1Geochemical characteristics of natural gas from mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin显示文摘A number of mud volcanoes exist in the southern Junggar Basin. To date few systematic studies on natural gas geochemistry of mud volcanoes have been conducted in China. In June 1991 and August 2010, the authors investigated the mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin twice, and the mud volcanism weakened gradually as seen from the variations such as the decrease of gas pressure and output, the downthrow and dry up of the mud pool. The volcanic intensity was significantly weaker than that in Taiwan. The natural gas from the mud volcanoes in the southern Junggar Basin has similar geochemical characteristics, indicating the same source or origin. The main component of the mud volcano gas is alkane gas with contents of 91.15%-97.49%, and the gas is high-quality commercial gas since methane dominates in the alkane. The 13C1 values are 49.1‰--40.6‰, which are in accordance with the peak 13C1 frequency of mud volcano gas around the world, and the alkane gas displays positive carbon isotopic series, i.e., 13C1< 13C2< 13C3, suggesting typical thermogenic origin. The helium in the mud volcano gas is typically crust-derived due to the low R/Ra values of 0.011-0.054. The mud volcano gas is coal-derived since the 13C2 values are all greater than 28‰, and C1/C1-4 and 13C1 values are in accordance with those of natural gas derived from the Lower-Middle Jurassic coal-measures. 3Recent Advancements on Photothermal Conversion and Antibacterial Applications over MXenes-Based Materials显示文摘The pernicious bacterial proliferation and emergence of super-resistant bacteria have already posed a great threat to public health,which drives researchers to develop antibiotic-free strategies to eradicate these fierce microbes.Although enormous achievements have already been achieved,it remains an arduous challenge to realize efficient sterilization to cut off the drug resistance generation.Recently,photothermal therapy(PTT)has emerged as a promising solution to efficiently damage the integrity of pathogenic bacteria based on hyperthermia beyond their tolerance.Until now,numerous photothermal agents have been studied for antimicrobial PTT.Among them,MXenes(a type of two-dimensional transition metal carbides or nitrides)are extensively investigated as one of the most promising candidates due to their high aspect ratio,atomic-thin thickness,excellent photothermal performance,low cytotoxicity,and ultrahigh dispersibility in aqueous systems.Besides,the enormous application scenarios using their antibacterial properties can be tailored via elaborated designs of MXenes-based materials.In this review,the synthetic approaches and textural properties of MXenes have been systematically presented first,and then the photothermal properties and sterilization mechanisms using MXenes-based materials are documented.Subsequently,recent progress in diverse fields making use of the photothermal and antibacterial performances of MXenes-based materials are well summarized to reveal the potential applications of these materials for various purposes,including in vitro and in vivo sterilization,solar water evaporation and purification,and flexible antibacterial fabrics.Last but not least,the current challenges and future perspectives are discussed to provide theoretical guidance for the fabrication of efficient antimicrobial systems using MXenes.Shuyan Hao Hecheng Han Zhengyi Yang Mengting Chen Yanyan Jiang Guixia Lu Lun Dong Hongling Wen Hui Li Jiurong Liu Lili Wu Zhou Wang Fenglong Wang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11:4

6Rapid and selective uranium extraction from aqueous solution under visible light in the absence of solid photocatalyst显示文摘Extraction of uranium from radioactive waste-water is of significant importance for environmental protection and the recovery of uranium resource.Different from the previous reports to use the solid absorbent/photocatalyst for U(VI)removal,herein,we proposed a new eco-friendly method for the rapid and selective extraction of uranium from aqueous solutions under visible light without solid materials.At optimal pH value and in the presence of organics like alcohols,the U(VI)could be extracted efficiently to form brown uranium solid over wide uranium concentrations under anaerobic condition and visible light,by utilizing the excitation of the given U(VI)species.With comprehensive modelling of the electronic ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)properties,it is proved that pH adjusting towards U(VI)could induce efficient ligand-to-metal-charge-transfer(LMCT)within the uranyl complex under visible light and the reduction of U(VI)to form U(V),which can be transformed into U(IV)via disproportionation reaction.The resulting U(IV)in solid phase makes the extraction much more convenient in operation.More importantly,the excellent selectivity for uranium extraction over interfering alkali metal ions,transition metal ions and the lanthanide metal ions shows a powerful application potential.Shaojun Li Yezi Hu Zewen Shen Yawen Cai Zhuoyu Ji Xiaoli Tan Zhixin Liu Guixia Zhao Shuxian Hu Xiangke Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,8:2

