1Distribution and genesis of the anomalously high porosity zones in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin显示文摘High-quality reservoirs occur in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin. The distribution and genesis of their anomalously high porosity zones were studied using measured porosities, examination of ordinary thin sections and blue epoxy resin-impregnated thin sections and by SEM. The results show that there are three anomalously high porosity zones at the depth of 450-900 m, 1,300-1,900 m, 2,050-2,350 m respectively, named zone i, zone ii and zone iii from top to bottom. Horizontally, zone i and zone ii are distributed all over the basin except in the Southeastern Uplift, while zone iii is only distributed in the Central Depression. Zone i was formed by meteoric water leaching as well as organic acid dissolution. Zones ii and iii were dominantly formed by organic acid dissolution. 3Pediatric reference intervals in China(PRINCE):design and rationale for a large,multicenter collaborative cross-sectional study显示文摘There is a lack of accurate pediatric reference intervals(RIs) in China, with most commonly used RIs established without consideration of the effect of age and gender. The Pediatric Reference Intervals in China(PRINCE) project aims to establish and verify pediatric RIs for 31 common laboratory measurands.The project will be a large, multicenter cross-sectional study:14,490 healthy children and adolescents aged up to 19 years will be surveyed by 10 children's hospitals and one pediatric department of a university hospital. To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the study methods, 602 children were surveyed in the pilot phase of the PRINCE study in April 2017: it found that some measurands were distinctly age dependent and that there were differences between values for males and females. The results of the pilot study affirmed the necessity of the PRINCE project for Chinese pediatrics. The pilot also indicated potential difficulties in the full survey, e.g., difficulties in recruiting children aged under 3 years and insufficient collection of blood samples from infants. 4Study of asphaltene deposition from Tahe crude oil显示文摘Borehole blockage caused by asphaltene deposition is a problem in crude oil production in the Tahe Oilfield, Xinjiang, China. This study has investigated the influences of crude oil compositions, temperature and pressure on asphaltene deposition. The asphaltene deposition trend of crude oil was studied by saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltenes (SARA) method, and the turbidity method was applied for the first time to determine the onset of asphaltene flocculation. The results showed that the asphaltene deposition trend of crude oil by the turbidity method was in accordance with that by the SARA method. The asphaltene solubility in crude oil decreased with decreasing temperature and the amount of asphaltene deposits of T739 crude oil (from well T739, Tahe Oilfield) had a maximum value at 60 o C. From the PVT results, the bubble point pressure of TH10403CX crude oil (from well TH10403CX, Tahe Oilfield) at different temperatures can be obtained and the depth at which the maximum asphaltene flocculation would occur in boreholes can be calculated. The crude oil PVT results showed that at 50 , 90 and 130 o C, the bubble point pressure of TH10403CX crude oil was 25.2, 26.4 and 27.0 MPa, respectively. 6A general bimetal-ion adsorption strategy to prepare nickel single atom catalysts anchored on graphene for efficient oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Single-atom catalysts (SACs) supported on two-dimensional (2D) materials are highly attractive for maximizing their catalytic activity.However,graphene based SACs are primarily bonded with nitrogen and carbon sites,resulting in poor performance for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER).Herein,we develop a general bimetal-ion adsorption strategy for the synthesis of individually dispersed Ni SACs anchored on the oxygenated sites of ultrathin reduced graphene oxide as efficient OER electrocatalysts.The resultant Ni SACs for OER in alkaline electrolyte exhibit a highly stable overpotential of 328 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm^-2,and Tafel slope of 84 mV dec^-1 together with long-term durability and negligible degradation for 50 h,which is greatly outperform its counterparts of nitrogen bonded Ni SACs (564 mV,364 mV dec^-1) and Ni(OH)2 nanoparticles anchored on graphene (450 mV,142 mV dec^-1),and most reported Ni based OER electrocatalysts.Furthermore,the extended X-ray absorption fine structure at the Ni K-edge and theoretical simulation reveal that the nickel-oxygen coordination significantly boost OER performance.Therefore,this work will open numerous opportunities for creating novel-type 2D SACs via oxygen-metal bonding as highly robust OER catalysts.Yingqi Xu Weifeng Zhang Yaguang Li Pengfei Lu Zhong-Shuai Wu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:3

8Wide range temperature detection with hybrid nanoparticles traced by surface-enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘We report on the fabrication of a class of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)active thermometers,which consists of60 nm gold nanoparticles,encoded with Raman-active dyes,and a layer of thermoresponsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)brush with different chain lengths.These SERS-active nanoparticles can be optimized to maintain spectrally silent when staying as single particles in dispersion.Increasing temperature in a wide range from 25 to 55°C can reversibly induce the interparticle self-aggregation and turn on the SERS fingerprint signals with up to 58-fold of enhancement by taking advantage of the interparticle plasmonic coupling generated in the process of thermo-induced nanoparticles self-aggregation.Moreover,the most significative point is that these SERS probes could maintain their response to temperature and present all fingerprint signals in the presence of a colored complex.However,the UV-Vis spectra can distinguish the differences faintly and the solution color shows little change in such complex mixture.This proof-of-concept and Raman technique applied here allow for dynamic SERS platform for onsite temperature detection in a wide temperature range and offer unique advantages over other detection schemes.YIN Jun HE YaGuang LI Wei WU ZongQuan DING YunSheng 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,3:2

