However, the impact of emotion and personality is not considered in current models of crowd behavior. Other studies focus on social interactions such as emotional transmission [1]. 5The construction of personalized virtual landslide disaster environments based on knowledge graphs and deep neural networks显示文摘Virtual Landslide Disaster environments are important for multilevel simulation,analysis and decision-making about Landslide Disasters.However,in the existing related studies,complex disaster scene objects and relationships are not deeply analyzed,and the scene contents are fixed,which is not conducive to meeting multilevel visualization task requirements for diverse users.To resolve the above issues,a construction method for Personalized Virtual Landslide Disaster Environments Based on Knowledge Graphs and Deep Neural networks is proposed in this paper.The characteristics of relationships among users,scenes and data were first discussed in detail;then,a knowledge graph of virtual Landslide Disaster environments was established to clarify the complex relationships among disaster scene objects,and a Deep Neural network was introduced to mine the user history information and the relationships among object entities in the knowledge graph.Therefore,a personalized Landslide Disaster scene data recommendation mechanism was proposed.Finally,a prototype system was developed,and an experimental analysis was conducted.The experimental results show that the method can be used to recommend intelligently appropriate disaster information and scene data to diverse users.The recommendation accuracy stabilizes above 80%–a level able to effectively support The Construction of Personalized Virtual Landslide Disaster environments.Yunhao Zhang Jun Zhu Qing Zhu Yakun Xie Weilian Li Lin Fu Junxiao Zhang Jianmei Tan 2020International Journal of Digital Earth2020,13,12:3
6Distribution, residence time, autotrophic production, and heterotrophic removal of DOP in the Mirs Bay, northern South China Sea显示文摘The importance of dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP) as a potential nutrient source for primary producers in marine systems has been recognized for up to eight decades, but currently, the understanding of the biogeochemistry of DOP is in its infancy. In the present study, monthly data between 2000 and 2014 were used to analyze the temporal and spatial distributions of DOP in the Mir Bay, the northern South China Sea. The DOP residence time(TDOP) was also investigated using a simple regression analysis in combination with chlorophyll a(Chl a) measurements while excess DOP(ΔDOP), produced by the biogeochemical processes of autotrophic production and heterotrophic removal, was determined using a two-component mixing mass-balance model in combination with salinity measurements. The results showed that the DOP concentration was(0.017±0.010) mg/L higher in the surface-water compared with the bottom-water and higher in the inner Tolo Harbour and waters adjacent to Shatoujiao compared with the main zone of the bay. Although seasonal changes and annual variability in the DOP were small, the surface DOP concentration was higher in the wet season(April–September)than in the dry season(October–March) due to the impacts of seaward discharges and atmospheric deposition into the bay. Measurement and regression results showed that the DOP release rate from phytoplankton production was about 1.83(gP)/(gChl a) and the TDOP was about 7 d, which implied that the DOP cycle in the bay was rapid. The ΔDOP was calculated from the model to be about 0.000 mg/L in the main zone of the bay and about 0.002 mg/L in the inner Tolo Harbour and waters adjacent to Shaotoujiao, suggesting that the autotrophic production of DOP was almost balanced by the heterotrophic removal in the main zone of the bay and dominated in the inner Tolo Harbour and waters adjacent to Shaotoujiao. 7Effect of Zibushenjing Fang on skeletal development and brain tissue antioxidation in mice with kidney essence insufficiency: a mechanistic study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Zibushenjing Fang (formula for tonifying the kidney essence) on skeletal development and brain tissue antioxidation in mice with kidney essence insufficiency. METHODS: Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model group, Jinkuishenqi Wan group, Zibushenjing Fang high dose group, and Zibushenjing Fang low dose group, with 10 mice in each group. The model of kidney essence insufficiency syndrome was established in all the mice except the normal group by using a cat to threaten the mice and by swimming until exhaustion daily which lasted about 21 days. Mice in the model group were administered 20 mL/ kg -1 · d -1 of normal saline intragastrically. The Jinkuishenqi Wan group was given 