2FXYD3 enhances IL-17A signaling to promote psoriasis by competitively binding TRAF3 in keratinocytes显示文摘Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration and epidermal hyperplasia.However,the regulatory complexity of cytokine and cellular networks still needs to be investigated.Here,we show that the expression of FXYD3,a member of the FXYD domain-containing regulators of Na+/K+ATPases family,is significantly increased in the lesional skin of psoriasis patients and mice with imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis.IL-17A,a cytokine important for the development of psoriatic lesions,contributes to FXYD3 expression in human primary keratinocytes.FXYD3 deletion in keratinocytes attenuated the psoriasis-like phenotype and inflammation in an IMQ-induced psoriasis model.Importantly,FXYD3 promotes the formation of the IL-17R-ACT1 complex by competing with IL-17R for binding to TRAF3 and then enhances IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes.This promotes the activation of the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways and leads to the expression of proinflammatory factors.Our results clarify the mechanism by which FXYD3 serves as a mediator of IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes to form a positive regulatory loop to promote psoriasis exacerbation.Targeting FXYD3 may serve as a potential therapeutic approach in the treatment of psoriasis.Wenjuan Yang Rukun He Hao Qu Wenwen Lian Yue Xue Tao Wang Wenlong Lin Peishuo Zhu Meng Xia Lihua Lai Qingqing Wang 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,3:2
3Cryptomining Malware Detection Based on Edge Computing-Oriented Multi-Modal Features Deep Learning显示文摘In recent years,with the increase in the price of cryptocurrencies,the number of malicious cryptomining software has increased significantly.With their powerful spreading ability,cryptomining malware can unknowingly occupy our resources,harm our interests,and damage more legitimate assets.However,although current traditional rule-based malware detection methods have a low false alarm rate,they have a relatively low detection rate when faced with a large volume of emerging malware.Even though common machine learning-based or deep learning-based methods have certain ability to learn and detect unknown malware,the characteristics they learn are single and independent,and cannot be learned adaptively.Aiming at the above problems,we propose a deep learning model with multi-input of multi-modal features,which can simultaneously accept digital features and image features on different dimensions.The model in turn includes parallel learning of three sub-models and ensemble learning of another specific sub-model.The four sub-models can be processed in parallel on different devices and can be further applied to edge computing environments.The model can adaptively learn multi-modal features and output prediction results.The detection rate of our model is as high as 97.01%and the false alarm rate is only 0.63%.The experimental results prove the advantage and effectiveness of the proposed method.Wenjuan Lian Guoqing Nie Yanyan Kang Bin Jia Yang Zhang 2022China Communications2022,19,2:1
4Rice transcription factors OsLBD37/38/39 regulate nitrate uptake by repressing OsNRT2.1/2.2/2.3 under high-nitrogen conditions显示文摘Nitrate(NO_(3)^(-)) uptake involves a finely regulated and complex multilevel response system.Elucidating the molecular mechanism of nitrate uptake may lead to improving the growth and productivity of plants in the presence of dynamic variation in nitrate concentration.In this study,we identified three lateral organ boundaries domain(LBD)transcription factors,OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39,as regulators of nitrate uptake in response to nitrogen(N)availability.OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 were induced by ammonium and glutamine in rice roots.Individual or collective knockout of OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 led to increased concentrations of nitrate and increased expression of OsNRT2.1,OsNRT2.2,and OsNRT2.3respectively under high-N conditions,whereas overexpression of each of these three LBD genes produced opposite effects where N accumulation was reduced.Dual-luciferase reporter assay further confirmed that OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 possessed transcription inhibitory activities in rice protoplast cells,downregulating the expression of OsNRT2.1/OsNRT2.2/OsNRT2.3.Yeast two-hybrid and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assays showed that OsLBD37 interacted with OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39in the nucleus.Together,these results show that OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 collaborate to inhibit the expression of OsNRT2.1/OsNRT2.2/OsNRT2.3 transporters under N-sufficient conditions,thereby helping rice plants avoid excessive nitrate accumulation that may affect their growth.Xinxin Zhu Dujun Wang Lijuan Xie Tao Zhou Jingyi Zhao Qian Zhang Meng Yang Wenjuan Wu Xingming Lian 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,6:0
5The application of dynamic scanning in target detection and imaging based on an NR-PC flat lens显示文摘In this paper a finite-difference time-domain method is used to model and analyze the application of dynamic scanning in target detection and imaging by using an effective negative-refraction photonic crystal(NR-PC) flat lens.The results show that there is a transmission peak,with a value far greater than unity,resulting from the influence of mini-forbidden bands and resonance excitation effect at a resonance frequency of 0.3068(a/λ).Thus,the lightwave emitted from the point source will provide strong backscattered waves after being focused on the target by the NR-PC lens that greatly improves the refocusing resolution and imaging resolution of the backscattered wave.Furthermore,a comparison with a non-dynamic scanning scheme clearly demonstrates that the dynamic scanning scheme provides improved refocusing resolution.In conclusion,our investigation optimized the performance of a detection and imaging system,and provided the basis for converting an idealized LHM lens into a physically realizable NR-PC flat lens.MENG WenJuan CAO Hui SHEN TingGen WANG FeiFei LI ZhengHua YUAN BaoGuo HUANG Ming LIAN YingFei 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,8:0
