1Analysis of sensitivity and errors in Maglev vibration test system显示文摘In order to improve work performance of M aglev vibration test systems,the relationships of operating parameters between different components and system were researched. The working principle of photoelectric displacement sensor was analyzed. The relationship between displacement of transducer and the infrared light area received by sensor was given. The method of expanding the dynamic range of vibrator was proposed,which makes dynamic range of Maglev vibrator doubled. By increasing the amplification of the amplifier,the sensitive photoelectric displacement sensor can be maintained. Two modes of operation of the controller were analyzed. Bilateral work of vibration test system designed can further improve the stability of the system.An object vibration was measured by Maglev vibration test system designed when different vibration exciter frequencies were loaded. Experiments showthat the output frequency measured by Maglev vibration test system and loaded are the same. Finally,the errors of test system were analyzed. These errors of vibration test system designed can meet the requirements of application. 2Inhibition of SIRT6 in prostate cancer reduces cell viability and increases sensitivity to chemotherapeutics显示文摘SI RT6 is an important histone modifying protein that regulates DNA repair,telomere maintenance,energy me-tabolism,and target gene expression.Recently SIRT6 has been identifi ed as a tumor suppressor and is down-regulated in certain cancer types,but not in other can-cers.From deposited gene profi ling studies we found that SIRT6 was overexpressed in prostate tumors,compared with normal or paratumor prostate tissues.Tissue micro-array studies confi rmed the higher levels of SIRT6 in both prostate tumor tissues and prostate cancer cells than in their normal counterparts.Knockdown of SIRT6 in human prostate cancer cells led to sub-G1 phase arrest of cell cy-cle,increased apoptosis,elevated DNA damage level and decrease in BCL2 gene expression.Moreover,SIRT6-de-fi ciency reduced cell viability and enhanced chemothera-peutics sensitivity.Taken together,this study provides the fi rst evidence of SIRT6 overexpression in human prostate cancer,and SIRT6 regulation could be exploited for pros-tate cancer therapy.Yewei Liu Qian Reuben Xie Boshi Wang Jiaxiang Shao Tingting Zhang Tengyuan Liu Gang Huang Weiliang Xia 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,9:17

4Preparation of indium tin oxide targets with a high density and single phase structure by normal pressure sintering process显示文摘The present work mainly describes the technology for preparing indium-tin oxide (ITO) targets by cold isostatic pressing (CIP) and normal pressure sintering process.ITO powders were produced by chemical co-precipitation and shaped into an ITO green compact with a relative density of 60% by CIP under 300 MPa.Then,an ITO target with a relative density larger than 99.6% was obtained by sintering this green compact at 1550 ℃ for 8 h.The effects of forming pressure,sintering temperature and sintering time on the density of the target were investigated.Also,a discussion was made on the sintering atmosphere.LIU Chen LIU Jiaxiang WANG Yue 2011Rare Metals2011,30,2:6

6Preparation and catalytic activity of CO-resistant catalyst core-shell Au@Pt/C for methanol oxidation显示文摘Au@Pt core-shell nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a successive reduction method and then assembled on Vulcan XC-72 carbon surface.Furthermore,its composition,morphology,structure,and activity towards methanol oxidation were characterized by UV-vis spectrometry,transmission electron microscopy (TEM),high-resolution TEM (HRTEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),and cyclic voltammetry (CV).Results reveal that Au@Pt/C catalyst has better activity towards methanol oxidation than the pure platinum prepared under the same conditions.When the atomic ratio of Au to Pt in the prepared Au@Pt/C catalyst is 1∶2,this catalyst exhibits best electrocatalytic activity towards methanol oxidation in acidic media,and the peak current density on this catalyst is ~2.0times higher than that on Pt/C catalyst.The better catalytic activity of Au@Pt/C results from its better resistance to toxic CO than Pt/C because the CO oxidation on Au@Pt/C is 60 mV more negative than the case on Pt/C.FENG Rongjuan LI Min LIU Jiaxiang 2012Rare Metals2012,31,5:5
