1Discovery of ultrahigh-pressure magnesite-bearing garnet lherzolite (>3.8 GPa) in the Altyn Tagh, Northwest China显示文摘Magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite from the Altyn Tagh, associated with garnet pyroxenite, and garnet-bearing felsic gneiss, crops out as lenses in Proterozoic gneiss about 100 km east of the Jianggelasayi River. The garnet Iherzolite, together with the eclogite in western Jianggelasayi, composes a high-pressure to ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt in the southern margin of the Altyn Tagh. Parageneses of minerals from magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite indicate that the rock evolved a multi-stage metamorphism. The peak-stage metamorphism produces an assemblage of Grt+Ol+Opx+Cpx±Mgs, in which A12O3 content of Opxis very low (0.30-0.66wt%). The calculated P-T condition of the peak stage is 3.8-5.lGPa and 880-970°C, some exsolution rods of clinopyroxene and rutile occur in the Grt and magnesite is rimed by dolomite and orthopyroxene, all implying that the peak stage was a UHP metamorphic process. 3Seasonal cycle of the zonal land-sea thermal contrast and East Asian subtropical monsoon circulation显示文摘Based on analysis of the climatic temperature latitudinal deviation on middle troposphere, its seasonal cycle suggests that due to the rapid warming from eastern China continent to the east of Tibetan Pla-teau and the heating of Tibetan Plateau in spring, seasonal transition of the thermal difference between East Asia continent and West Pacific first takes place in the subtropical region with greatest intensity. On the accompanying low troposphere, the prevailing wind turns from northerly in winter to southerly in summer with the convection precipitation occurring at the same time. This maybe indicates the onset of the East Asian subtropical summer monsoon. 4HIF-1α-induced expression of m6A reader YTHDF1 drives hypoxia-induced autophagy and malignancy of hepatocellular carcinoma by promoting ATG2A and ATG14 translation显示文摘N6-methyladenosine(m6A),and its reader protein YTHDF1,play a pivotal role in human tumorigenesis by affecting nearly everystage of RNA metabolism.Autophagy activation is one of the ways by which cancer cells survive hypoxia.However,the possibleinvolvement of m6A modification of mRNA in hypoxia-induced autophagy was unexplored in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCO).In this study,specific variations in YTHDF1 expression were detected in YTHDF1-overexpressing,knockout,and-knockdownHCC cells,HCC organoids,and HCC patient-derived xenograft(PDX)murine models.YTHDF1 expression and hypoxia inducedautophagy were significantly correlated in vitro;signifhcant overexpression of YTHDF1 in HCC tissues was associated with poorprognosis,Multivariate cox regression analysis identihed YTHDF1 expression as an independent prognostic factor in patients withHCC.Multiple HC models conhrmed that YTHDF1 deficiency inhibited HCC autophagy,growth,and metastasis.Luciferase reporterassays and chromatin immunoprecipitation demonstrated that HlIF-1a regulated YTHDF1 transcription by directly binding to itspromoter region under hypoxia.The results of methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing,proteomics,and polysomeprofling indicated that YTHDF1 contibuted to the translation of autophagy-related genes ATG2A and ATG14 by binding to m6A-modifhed ATG2A and ATG14 mRNA,thus facilitating autophagy and autophagy-related malignancy of HCC.Taken together,HlE-1d-induced YTHDF1 expression was associated with hypoxia-induced autophagy and autophagy-related HCC progression via promoting translation of autophagy-related genes ATG2A and ATG14 in a m6A-dependent manner.Our fndings suggest thatYTHDF1 is a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for patients with HCC.Qing Li Yong Ni Liren Zhang Runqiu Jiang Jing Xu Hong Yang Yuanchang Hu Jiannan Qiu Liyong Pu Jinhai Tang Xuehao Wang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3:24
