1Research on elevated temperature deformation behavior of Ti-6Al-4V sheets显示文摘Hot deformation behaviors were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and uniaxial thermal tension. The effect of deformation temperature and strain rate on flow stress was evaluated, and deformation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the stress-strain curves of Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) alloy sheet and TC4 alloy bar at elevated temperatures have different forms and rules. Flow stress of TC4 is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature. The flow stress decreases with the increase of high temperature. 6Understanding the dynamical-microphysical-electrical processes associated with severe thunderstorms over the Beijing metropolitan region显示文摘The Dynamical-microphysical-electrical Processes in Severe Thunderstorms and Lightning Hazards(STORM973)project conducted coordinated comprehensive field observations of thunderstorms in the Beijing metropolitan region(BMR)during the warm season from 2014 to 2018.The aim of the project was to understand how dynamical,microphysical and electrical processes interact in severe thunderstorms in the BMR,and how to assimilate lightning data in numerical weather prediction models to improve severe thunderstorm forecasts.The platforms used in the field campaign included the Beijing Lightning Network(BLNET,consisting of 16 stations),2 X-band dual linear polarimetric Doppler radars,and 4 laser raindrop spectrometers.The collaboration also made use of the China Meteorological Administration’s mesoscale meteorological observation network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Although diverse thunderstorm types were documented,it was found that squall lines and multicell storms were the two major categories of severe thunderstorms with frequent lightning activity and extreme rainfall or unexpected local short-duration heavy rainfall resulting in inundations in the central urban area,influenced by the terrain and environmental conditions.The flash density maximums were found in eastern Changping District,central and eastern Shunyi District,and the central urban area of Beijing,suggesting that the urban heat island effect has a crucial role in the intensification of thunderstorms over Beijing.In addition,the flash rate associated with super thunderstorms can reach hundreds of flashes per minute in the central city regions.The super(5%of the total),strong(35%),and weak(60%)thunderstorms contributed about 37%,56%,and 7%to the total flashes in the BMR,respectively.Owing to the close connection between lightning activity and the thermodynamic and microphysical characteristics of the thunderstorms,the lightning flash rate can be used as an indicator of severe weather events,such as hail and short-duration heavy rainfall.Lightning data can also be assimilated into numerical weather prediction models to help improve the forecasting of severe convection and precipitation at the cloud-resolved scale,through adjusting or correcting the thermodynamic and microphysical parameters of the model.Xiushu QIE Shanfeng YUAN Zhixiong CHEN Dongfeng WANG Dongxia LIU Mengyu SUN Zhuling SUN Abhay SRIVASTAVA Hongbo ZHANG Jingyu LU Hui XIAO Yongheng BI Liang FENG Ye TIAN Yan XU Rubin JIANG Mingyuan LIU Xian XIAO Shu DUAN Debin SU Chengyun SUN Wenjing XU Yijun ZHANG Gaopeng LU Da-Lin ZHANG Yan YIN Ye YU 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,1:1
7Deployment and Exploration of a Gas Storage Well Pattern Based on the Threshold Radius显示文摘To tackle the problem that wells that are deployed in a specific pattern based on the requirements of gas reservoir development are not suitable for gas storage,we have conducted concentrically circular injection and production simulation experiments for gas storage,discovered the existence of a threshold radius,denoted by Rt,and derived the expression for Rt.Based on the analysis and discussion results,we propose a strategy for deploying gas storage wells in specific patterns.The expression for Rt shows that it is affected by factors such as the gas storage gas production/injection time,the upper pressure limit,the lower pressure limit,the bottomhole flow pressure at the ends of injection and production,the and permeability.The analysis and discussion results show that the Rt of a gas storage facility is much smaller than the Rt for gas reservoir development.In the gas storage facilities in China,the Rt for gas production is less than the Rt for the gas injection,and Rt increases with the difference in the operating pressure and with permeability K.Based on the characteristics of Rt,we propose three suggestions for gas storage well pattern deployment:(1)calculate Rt according to the designed functions of the gas storage facility and deploy the well pattern according to Rt;(2)deploy sparser,large-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas and denser,small-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas;and(3)achieve the gas injection well pattern by new drilling,and the gas production well pattern through a combination of the gas injection well pattern and old wells.By assessing a gas storage facility with a perfect well pattern after a number of adjustments,we found that the Rt of the 12 wells calculated in this paper is basically close to the corresponding actual radius,which validates our method.The results of this study provide a methodological basis for well pattern deployment in new gas storage construction.TANG Ligen ZHU Weiyao ZHU Huayin SUN Chunhui YANG Fenglai WANG Yan Li Xiaorui Li Haiming CHU Guangzhen WANG Jieming KONG Debin YUE Ming LIU Yuwei HUANG Kun 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2:1

