| 1 | Geochemistry of the Batang Group in the Zhaokalong Area, Yushu, Qinghai: Implications for the Late Triassic Tectonism in the Northern Sanjiang Region, China显示文摘The Batang Group in the Zhaokalong area not only hosts an important Fe-Cu polymetallic deposit but also reveal important insights for the Late Triassic tectonism in the northern Sanjiang region. In order to delineate the tectonic setting and evolutionary process of the paleo arc-basin system, geochemical studies on the Batang Group strata have been carried out. The results suggest that andesite in the Zhaokalong area mainly belongs to the tholeiite series and is characterized by obvious fractionation of LREE and HREE, enrichment in LILE and depletion in HFSE, and a distinctly elevated δ^(34)SCDT average of 10.5‰. The sandstone is classified as lithic sandstone, which is also characterized by obvious fractionation of LREE and HREE, as well as weak negative Ce and Eu anomalies. The limestone displays positive Eu anomalies, with δ^(13)CPDB ranging from-1.3‰ to 4.4‰ and δ^(18) OSMOW ranging from 14.6‰ to 22.5‰. These results indicate that the andesite has a dual signature of both arc andesite and rift volcanic rocks, whereas the sandstone may be formed in an active continental margin, and the limestone could be deposited in a weak oxidizing shallow sea. The sandstone in the Zhaokalong area represents sedimentation in a platform slope facies, corresponding to the main stage of the Jinshajing oceanic basin subduction during the middle period of Late Triassic. The continental arc volcanic activity resulted from subsequent strengthened subduction, forming the andesite in the North Qiangtang backarc basin. Afterwards, the limestone was formed after the cessation of magmatic activity. | 2 | Exhumation history of the Jiaodong and its adjacent areas since the Late Cretaceous:Constraints from low temperature thermochronology显示文摘The thermal history of the Jiaodong region and adjacent provinces(Shandong and northern Jiangsu) have been extensively studied,particularly by apatite fission track(AFT) dating.However,the AFT ages from surface outcrops range broadly and do not show an apparent relationship between age and elevation.This work provides a multiple low temperature thermochronological dataset including zircon and apatite(U-Th)/He ages(ZHe and AHe),and AFT ages from a 1000-m-deep borehole at the Jiaojia goldneld in the northwest of Jiaodong Peninsula.ZHe,AFT and AHe ages range from-100-70,-85-50and-65-50 Ma,respectively.These data conform to the principles of age vs.closure temperature and age vs.elevation and thus can be employed to estimate the exhumation history.Based on the density histogram of fission track length calculation,thermal history modeling,and previously published AFT ages from the Chinese Continental Science Drill program,this work concludes that compared to the AFT ages from surface outcrops,the low temperature thermochronological ages from the boreholes show a better relationship between age,elevation and closure temperature,and the age becomes younger with increasing depth.In addition,the exhumation history in the Jiaodong and adjacent areas can be divided into two distinct stages:a short,rapid tectonic exhumation(~100-95 Ma) and a long,slow exhumation since 95 Ma.The rate and amount of tectonic exhumation since 95 Ma are inferred as ~30 m Ma^(-1) and ~3 km,respectively. | SUN HuaShan LI Huan LIU Liu CHEN QiaoMei YANG Hui WU Pan | 2017 | Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Antioxidative and immunological effects of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus(C.paliurus)polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats.METHODS:Animals were divided into 6 groups,including normal group,model group,control group,low-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment.Histological analysis of spleen was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of biological parameters and anti-oxidative enzymes were determined by spectrophotometry.Interleukin-7(IL-7)and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared with that of model group,superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level increased 78.63%(P<0.05),51.76%(P<0.05),2.95 times(P<0.01)and 41.11%(P<0.05)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.IL-7 and IL-10 increase 1.66(P<0.01)and 1.21 times(P<0.01)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that C.paliurus polysaccharides may play a protecting role for spleen injury of diabetic rats by enhancing the antioxidative ability and evaluating the immunity. | XIA Xichao LI Bin QIU Ju TIAN Gang CHEN Changdong LA Ming ZHANG Ke QI Jinxu LI Yanyan GAO Huashan SHAO Xiangyang SU Congying WANG Mengqi OUYANG Jingfeng | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5: | 2 |
| 4 | Preparation of composite adsorbent of sawdust and CaCl_2 by carbonization method for creating pore显示文摘To solve the problem of swelling and agglomeration of CaCl 2 during the process of ammonia adsorption and improve the performance of mass transfer,we present a new method for the preparation of adsorbent.The CaCl 2 is first immerged into sawdust by soaking method,then the composite adsorbent is prepared by carbonizing the mixture of CaCl 2 and sawdust.The SEM image and elements analysis indicated that the new adsorbent has high porosity and uniform distribution of CaCl 2 due to carbonization under temperature of 700°C.The performance testing of ammonia adsorption showed that under the conditions of evaporation temperature of 5°C and condensation temperature of 40°C,the ammonia uptake reaches 0.204,0.253 and 0.285 kg/kg,the specific cooling power(SCP) is 868.96,540.02 and 405.16 W/kg,and the average adsorption rate is 6.79×10 4,4.22×10 4 and 3.17×10 4 kg/kg/s when the adsorption time is 5,10 and 15 min,respectively.The problems of swelling and agglomeration of CaCl 2 are solved. | BU XianBiao WANG LingBao LI HuaShan LU ZhenNeng | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9: | 2 |
