1A high-quality genome sequence of alkaligrass provides insights into halophyte stress tolerance显示文摘Alkaligrass(Puccinellia tenuiflora) is a monocotyledonous halophytic forage grass widely distributed in Northern China. It belongs to the Gramineae family and shares a close phylogenetic relationship with the cereal crops, wheat and barley. Here, we present a high-quality chromosome-level genome sequence of alkaligrass assembled from Illumina, Pac Bio and 10× Genomics reads combined with genome-wide chromosome conformation capture(Hi-C) data. The ~1.50 Gb assembled alkaligrass genome encodes 38,387 protein-coding genes, and 54.9% of the assembly are transposable elements, with long terminal repeats being the most abundant. Comparative genomic analysis coupled with stress-treated transcriptome profiling uncovers a set of unique saline-and alkaline-responsive genes in alkaligrass. The high-quality genome assembly and the identified stress related genes in alkaligrass provide an important resource for evolutionary genomic studies in Gramineae and facilitate further understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying stress tolerance in monocotyledonous halophytes. 3Wellbore drift flow relation suitable for full flow pattern domain and full dip range显示文摘Aiming at the simulation of multi-phase flow in the wellbore during the processes of gas kick and well killing of complex-structure wells(e.g.,directional wells,extended reach wells,etc.),a database including 3561 groups of experimental data from 32 different data sources is established.Considering the effects of fluid viscosity,pipe size,interfacial tension,fluid density,pipe inclination and other factors on multi-phase flow parameters,a new gas-liquid two-phase drift flow relation suitable for the full flow pattern and full dip range is established.The distribution coefficient and gas drift velocity models with a pipe inclination range of-90°–90°are established by means of theoretical analysis and data-driven.Compared with three existing models,the proposed models have the highest prediction accuracy and most stable performance.Using a well killing case with the backpressure method in the field,the applicability of the proposed model under the flow conditions with a pipe inclination range of-90°–80°is verified.The errors of the calculated shut in casing pressure,initial back casing pressure and casing pressure when adjusting the displacement are 2.58%,3.43%,5.35%,respectively.The calculated results of the model are in good agreement with the field backpressure data.LOU Wenqiang WANG Zhiyuan LI Pengfei SUN Xiaohui SUN Baojiang LIU Yaxin SUN Dalin 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:1
4Engineering of SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) heterojunction compact interface with efficient charge transfer pathway for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Fabricating an efficient charge transfer pathway at the compact interface between two kinds of semiconductors is an important strategy for designing hydrogen production heterojunction photocatalysts.In this work,we prepared a compact,stable and oxygen vacancy-rich photocatalyst(SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) heterostructure)via a simple and reasonable in-situ synthesis method.Briefly,SnCl_(2)–2H_(2)O is hydrolyzed on the TiO_(2) precursor.After the pyrolysis process,SnO_(2) nanoparticles(5 nm)were dispersed on the surface of ultrathin TiO_(2) nanosheets uniformly.Herein,the heterojunction system can offer abundant oxygen vacancies,which can act as active sites for catalytic reactions.Meanwhile,the interfacial contact of SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) grading semiconductor oxide is uniform and tight,which can promote the separation and migration of photogenerated carriers.As shown in the experimental results,the hydrogen production rate of SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) is 16.7 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)(4.4 times higher than that of TiO_(2)),which is owing to its good dynamical properties.This work demonstrates an efficient strategy of tight combining SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) with abundant oxygen vacancies to improve catalytic efficiency.Hongli Wang Jianan Liu Xudong Xiao Huiyuan Meng Jie Wu Chuanyu Guo Mang Zheng Xiaolei Wang Shien Guo Baojiang Jiang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:1