11Process design and microstructure-property evolution during shear spinning of Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy显示文摘Rotationally symmetric workpieces of Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloys have great potential for high-temperature service condition in aviation industry,while the poor workability limits their application until now.In this study,shear spinning and heat treatment were first conducted to investigate the corresponding microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of Ti_(2)AlNb conical workpieces.The microstructure of the 1^(st) and 2^(nd) pass spun workpieces(SP1 and SP2)mainly consisted of B2+retainedα2phases.After two passes spinning,the B2 phase texture changed from<111>//ND of as-received alloy to be<001>//ND.The ultimate tensile stress(UTS)of SP1 and SP2 was increased to 1163 MPa and 932 MPa,respectively,compared with 782 MPa of as-received alloy at 650℃.Also,the yield stress anomaly(YSA)occurred in SP1 and SP2 because{110}<111>and{112}<111>cross slip systems of B2 phase were difficult to slip at or below room temperature(RT),but they became active at 650℃ and above.As an essential step for increasing the spinnability of multi-pass spinning process of the Ti_(2)AlNb alloy,the H3heat treatment scheme,i.e.960℃/2 h+850℃/12 h,was carried out between two successive passes to increase the hot workability,by which the ductility of the heat treated as-spun workpieces with the microstructure of B2+primary O+acicular secondary O+high amount spheroidizedα2phases reached 72.1%at 900℃.After being subject to the H1 heat treatment scheme,i.e.960℃-2 h,the spun workpieces with the microstructure of B2+primary O+intergranular primaryα2phases achieved an optimized comprehensive mechanical properties both at room temperature and 650℃,which should be chosen as the post-spinning heat treatment process for the service requirement.Sibing Wang Wenchen Xu Bin Shao Guoping Yang Yingying Zong Wanting Sun Zhongze Yang Debin Shan 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,6:1

17STAT3、CEA在人肺腺癌细胞A594中的相关性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549, and to explore the value of STAT3 on early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of CEA, STAT3 mRNA and it's protein in human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 and normal human lung cells MRC-5 were tested by immunohistochemistry staining (PV) and quantitative real time fluorescent PCR. The correlation between STAT3 and CEA in human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 was analyzed. Results: The protein and mRNA levels of STAT3, CEA in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 were apparently higher than those in normal human lung cells MRC-5. The levels of STAT3 mRNA and it's protein were positively correlated with CEA in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549. 19Long-term outcomes of brainstem arteriovenous malformations after different management modalities: a single-centre experience显示文摘Objective The aims of this study are to clarify the long-term outcomes of brainstem arteriovenous malformations(AVMs)after different management modalities.Methods The authors retrospectively reviewed 61 brainstem AVMs in their institution between 2011 and 2017.The rupture risk was represented by annualised haemorrhagic rate.Patients were divided into five groups:conservation,microsurgery,embolisation,stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS)and embolisation+SRS.Neurofunctional outcomes were evaluated by the modified Rankin Scale(mRS).Subgroup analysis was conducted between different management modalities to compare the long-term outcomes in rupture or unruptured cohorts.Results All of 61 brainstem AVMs(12 unruptured and 49 ruptured)were followed up for an average of 4.5 years.The natural annualised rupture risk was 7.3%,and the natural annualised reruptured risk in the ruptured cohort was 8.9%.13 cases were conservative managed and 48 cases underwent intervention(including 6 microsurgery,12 embolisation,21 SRS and 9 embolisation+SRS).In the selection of interventional indication,diffuse nidus were often suggested conservative management(p=0.004)and nidus involving the midbrain were more likely to be recommended for intervention(p=0.034).The risk of subsequent haemorrhage was significantly increased in partial occlusion compared with complete occlusion and conservative management(p<0.001,p=0.036,respectively).In the subgroup analysis,the follow-up mRS scores of different management modalities were similar whether in the rupture cohort(p=0.064)or the unruptured cohort(p=0.391),as well as the haemorrhage-free survival(p=0.145).In the adjusted Bonferroni correction analysis of the ruptured cohort,microsurgery and SRS could significantly improve the obliteration rate compared with conservation(p<0.001,p=0.001,respectively)and SRS may have positive effect on avoiding new-onset neurofunctional deficit compared with microsurgery and embolisation(p=0.003,p=0.003,respectively).Conclusions Intervention has similar neurofunctional outcomes as conservation in these brainstem AVM cohorts.If intervention is adopted,partial obliteration should be avoided because of the high subsequent rupture risk.Yu Chen Ruinan Li Li Ma Xiangyu Meng Debin Yan Hao Wang Xun Ye Hengwei Jin Youxiang Li Dezhi Gao Shibin Sun Ali Liu Shuo Wang Xiaolin Chen Yuanli Zhao 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:0