10Decorating rare-earth fluoride upconversion nanoparticles on AuNRs@Ag core-shell structure for NIR light-mediated photothermal therapy and bioimaging显示文摘Photothermal therapy(PTT)has presented its inherent application value in cancer treatment.Nevertheless,single-functional photothermal materials cannot meet the precise diagnosis and treatment of cance r.Therefo re,it is important to design a nanocomposite that has both high therapeutic efficiency and multimodal imaging capabilities.In our work,a new nanostructure of gold nanorods(AuNRs)with silver shells decorated by BaGdF5:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nanoparticle was synthesized by a simple way.The biostability of AuNRs is increased by coating with silver shells,and the AuNR@Ag nanoparticles can be used as excellent surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)probe.Moreover,the modification of BaGdF5:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nanoparticles provides the possibility of real-time optical imaging of the tumor area.Under the irradiation of NIR laser,the AuNR@Ag/BaGdF5:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nanocomposites(NCs)have strong upconversion emission and excellent photothermal conversion efficiency.Meanwhile,the NCs show low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility in MTT cytotoxicity test.Moreover,the NCs are also exceptional contrast agents for CT imaging.For in vitro photothermal therapy test,NCs show excellent killing efficiency on tumor cells.Therefore,the multifaceted research of AuNR@Ag/BaGdF5:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)multifunctional nanomaterials provides a break for high-efficiency tumor photothermal therapy and multimodal imaging.Jingzhi Dou Bei Chen Guixia Liu Xiangting Dong Wensheng Yu Jinxian Wang Yunxiao Zhang Zhanguo Li Jiang Zhu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,2:1

18Genome-wide analysis of cytochrome P450 genes in Citrus clementina and characterization of a CYP gene encoding f lavonoid 3′-hydroxylase显示文摘Cytochrome P450s(CYPs)are the largest family of enzymes in plant and play multifarious roles in development and defense but the available information about the CYP superfamily in citrus is very limited.Here we provide a comprehensive genome-wide analysis of the CYP superfamily in Citrus clementina genome,identifying 301 CYP genes grouped into ten clans and 49 families.The characteristics of both gene structures and motif compositions strongly supported the reliability of the phylogenetic relationship.Duplication analysis indicated that tandem duplication was the major driving force of expansion for this superfamily.Promoter analysis revealed numerous cis-acting elements related to various responsiveness.RNA-seq data elucidated their expression patterns in citrus fruit peel both during development and in response to UV-B.Furthermore,we characterize a UV-B-induced CYP gene(Ciclev10019637m,designated CitF3′H)as a f lavonoid 3-hydroxylase for the first time.CitF3 H catalyzed numerous f lavonoids and favored naringenin in yeast assays.Virusinduced silencing of CitF3′ H in citrus seedlings significantly reduced the levels of 3′-hydroxylated f lavonoids and their derivatives.These results together with the endoplasmic reticulum-localization of CitF3 H in plant suggest that this enzyme is responsible for the biosynthesis of 3-hydroxylated f lavonoids in citrus.Taken together,our findings provide extensive information about the CYP superfamily in citrus and contribute to further functional verification.Xiaojuan Liu Qin Gong Chenning Zhao Dengliang Wang Xianming Ye Guixia Zheng Yue Wang Jinping Cao Chongde Sun 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,2:1