5Relationship between the atmospheric heat source over Tibetan Plateau and the heat source and general circulation over East Asia显示文摘On the basis of NCEP/NCAR version I daily reanalysis data from 1971 to 2000 and by the methods of inverse calculation,correlation analysis and comparative analysis,the influences of atmospheric heat source(AHS) over the Tibetan Plateau on the large-scale AHS and the general circulation in summer are studied in this paper.The results show that AHS over the plateau in summer may trigger a heat source wavetrain propagating northeastward along the coast from the East Asian continent and West Pacific to Bering Strait-Arctic or even North America.In addition,if AHS over the eastern plateau is intense,South Asian High moves to southeast and West Pacific subtropical high moves to southwest;on the contrary,if AHS over the eastern plateau is weak,South Asian High moves to northwest and West Pacific subtropical high moves to northeast.Therefore,South Asian High and West Pacific sub-tropical high move in the horizontally-opposite directions in terms of interannual variation,for which AHS over the eastern plateau seems to be thermodynamically responsible.WANG YueNan ZHANG Bo CHEN LongXun HE JinHai LI Wei CHEN Hua 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,21:9
6Olivine-norite rock detected by the lunar rover Yutu-2 likely crystallized from the SPA-impact melt pool显示文摘Chang’E-4 landed in the South Pole-Aitken(SPA)basin,providing a unique chance to probe the composition of the lunar interior.Its landing site is located on ejecta strips in Von Karm´an crater that´possibly originate from the neighboring Finsen crater.A surface rock and the lunar regolith at 10 sites along the rover Yutu-2 track were measured by the onboard Visible and Near-Infrared Imaging Spectrometer in the first three lunar days of mission operations.In situ spectra of the regolith have peak band positions at 1 and 2μm,similar to the spectral data of Finsen ejecta from the Moon Mineralogy Mapper,which confirms that the regolith’s composition of the landing area is mostly similar to that of Finsen ejecta.The rock spectrum shows similar band peak positions,but stronger absorptions,suggesting relatively fresh exposure.The rock may consist of 38.1±5.4%low-Ca pyroxene,13.9±5.1%olivine and 48.0±3.1%plagioclase,referred to as olivine-norite.The plagioclase-abundant and olivine-poor modal composition of the rock is inconsistent with the origin of the mantle,but representative of the lunar lower crust.Alternatively,the rock crystallized from the impact-derived melt pool formed by the SPA-impact event via mixing the lunar crust and mantle materials.This scenario is consistent with fast-cooling thermal conditions of a shallow melt pool,indicated by the fine to medium-sized texture(<3 mm)of the rock and the SPA-impact melting model[Icarus 2012;220:730–43].Honglei Lin Zhiping He Wei Yang Yangting Lin Rui Xu Chi Zhang Meng-Hua Zhu Rui Chang Jinhai Zhang Chunlai Li Hongyu Lin Yang Liu Sheng Gou Yong Wei Sen Hu Changbin Xue Jianfeng Yang Jie Zhong Xiaohui Fu Weixing Wan Yongliao Zou 2020National Science Review2020,7,5:9
7Weather Prediction With Multiclass Support Vector Machines in the Fault Detection of Photovoltaic System显示文摘Since the efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) power is closely related to the weather,many PV enterprises install weather instruments to monitor the working state of the PV power system.With the development of the soft measurement technology,the instrumental method seems obsolete and involves high cost.This paper proposes a novel method for predicting the types of weather based on the PV power data and partial meteorological data.By this method,the weather types are deduced by data analysis,instead of weather instrument A better fault detection is obtained by using the support vector machines(SVM) and comparing the predicted and the actual weather.The model of the weather prediction is established by a direct SVM for training multiclass predictors.Although SVM is suitable for classification,the classified results depend on the type of the kernel,the parameters of the kernel,and the soft margin coefficient,which are difficult to choose.In this paper,these parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm in anticipation of good prediction results can be achieved.Prediction results show that this method is feasible and effective.Wenying Zhang Huaguang Zhang Jinhai Liu Kai Li Dongsheng Yang Hui Tian 2017IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2017,4,3:7