5Constructing Pd-N interactions in Pd/g-C_(3)N_(4)to improve the charge dynamics for efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘The formation of chemical bonds between metal ions and their supports is an effective strategy to achieve good catalytic activity.However,both the synthesis of active metal species on a support and control of their coordination environment are still challenging.Here,we show the use of an organic compound to produce tubular carbon nitride(TCN)as a support for Pd nanoparticles(NPs),creating a composite material(NP-Pd-TCN).It was found that Pd ions preferentially bind with the electron-rich N atoms of TCN,leading to strong metal-support interactions that benefit charge transfer from g-C_(3)N_(4)to Pd.X-ray absorption spectroscopy further revealed that the metal-support interactions resulted in the formation of Pd-N bonds,which are responsible for the improvement in the charge dynamics as evidenced by the results from various techniques including photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy,photocurrent measurements,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Owing to the good dynamical properties,NP-Pd-TCN was used for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution under visible-light irradiation(λ>420 nm)and an excellent evolution rate of~381μmol·h^(-1)(0.02 g of the photocatalyst)was attained.This work aims to promote a strategy to synthesize efficient photocatalysts for hydrogen production by controllably introducing metal nanoparticles on a support and in the meantime forming chemical bonds to achieve intimate metal-support contact.Xudong Xiao Siying Lin Liping Zhang Huiyuan Meng Jing Zhou Qi Li Jianan Liu Panzhe Qiao Baojiang Jiang Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:1

7JShellDetector: A Java FilelessWebshell Detector Based on Program Analysis显示文摘Fileless webshell attacks against Java web applications have becomemore frequent in recent years as Java has gained market share. Webshell is amalicious script that can remotely execute commands and invade servers. Itis widely used in attacks against web applications. In contrast to traditionalfile-based webshells, fileless webshells leave no traces on the hard drive, whichmeans they are invisible to most antivirus software. To make matters worse,although there are some studies on fileless webshells, almost all of themare aimed at web applications developed in the PHP language. The complexmechanism of Java makes researchers face more challenges. To mitigate thisattack, this paper proposes JShellDetector, a fileless webshell detector forJava web applications based on program analysis. JShellDetector uses methodprobes to capture dynamic characteristics of web applications in the JavaVirtual Machine (JVM). When a suspicious class tries to call a specificsensitive method, JShellDetector catches it and converts it from the JVMto a bytecode file. Then, JShellDetector builds a Jimple-based control flowgraph and processes it using taint analysis techniques. A suspicious classis considered malicious if there is a valid path from sources to sinks. Todemonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, we manually collect35 test cases (all open source on GitHub) and test JShellDetector and onlytwo other Java fileless webshell detection tools. 8Supramolecular precursor derived loofah sponge-like Fe_(2)O_(x)/C for effective synergistic reaction of Fenton and photocatalysis显示文摘Fenton or photocatalytic degradations of organic contaminants are recognized as promising approaches to address the increasing environmental pollution issues.Herein,we develop the effective synergistic catalysis reaction of Fenton and photocatalysis based on a loofah sponge-like Fe_(2)O_(x)/C nanocomposite,which exhibits excellent nitrobenzene photocatalytic degradation property.It is noted that Fe2O3 nanoparticles with surface Fe^(2+) species were encapsulated with an ultrathin carbon layer(denoted as Fe_(2)O_(x)/C)via a supramolecular self-sacrificing template and following thermal treatment process.The experimental results indicated that the thin layer carbon coating not only inhibited the Fe iron leaching from the Fe_(2)O_(x)but also prompted the separation and transferring of electrons–hole pairs.The introduction of Fe_(2)O_(x)/C enables the Fenton reaction to induce a rapid Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)cycle,and meanwhile,together with the photocatalytic reaction to produce continuous active substances for the subsequent degradation catalytic reaction without successive H2O2,resulting in the inexpensive and the effective photocatalytic procedure.As a result,100%nitrobenzene(100 mg/L)was degraded and 97%of the organic carbon was mineralized in 90 min using the Fe_(2)O_(x)/C(0.1 g/L)at a low H_(2)O_(2) dosage(0.50 mM),under air mass(AM)1.5 irradiation.Theoretical calculations confirmed that the Fe_(2)O_(x)/C-600 with thin carbon layer promoted the dissociation of H2O2 and the·OH desorption.The synergistic catalysis of this work may provide new ideas for low-cost and more efficient treatment of pollutants.Chen Zhao Shien Guo Qi Li Jianan Liu Mang Zheng Xudong Xiao Baojiang Jiang Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0
