1Cobalt single atom site catalysts with ultrahigh metal loading for enhanced aerobic oxidation of ethylbenzene显示文摘The oxidation of hydrocarbons to produce high value-added compounds(ketones or alcohols)using oxygen in air as the only oxidant is an efficient synthetic strategy from both environmental and economic views.Herein,we successfully synthesized cobalt single atom site catalysts(Co SACs)with high metal loading of 23.58 wt.%supported on carbon nitride(CN),which showed excellent catalytic properties for oxidation of ethylbenzene in air.Moreover,Co SACs show a much higher turn-over frequency(19.6 h^(−1))than other reported non-noble catalysts under the same condition.Comparatively,the as-obtained nanosized or homogenous Co catalysts are inert to this reaction.Co SACs also exhibit high selectivity(97%)and stability(unchanged after five runs)in this reaction.DFT calculations reveal that Co SACs show a low energy barrier in the first elementary step and a high resistance to water,which result in the robust catalytic performance for this reaction.Yu Xiong Wenming Sun Yunhu Han Pingyu Xin Xusheng Zheng Wensheng Yan Juncai Dong Jian Zhang Dingsheng Wang Yadong Li 2021Nano Research2021,14,7:20
2Interspecific and intraspecific variation in specific root length drives aboveground biodiversity effects in young experimental forest stands显示文摘Aims Although the net biodiversity effect(NE)can be statistically partitioned into complementarity and selection effects(CE and SE),there are different underlying mechanisms that can cause a certain partitioning.Our objective was to assess the role of resource partitioning and species interactions as two important mechanisms that can bring about CEs by interspecific and intraspecific trait variation.Methods We measured tree height of 2493 living individuals in 57 plots and specific root length(SRL)on first-order roots of 368 of these individuals across different species richness levels(1,2,4,8 species)in a large-scale forest biodiversity and ecosystem functioning experiment in subtropical China(BEF-China)established in 2009.We describe the effects of resource partitioning between species by a fixed component of interspecific functional diversity(RaoQ)and further effects of species interactions by variable components of interspecific and intraspecific functional diversity(community weighted trait similarity and trait dissimilarity,CWS and CWD).Finally,we examined the relationships between biodiversity effects on stand-level tree height and functional diversity(RaoQ,CWS and CWD)in SRL using linear regression and assessed the relative importance of these three components of functional diversity in explaining the diversity effects.Important Findings Our results show that species richness significantly affected SRL in five and tree height in ten out of 16 species.A positive NE was generally brought about by a positive CE on stand-level tree height and related to high values of RaoQ and CWS in SRL.A positive CE was related to high values of all three components of root functional diversity(RaoQ,CWS and CWD).Our study suggests that both resource partitioning and species interactions are the underlying mechanisms of biodiversity effects on stand-level tree growth in subtropical forest.Wensheng Bu Bernhard Schmid Xiaojuan Liu Ying Li Werner Härdtle Goddert von Oheimb Yu Liang Zhenkai Sun Yuanyuan Huang Helge Bruelheide Keping Ma 2017Journal of Plant Ecology2017,10,1:18

4Preparation and properties of temperature sensitive paint based on Eu(DBM)_3 phen as probe molecule显示文摘Probe molecule Eu(DBM)3 phen is made up of europium oxide(Eu_2 O_3),dibenzoylmethane(DBM) and1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The temperature sensitive paint(TSP) was compounded by the polymerization of the probe molecule, methyl methacrylate(MMA) and the initiator of benzoyl peroxide(BPO).The structure, morphology, luminescence property of probe molecule and the temperature quenching property of the temperature sensitive paint(TSP) were characterized by infrared spectrometer, UV-vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrometer respectively. The infrared spectrum and UV-vis spectra show that Eu and DBM form six membered rings, and Eu-O coordinate bonds form. The nanocrystals are in sphere-like morphology with an average size of approximately100 nm. Fluorescence spectra present that the performance of temperature quenching is excellent,what's more, TSP sample has different temperature sensitivity in various temperature scope. Particularly,under excitation of 286 nm, TSP has a highest temperature sensitivity between 50 and 60 ℃, and the strongest fluorescence emission reaches a peak(615 nm). 7Robust stabilization of multilinear interval plants显示文摘The robust D-stability of a class of multilinear interval polynomials is considered. Some sufficient conditions are given to judge the robust D-stability of the uncertain systems. In short, an uncertain system is robustly D-stable if some linear matrix inequalities are solvable. Moreover, our results are applied to the robust stabilization of multilinear interval plants. 9Solution to the Generalized Champagne Problem on simultaneous stabilization of linear systems显示文摘The well-known Generalized Champagne Problem on simultaneous stabilization of linear systems is solved by using complex analysis and Blondel’s technique. We give a complete answer to the open problem proposed by Patel et al., which auto-matically includes the solution to the original Champagne Problem. Based on the recent development in automated inequality-type theorem proving, a new stabiliz-ing controller design method is established. 11Preparation and properties of Nd,Yb:GGG polycrystalline nanopowders显示文摘Gadolinium gallium garnet(GGG)polycrystalline powders doped with Nd,Yb were prepared by co-precipitation method.The structure,phase and properties of powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and fluorescence spectroscopy.XRD analysis indicated that the crystallization of Nd,Yb:GGG powders occur at 900��.SEM analysis showed that the morphology of the powders was irregular and the average radius is 68.74 nm.FTIR analysis manifested that pure Nd,Yb:GGG powders were formed at 900��.The fluorescence spectrum revealed that the most strong emission of Nd,Yb:GGG powders was 1030 nm,which was attributed to 2F5/2��2F7/2 of Yb3+.The possible formation mechanism of Nd,Yb:GGG powders were preliminarily discussed.Yanmin DONG Jing SUN Wensheng YU Weihang LI Fei TENG 2012Journal of Advanced Ceramics2012,1,4:3