13Study of asphaltene dispersion and removal for high-asphaltene oil wells显示文摘Many wellbores are blocked by asphaltene deposits,which lead to production problems in the oilfield development process.In this paper,methods such as elemental analysis,and solvent extraction are adopted for the study of wellbore blockages.The content of organic matter in blockages is higher than 96% and asphaltene is the main component of the organic matter with n-heptane asphaltene content of 38%.Based on the above analyses,an agent for asphaltene dispersion and removal(named as SDJ) was developed.The performance of the SDJ agent was evaluated,and it was found that the dissolution rate of asphaltene can reach 2.9 mg.mL-1.min-1 at 60 oC.SDJ agent(1wt%) was added to crude oil with a colloid instability index greater than 0.9 can effectively inhibit asphaltene deposition in the wellbore.By the viscosity method,the dissolution amount of SDJ agent was calculated,and it was found that when the viscosity of the system is around 2,000 mPa.s(the common viscosity of crude oil),the amount of SDJ agent added to the blockage was at least 96 g per 100 g blockages.Therefore,SDJ agent has promising application for dispersion and removal of asphaltene deposition in high-asphaltene wells.Chen Chaogang Guo Jixiang An Na Pan Yangqiu Li Yaguang Jiang Qingzhe 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,4:1
14HTR2A agonists play a therapeutic role by restricting ILC2 activation in papain-induced lung inflammation显示文摘Group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are a category of heterogeneous cells that produce the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13,which mediate the type 2 immune response.However,specific drug targets on lung ILC2s have rarely been reported.Previous studies have shown that type 2 cytokines,such as IL-5 and IL-13,are related to depression.Here,we demonstrated the negative correlation between the depression-associated monoamine neurotransmitter serotonin and secretion of the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13 by ILC2s in individuals with depression.Interestingly,serotonin ameliorates papain-induced lung inflammation by suppressing ILC2 activation.Our data showed that the serotonin receptor HTR2A was highly expressed on ILC2s from mouse lungs and human PBMCs.Furthermore,an HTR2A selective agonist(DOI)impaired ILC2 activation and alleviated the type 2 immune response in vivo and in vitro.Mice with ILC2-specific depletion of HTR2A(Il5^(cre/+)·Htr2a^(flox/flox)mice)abolished the DOI-mediated inhibition of ILC2s in a papain-induced mouse model of inflammation.In conclusion,serotonin and DOI could restrict the type 2 lung immune response,indicating a potential treatment strategy for type 2 lung inflammation by targeting HTR2A on ST2+ILC2s.Zhishuo Wang Chenghua Yan Qizhen Du Yuying Huang Xuezhen Li Dan Zeng Ruizhi Mao Rama Krishna Gurram Shipeng Cheng Wangpeng Gu Lin Zhu Weiguo Fan Liyan Ma Zhiyang Ling Ju Qiu Dangsheng Li Enmei Liu Yaguang Zhang Yiru Fang Jinfang Zhu Bing Sun 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,4:1

16Low-loading gold in situ doped with sulfur by biomolecule-assisted approach for promoted electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction显示文摘For electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction(CO_(2)RR),CO_(2)-to-CO conversion is considered an ideal route towards carbon neutrality for practical applications.Gold(Au)is known as a promising catalyst with high selectivity for CO;however,it suffers from high cost and low mass-specific activity.In this study,we design and prepare a catalyst featuring uniform S-doped Au nanoparticles on N-doped carbon support(denoted as S-Au/NC)by an in situ synthesis strategy using biomolecules.The S-Au/NC displays high activity and selectivity for CO in CO_(2)RR with a Au loading as low as 0.4 wt.%.The Faradaic efficiency of CO(FECO)for S-Au/NC is above 95%at−0.75 V(vs.RHE);by contrast,the FECO of Au/NC(without S)is only 58%.The Tafel slope is 77.4 mV·dec−1,revealing a favorable kinetics process.Furthermore,S-Au/NC exhibits an excellent long-term stability for CO_(2)RR.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the S dopant can boost the activity by reducing the free energy change of the potential-limiting step(formation of the*COOH intermediate).This work not only demonstrates a model catalyst featuring significantly reduced use of noble metals,but also establishes an in situ synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance catalysts.Meijie Tan Xiaoqian Han Sen Ru Chao Zhang Zhouru Ji Zhaolin Shi Guomeng Qiao Yunying Wang Ruixue Cui Qiquan Luo Jiqing Jiao Yaguang Li Tongbu Lu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1