8Porcine Immunoglobulin Fc Fused P30/P54 Protein of African Swine Fever Virus Displaying on Surface of S. cerevisiae Elicit Strong Antibody Production in Swine显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV)infects domestic pigs and European wild boars with strong,hemorrhagic and high mortality.The primary cellular targets of ASFV is the porcine macrophages.Up to now,no commercial vaccine or effective treatment available to control the disease.In this study,three recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae(S.cerevisiae)strains expressing fused ASFV proteins-porcine Ig heavy chains were constructed and the immunogenicity of the S.cerevisiae-vectored cocktail ASFV feeding vaccine was further evaluated.To be specific,the P30-Fcγand P54-Fcαfusion proteins displaying on surface of S.cerevisiae cells were produced by fusing the Fc fragment of porcine immunoglobulin IgG1 or IgA1 with p30 or p54 gene of ASFV respectively.The recombinant P30-Fcγand P54-Fcαfusion proteins expressed by S.cerevisiae were verified by Western blotting,flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assay.Porcine immunoglobulin Fc fragment fused P30/P54 proteins elicited P30/P54-specific antibody production and induced higher mucosal immunity in swine.The absorption and phagocytosis of recombinant S.cerevisiae strains in IPEC-J2 cells or porcine alveolar macrophage(PAM)cells were significantly enhanced,too.Here,we introduce a kind of cheap and safe oral S.cerevisiae-vectored vaccine,which could activate the specific mucosal immunity for controlling ASFV infection.Chen Chen Deping Hua Jingxuan Shi Zheng Tan Min Zhu Kun Tan Lilin Zhang Jinhai Huang 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:7
9The evolution characteristics of main waterways and their control mechanism in the radial sand ridges of the southern Yellow Sea显示文摘The comparison of the underwater topographic data in recent four decades shows that main waterways of the radial sand ridges area in the southern Yellow Sea tend to gradually migrate southward(scour depth and southward extension of the main channels in Xiyang, southward approach of Lanshayang Waterway and Xiaomiaohong Waterway on South Flank). Although there are various hypotheses about the cause and mechanism of the overall southward migration of the radial sand ridges, no universal and reliable understanding has been obtained so far. The mechanism of this process becomes a challenging problem which serves a key issue in the morphodynamics of the radial sand ridges and the harbor construction in this area. On the basis of the shoreline positions and underwater terrains at different development stages of the Huanghe Delta coast in northern Jiangsu Province, China since the northward return of the Huanghe River and flowed into the Bohai Sea,combined with the tidal wave numerical simulation study, the characteristics and hydrodynamic changes of the tidal wave system in the southern Yellow Sea at different evolution stages are investigated. It is shown that due to the shoreline retreat and the erosion of underwater delta, tidal current velocity is enhanced, and the enhanced area gradually migrates southward. 10Geology and geochemistry of the Bingdaban ophiolitic mélange in the boundary fault zone on the northern Central Tianshan Belt,and its tectonic implications显示文摘The properties and tectonic significance of the fault bound zone on the northern margin of the Central Tianshan belt are key issues to understand the tectonic framework and evolutionary history of the Tianshan Orogenic Belt. Based on the geological and geochemical studies in the Tianshan orogenic belt, it is suggested that the ophiolitic slices found in the Bingdaban area represent the remaining oceanic crust of the Early Paleozoic ocean between the Hazakstan and Zhungaer blocks. Mainly com-posed of basalts, gabbros and diabases, the ophiolites were overthrust onto the boundary fault be-tween the Northern Tianshan and Central Tianshan belts. The major element geochemistry is charac-terized by high TiO2 (1.50%-2.25%) and MgO (6.64%-9.35%), low K2O (0.06%-0.41%) and P2O5 (0.1%-0.2%), and Na2O>K2O as well. Low ΣREE and depletion in LREE indicate that the original magma was derived from a depleted mantle source. Compared with a primitive mantle, the geochemistry of the basalts from the Bingdaban area is featureded by depletion in Th, U, Nb, La, Ce and Pr, and unfrac-tionated in HFS elements. The ratios of Zr/Nb, Nb/La, Hf/Ta, Th/Yb and Hf/Th are similar to those of the typical N-MORB. It can be interpreted that the basalts in the Bingdaban area were derived from a de-pleted mantle source, and formed in a matured mid-oceanic ridge setting during the matured evolu-tionary stage of the Northern Tianshan ocean. In comparison with the basalts, the diabases from the Bingdaban area show higher contents of Al2O3, ∑REE and HFS elements as well as unfractionated incompatible