3A unified model for the formation and distribution of both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs显示文摘The discovery and large-scale exploration of unconventional oil/gas resources since 1980s have been considered as the most important advancement in the history of petroleum geology;that has not only changed the balance of supply and demand in the global energy market,but also improved our understanding of the formation mechanisms and distribution characteristics of oil/gas reservoirs.However,what is the difference of conventional and unconventional resources and why they always related to each other in petroliferous basins is not clear.As the differences and correlations between unconventional and conventional resources are complex challenging issues and very critical for resources assessment and hydrocarbon exploration,this paper focused on studying the relationship of formations and distributions among different oil/gas reservoirs.Drilling results of 12,237 exploratory wells in 6 representative petroliferous basins of China and distribution characteristics for 52,926 oil/gas accumulations over the world were applied to clarify the formation conditions and genetic relations of different oil/gas reservoirs in a petroliferous basin,and then to establish a unified model to address the differences and correlations of conventional and unconventional reservoirs.In this model,conventional reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field with high porosity and permeability located above the boundary of hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit.Unconventional tight reservoirs formed in confined hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and permeability located between hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit and hydrocarbon accumulation depth limit.Shale oil/gas reservoirs formed in the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and ultra-low permeability within the source rock layers.More than 75%of proved reserves around the world are discovered in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field,which is estimated to contain only 10%of originally generated hydrocarbons.Most of undiscovered resources distributed in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field and the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field,which contains 90%of original generated hydrocarbons,implying a reasonable and promising area for future hydrocarbon explorations.The buried depths of hydrocarbon dynamic fields become shallow with the increase of heat flow,and the remaining oil/gas resources mainly exist in the deep area of“cold basin”with low geothermal gradient.Lithology changing in the hydrocarbon dynamic field causes local anomalies in the oil/gas dynamic mechanism,leading to the local formation of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field or the occurrence of oil/gas enrichment sweet points with high porosity and permeability in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field.The tectonic movements destroy the medium conditions and oil/gas components,which leads to the transformation of conventional oil/gas reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field to unconventional ones or unconventional ones formed in confined and bound hydrocarbon dynamic fields to conventional ones.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Junqing Chen Maowen Li Wenyang Wang Qinhong Hu Yingchun Guo Zhangxin Chen Junwen Peng Keyu Liu Keliu Wu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:8

5Simulation of electro-slag re-melting process of 120t large ingot for nuclear power station and its application显示文摘Further research on metallic materials for the super critical rotator and the main pipe line of a nuclear power station is very important for developing the nuclear power industry. In this study, the mathematical model for 120 t large ingot was established, and the computer program ESR3D was developed to simulate the whole electro-slag re-melting (ESR) process. This includes the electrode melting, metallic droplet falling, metal pool forming, metal pool and slag pool rising and moving, installation of top crystallizer, ingot solidifying, etc. The simulated average melting rate of the electrode was in good agreement with that in practical production. 9Intrinsically Stretchable Organic-Tribotronic-Transistor for Tactile Sensing显示文摘Stretchable electronics are of great significance for the development of the next-generation smart interactive systems.Here,we propose an intrinsically stretchable organic tribotronic transistor(SOTT)without a top gate electrode,which is composed of a stretchable substrate,silver nanowire electrodes,semiconductor blends,and a nonpolar elastomer dielectric.The drain-source current of the SOTT can be modulated by external contact electrification with the dielectric layer.Under 0-50%stretching both parallel and perpendicular to the channel directions,the SOTT retains great output performance.After being stretched to 50%for thousands of cycles,the SOTT can survive with excellent stability.Moreover,the SOTT can be conformably attached to the human hand,which can be used for tactile signal perception in human-machine interaction and for controlling smart home devices and robots.This work has realized a stretchable tribotronic transistor as the tactile sensor for smart interaction,which has extended the application of tribotronics in the human-machine interface,wearable electronics,and robotics.Junqing Zhao Tianzhao Bu Xiaohan Zhang Yaokun Pang Wenjian Li Zhi Zhang Guoxu Liu Zhong Lin Wang Chi Zhang 2020Research2020,,1:4