7C:N:P stoichiometry of Ericaceae species in shrubland biomes across Southern China:influences of climate,soil and species identity显示文摘Aims Carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)stoichiometry strongly affect functions and nutrient cycling within ecosystems.However,the related researches in shrubs were very limited.In this study,we aimed to inves-tigate leaf stoichiometry and its driving factors in shrubs,and whether stoichiometry significantly differs among closely related species.Methods We analyzed leaf C,N and P concentrations and their ratios in 32 species of Ericaceae from 161 sites across southern China.We examined the relationships of leaf stoichiometry with environmen-tal variables using linear regressions,and quantified the interactive and independent effects of climate,soil and species on foliar stoi-chiometry using general linear models(GLM).Important Findings The foliar C,N and P contents of Ericaceae were 484.66,14.44 and 1.06 mg g−1,respectively.Leaf C,N and P concentrations and their ratios in Ericaceae were significantly related with latitude and altitude,except the N:P insignificantly correlated with latitude.Climate(mean annual temperature and precipitation)and soil properties(soil C,N and P and bulk density)were significantly influenced element stoichiom-etry.The GLM analysis showed that soil exerted a greater direct effect on leaf stoichiometry than climate did,and climate affected leaf traits mainly via indirect ways.Further,soil properties had stronger influ-ences on leaf P than on leaf C and N.Among all independent factors examined,we found species accounted for the largest proportion of the variation in foliar stoichiometry.These results suggest that species can largely influence foliar stoichiometry,even at a lower taxonomic level.Qiang Zhang Qing Liu Huajun Yin Chunzhang Zhao Lin Zhang Guoying Zhou Chunying Yin Zhijun Lu Gaoming Xiong Yuelin Li Jiaxiang Li Wenting Xu Zhiyao Tang Zongqiang Xie 2019Journal of Plant Ecology2019,12,2:4
8Observer-Based Event-Triggered Tracking Control of Leader-Follower Systems with Time Delay显示文摘This paper studies the tracking control of general linear multi-agent systems with or without time delays. The observer-based event-triggered control schemes will be considered. For the conventional distributed tracking protocol, the authors will not update the relative state in continuous time, i.e., the relative state will be updated by some events which happened in discrete time. A completely decentralized event-trigger will be designed for leader-follower systems. It is shown that all followers can track the leader asymptotically by the proposed protocol, if the feedback gain matrices are designed appropriately. 9Potential Biomolecules Capable of Assessing Risk of Osteoporotic Fracture: A Scoping Review显示文摘Osteoporosis as a systemic chronic skeletal disease is characterized by low bone mineral density and increased risk to osteoporotic fractures.Osteoporosis is prevalent in the middle-aged and elderly population,especially in the postmenopausal women.With population aging,osteoporosis has become a world-wide serious public health problem.Early recognition of the high-risk population followed by timely and efficient intervention and/or treatment is important for preventing osteoporotic fractures.In light of the high heritability and complex pathogenesis of osteoporosis,comprehensive consideration of vital biological/biochemical factors is necessary for accurate risk evaluation of fractures.For this purpose,we review recent research progress on molecules which can be applied to assess risk for osteoporotic fractures.Future integrative analyses and systematic evaluation of these molecules may facilitate developing novel methodologies and/or test strategies,i.e.,biochips,for early recognition of osteoporosis,hence contributing to preventing osteoporotic fractures.Jieyu Liu Jiaxiang Wang Li Xu Feiyan Deng 2021Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2021,36,2:4