elements except Cs, Rb and Ba, and about 10 times the values of the primitive mantle. Thus, the diabases are thought to be derived from a primitive mantle and similar to the typical E-MORB. The diabases also have slight Nb depletion accompanying no apparent Th enrichment compared with N-MORB. 12Numerical study on vertical structures of undertow inside and outside the surf zone显示文摘Nearshore shoaling and breaking waves can drive a complex circulation system of wave-induced currents. In the cross-shore direction, the local vertical imbalance between the gradient of radiation stress and that of pressure due to the setup drives an offshore flow near the bottom, called ‘undertow’, which plays a significant role in the beach profile evolution and the structure stability in coastal regions. A 1DV undertow model was developed based on the relationship between the turbulent shear stress and the gradient of horizontal current velocity. A shear stress boundary condition at the wave trough level derived from the momentum balance equation combined with a no-slip condition at the sea bed were applied to solve the vertical structure of undertow. The turbulent eddy viscosity was assumed to be relevant to the breaking energy dissipation and linearly distributed over depth. The wave characteristics as inputs for the present model were obtained by solving an extended wave energy balance equation incorporating the surface roller effect. Numerical results showed generally good agreements with three series of experimental data for various bathymetries and wave conditions. Comparisons indicated that the formula proposed in this paper for the shear stress at wave trough level could reasonably improve the modeled undertow profiles especially outside the surf zone and a little distance shoreward of the breaking point, and revealed that the model performs well in simulating both vertical and horizontal distributions of undertow and is capable of providing hydrodynamic forcing for the cross-shore sediment transport.ZHANG Chi WANG Yigang ZHENG Jinhai 2009Acta Oceanologica Sinica2009,28,5:4
13Spectral wave transformation model for simulating refrac-tion-diffraction with strongly reflecting coastal structures显示文摘On the basis of the wave action balance equation which incorporates refraction,diffraction,reflection and wave-current interaction,a directional spectral wave transformation model WABED is developed for predicting the irregular wave refraction-diffraction with strongly reflecting structures in coastal regions.In the model,diffraction is taken into account by introducing a term formulated from a parabolic approximation wave equation,and reflection is calculated through a back-marching numerical approach at the reflecting boundary.Two experimental data sets are used to examine the performance of present model with regard to wave characteristics around reflecting coastal structures.One is from a physical experiment at idealized inlet with parallel jetties,while the other is from a laboratory study on a coastal project of the concave breakwater.Reasonably good agreements are found for both cases,revealing the applicability of the present model for predicting combined wave refraction-diffraction processes with strongly reflecting coastal structures.ZHENG Jinhai NGUYEN Viet Thanh ZHANG Chi 2011Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,2:3
14Porcine FcεRI Mediates Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus Multiplication and Regulates the Inflammatory Reaction显示文摘Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) shows characteristic antibody-dependent enhancement(ADE) of infection and causes porcine systemic inflammation, which is similar to a type I allergic reaction; however, the role of porcine FceεRI in ADE is still unclear. In this study, the expression of different Fc receptors(Fc Rs) on macrophages was investigated in a PRRSV 3D4/21 cell infection model in the presence or absence of PRRSV antibody. The transcription level of Fcc II and FceεRI was significantly up-regulated under PRRSV-antibody complex infection. Internalization and proliferation of PRRSV were promoted by the ADE mechanism when FceεRI was expressed in permissive 3D4/21 cells and the non-permissive cell line HEK 293T. Transcriptome sequencing data showed that the expression levels of AKT,ERK and other signal molecules in the anti-inflammatory pathway were significantly increased, especially in the cells infected with the PRRSV-antibody immune complex. Inflammatory regulatory molecules such as PLA2G6, LOX, TRPM8 and TRPM4 were significantly up-regulated following PRRSV infection but significantly down-regulated in the cells infected with the PRRSV-antibody immune complex. 