| 1 | mm Wave communications for 5G: implementation challenges and advances显示文摘The requirement of the fifth generation(5 G) wireless communication for high throughput motivates the wireless industry to use the mm Wave(millimeter wave) communications for its wide bandwidth advantage. To compensate the heavy path loss and increase the communications capacity, phased array beamforming and massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) techniques are employed at both the user equipment(UE) and base stations(BS). Considering the commercial requirements, 5 G mm Wave large array systems should be implemented in an energy-and cost-efficient way with a small form factor. To address above issues and realize a reliable communications link, taking into account the particular characteristics of5 G mm Wave systems, this paper firstly examines the design challenges and trade-offs in system implementations, then some of the design strategies are summarized. | 2 | Dietary supplementation with Clostridium butyricum improves growth performance of broilers by regulating intestinal microbiota and mucosal epithelial cells显示文摘Clostridium butyricum has been widely considered an antibiotic substitute in recent years.It can promote growth performance,improve the immune response and enhance the intestinal barrier function of the host.In the present study,1-d-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were fed C.butyricum(1×109 cfu/kg)for 28 d.The transcriptomic characteristics of epithelial cells of the cecal mucosa were determined by RNA-sequence,and the cecal microbiota composition was explored by 16 S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing.The changes in the intestinal mucosa of broilers were then analyzed by tissue staining.Gene Ontology(GO)annotations identified substance transport and processes and pathways that might participate in intestinal development and cell viability.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes are involved in numerous pathways related to amino acid and vitamin metabolism and antioxidant and defensive functions,among others.The relative expression of some genes associated with intestinal barrier function(claudins 2,15,19,and 23,tight junction proteins 1,2,and 3 and mucin 1)was significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Moreover,the proportion of Firmicutes was higher in the C.butyricum-treated group,whereas the proportion of Proteobacteria was higher in the control group.At the genus level,the relative abundances of Butyricicoccus and Lactobacillus,among other bacteria,were increased after C.butyricum supplementation.The tissue staining analysis showed that the cecal mucosa of broilers was significantly ameliorated after the addition of C.butyricum(P<0.05 or P<0.01).These results showed that dietary supplementation with C.butyricum can enhance the antioxidant capacity,mucosal barrier function,and stabilize the cecal microbiota,resulting in improving the growth performance. | Laipeng Xu Xiangli Sun Xianhua Wan Keke Li Fuchun Jian Wenting Li Ruirui Jiang Ruili Han Hong Li Xiangtao Kang Yanbin Wang | 2021 | Animal Nutrition2021,,4: | 12 |
| 3 | Phylogenetic and genetic characterization of a 2017 clinical isolate of H7N9 virus in Guangzhou,China during the fifth epidemic wave显示文摘Pathogenic H7N9 influenza viruses continue to pose a public health concern. The H7N9 virus has caused five outbreak waves of human infections in China since 2013. In the present study, a novel H7N9 strain(A/Guangdong/8 H324/2017) was isolated from a female patient with severe respiratory illness during the fifth wave of the 2017 H7N9 epidemic. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the H7N9 viruses collected during the fifth wave belong to two different lineages: the Pearl River Delta lineage and the Yangtze River Delta lineage. The novel isolate is closely related to the Pearl River Delta H7N9 viruses, which were isolated from patients in Guangdong Province. The novel H7N9 isolate has an insertion of three basic amino acids in the cleavage site of hemagglutinin(HA), which may enhance virulence in poultry. The 2017 isolate also possesses an R292 K substitution in the neuraminidase(NA)protein, which confers oseltamivir resistance. | 4 | Mineralogy of the otoliths of naked carp Gymnocypris przewalskii (Kessler) from Lake Qinghai and its Sr/Ca potential implications for migratory pattern显示文摘Otoliths are biogenic carbonate minerals whose microstructure and microchemistry have been used for age determination, stock identification, life history and environmental tracing. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, we have determined the mineral types and crystalline characteristics of three pairs of otoliths from naked carp Gymnocypris przewalskii, the predominant fish in Lake Qinghai. The results indicate that the mineral of both lapillus and sagitta of the naked carp is aragonite, and that of asteriscus is vaterite. The aragonite of lapillus has prefect crystallization. Given the shape of lapillus and the sensitivity of its aragonite to water chemistry, lapillus was used to analyze temporal Sr/Ca ratios along the maximal growth axis by an electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA). Consistent variations of Sr/Ca ratios with a range of 1.0×10 3-5.0×10 3 on the long and short radii indicate that Sr/Ca ratios of lapillus potentially respond to the chemical compositions of the host waters during the period of the naked carp's growth and migration. Discontinuous (dark) zones of lapillus were formed during fall and winter when the naked carp grows slowly in Lake Qinghai, resulting in similar low Sr/Ca ratios to lake water, whereas incremental zones with higher Sr/Ca ratios respond to its migratory river waters during spring and summer. Various Sr/Ca ratios of incremental zones suggest that the migratory pattern of the naked carp may be much more flexible, rather than in a single river. | 6 | Microstructure Control of Non-quenched and Tempered CT80Grade Coiled Tubing Steel显示文摘Complex working condition of coiled tube(CT) steel demands high strength and low ratio of yield strength(YS) to tensile strength(TS). Reasonable microstructure control is a key problem of CT steel. Controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiments were carried out by two kinds of tested steels with different chemical compositions to develop the non-quenched and tempered CT80 steel. Mechanical properties of the tested steels at different processes are all in good agreement with the properties requirement of CT80. Increasing of Mo and Nb contents improves transformation of acicular ferrite and martensite–austenite(M–A) islands. 