10Effect of surfactants on the structure and photoelectric properties of ITO films by sol-gel method显示文摘The Indium tin oxide(ITO) thin film possesses excellent photoelectric properties that enable it to act as an ideal transparent conductor.To obtain high-quality ITO films through sol-gel method, the ionic surfactant monoethanolamine and the non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol(PEG) were added to the ITO precursor slurry.The influences of surfactants on the structural and photoelectric properties of ITO film samples were investigated.XRD patterns indicated that surfactant monoethanolamine contributed to film predominant grain orientation along the(400) plane.The high transmittance(over 95%) was attributed to the preferred orientation and the grain size expansion of ITO films.SEM showed that the surface particle size and the morphology of ITO films were strongly dependent on the kind of surfactants used.Moving to the shortwave region, the absorption edge of the films exhibited the Burstein-Moss shift.LIU Jiaxiang, WU Da, ZHANG Nan, and WANG Yue College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing 100029, China 2010Rare Metals2010,29,2:4
11Characterization of OP9 as authentic mesenchymal stem cell line显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells capable of differentiating into various cell types,including osteocytes,chondrocytes,adipocytes,myocytes,and tenocytes.However,the difficulty or failure in expanding the mouse MSCs in vitro greatly hampered important research in animal models.The OP9,a stromal cell line from mouse bone marrow,has hematopoietic supportive capacity.Here,we report that the OP9 has the immunophenotype (CD45-,CD11b-,FLK-1-,CD31-,CD34-,CD44+,CD29+,Sca-1+,CD86-,and MHCII-) identical to canonical mouse MSCs.The expression of CD140a+,CD140b+,α-SMA+ and Calponin+ suggested the perivascular origin of OP9.Functionally,the OP9 had strong clonogenic ability and could be induced into osteocytes,chondrocytes and adipocytes.The lymphocyte transformation test (LTT) and mixed leukocyte reaction (MLR) showed that the OP9 could suppress T lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by nonspecific mitogens (PHA) or allogeneic lymphocytes (BALB/c T cells).Finally,the migration of OP9 could be efficiently induced by bFGF,IGF-1,IL-3,PDGF-BB,TGF-β1 and TGF-β3.In conclusion,the OP9 were bona fide MSCs,and such homogenous cell line will be helpful to delineate biological features of MSCs at the stem cell level.Jiao Gao Xin-Long Yan Ren Li Yi Liu Wenyan He Shengkun Sun Yu Zhang Bing Liu Jiaxiang Xiong Ning Mao 1 2010Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010,37,7:3

13Indium tin oxide nanosized composite powder prepared using waste ITO target显示文摘Indium tin oxide (ITO) nano-particles were prepared directly using waste ITO target, which had been coated bymagnetron controlled sputtering. The waste ITO target was cleaned with de-ionized water, and then dissolved in acid, fil-trated, neutralized, manipulated through azeotropic distillation and finally dried, and in this way the precursor of indium tinhydroxide was obtained. The nanosized ITO composite powder was prepared after the precursor heat-treated at 500°C for 2h. TEM images show a narrow distribution of particle size is 5-20 run and the particle size can be controlled. Its granule hasa spherical shape and the dispersion of the particle is well. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicate the only cubic In2O3phase in the ITO powder heat-treated at 500°C. The purity of ITO composite powder is 99.9907%. The content of indiumwithin filtrate was detected by using the EDTA titration of determination of indium in the ITO powder and ITO target. 14Flow Field Characteristics of the Rotor Cage in Turbo Air Classifiers显示文摘The turbo air classifier is widely used powder classification equipment in a variety of fields. The flow field characteristics of the turbo air classifier are important basis for the improvement of the turbo air classifier's structural design. The flow field characteristics of the rotor cage in turbo air classifiers were investigated under different operating conditions by laser Doppler velocimeter(LDV), and a measure diminishing the axial velocity is proposed. The investigation results show that the tangential velocity of the air flow inside the rotor cage is different from the rotary speed of the rotor cage on the same measurement point due to the influences of both the negative pressure at the exit and the rotation of the rotor cage. The tangential velocity of the air flow likewise decreases as the radius decreases in the case of the rotor cage's low rotary speed. In contrast, the tangential velocity of the air flow increases as the radius decreases in the case of the rotor cage's high rotary speed. Meanwhile, the vortex inside the rotor cage is found to occur near the pressure side of the blade when the rotor cage's rotary speed is less than the tangential velocity of air flow. On the contrary, the vortex is found to occur near the blade suction side once the rotor cage's