15Tidal Current and Tidal Energy Changes Imposed by a Dynamic Tidal Power System in the Taiwan Strait, China显示文摘The Taiwan Strait has recently been proposed as a promising site for dynamic tidal power systems because of its shallow depth and strong tides. Dynamic tidal power is a new concept for extracting tidal potential energy in which a coast-perpendicular dike is used to create water head and generate electricity via turbines inserted in the dike. Before starting such a project, the potential power output and hydrodynamic impacts of the dike must be assessed. In this study, a two-dimensional numerical model based on the Delft3 D-FLOW module is established to simulate tides in China. A dike module is developed to account for turbine processes and estimate power output by integrating a special algorithm into the model. The domain decomposition technique is used to divide the computational zone into two subdomains with grid refinement near the dike. The hydrodynamic processes predicted by the model, both with and without the proposed construction, are examined in detail, including tidal currents and tidal energy flux. The predicted time-averaged power yields with various opening ratios are presented. The results show that time-averaged power yield peaks at an 8% opening ratio. For semidiurnal tides, the flow velocity increases in front of the head of the dike and decreases on either side. For diurnal tides, these changes are complicated by the oblique incidence of tidal currents with respect to the dike as well as by bathymetric features. 18Quantum Key Distribution Network: Optimal Secret- Key- Aware Routing Method for Trust Relaying显示文摘Since the QKD network can overcome the distance limitation and expand the point-to-point QKD system to a multi-user key distribution system, some testing QKD networks have been built. However, all of this previous research seldom focused on the routing mechanism of QKD network in detail. Therefore, this paper focuses on the routing issue in trust relaying QKD network, builds a model of the trust relaying QKD network and proposes a secret-key-aware routing method. In our method, a dynamic model for the residual local key is proposed to forecast the residual local key quantity of each QKD link more accurately, and the cost of QKD link and relaying path are defined by multiple affecting factors, e.g. the generation, consumption rate and the local key depletion index. The proposed method is implemented and evaluated in a simulation environment. The simulation results show that our routing method can increase the success rate of key exchange, make all the QKD links participate key exchange with almost equal opportunity to achieve load balance, and trade off the local key generation and consumption of each QKD link. 20Evolution and modeling of mine water inflow and hazard characteristics in southern coalfields of China:A case of Meitanba mine显示文摘In this paper,the hydrogeological characteristics in the southern coalfields of China are first briefly outlined.Then,taking the Meitanba mine as an example,the evolution and modeling of mine water inflow are studied.Finally,the hazard characteristics related to mine water and mud inrush are analyzed.The results show that the main mine water sources in the Meitanba mine area are groundwater,surface water and precipitation.The evolution of mine water inflow with time indicates that the water inflow is closely related to the development of karst structures,the amount of water from rainfall infiltration,and the scope of groundwater depression cone.The mine water inflow increases with time due to the increase in mining depth and the expansion of groundwater depression cone.Using the big well method and following the potential superposition principle,a hydrogeological model considering multi-well interactions has been developed to predict the mine water inflow.Based on the monitored data in the Meitanba mine area over a period of nearly 60 years,it is found that with increasing mining depth,the number of water and mud inrush points tended to decrease.However,the average water and mud flow rate per point tended to increase.Jinhai Liu Yanlin Zhao Tao Tan Lianyang Zhang Sitao Zhu Fangyan Xu 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,3:2