2.7 g/kg-1 · d-1 ofa solution of Jinkuishenqi Wan. The Zibushenjing Fang high dose group was given 20 g/kg -1 · d -1 and the Zibushenjing Fang low dose group was given 10 g/kg -1 · d -1 of a solution of Zibushenjing Fang.The general condition of all the groups was observed, including the quantity of food and water intake, swimming time, length of femur, and weight of the femur and musculus quadriceps femoris. The total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), glutathione peroxi- dase (GSH-Px), and methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) activities in the brain tissues were detected. RESULTS: Zibushenjing Fang could improve the manifestation of kidney essence insufficiency, increase the quantity of food and water intake, swimming time, femur length, and femur and musculus quadriceps femoris weight. It could also regulate the activities of T-SOD, GSH-Px, and MDA in brain tissue. 9Cement-fly Ash Stabilization of Cold In-place Recycled (CIR) Asphalt Pavement Mixtures for Road Bases or Subbases显示文摘For lack of laboratory and field performance data on stabilization of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) aggregate and stabilized soil (S) for road bases and subbases construction, the influences of RAP/S ratio, cement and fly ash content, modifying agent (MA) on the compact, unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength and water stability of the CIR mixtures were investigated. The experimental results showed that the maximum dry density and the optimum moisture content of the mixture changed significantly with the RAP/S ratio and cement-fly ash content. Unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength and water stability were improved significantly by the addition of MA, and the water stability was improved by nearly 20% on average. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images indicated that MA accelerated the hydration of cement-fly ash system. Needle-like AFt and fibrous C-S-H gel were observed in the mixtures, which resulted in the cementation effect among the CIR mixture particles and a more compact microstructure. 16Enhancing the HSV-1-mediated antitumor immune response by suppressing Bach1显示文摘Background In 2015,herpes simplex virus 1(HSV-1)-derived talimogene laherparepvec(T-VEC)was the first oncolytic virus approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as a therapeutic agent for cancer treatment.However,its antitumor application is limited to local treatment of melanoma,and there is a lack of understanding of the mechanisms underlying the regulation of HSV-1 replication in cancer cells and the associated antitumor immunity.We hypothesized that increasing the replication capacity of HSV-1 in tumor cells would enhance the antitumor effect of this virus.Methods We systematically identified IFN-stimulated genes induced by HSV-1 by performing functional screens and clarified the mechanism by which BACH1 acts against HSV-1.Then,we tested the effect of BACH1 deficiency on immunogenic cell death induced by HSV-1.Furthermore,we investigated the antitumor effect of BACH1 deficiency on HSV-1 in MCA205 and B16 murine tumor models.Results We identified eight IFN-stimulated genes(ISGs)controlling HSV-1 replication,among which BTB and CNC homology 1(BACH1)suppressed HSV-1 replication by inhibiting the transcription of ICP4,ICP27,and UL39.Loss of Bach1 function not only increased HSV-1 proliferation but also promoted HSV-1-induced cell apoptosis,HMGB1 secretion,and calreticulin exposure in tumor cells.More importantly,hemin,an FDA-approved drug known to downregulate BACH1,significantly enhanced HSV-1-mediated antitumor activity with increased T lymphocyte infiltration at the tumor site.Conclusions Our studies uncovered a novel antiviral activity of BACH1 and provided a new strategy for improving the clinical efficiency of the oncolytic virus HSV-1.Chaohu Pan Qiaomei Cai Xiaorong Li Lili Li Liping Yang Yu Chen Junxiao Liu Wancheng Liu Meiling Gao Tianqi Sui Xiaoyang Wang Huiming Fan Jiayin Ruan Yueyue Shi Saihua Chen Lucy S.Cheng Jiayong Liu Heng Yang Genhong Cheng 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,4:0