10Surface disorder engineering in ZnCdS for cocatalyst free visible light driven hydrogen production显示文摘Metal chalcogenide solid solution,especially ZnCdS,has been intensively investigated in photocatalytic H_(2) generation due to their cost-effective synthetic procedure and adjustable band structures.In this work,we report on the defect engineering of ZnCdS with surface disorder layer by simple room temperature Li-ethylenediamine(Li-EDA)treatment.Experimental results confirm the formation of unusual Zn and S dual vacancies,where rich S vacancies(Vs)served as electron trapping sites,meanwhile Zn vacancies(Vzn)served as hole trapping sites.The refined structure significantly facilitates the photo charge carrier transfer and improves photocatalytic properties of ZnCdS.The disordered ZnCdS shows a highest photocatalytic H_(2) production rate of 33.6 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) under visible light with superior photocatalytic stabilities,which is 7.3 times higher than pristine ZnCdS and 7 times of Pt(1 wt.%)loaded ZnCdS.Enna Ha Shuhong Ruan Danyang Li Yuanmin Zhu Yanping Chen Jiangyuan Qiu Zhaohui Chen Tingting Xu Jingyun Su Luyang Wang Junqing Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:3

16Modeling and Energy Efficiency Analysis of Thermal Power Plant with High Temperature Thermal Energy Storage(HTTES)显示文摘This paper presents the recent research on the study of the strategies for the flexible operation of the thermal power plant to meet the requirement of load balance. The study aimed to investigate the feasibility of bringing the High Temperature Thermal Energy Storage(HTTES) to the thermal power plant steam-water cycle, to identify the suitable HTTES in the cold(hot) section of the reheating pipeline and to test the efficiency of the HTTES integration to increase the flexibility of peak shaving and energy efficiency via thermal power plant with HTTTES modelling and simulation. Thermoflex was adopted to perform the simulation and a 300 MW subcritical coal-fired power plant model was implemented onto the software platform. The simulation results show that it is feasible to extract steam from the steam turbine to charge the HTTES, and to discharge the stored thermal energy back to the power generation process, and to analyse the improved capability of the plant flexible operation with HTTES. Then the study was extended to analyse the effect of thermal energy temperature, the opening of the regulating valve, and the pipeline pressure loss aspects on thermal efficiency of the whole plant. The study is beneficial to achieve more economic operation of the thermal power plant with HTTES integration. 17Treatment of Unresectable Advanced Gastric Cancer Using lodine-125 Brachytherapy显示文摘OBJECTIVE The purpose of the study was to examine the efficacy of treating patients with advanced gastric cancer using iodine -125 (125I) brachytherapy. METHODS Ten patients with unresectable advanced gastric cancer were selected based on their pattern of CT scans. We utilized a brachytherapy planning system to determine the distribution of the 125I seeds, their activity and quantity. The matched peripheral dose (MPD) was 110-135 Gy. 125I seeds were implanted in a single plane or biplane by an intraoperative small incision or percutaneous puncture. The post- operative hemogram, CT, KPS, pain-relieving period and survival period were recorded. RESULTS One patient developed a complete response (CR), 4 patients a partial response (PR), 3 patients showed no change (NC) and 2 pa- tients developed progressive disease (PD). The overall response rate (CR+PR) was 50% (5/10). The pain-relieving rate was 89% (8/9). The pa- tients’ appetite and KPS were improved. The longest survival period was 10 months and median life span was 4 months. There were 8 patients whose seeds fell off resulting in an expulsion rate of 3.8% (26/692). The patients showed 0-1 degree acute radio-therapeutic side-effects without other symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomitus cruentes or intestinal obstruction etc. CONCLUSION Applying 125I implantation to treat advanced gastric can- cer with a reasonable seed distribution can significantly improve clinical symptoms and their quality of life. The radioactive damage is mild.
