1Convolutional neural networks for expert recommendation in community question answering显示文摘Community Question Answering(CQA) is becoming an increasingly important web service for people to search for expertise and to share their own. With lots of questions being solved, CQA have built a massive, freely accessible knowledge repository, which can provide valuable information for the broader society rather than just satisfy the question askers. It is critically important for CQA services to get high quality answers in order to maximize the benefit of this process. However, people are considered as experts only in their own specialized areas. This paper is concerned with the problem of expert recommendation for a newly posed question, which will reduce the questioner's waiting time and improve the quality of the answer, so as to improve the satisfaction of the whole community. We propose an approach based on convolutional neural networks(CNN) to resolve this issue. 2Experimental Study on Occupant's Thermal Responses under the Non-uniform Conditions in Vehicle Cabin during the Heating Period显示文摘The existing investigations on thermal comfort mostly focus on the thermal environment conditions, especially of the air-flow field and the temperature distributions in vehicle cabin. Less attention appears to direct to the thermal comfort or thermal sensation of occupants, even to the relationship between thermal conditions and thermal sensation. In this paper, a series of experiments were designed and conducted for understanding the non-uniform conditions and the occupant's thermal responses in vehicle cabin during the heating period. To accurately assess the transient temperature distribution in cabin in common daily condition, the air temperature at a number of positions is measured in a full size vehicle cabin under natural winter environment in South China by using a discrete thermocouples network. The occupant body is divided into nine segments, the skin temperature at each segment and the occupant's local thermal sensation at the head, body, upper limb and lower limb are monitored continuously. The skin temperature is observed by using a discrete thermocouples network, and the local thermal sensation is evaluated by using a seven-point thermal comfort survey questionnaire proposed by American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc(ASHRAE) Standard. The relationship between the skin temperature and the thermal sensation is discussed and regressed by statistics method. The results show that the interior air temperature is highly non-uniform over the vehicle cabin. The locations where the occupants sit have a significant effect on the occupant's thermal responses, including the skin temperature and the thermal sensation. The skin temperature and thermal sensation are quite different between body segments due to the effect of non-uniform conditions, clothing resistance, and the human thermal regulating system. A quantitative relationship between the thermal sensation and the skin temperature at each body segment of occupant in real life traffic is presented. The investigation result indicates that the skin temperature is a robust index to evaluate the thermal sensation. 4Melamine-assisted pyrolytic synthesis of bifunctional cobalt-based core–shell electrocatalysts for rechargeable zinc–air batteries显示文摘Designing a highly active-and stable non-noble metal bifunctional oxygen catalyst for rechargeable Znair battery remains a great challenge. Herein, we develop a facile and melamine-assisted-pyrolysis(MAP)strategy for the synthesis of core–shell Co-based electrocatalysts@N-doped carbon nanotubes(Co@CNTs)derived from metal–organic frameworks. The Co@CNTs exhibited excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance for both oxygen evolution and reduction. DFT calculations demonstrated that the Gibbs free energy of the rate-determining step was small enough to improve ORR activities. As a result, a Zn-air battery assembled with Co@CNTs proves a lager power density, low voltage gap between charge–discharge and excellent stability. 5Imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit显示文摘The energetic electron measurement is one of the most important issues to understand dynamics in space physics and the applications for space weather. In this study, the principle and functional components of the imaging energetic electron spectrometer(IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit(IGSO) was introduced. The IES instrument is developed by the team in Peking University(BeiDa), thus it is named as BD-IES. Based on the pin-hole technique, the instrument can measure 50–600 keV electrons incident from 9 directions over a range of 180° in polar angle. With pulse height analysis(PHA), the spectrum can be determined for each direction. The energy and angular calibrations were performed, which show the good energy and angular characteristics of BD-IES. Monte Carlo simulations show that the anti-proton design of BDIES can effectively decrease the proton contamination on the electron measurements in the inclined GEO orbit. 6Effect of Different Combined Treatments on Tomato Seedling Growth in High-temperature Season显示文摘The study on raising of strong tomato seedlings in high-temperature season is of great practical significance,because high-temperature condition in summer and autumn causes excessive growth of tomato seedlings easily. ‘Fenniya'variety was selected as an experimental material,an orthogonal experiment was designed with rhizospheric temperature( A),light intensity( B) and nutrient salt concentration( C) as three factors which were designed with three levels,so as to study the effects of different treatments on root activity,strong seedling index,hypocotyl length and average internode length. The results showed that the most important factor for tomato seedling's root activity,hypocotyl length and internode length was nutrient salt concentration. In terms of effect on seedling index,substrate temperature should be reduced properly,to avoid excessive shading. 