13Particle swarm optimization and its application to seismic inversion of igneous rocks显示文摘In order to improve the fine structure inversion ability of igneous rocks for the exploration of underlying strata, based on particle swarm optimization(PSO), we have developed a method for seismic wave impedance inversion. Through numerical simulation, we tested the effects of different algorithm parameters and different model parameterization methods on PSO wave impedance inversion, and analyzed the characteristics of PSO method. Under the conclusions drawn from numerical simulation, we propose the scheme of combining a cross-moving strategy based on a divided block model and high-frequency filtering technology for PSO inversion. By analyzing the inversion results of a wedge model of a pitchout coal seam and a coal coking model with igneous rock intrusion, we discuss the vertical and horizontal resolution, stability and reliability of PSO inversion. 14SETD8 induces stemness and epithelial–mesenchymal transition of pancreatic cancer cells by regulating ROR1 expression显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(PC)is one of the most deadly diseases,and its incidence is increasing year by year.The methyltransferase SETD8 has been demonstrated to play an important role in tumor cell proliferation and metastasis.However,little is known about whether SETD8 could affect the invasion and metastasis of PC and the mechanism underlying the regulation.Based on our previous report,here,we further found that SETD8 could promote the invasion and migration of PC cells by inducing the expression of receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1(ROR1).ROR1 was predominantly upregulated in PC tissues and was correlated with lymph node metastasis and worse prognosis.Mechanistically,SETD8 mediated ROR1 activity and regulated PC cells invasion and migration,although promoting the expression of stemness and epithelial–mesenchymal transition-related molecules.This promotion effect disappeared when the catalytically inactive mutant SETD8 was overexpressed,which could be counteracted by the SETD8-specific methyltransferase inhibitor UNC0379.Collectively,our results demonstrate that SETD8 may be a novel prognostic factor and a therapeutic target of PC.Mengqi Liu Yihua Shi Qiangsheng Hu Yi Qin Shunrong Ji Wensheng Liu Qifeng Zhuo Guixiong Fan Zeng Ye Changfeng Song Xianjun Yu Xiaowu Xu Wenyan Xu 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12:2
15FGFBPI-mediated crosstalk between fibroblasts and pancreatic cancer cells via FGF22/FGFR2 promotes invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Fibroblast growth factor-binding protein 1(FGFBP1)promotes fibroblast growth factor(FGF)activity by releasing FGFs from extracellular matrix storage.We previously reported that the tumor suppressor F-box and WD repeat domain-containing 7 suppresses FGFBP1 by reducing expression of c-Myc,which inhibits the proliferation and migration of pancreatic cancer cells.However,the potential mechanism by which FGFBP1 facilitates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)remains unexplored.In this study,we focused on the function of FGFBP1 in the interplay between cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)and pancreatic cancer cells(PCCs).Decreased FGF22 expression was detected in CAFs co-cultured with PCCs with FGFBP1 abrogation,which was verified in the cell culture medium by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Active cytokine FGF22 significantly facilitated the migration and invasion of PANC-1 and Mia PaCa-2 cells.The number of penetrating PCCs cocultured with CAFs with FGF22 abrogation was significantly less than that of the control group.Interestingly,higher expressions of FGF22 and fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2)were associated with worse prognosis of patients with PDAC and FGFR2,an independent prognostic marker of PDAC.The PANC-1 and Mia PaCa-2 cells with silenced FGFR2 showed weaker invasion and metastasis,even if these cells were simultaneously treated with cytokine FGF22.These results revealed that FGFBPI-mediated interaction between CAFs and PCCs via FGF22/FGFR2 facilitates the migration and invasion of PCCs.FGFR2 could act as a prognostic marker for patients with PDAC.Zheng Zhang Yi Qin Shunrong Ji Wenyan Xu Mengqi Liu Qiangsheng Hu Zeng Ye Guixiong Fan Xianjun Yu Wensheng Liu Xiaowu Xu 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,8:2

19Balancing selection and wild gene pool contribute to resistance in global rice germplasm against planthopper显示文摘Interactions and co-evolution between plants and herbivorous insects are critically important in agriculture.Brown planthopper(BPH)is the most severe insect of rice,and the biotypes adapt to feed on different rice genotypes.Here,we present genomics analyses on 1,520 global rice germplasms for resistance to three BPH biotypes.Genome-wide association studies identified 3,502 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and 59 loci associated with BPH resistance in rice.We cloned a previously unidentified gene Bph37 that confers resistance to BPH.The associated loci showed high nucleotide diversity.Genome-wide scans for trans-species polymorphisms revealed ancient balancing selection at the loci.The secondarily evolved insect biotypes II and III exhibited significantly higher virulence and overcame more rice varieties than the primary biotype I.In response,more SNPs and loci evolved in rice for resistance to biotypes II and III.Notably,three exceptional large regions with high SNP density and resistance-associated loci on chromosomes 4 and 6 appear distinct between the resistant and susceptible rice varieties.Surprisingly,these regions in resistant rice might have been retained from wild species Oryza nivara.Our findings expand the understanding of long-term interactions between rice and BPH and provide resistance genes and germplasm resources for breeding durable BPH-resistant rice varieties.Cong Zhou Qian Zhang Yu Chen Jin Huang Qin Guo Yi Li Wensheng Wang Yongfu Qiu Wei Guan Jing Zhang Jianping Guo Shaojie Shi Di Wu Xiaohong Zheng Lingyun Nie Jiaoyan Tan Chaomei Huang Yinhua Ma Fang Yang Xiqin Fu Bo Du Lili Zhu Rongzhi Chen Zhikang Li Longping Yuan Guangcun He 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,10:2