| 5 | Targeted therapy for head and neck cancer:signaling pathways and clinical studies显示文摘Head and neck cancer(HNC)is malignant,genetically complex and difficult to treat and is the sixth most frequent cancer,with tobacco,alcohol and human papillomavirus being major risk factors.Based on epigenetic data,HNC is remarkably heterogeneous,and treatment remains challenging.There is a lack of significant improvement in survival and quality of life in patients with HNC.Over half of HNC patients experience locoregional recurrence or distal metastasis despite the current multiple traditional therapeutic strategies and immunotherapy.In addition,resistance to chemotherapy,radiotherapy and some targeted therapies is common.Therefore,it is urgent to explore more effective and tolerable targeted therapies to improve the clinical outcomes of HNC patients.Recent targeted therapy studies have focused on identifying promising biomarkers and developing more effective targeted therapies.A well understanding of the pathogenesis of HNC contributes to learning more about its inner association,which provides novel insight into the development of small molecule inhibitors.In this review,we summarized the vital signaling pathways and discussed the current potential therapeutic targets against critical molecules in HNC,as well as presenting preclinical animal models and ongoing or completed clinical studies about targeted therapy,which may contribute to a more favorable prognosis of HNC.Targeted therapy in combination with other therapies and its limitations were also discussed. | Qingfang Li Yan Tie Aqu Alu Xuelei Ma Huashan Shi | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2: | 2 |

The new adsorbent has high porosity, uniform distribution and high content of Ca Cl2, and exhibits high adsorption performance. The ammonia uptake and specific cooling power(SCP) at 5 min adsorption time can reach as high as 0.19 g·g-1 and 793.9 W·kg-1, respectively. | 19 | Thermo-Economic Performance of Geothermal Driven High-Temperature Flash Tank Vapor Injection Heat Pump System:A Comparison Study显示文摘Process heating constitutes a significant share of final energy consumption in the industrial sector around the world.In this paper,a high-temperature heat pump(HTHP)using flash tank vapor injection technology(FTVI)is proposed to develop low-temperature geothermal source for industrial process heating with temperature above 100°C.With heat sink output temperatures between 120°C and 150°C,the thermo-economic performance of the FTVI HTHP system using R1234ze(Z)as refrigerant is analyzed and also compared to the single-stage vapor compression(SSVC)system by employing the developed mathematical model.The coefficient of performance(COP),exergy efficiency(ηexe),net present value(NPV)and payback period(PBP)are used as performance indicators.The results show that under the typical working conditions,the COP andηexe of FTVI HTHP system are 3.00 and 59.66%,respectively,and the corresponding NPV and PBP reach 8.13×106 CNY and 4.13 years,respectively.Under the high-temperature heating conditions,the thermo-economic performance of the FTVI HTHP system is significantly better than that of the SSVC system,and the larger the temperature lift,the greater the thermo-economic advantage of the FTVI HTHP system.Additionally,the FTVI HTHP system is more capable than the SSVC system in absorbing the financial risks associated with changes of electricity price and natural gas price. | Huashan Li Xiaoshuang Zhao Sihao Huang Lingbao Wang Jiongcong Chen | 2023 | Energy Engineering2023,120,8: | 0 |
| 20 | Characteristics of Soil Seed Banks of Typical Plant Communities in Hilly Area of Funiu Mountain显示文摘[Objectives]The purpose was to investigate the characteristics of soil seed bank of typical plant communities in hilly area of Funiu Mountain.[Methods]The seed density,number of species and species composition of the soil seed bank of typical plant communities such as Themeda japonica,Imperata cylindrica,Vitex negundo,Quercus acutissima,Robinia pseudoacacia,Platycladus orientalis and Populus canadensis in the surface,top 0-5 and top 5-10 cm soil were studied.[Results]The seed reserves of plant communities at different succession stages were(220.00±95.39)–(2650.00±1064.52)seeds/m2.A total of 48 species were counted in the seed bank,belonging to 45 genera in 22 families.Total 27 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation,belonging to 25 genera in 14 families.In the shallow soil where the seeds gathered,the seed densities of Imperata cylindrica and Themeda japonica were relatively low.The reserves of plant communities with different naturalness degrees were(403.33±64.29)-(2110.00±356.79)seeds/m2.A total of 67 species were counted in the seed bank,belonging to 64 genera in 37 families.A total of 45 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation,belonging to 43 genera in 28 families.In the soil layers of 0-5 and 5-10 cm,the seed density of natural secondary Q.acutissima was higher than those of planted P.canadensis,P.orientalis and R.pseudoacacia.In each soil layer,the species number of natural secondary Q.acutissima forest was slightly smaller than those of planted P.canadensis,P.orientalis and R.pseudoacacia forests.[Conclusions]The seeds in the soil seed bank may not completely come from existing above-ground vegetation.Manual assistance is required for vegetation restoration or reconstruction relying on soil seed bank,to ensure the direction of community succession. | Yanjiao LI Pengsen CAI Weishuang TONG Huashan GAO Yan ZHAO Limin WANG | 2020 | Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,11: | 0 |