rotary speed is higher than the tangential velocity of air flow. 15Two novel terpyridine-based chromophores with donor-acceptor structural model containing modified triphenylamine moiety: Synthesis, crystal structures and two-photon absorption properties显示文摘Two novel terpyridine-based chromophores with D-A (D = donor, A = acceptor) structural model containing modified triphenylamine moiety (L1 and L2 ) have been conveniently synthesized via formylation and reduction in satisfactory yields, and fully characterized. The single crystals of them were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The relationships between structure and photophysical properties of the two chromophores were investigated both experimentally and theoretically. The measured maximum TPA cross-sections per molecular weight (δmax /MW) of the chromophores are 0.63 GM/(g mol) (L1) and 0.72 GM/(g mol) (L2), respectively, in DMF as a high polar solvent. 16Targeting strategies for bone diseases:signaling pathways and clinical studies显示文摘Since the proposal of Paul Ehrlich’s magic bullet concept over 100 years ago,tremendous advances have occurred in targeted therapy.From the initial selective antibody,antitoxin to targeted drug delivery that emerged in the past decades,more precise therapeutic efficacy is realized in specific pathological sites of clinical diseases.As a highly pyknotic mineralized tissue with lessened blood flow,bone is characterized by a complex remodeling and homeostatic regulation mechanism,which makes drug therapy for skeletal diseases more challenging than other tissues.Bone-targeted therapy has been considered a promising therapeutic approach for handling such drawbacks.With the deepening understanding of bone biology,improvements in some established bone-targeted drugs and novel therapeutic targets for drugs and deliveries have emerged on the horizon.In this review,we provide a panoramic summary of recent advances in therapeutic strategies based on bone targeting.We highlight targeting strategies based on bone structure and remodeling biology.For bone-targeted therapeutic agents,in addition to improvements of the classic denosumab,romosozumab,and PTH1R ligands,potential regulation of the remodeling process targeting other key membrane expressions,cellular crosstalk,and gene expression,of all bone cells has been exploited.For bone-targeted drug delivery,different delivery strategies targeting bone matrix,bone marrow,and specific bone cells are summarized with a comparison between different targeting ligands.Ultimately,this review will summarize recent advances in the clinical translation of bone-targeted therapies and provide a perspective on the challenges for the application of bone-targeted therapy in the clinic and future trends in this area.Hao Xu Wentao Wang Xin Liu Wei Huang Chen Zhu Yaozeng Xu Huilin Yang Jiaxiang Bai Dechun Geng 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6:2

20The Critical Role of Fillers in Composite Polymer Electrolytes for Lithium Battery显示文摘With excellent energy densities and highly safe performance,solidstate lithium batteries(SSLBs)have been hailed as promising energy storage devices.Solid-state electrolyte is the core component of SSLBs and plays an essential role in the safety and electrochemical performance of the cells.Composite polymer electrolytes(CPEs)are considered as one of the most promising candidates among all solid-state electrolytes due to their excellent comprehensive performance.In this review,we briefly introduce the components of CPEs,such as the polymer matrix and the species of fillers,as well as the integration of fillers in the polymers.In particular,we focus on the two major obstacles that affect the development of CPEs:the low ionic conductivity of the electrolyte and high interfacial impedance.We provide insight into the factors influencing ionic conductivity,in terms of macroscopic and microscopic aspects,including the aggregated structure of the polymer,ion migration rate and carrier concentration.In addition,we also discuss the electrode-electrolyte interface and summarize methods for improving this interface.It is expected that this review will provide feasible solutions for modifying CPEs through further understanding of the ion conduction mechanism in CPEs and for improving the compatibility of the electrode-electrolyte interface.Xueying Yang Jiaxiang Liu Nanbiao Pei Zhiqiang Chen Ruiyang Li Lijun Fu Peng Zhang Jinbao Zhao 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,5:1
