3自然杀伤T细胞对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibition effect of natural killer T(NKT) cells on transplantation hepatocellular carcinoma in mice.Methods:α-galactosylceramide(α-GalCer)-pulsed DC and Hep S were prepared as stimulus.Hepatoma xenograft model was established and mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=13 each group):(1) control group,intravenous injection of the same volume of saline.(2) mature DC group,intravenous injection of mature DC cells(4×106 cells).(3) α-GalCer-pulsed HepS group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed HepS(4×106 cells).(4) α-GalCer-pulsed mature DC group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed DC(4×106 cells).The changes of tumor volume in mice and survival period were measured every 2 days.Percentage of NKT cells in spleens and cytotoxicity of spleen cells were detected by flow cytometry.Tumor tissues were analyzed by histopathological examination.Results:In α-GalCer-pulsed Heps and DC groups,the average survival period was prolonged and tumor volume was markedly decreased,spleen cells and NKT cells were significantly increased,and tumor necrosis was evident,compared to the control group.Conclusion:α-GalCer-pulsed DC and HepS could activate NKT cells in vivo,also increase NKT cells cytotoxicity,inhibit the growth of hepatomas and prolong survival period.Fuxing Chen Hongdan Zhao Nanzheng Zhang Junquan Liu Zhonghai Zhou Leiqing Sun Yu Zhou 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,5:3
4Characterization of Electroless Ni-P Deposits on Surface of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy显示文摘Characterization of electroless nickel deposits on magnesium alloys was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization analysis.The result of XRD showed that the electroless nickel deposits on magnesium alloys were composed mostly of amorphous Ni-P and partially of microcrystalline nickel.The phosphorus content in the Ni-P deposits was 10.8%by the calculation of EDS.SEM micrographs showed that morphology of electroless nickel deposits on magnesium alloys was a typical cellular structure,and the growth of cellular structure was influenced by surface condition of substrate.Zinc layer between substrate and electroless nickel deposits was not found by the results of SEM and EDS,which indicated that the zinc layer on the surface of magnesium alloy was very thin,and the zinc would dissolved while being immersed in electroless nickel plating solution.The thin zinc layer was almost dissolved completely before Ni-P plating.The result of electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization analysis showed that the corrosion potential Ecorr of electroless nickel deposits in 3.5%NaCl solution was about-0.53 V,which was 1 V higher than that of magnesium alloys substrate.And corrosion current density of Ni-P deposits in 3.5%NaCl solution was much smaller than that of magnesium alloys substrate at the same potential value,which indicated that corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P deposits was excellent.Discoloration time of concentrated nitric acid test for electroless nickel deposits on magnesium alloys was 445 s,which also indicated excellent corrosion resistance.Li Jiansan Guo Yanting Liu Junquan 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3

6Proliferation inhibition and apoptosis promotion by dual silencing of VEGF and Survivin in human osteosarcoma显示文摘Simultaneous silencing of multiple upregulated genes is an attractive and viable treatment strat-egy for many incurable diseases including cancer.Herein we used a dual gene-targeted siRNA conjugate composed of VEGF and Survivin siRNA sequences in the same backbone to inhibit proliferation and angiogenesis in two human osteosarcoma cell lines.We synthesized siRNA sequences targeting the VEGF and Survivin genes individually (VEGF siRNA and Survivin siRNA) or simultaneously (one-chain-double-target siRNA:dual siRNA).VEGF and Survivin mRNA and protein expression levels in human osteosarcoma MG-63 and Saos-2 cells were detected by qRT- PCR and western blot analysis.VEGF and Survivin protein location and expression were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining.MG-63 and Saos-2 cell migration,proliferation,apoptosis,and angiogenesis were detected by scratch test,MTT assay,flow cytometry,and capillary tube assay respectively.The dual siRNA induced similar downregulation of VEGF and Survivin mRNA and protein levels,compared with VEGF siRNA or Survivin siRNA alone.The dual siRNA caused greater suppression of MG-63 and Saos-2 cell migration,proliferation and angiogenesis,and promoted more cell apoptosis than VEGF siRNA or Survivin siRNA alone,suggesting that the effects of the dual siRNA on inhibiting cell proliferation,migration,and angiogenesis and promoting apoptosis were superior to those of the single-target siRNAs.Simultaneous silencing of VEGF and Survivin using the dual siRNA may be an advantageous alternative for the development of therapeutic strategies against human osteosarcoma.Junquan Gu Zhoujing Ji Dong Li Qirong Dong 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,1:2

The highway town will develop to speed up the urbanization process and China should accelerate the development of the freeway town. Encouraging farmers will shift the highway town where some good conditions will build to form a regional economic development and growth. This will be the promotion an inevitable choice of progress and rational way of China's rural economic and social prosperity. In particular, freeway town will bring more added value of other social services of accommodation and catering industry of whole-sale and retail of transportation and warehousing. Highway town and agriculture industrialization development will increase agriculture industry chain to improve agricultural products value and will enhance agricultural eff iciency in Yunnan. The concentration of the non-agricultural industries of the speedway town will form pillar industries of highway town and will promote of tertiary industry development of hotels of insurance of f inance of business of sports of culture of education of communications of transportation. Rural areas of Yunnan will adjust to optimize the industrial structure. 9Fabrication of high-performance pervaporation composite membrane for alkaline wastewater reclamation显示文摘Pervaporation desalination has a unique advantage to recycle concentrated salt solutions.The merit can be applied to treat alkaline wastewater if the membrane has superior alkali-resistance.In this paper,we used polyethylene microfiltration membrane as the substrate and deposited a glutaraldehyde crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose layer by spray-coating.Pervaporation flux of the composite membrane reached 352 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) with a sodium chloride rejection of 99.9%0.1%when separating a 3.5 wt-%sodium chloride solution at 70℃.The desalination performance was stable after soaking the membrane in a 20 wt-%NaOH solution at room temperature for 9 d and in a 10 wt-%NaOH solution at 60℃ for 80 h.Moreover,the membrane was stable in 4 wt-%sulfuric acid and a 500 mg·L^(-1) sodium hypochlorite solution.In a process of concentrating a NaOH solution from 5 to 10 wt-%at 60℃,an average water flux of 23 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) with a NaOH rejection over 99.98%was obtained.Guiqin Bai Jianzhong Xia Bing Cao Rui Zhang Junquan Meng Pei Li 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,5:1
