | Uranium sorption on oxyhydroxide minerals by surface complexation and precipitation显示文摘During the chemical weathering of the uranium mill tailings,released uranium could be immobilized by the newly formed secondary minerals such as oxyhydroxides.A deeper understanding of the interaction between uranium and common oxyhydroxides under environmental conditions is necessary.In this work,uranium sorption behaviors on Al-,Mn-and Fe-oxyhydroxide minerals(boehmite,manganite,goethite,and lepidocrocite)were investigated by batch experiments.Results showed that the uranium sorption on Al-oxyhydroxide behaved significantly differently from the other three minerals.The sorption edge of the Mn-and Fe-oxyhydroxides located around pH 5,while the sorption edge of boehmite shifted about 1.5 pH unit to near neutral.The sorption isotherms of uranium on manganite,goethite and lepidocrocite at pH 5.0 could be well fitted by the Langmuir model.Instead of surface complexation,sorption on boehmite happened mainly by uranium-bearing carbonates and hydroxides precipitation as illustrated by the characterization results.Both carbonate and phosphate strongly affected the uranium sorption behavior.The removal efficiency of uranium by boehmite exceeded 98%after three sorption-desorption cycles,indicating it may be a potential material for uranium removal and recovery. | Jingyi Wang Wanqiang Zhou Yanlin Shi Yao Li Dongfan Xian Ning Guo Chunli Liu | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7: | 3 |
| 18 | Ecological principle meets cancer treatment: treating children with acute myeloid leukemia with low-dose chemotherapy显示文摘Standard chemotherapy regimens for remission induction of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia(AML) are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We performed a cohort study to determine the impact of reducing the intensity of remission induction chemotherapy on the outcomes of selected children with AML treated with a low-dose induction regimen plus granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)(low-dose chemotherapy(LDC)/G-CSF). Complete response(CR) after two induction courses was attained in 87.0%(40/46) of patients receiving LDC/G-CSF. Post-remission therapy was offered to all patients, and included standard consolidation and/or stem cell transplantation. During the study period, an additional 94 consecutive children with AML treated with standard chemotherapy(SDC) for induction(80/94(85.1%) of the patients attained CR after induction Ⅱ, P = 0.953) and post-remission. In this non-randomized study, there were no significant differences in 4-year event-free(67.4 vs. 70.7%;P = 0.99)and overall(70.3 vs. 74.6%, P = 0.69) survival in the LDC/G-CSF and SDC cohorts, respectively. After the first course of induction, recovery of white blood cell(WBC) and platelet counts were significantly faster in patients receiving LDC/G-CSF than in those receiving SDC(11.5 vs. 18.5 d for WBCs(P < 0.001);15.5 vs. 22.0 d for platelets(P < 0.001)). To examine the quality of molecular response, targeted deep sequencing was performed. Of 137 mutations detected at diagnosis in 20 children who attained hematological CR after two courses of LDC/G-CSF(n = 9) or SDC(n = 11), all of the mutations were below the reference value(variant allelic frequency <2.5%) after two courses, irrespective of the treatment group. In conclusion, children with AML receiving LDC/G-CSF appear to have similar outcomes and mutation clearance levels, but significantly lower toxicity than those receiving SDC. | 19 | Tranexamic acid for acute intracerebral haemorrhage growth based on imaging assessment (TRAIGE): a multicentre, randomised, placebo- controlled trial显示文摘Background Studies show tranexamic acid can reduce the risk of death and early neurological deterioration after intracranial haemorrhage.We aimed to assess whether tranexamic acid reduces haematoma expansion and improves outcome in intracerebral haemorrhage patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion.Methods We did a prospective,double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled trial at 10 stroke centres in China.Acute supratentorial intracerebral haemorrhage patients were eligible if they had indication of haemorrhage expansion on admission imaging(eg,spot sign,black hole sign or blend sign),and were treatable within 8 hours of symptom onset.Patients were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive either tranexamic acid or a matching placebo.The primary outcome was intracerebral haematoma growth(>33% relative or>6 mL absolute)at 24 hours.Clinical outcomes were assessed at 90 days.Results Of the 171 included patients,124(72.5%)were male,and the mean age was 55.9±11.6 years.89 patients received tranexamic acid and 82 received placebo.The primary outcome did not differ significantly between the groups:36(40.4%)patients in the tranexamic acid group and 34(41.5%)patients in the placebo group had intracranial haemorrhage growth(OR 0.96,95% CI 0.52 to 1.77,p=0.89).The proportion of death was lower in the tranexamic acid treatment group than placebo group(8.1%vs 10.0%),but there were no significant differences in secondary outcomes including absolute intracranial haemorrhage growth,death and dependency.Conclusions Among patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion treated within 8 hours of stroke onset,tranexamic acid did not significantly prevent intracerebral haemorrhage growth.Larger studies are needed to assess safety and efficacy of tranexamic acid in intracerebral haemorrhage patients. | Jingyi Liu Ximing Nie Hongqiu Gu Qi Zhou Haixin Sun Ying Tan Dacheng Liu Lina Zheng Jiahui Zhao Yan Wang Yibin Cao Haomeng Zhu Yunpeng Zhang Lijin Yi Yuehua Pu Miao Wen Zhonghua Yang Shengjun Sun Wenzhi Wang Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2: | 3 |
| 20 | An elevated preoperative serum calcium level is a significant predictor for positive peritoneal cytology in endometrial carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To evaluate preoperative serum calcium concentration and investigate the association between calcium level and positive peritoneal cytology in endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods:A total of 510 patients who were diagnosed with EC and had surgery were initially enrolled in this study at Peking University People's Hospital between January 2012 and December 2016.Clinical characteristics and preoperative serum calcium,albumin,carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,CA19-9,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were extracted from patient records and evaluated according to postoperative peritoneal cytology.Predictive factors were assessed with Cox univariate and multivariate analyses.Factors selected from multivariate analysis results were used to build a predictive model.Results:A total of 510 patients are identified in our database and 444 patients who fulfilled inclusion and exclusion criteria are included in this study.Univariate analysis revealed that ionized calcium concentration was closely related to positive peritoneal cytology,tumor grade and lymph-vascular space invasion(LVSI).Moreover,peritoneal cytology was significantly associated with hypertension,tubal ligation,serum CA125,CA19-9,CEA and ionized calcium level.Multivariate analysis revealed that albumin-adjusted calcium level,CA125 and tubal ligation were independent predictive factors of positive peritoneal cytology(P<0.05).A combination of ionized calcium level with the other two indexes yielded significantly great area under the curve(AUC=0.824).Conclusions:This study enhanced the value of preoperative ionized calcium level.We also identified several potential biomarkers to predict positive peritoneal cytology in EC patients before surgery. | Xingchen Li Yuan Cheng Yangyang Dong Boqiang Shen Xiao Yang Jiaqi Wang Jingyi Zhou Jianliu Wang | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6: | 3 |
