| 1 | The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China. | Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao | 2016 | Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1: | 23 |

| 3 | Infiltrating lithium into carbon doth decorated with zinc oxide arrays for dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium metal anode for batteries has attracted extensive attentions, but its application is restricted by the hazardous dendritic Li growth and dead Li formation. To address these issues, a novel Li anode is developed by infiltrating molten Li metal into conductive carbon cloth decorated with zinc oxide arrays. In carbonate-based electrolyte, the symmetric cell shows no short circuit over 1,500 h at 1 mA·cm^-2, and stable voltage profiles at 3 mA cm^-2 for ~ 300 h cycling. A low overpotential of ~ 243 mV over 350 cycles at a high current density of 10 mA·cm^-2 is achieved, compared to the seriously fluctuated voltage and fast short circuit in the cell using bare Li metal. Meanwhile, the asymmetric cell withstands 1,000 cycles at 10 C (1 C = 167 mAh·g^-1) compared to the 210 cycles for the cell using bare Li anode. | 4 | Construction of a macromolecular structural model of Chinese lignite and analysis of its low-temperature oxidation behavior显示文摘The aim of this paper is to analyze the change in the active structure of lignite during the process of lowtemperature oxidation by constructing a molecular structure model for lignite. Using quantum computation combined with experimental results of proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), a structural model for the large molecular structure was constructed. By analyzing the bond lengths in the model molecule, the evolution law for the active structure of lignite was predicted for the process of low-temperature oxidation. In low-temperature oxidation,alkanes and hydroxyls are the primary active structures observed in lignite, though ether may also react. These active functional groups react with oxygen to release heat, thereby speeding up the reaction between coal and oxygen. | 6 | Systematic study of human long intergenic non-coding RNAs and their impact on cancer显示文摘The functional impact of several long intergenic non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs) has been characterized in previous studies. However, it is difficult to identify lincRNAs on a large-scale and to ascertain their functions or predict their structures in laboratory experiments because of the diversity, lack of knowledge and specificity of expression of lincRNAs. Furthermore, although there are a few well-characterized examples of lincRNAs associated with cancers, these are just the tip of the iceberg owing to the complexity of cancer. Here, by combining RNA-Seq data from several kinds of human cell lines with chromatin-state maps and human expressed sequence tags, we successfully identified more than 3000 human lincRNAs, most of which were new ones. Subsequently, we predicted the functions of 105 lincRNAs based on a coding-non-coding gene co-expression network. Finally, we propose a genetic mediator and key regulator model to unveil the subtle relationships between lincRNAs and lung cancer. Twelve lincRNAs may be principal players in lung tumorigenesis. | 7 | PKM2 promotes reductive glutamine metabolism显示文摘Objective:Pyruvate kinases M(PKM),including the PKM1 and PKM2 isoforms,are critical factors in glucose metabolism.PKM2promotes aerobic glycolysis,a phenomenon known as'the Warburg effect'.The purpose of this study was to identify the roles of PKM2 in regulating cellular metabolism.Methods:The CRISPR/Cas9 system was used to generate the PKM-knockout cell model to evaluate the role of PKM in cellular metabolism.Lactate levels were measured by the Vitros LAC slide method on an autoanalyzer and glucose levels were measured by the autoanalyzer AU5800.The metabolism of ^(13)C_6-glucose or ^(13)C_5-glutamine was evaluated by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses.The effects of PKM on tumor growth were detected in vivo in a tumor-bearing mouse model.Results:We found that both PKM1 and PKM2 enabled aerobic glycolysis,but PKM2 converted glucose to lactate much more efficiently than PKM1.As a result,PKM2 reduced glucose levels reserved for intracellular utilization,particularly for the production of citrate,and thus increased theα-ketoglutarate/citrate ratio to promote the generation of glutamine-derived acetylcoenzyme A through the reductive pathway.Furthermore,reductive glutamine metabolism facilitated cell proliferation under hypoxia conditions,which supports in vivo tumor growth.In addition,PKM-deletion induced a reverse Warburg effect in tumorassociated stromal cells.Conclusions:PKM2 plays a critical role in promoting reductive glutamine metabolism and maintaining proton homeostasis.This study is helpful to increase the understanding of the physiological role of PKM2 in cancer cells. | Miao Liu Yuanyuan Wang Yuxia Ruan Changsen Bai Li Qiu Yanfen Cui Guoguang Ying Binghui Li | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4: | 6 |

| 13 | Exosomal miR-155 from gastric cancer induces cancerassociated cachexia by suppressing adipogenesis and promoting brown adipose differentiation via C/EPBβ显示文摘Objective:The aim of this research was to identify whether exosomes were involved in impairing adipogenesis in cancer-associated cachexia(CAC)by detecting the adipodifferentiation capacity and the expressions of adipogenic proteins in gastric cancer(GC)-associated adipocytes.Methods:Western blotting and RT-PCR were used to investigate the expressions of C/EPBβ,C/EPBα,PPARγ,and UCP1 in adipose mesenchymal stem cells(A-MSCs)to evaluate the function of exosomal miR-155.BALB/c nude mice were intravenously injected in vivo with GC exosomes with different levels of miR-155 to determine changes in adipodifferentiation of A-MSCs.Results:Exosomes derived from GC cells suppressed adipogenesis in A-MSCs as characterized by decreased lipid droplets.Similarly,A-MSCs co-cultured with GC exosomes exhibited increased ATP production through brown adipose differentiation characterized by highly dense mitochondria and enhanced UCP1 expression(P<0.05).Mechanistically,exosomal miR-155 secreted from GC cells suppressed adipogenesis and promoted brown adipose differentiation by targeting C/EPBβ,accompanied by downregulated C/EPBαand PPARγand upregulated UCP1(P<0.05).Moreover,overexpression of miR-155 in GC exosomes improved CAC in vivo,which was characterized by fat loss,suppressed expressions of C/EPBβ,C/EPBα,and PPARγin A-MSCs,and high expression of UCP1(P<0.05).Decreasing the level of miR-155 in injected GC exosomes abrogated the improved CAC effects.Conclusions:GC exosomal miR-155 suppressed adipogenesis and enhanced brown adipose differentiation in A-MSCs by targeting C/EPBβof A-MSCs,which played a crucial role in CAC. | Ying Liu Meng Wang Ting Deng Rui Liu Tao Ning Ming Bai Guoguang Ying Haiyang Zhang Yi Ba | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,9: | 3 |

| 18 | Optical study on the vision correction and supernormal vision based on the wave-front aberrations of human eye显示文摘In this paper we present the recent research results in the field of vision correction and supernormal vision according to the actual measurements of the wave-front aberrations and the corneal surface topography,the clinical detection of the visual function and the laser corneal refractive surgery,and the optimization of the optical system. These include the features of the aberrations of human eye with different pupil sizes,different fields of view and temporal accommodation,the influence of the polychromatic illumination of the visible wavelength on the supernormal vision,and the effect of the existing laser corneal refractive surgery on the wave-front ab-errations of the eye. It is shown that the wave-front aberration of human eye is of temporal variation and of synthesis with multi impact factors. To achieve super-normal vision,an optimum engineering data for the customized laser corneal sur-gery should be firstly acquired,which may involve the dynamic free-form optical surface.
