| 4 | Allosteric inhibition reveals SHP2-mediated tumor immunosuppression in colon cancer by single-cell transcriptomics显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC), a malignant tumor worldwide consists of microsatellite instability(MSI) and stable(MSS) phenotypes. Although SHP2 is a hopeful target for cancer therapy, its relationship with innate immunosuppression remains elusive. To address that, single-cell RNA sequencing wasperformed to explore the role of SHP2 in all cell types of tumor microenvironment(TME) from murine MC38 xenografts. Intratumoral cells were found to be functionally heterogeneous and responded significantly to SHP099, a SHP2 allosteric inhibitor. The malignant evolution of tumor cells was remarkably arrested by SHP099. Mechanistically, STING-TBK1-IRF3-mediated type I interferon signaling was highly activated by SHP099 in infiltrated myeloid cells. Notably, CRC patients with MSS phenotype exhibited greater macrophage infiltration and more potent SHP2 phosphorylation in CD68;macrophages than MSI-high phenotypes, suggesting the potential role of macrophagic SHP2 in TME. | 5 | Near infrared spectral and polarization imaging observation of coronal emission lines during the 2008 total solar eclipse显示文摘During the 2008 total solar eclipse, the coronal emission lines were observed by using optical fibre spectrometric and polarization imaging system in near infrared waveband. The profiles of the coronal emission lines including Fe XIII 10747 , 10798 and He I 10830 were obtained with dispersion of 0.5 /pix. The intensity of Fe XIII 10747 remained unchanged in the two different coronal regions while the intensity of He I 10830 varied considerably in the two coronal locations no matter whether the prominence appeared or not. | 8 | The correlation between expansion speed and magnetic field in solar flare ribbons显示文摘In this paper, we study the correlation between the expansion speed of two-ribbon flares and the magnetic field measured in the ribbon location, and compare such correlation for two events with different magnetic configurations. These two events are: an M1.0 flare in the quiet sun on September 12, 2000 and an X2.3 flare in Active Region NOAA 9415 on April 10, 2001. The magnetic configuration of the M1.0 flare is simple, while that of X2.3 event is complex. We have derived a power-law correlation between the ribbon expansion speed (V r) and the longitudinal magnetic field (Bz) with an empirical relationship V r = A×Bz-δ, where A is a constant and δ is the index of the power-law correlation. | 10 | Tribological properties of M0S_(2) coating for ultra-long wear-life and low coefficient of friction combined with additive g-C3N4 in air显示文摘The solid lubricant M0S_(2) demonstrates excellent lubricating properties,but it spontaneously oxidizes and absorbs moisture in air,and thus results in poor wear resistance and short wear-life.In this study,the additive g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)was successfully combined with M0S_(2) via hydrothermal synthesis as a solid lubricant for the first time.Meanwhile,a low friction coefficient(COF,y=0.031)and ultra-long wear-life of CN/M0S_(2) compared to pure M0S_(2) in air were demonstrated.The functional groups and good crystallinity of the lubricant material were characterized via Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The formed valence states in CN/M0S_(2) were analyzed via X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The characterized results of the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)show the morphology and interior crystal phase structure of CN/M0S_(2).From the cross-section analysis,the presence of iron oxide nanoparticles lubricating film is synergistic with CN/M0S_(2) film during the friction process,resulting in its ultra-long wear-life.In particular,the friction mechanism of interlayer sliding friction combined with energy storage friction was analyzed and proposed. | Yupeng ZHANG Panpan LI Li JI Xiaohong LIU Hongqi WAN Lei CHEN Hongxuan LI Zhiiiang JIN | 2021 | Friction2021,9,4: | 3 |

| 13 | Some basic questions on helicity inferred from vector magnetograms显示文摘This paper summarizes current helicity measurements in the solar active regions (ARs). There is a basic agreement with the 'hemispheric sign rule (HSR)' of the current helicity among different vector magnetographs through two solar cycles, but there is a large dispersion of the fraction of ARs following the HSR. In our sample, there are 50%-78% ARs in solar cycle 22 and 44%-79% ARs in cycle 23 following the HSR. A variation is also found in the fraction of the ARs following the HSR between different instruments even when the same ARs are selected. The difference also exists for the same instrument when the selected ARs are different. There are some differences in the variation of HSR with solar cycle for the individual helicity parameter inferred from different instruments. | 14 | IPSO-based hybrid approaches for reliability-redundancy allocation problems显示文摘The problem of maximizing system reliability through component reliability choices and component redundancy is called reli-ability-redundancy allocation problem(RAP),and it is a difficult but realistic nonlinear mixed-integer optimization problem.For the RAP,we pay attention to an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO),and introduce four hybrid approaches for combining the IPSO with other conventional search techniques,such as harmony search(HS)and LXPM(a real coded GA).The basic structure of the hybrid approaches includes two phases.After devising an initial solution by the HS or LXPM technique in the first phase,the IPSO performs an optimal search in the next phase.In addition,a new procedure by using golden search,named GS,is developed for further improving the solutions obtained by IPSO.Consequently,four ISPO-based hybrid approaches are proposed including HS-IPSO,LXPM-IPSO,HS-IPSO-GS,and LXPM-IPSO-GS.In order to validate the per-formance of proposed approaches,five nonlinear mixed-integer RAPs are investigated where both the number of redundancy components and the corresponding component reliability in each subsystem are to be decided simultaneously.As shown,the proposed approaches are all superior in terms of both optimal solutions and robustness to those by IPSO.Especially,the pro-posed LXPM-IPSO-GS has shown more excellent performance than other typical approaches in the literature. | ZHANG HongQi HU XiangTao SHAO XiaoDong LI ZiCheng WANG YuHui | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11: | 2 |

| 16 | Quantum Key Distribution Network: Optimal Secret- Key- Aware Routing Method for Trust Relaying显示文摘Since the QKD network can overcome the distance limitation and expand the point-to-point QKD system to a multi-user key distribution system, some testing QKD networks have been built. However, all of this previous research seldom focused on the routing mechanism of QKD network in detail. Therefore, this paper focuses on the routing issue in trust relaying QKD network, builds a model of the trust relaying QKD network and proposes a secret-key-aware routing method. In our method, a dynamic model for the residual local key is proposed to forecast the residual local key quantity of each QKD link more accurately, and the cost of QKD link and relaying path are defined by multiple affecting factors, e.g. the generation, consumption rate and the local key depletion index. The proposed method is implemented and evaluated in a simulation environment. The simulation results show that our routing method can increase the success rate of key exchange, make all the QKD links participate key exchange with almost equal opportunity to achieve load balance, and trade off the local key generation and consumption of each QKD link.