4 vol% of fine M/A islands increase TS and decreases ratio of YS/TS. Cooling rate increasing also improves acicular ferrite transformation and enhances TS, but has little effect on ratio of YS/TS. | 8 | Optimal four-impulse rendezvous between coplanar elliptical orbits显示文摘Rendezvous in circular or near circular orbits has been investigated in great detail,while rendezvous in arbitrary eccentricity elliptical orbits is not sufficiently explored.Among the various optimization methods proposed for fuel optimal orbital rendezvous,Lawden's primer vector theory is favored by many researchers with its clear physical concept and simplicity in solution.Prussing has applied the primer vector optimization theory to minimum-fuel,multiple-impulse,time-fixed orbital rendezvous in a near circular orbit and achieved great success.Extending Prussing's work,this paper will employ the primer vector theory to study trajectory optimization problems of arbitrary eccentricity elliptical orbit rendezvous.Based on linearized equations of relative motion on elliptical reference orbit (referred to as T-H equations),the primer vector theory is used to deal with time-fixed multiple-impulse optimal rendezvous between two coplanar,coaxial elliptical orbits with arbitrary large eccentricity.A parameter adjustment method is developed for the prime vector to satisfy the Lawden's necessary condition for the optimal solution.Finally,the optimal multiple-impulse rendezvous solution including the time,direction and magnitudes of the impulse is obtained by solving the two-point boundary value problem.The rendezvous error of the linearized equation is also analyzed.The simulation results confirmed the analyzed results that the rendezvous error is small for the small eccentricity case and is large for the higher eccentricity.For better rendezvous accuracy of high eccentricity orbits,a combined method of multiplier penalty function with the simplex search method is used for local optimization.The simplex search method is sensitive to the initial values of optimization variables,but the simulation results show that initial values with the primer vector theory,and the local optimization algorithm can improve the rendezvous accuracy effectively with fast convergence,because the optimal results obtained by the primer vector theory are already very close to the actual optimal solution.If the initial values are taken randomly,it is difficult to converge to the optimal solution. | WANG JianXia BAOYIN HeXi LI JunFeng SUN FuChun | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4: | 3 |

| 15 | Runoff and nutrient losses in alfalfa(Medicago sativa L)production with tied-ridge-furrow rainwater harvesting on sloping land显示文摘Ridge-furrow rainwater harvesting(RFRH)is known to be effective in controlling water loss and soil erosion,and increasing soil moisture and crop yield in semiarid regions.However,it can cause water-logging,ridge overtopping,and harvest failure if not properly designed.A four consecutive-year field trial was carried out to assess the impacts of various slope gradients and tillage practices on soil moisture,runoff,sediment yield,associated soil nutrient losses,fodder yield,and water use efficiency(WUE)of alfalfa in the Loess Plateau,China.The trial adopted a split-plot design,taking slope gradient(5and 10)as main plot treatment and tillage practice(traditional tillage,open-ridging,and tied-ridging)as split-plot treatment,from 2015 to 2018.There were greater variations in runoff,sediment yield,and associ-ated soil nutrient losses than in fodder yield and WUE.Tied-ridging and open-ridging resulted in decreased runoff and reduced sediment transport and associated soil nutrient losses,and increased soil moisture,fodder yield,and WUE.Runoff,sediment transport,and associated soil nutrient losses inclined with increasing slope;while fodder yield and the WUE declined.For slopes of 5and 10,the average decrease in runoff,sediment yield,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and organic matter losses for open-ridging were 47.7e56.2%,91.0e92.7%,90.4e93.1%,90.1e92.2%,and 88.9e90.2%,respectively,while these for tied-ridging were 62.4e68.4%,94.5e96.4%,93.6e95.5%,93.9e95.9%,and 93.0e94.9%,over 4 years as compared with traditional tillage.The mean annual runoff,sediment,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and organic matter losses for slopes of 10were 1.31,1.96,1.87,1.99,and 1.64 times greater than the corresponding values for slopes of 5,respectively.The increase of fodder yield and WUE for open-ridging and tied-ridging was 40.1e45.6%and 16.0e17.5%,and 3.66e5.99 and 1.35e2.50 kg ha^(-1)mm^(-1),respectively,for slopes of 5and 10.The average fodder yield and WUE for slopes of 5were 1.19 and 1.23 times greater than corresponding values for slopes of 10,respectively.The disparities in fodder yield and WUE of alfalfa between slopes of 5and 10were not clear in dry years,but were evident in wet years.Tied-ridging was recommended for water and soil conservation,while open-ridging was recommended for increase of fodder yield and WUE of alfalfa.The implementation of RFRH in crop production should be evaluated by the use of a model in accordance with climatic conditions,soil type,and plant species. | Qi Wang Fuchun Li Xiaole Zhao Wucheng Zhao Dengkui Zhang Xujiao Zhou David JSample Xiaoyun Wang Qinglin Liu Xiaoling Li Guang Li Heling Wang Kai Zhang Jin Chen | 2022 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2022,10,2: | 2 |

So we propose the motion planets detection and tracking algorithm based on gestalt principle. We structure Gaussian mixture model to detect the motion area from the visual cognition perspective, and use astronomy images graphics characteristics to confirm the planet position. Then we propose space-time fusion model for tracking planet. All the experiments use 1000 16-bitframe images of wide view CCD camera which contain 5684 motion planets in total.
