| 1 | Numerical simulation of a buried hot crude oil pipeline during shutdown显示文摘In this paper a mathematical model is built for a buried hot crude oil pipeline during shutdown,and an unstructured grid and polar coordinate grid are respectively applied to generating grids for the soil region and the three layers in the pipe(wax layer,pipe wall,and corrosion-inhibiting coating) . The governing equations are discretized using the fi nite volume method. | 4 | Boron difluoride formazanate dye for high-efficiency NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging-guided cancer photothermal therapy显示文摘The small molecular second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ, 1000–1700 nm) dye-based nanotheranostics can concurrently combine deep-tissue photodiagnosis with in situ phototherapy, which occupies a vital position in the early detection and precise treatment of tumors. However, the development of small molecular NIR-Ⅱ dyes is still challenging due to the limited electron acceptors and cumbersome synthetic routes.Herein, we report a novel molecular electron acceptor, boron difluoride formazanate(BDF). Based on BDF, a new small molecular NIR-Ⅱ dye BDF1005 is designed and synthesized with strong NIR-I absorption at 768 nm and bright NIR-Ⅱ peak emission at 1034 nm. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that BDF1005-based nanotheranostics can be applied for NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging-guided photothermal therapy of 4T1 tumor-bearing mice. Under 808 nm laser irradiation, tumor growth can be effectively inhibited. | 5 | Discriminating hydrocarbon generation potential of coaly source rocks and their contribution:a case study from the Upper Paleozoic of Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘Although various coaly source rocks widely developed in the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)of the Bohai Bay Basin,their geochemical characteristics and hydrocarbon generation potential are poorly understood.This study aims to discriminate the contribution of hydrocarbon generation from different C-P coaly source rocks and clarify the differences within generated oils using organic geochemistry,organic petrology,and thermal simulation experiments.The coaly source rocks containt coal clarain and durain,carbonaceous shale,and shale deposited in deltaic and lagoonal environment.The results indicated that clarain,durain,and carbonaceous shale exhibited higher hydrogen index and liquid-gas hydrocarbon yields than lagoonal and deltaic shales,which was mainly associated with the concentrations of sporinite,cutinite,and hydrogen-rich collodetrinite.Aliphatic hydro-carbons originated firom coal and carbonaceous shale presented lower Ts/(Ts+Tm),Ga/17α(H)21β(H)-C_(30)hopane,18α(H)-oleanane/17α(H)21β(H)-C_(30)hopane ratios,and higher 17β3(H)21α(H)-C_(30)Morane/17α(H)21β(H)-C_(30)hopane than deltaic lagoonal shales.Parameters of aromatic hydrocarbons generated from five lithologies of coaly source rocks trended as clear group distribution,e.g.,clarain and durain showing lower MNR,DBT/Fluorene(F)ratios and higher DBF/F ratio than coaly shales.The distinct descending trend of hydrocarbon potential is obtained from clarain,durain,carbonaceous shale to lagoonal and deltaic shales,implying dominated the petroleum and natural gas supplement from coal and carbonaceous shale.The difference between aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons provides a significant contribution to analyze the generic relationship between coaly source rock and lacustrine shale.Our results illustrate the importance of coaly source rocks for the in-depth oil-gas exploration of the Bohai Bay Basin and understanding hydrocarbon generation potential of source rocks in coal bearing strata. | Jinjun XU Da LOU Qiang JIN Lixin FU Fuqi CHENG Shuhui ZHOU Xiuhong WANG Chao LIANG Fulai LI | 2021 | Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,4: | 1 |

| 10 | Influence of Modified Medical Stone on Behavior of Sulfur during Pyrolysis of Longma Coal显示文摘The influence of Co Mo P/medical stone and SO_4^(2-)/medical stone on sulfur behavior during the Longma coal pyrolysis was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. Moreover, the kinetics was also studied. It is found that adding SO_4^(2-)/medical stone was favorable to removal of volatile matter, while adding Co Mo P/medical stone could inhibit the emission of volatiles. Moreover, the results also showed that adding Co Mo P/medical stone made the total sulfur retention higher, while adding SO_4^(2-)/medical stone made the total sulfur retention lower. Adding modified medical stone was beneficial to removal of sulfate sulfur and pyritic sulfur, while it was beneficial to retaining organic sulfur in the residue. Furthermore, adding Co Mo P/medical stone and SO_4^(2-)/medical stone all could increase the emission of H_2S when the temperature was higher than 450℃. | 12 | Overexpression of OsPIL15, a phytochrome-interacting factor-like protein gene, represses etiolated seedling growth in rice显示文摘Phytochrome-interacting factors(PIFs)regulate an array of developmental responses ranging from seed germination to vegetational architecture in Arabidopsis.However,information regarding the functions of the PIF family in monocots has not been widely reported.Here,we investigate the roles of OsPIL15,a member of the rice(Oryza sativa L.cv.Nipponbare)PIF family,in regulating seedling growth.OsPIL15encodes a basic helix-loop-helix factor localized in the nucleus.OsPIL15-OX seedlings exhibit an exaggerated shorter aboveground part and undeveloped root system relative to wild-type seedlings,suggesting that OsPIL15 represses seedling growth in the dark.Microarray analysis combined with gene ontology analysis revealed that OsPIL15 represses a set of genes involved in auxin pathways and cell wall organization or biogenesis.Given the important roles of the auxin pathway and cell wall properties in controlling plant growth,we speculate that OsPIL15 represses seedling growth likely by regulating the auxinpathway and suppressing cell wall organization in etiolated rice seedlings.Additionally,exposure to red light or far-red light relieved growth retardation and promoted seedling elongation in the OsPIL15-OX lines,despite higher levels of OsPIL15transcripts under red light and far-red light than in the dark.These results suggest that light regulation of OsPIL15 expression is probably involved in photomorphogenesis in rice. | Jinjun Zhou Qianqian Liu Fang Zhang Yingying Wang Shiyong Zhang Huimin Cheng Lihua Yan Li Li Fan Chen Xianzhi Xie | 2014 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2014,56,4: | 0 |
| 13 | Tuning the layer structure of molybdenum trioxide towards high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries显示文摘Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) have attracted significant attentions because of low cost and high reliability. However, conventional ZIBs are severely limited by the development of high energy density cathode materials with reversible Zn^(2+)insertion/extraction. Herein, a conducting polymer intercalated MoO_(3)(PMO) with extensively extended interlayer spacing is developed as a high-performance ZIBs cathode material. The interlayer spacing of PMO is prominently increased which results in an improved Zn^(2+)mobility during charge and discharge process. More significantly, the electrochemical results reveals that the intercalation of PANI facilitates the charge storage and reinforces the layered structure of MoO_(3), leading to a high capacity and good cycling stability. DFT calculation further reveals the intercalation of PANI into MoO_(3)significantly lower Zn^(2+)diffusion barrier.