17Design and experiment of pneumatic seed clearing mechanism for pin-hole tube wheat plot precision sowing device显示文摘For the problem that when wheat is sucked up by the air suction method,the seeds are aligned in a small area,making it difficult for the contact seed cleaning mechanism to clean the seeds.The mechanism of seed cleaning airflow on wheat seed was studied,the flow velocity distribution relationship of the jet section was defined,the mathematical model of the jet velocity of circular and plane sections was established,and the key factors that could have a significant influence on seed cleaning effect were explored.A non-contact positive pressure air flow seed cleaning method was proposed.After theoretical calculations,it is concluded that the core section lengths of the circular section jet and the inline jet are 24.8 mm and 28.8 mm,respectively.The clearing distance is set to 20 mm.Through the single-factor test,the best air tube nozzle shape was clarified as a vertical inline nozzle.The angle of seed cleaning,the air velocity of seed cleaning,and the negative supply pressure were selected as influencing factors,and the seed leakage index,seed reabsorption index,and seed qualification index as the evaluation indicators to conduct a 3-factor 5-horizontal rotation test.A mathematical regression model of influencing factors and evaluation indexes was established to analyze the influence of these factors and indexes.The optimal operation parameters were obtained as the seed cleaning Angle of 19°,the seed cleaning air velocity of 58 m/s,and the negative pressure of 8.5 kPa.Under the optimal parameters,the seed leakage suction index is 8.23%,the seed reabsorption index is 0.33%,and the seed qualification index is 91.44%,which meets the design requirements.Xirui Zhang Youming Yang Qingjie Wang Hongwen Li Zhifu Zhang Junxiao Liu 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4:0
18Enabling AIEgens close assembly in tumor-overexpressed protein cluster for boosted image-guided cancer surgery显示文摘Development of efficient fluorescent probes that can realize precise fluorescence image-guided cancer surgery(FIGCS)with extremely high tumor-to-normal tissue(T/NT)ratio is urgently desirable.Herein,we report the design and synthesis of an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active,peptide-based fluorescence turn-on probe MPA-Ph-R-FFGYSAYPDSVPMMS(MPA-Ph-R-FFGYSA for short),which consists of a new near-infrared emissive AIE luminogen(AIEgen)MPA-Ph-R,a self-assembling peptide sequence“FFG”,and an“active”targeting peptide YSAYPDSVPMMS that can selectively bind to EphA2 protein cluster overexpressed in many cancers.As compared to the control probe MPA-Ph-R-YSA without“FFG”,MPA-Ph-R-FFGYSA exhibits much higher fluorescent brightness and sensitivity in both cellular and in vivo studies on EphA2 cluster detection/imaging,as“FFG”is beneficial to closer assembly of AIEgens in EphA2 cluster,leading to more effective restriction of the intramolecular motion of AIEgen.In vivo studies demonstrate that MPA-Ph-R-FFGYSA is a safe bioprobe and gives excellent performance in FIGCS with a rather high T/NT ratio of^13.4 upon intravenous administration into peritoneal carcinomatosis-bearing mice.This study provides a new strategy of utilizing the close assembly of tumor microenvironment-responsive AIE probes for boost FIGCS.Junxiao Gao Jun Li Daohe Wei Han Yang Yue Duan Yue Zhang Xiaoqun Gong Hanjie Wang Dan Ding Xiaoli Wu Jin Chang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,11:0
19Distribution of PCDD/Fs in a food waste anaerobic digestion process with biogas utilization显示文摘Food waste(FW)is a major component of municipal solid waste(MSW)in developing countries such as China.Anaerobic digestion(AD)is a widely-applied FW biological treatment method following MSW classification.With FW diversion from conventional incineration plants,the environmental risk caused by trace toxic pollutants,such as polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs),should be reevaluated.This study investigated a full-scale FW-AD plant in Shenzhen,China,and addressed two important underexplored issues:the distribution patterns of PCDD/Fs during the FW-AD process and PCDD/F emission characteristics of the biogas utilization exhaust gas.Mass balance demonstrated a negative balance of 2.48μg I-TEQ/t of raw FW(RFW),thus indicating that AD produced moderate PCDD/F emissions.The detailed findings were as follows:1)PCDD/F toxic equivalents(TEQs)in pure FW(RFW without impurities)were lower than in RFW,indicating that MSW source separation is crucial for decreasing the PCDD/F input into the AD system;2)PCDD/F contents(6.20–8.27 pg I-TEQ/g dry weight)in solid digestate were near the screening value of development land in China’s national standard(GB36600-2018),thus indicating that the potential environmental risk from the land application of solid digestate should be considered;and 3)PCDD/F TEQs(0.001–0.022 ng I-TEQ/Nm^(3))in biogas utilization exhaust gas were roughly equivalent to those produced by MSW incinerators in Shenzhen.This study indicated that compared with co-incineration with other waste,FW-AD will reduce PCDD/F emissions(air)from MSW incineration plants by 12.5%–21.3%at the national level under an FW separation scenario.Junxiao Wei Jinru Zhang Huan Li Jianguo Liu Zhou Deng Chao Zhou 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,11:0