9Differential Expression of CCNA2 Gene and MMP2 Gene in Skin Tissue of Rex Rabbit with Different Fur Densities显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to search for the molecular marker highly associated with fur density of rex rabbit.[Method] Experimental rex rabbits were divided into dense fur group and sparse fur group.The variation rule of gene expression in skin tissue of rex rabbits with different fur densities was detected using rabbit whole gene c DNA microarray.[Result] A total of 2 657 genes with differential expression were detected by microarray test,including 1 106 genes with known function,687 genes with up-regulated expression and 419 genes with down-regulated expression.The expression levels of multiple genes involving in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and migration had significant changes.MMP2 gene had high expression in skin tissue of rex rabbits in dense fur group,which was 8.195 times of gene expression in sparse fur group; CCNA2 gene had low expression in skin tissue of rex rabbit in dense fur group,which was0.143 times of gene expression in sparse fur group.[Conclusion] The results provide the theoretical basis and research direction for early breeding of rex rabbit in practical production.Chen Saijuan Liu Yajuan Chen Baojiang Liu Tao Gu Zilin 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,5:0
10Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Identification Method for Agricultural Soil Stratification in a Typical Mollisols Area of Northeast China显示文摘In order to achieve a rapid and accurate identification of soil stratification information and accelerate the development of smart agriculture,this paper conducted soil stratification experiments on agricultural soils in the Mollisols area of Northeast China using Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)and obtained different types of soil with frequencies of 500 MHz,250 MHz,and 100 MHz antennas.The soil profile data were obtained for 500 MHz,250 MHz,and 100 MHz antennas,and the dielectric properties of each type of soil were analyzed.In the image processing procedure,wavelet analysis was first used to decompose the pre-processed radar signal and reconstruct the high-frequency information to obtain the reconstructed signal containing the stratification information.Secondly,the reconstructed signal is taken as an envelope to enhance the stratification information.The Hilbert transform is applied to the envelope signal to find the time-domain variation of the instantaneous frequency and determine the time-domain location of the stratification.Finally,the dielectric constant of each soil horizon is used to obtain the propagation velocity of the electromagnetic wave at the corresponding position to obtain the stratification position of each soil horizon.The research results show that the 500 MHz radar antenna can accurately delineate Ap/Ah,horizon and the absolute accuracy of the stratification is within 5 cm.The effect on the soil stratification below the tillage horizon is not apparent,and the absolute accuracy of the 250 MHz and 100 MHz radar antennas on the stratification is within 9 cm.The overwhelming majority of the overall calculation errors are kept to within 15%.Based on the three central frequency antennas,the soil horizon detection rate reaches 93.3%,which can achieve accurate stratification of soil profiles within 1 m.The experimental and image processing methods used are practical and feasible;however,the GPR will show a missed detection for soil horizons with only slight differences in dielectric properties.Overall,this study can quickly and accurately determine the information of each soil stratification,ultimately providing technical support for acquiring soil configuration information and developing smart agriculture.RUAN Weimin LIU Baojiang LIU Huanjun DONG Hang SUI Yueyu 2023Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,4:0
11Prediction of wax precipitation region in wellbore during deep water oil well testing显示文摘During deep water oil well testing, the low temperature environment is easy to cause wax precipitation, which affects the normal operation of the test and increases operating costs and risks. Therefore, a numerical method for predicting the wax precipitation region in oil strings was proposed based on the temperature and pressure fields of deep water test string and the wax precipitation calculation model. And the factors affecting the wax precipitation region were analyzed. The results show that: the wax precipitation region decreases with the increase of production rate, and increases with the decrease of geothermal gradient, increase of water depth and drop of water-cut of produced fluid, and increases slightly with the increase of formation pressure. Due to the effect of temperature and pressure fields, wax precipitation region is large in test strings at the beginning of well production. Wax precipitation region gradually increases with the increase of shut-in time.