8Gene mapping of a new coat mutation in mouse显示文摘Gene mapping of a mouse coat mutation has been investigated. First, 100 10-bp random primers were used to amplify DNA, but the mutation could not be located by this method because there were no correlation between the amplified products and coat phenotypes. Second, by using ldh1 , Car2, Mup1 , Pgb1 , Hbb, Es1O, Es1, Mod1, Gdc1 , Ce2, Es3 as genetic markers, linkage test crosses (two-point test) consisting of intercrossing uncovered BALB/c mice (homozygotes) to CBA/N and C57BL/6 mice with normal hair and backcrossing the heterozygotes of the F1 to the uncovered BALB/c mice were made. It was soon evident that the mutation was linked to Es3 on chromosome 11. Furthermore, three-point test was made by using Es3 and D11 Mit8 (a microsatellite DNA) as genetic markers. The result showed that the mutation was linked to Es3 with the percentage recombination of (7.89 ± 2.19) %, and linked to D11Mit8 with the percentage recombination of (26.30 ± 3.57)%. 11Low-loading gold in situ doped with sulfur by biomolecule-assisted approach for promoted electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction显示文摘For electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction(CO_(2)RR),CO_(2)-to-CO conversion is considered an ideal route towards carbon neutrality for practical applications.Gold(Au)is known as a promising catalyst with high selectivity for CO;however,it suffers from high cost and low mass-specific activity.In this study,we design and prepare a catalyst featuring uniform S-doped Au nanoparticles on N-doped carbon support(denoted as S-Au/NC)by an in situ synthesis strategy using biomolecules.The S-Au/NC displays high activity and selectivity for CO in CO_(2)RR with a Au loading as low as 0.4 wt.%.The Faradaic efficiency of CO(FECO)for S-Au/NC is above 95%at−0.75 V(vs.RHE);by contrast,the FECO of Au/NC(without S)is only 58%.The Tafel slope is 77.4 mV·dec−1,revealing a favorable kinetics process.Furthermore,S-Au/NC exhibits an excellent long-term stability for CO_(2)RR.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the S dopant can boost the activity by reducing the free energy change of the potential-limiting step(formation of the*COOH intermediate).This work not only demonstrates a model catalyst featuring significantly reduced use of noble metals,but also establishes an in situ synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance catalysts.Meijie Tan Xiaoqian Han Sen Ru Chao Zhang Zhouru Ji Zhaolin Shi Guomeng Qiao Yunying Wang Ruixue Cui Qiquan Luo Jiqing Jiao Yaguang Li Tongbu Lu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1

14Multi-Label Learning Based on Transfer Learning and Label Correlation显示文摘In recent years,multi-label learning has received a lot of attention.However,most of the existing methods only consider global label correlation or local label correlation.In fact,on the one hand,both global and local label correlations can appear in real-world situation at same time.On the other hand,we should not be limited to pairwise labels while ignoring the high-order label correlation.In this paper,we propose a novel and effective method called GLLCBN for multi-label learning.Firstly,we obtain the global label correlation by exploiting label semantic similarity.Then,we analyze the pairwise labels in the label space of the data set to acquire the local correlation.Next,we build the original version of the label dependency model by global and local label correlations.After that,we use graph theory,probability theory and Bayesian networks to eliminate redundant dependency structure in the initial version model,so as to get the optimal label dependent model.Finally,we obtain the feature extraction model by adjusting the Inception V3 model of convolution neural network and combine it with the GLLCBN model to achieve the multi-label learning.The experimental results show that our proposed model has better performance than other multi-label learning methods in performance evaluating.Kehua Yang Chaowei She Wei Zhang Jiqing Yao Shaosong Long 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,7:1

17Self-Navigated 3D Acoustic Tweezers in Complex Media Based on Time Reversal显示文摘Acoustic tweezers have great application prospects because they allow noncontact and noninvasive manipulation of microparticles in a wide range of media.However,the nontransparency and heterogeneity of media in practical applications complicate particle trapping and manipulation.In this study,we designed a 1.04 MHz 256-element 2D matrix array for 3D acoustic tweezers to guide and monitor the entire process using real-time 3D ultrasonic images,thereby enabling acoustic manipulation in nontransparent media.Furthermore,we successfully performed dynamic 3D manipulations on multiple microparticles using multifoci and vortex traps.We achieved 3D particle manipulation in heterogeneous media(through resin baffle and ex vivo macaque and human skulls)by introducing a method based on the time reversal principle to correct the phase and amplitude distortions of the acoustic waves.Our results suggest cutting-edge applications of acoustic tweezers such as acoustical drug delivery,controlled micromachine transfer,and precise treatment.Ye Yang Teng Ma Sinan Li Qi Zhang Jiqing Huang Yifei Liu Jianwei Zhuang Yongchuan Li Xuemin Du Lili Niu Yang Xiao Congzhi Wang Feiyan Cai Hairong Zheng 2021Research2021,,1:1
