2Logistics Regression Analysis between TCM Constitution Types of Patients with Hypertension,Insomnia and ABPM,PSQI显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution types of patients with hypertension and insomnia,and study the clinical characteristics of patients with different constitutions,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with hypertension and insomnia.[Methods]Cross sectional observation method was used,and 420 patients with hypertension and insomnia were selected.Required information was collected,and the constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine was determined,and relevant data were recorded.SPSS and Logistic regression analysis method were used to explore the correlation between the distribution of TCM constitution types and gender,age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV,PSQI score,etc.[Results]Among 420 patients,the proportion of gentleness constitution was the most,and others in turn were Qi deficiency constitution>Yang deficiency constitution>phlegm dampness constitution>Qi stagnation constitution>Yin deficiency constitution>blood stasis constitution>damp heat constitution>special constitution.Among male patients,the proportion of gentleness constitution was the most.Among female patients,the proportion of Qi deficiency constitution was the most.In each constitution,the proportion of men and women was different,and the difference in gentleness constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Yin deficiency constitution had statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of gentleness constitution for young and middle-aged patients was the most,while elderly patients with Qi deficiency constitution was the most.There was difference in the distribution of TCM constitution in different age groups,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the patients with gentleness constitution,the patients with Qi deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution had different differences in terms of age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV and PSQI score,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Except damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and special constitution,other constitutions had certain correlation with age,24 h-SBP,24 h-DBP,24 h-BPV and PSQI score.[Conclusions]TCM constitution types of patients with hypertension and insomnia were dominant by gentleness constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution.The distribution of TCM constitution in different gender and age groups was different,and different TCM constitution was related to ABPM and PSQI.Xiaogang YU Qingsheng WANG Erdan XIN Yujun LU Yingdong LI 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,2:2
3Effects of chronic peripheral pretreatment with an angiotensin II type-1 receptor blocker on apoptosis-related molecules in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘Chronic systemic treatment with blockers of angiotensin II type-1(AT1) receptors inhibits ischemia-induced apoptosis and reduces ischemic neuronal damage.However,the molecular mechanisms of AT1 receptor blockers in modulating neuronal apoptosis remain poorly understood.Pretreatment with irbesartan significantly suppressed cell apoptosis at 1-7 days following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,increased levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor,and elevated the ratios of Bcl-2/Bax and phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element-binding protein(pCREB)/CREB in the ischemic cortex at 1 day after reperfusion,as well as suppressing caspase-3 activation.Cerebral ischemia increased the mRNA expression of AT1 and AT2 receptors in the ischemic cortex,whereas irbesartan blocked this increase in AT1 expression but potentiated the expression of AT2.Therefore,this AT1 receptor blocker was neuroprotective by increasing the ratios of Bcl-2/Bax and pCREB/CREB,increasing brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels,inhibiting caspase-3 activation,and modulating AT receptor expression.Jingping Shi Jingde Dong Jie Lu Yingdong Zhang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,15:2

5Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor-transfected bone marrow stromal cells for the treatment of ischemic stroke显示文摘Adult,male,Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor-transfected bone marrow stromal cells(GM-CSF-BMSCs) into the ischemic boundary zone at 24 hours after onset of middle cerebral artery occlusion.Results showed reduced infarct volume,decreased number of apoptotic cells,improved neurological functions,increased angiogenic factor expression,and increased vascular density in the ischemic boundary zone in rats that underwent GM-CSF-BMSCs transplantation compared with the BMSCs group.Experimental findings suggested that GM-CSF-BMSCs could serve as a potential therapeutic strategy for ischemic stroke and are superior to BMSCs alone.Xingjian Lin Yingdong Zhang Weiguo Liu Jingde Dong Jie Lu Qing Di Jingping Shi 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,16:1

9A novel compilation method of comprehensive mission spectrum of aero-engine maneuvering load based on use-related mission segment显示文摘Comprehensive Mission Spectrum(CMS)of an aero-engine can reflect the usage characteristics of the engine.It can provide load input for engine life prediction and accelerated mission test.In this paper,a novel compilation method of CMS of aero-engine maneuvering load based on mission segment is proposed.Firstly,the use-related Typical Mission Segment(TMS)of maneuvering load is divided and identified according to spectral characteristics.Secondly,the mathematical model of different kinds of TMS are established based on stochastic process theory.Finally,the CMS of maneuvering load is compiled based on TMS.The proposed method can accurately quantify the compilation of CMS.The compiled CMS shows good agreement with the original load spectrum.According to damage consistency inspection,the compiled CMS is consistent with the damage caused by the original load spectrum in terms of low cycle fatigue.Xuming NIU Qi LU Zhigang SUN Yingdong SONG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3:0
10Reservoir of human immunodeficiency virus in the brain:New insights into the role of T cells显示文摘Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection of the central nervous system(CNS)has attracted significant attention because it contributes to severe complications of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)and seriously impairs the life quality of infected patients.In this review,we briefly describe the latent infection of HIV in CNS and focus on the role of the important immune cells,such as T cells,in the formation and maintenance of the HIV reservoir in CNS.This review explores the mechanisms by which T cells enter CNS and establish latent infection of HIV in the CNS.In conclusion,we summarize the role of these cells in the interaction between HIV and CNS.With our better understanding of the underlying mechanisms,we propose future directions for the development of novel strategies to eliminate HIV reservoirs in the CNS based on cellular components.YINGDONG ZHANG MING CHU HONGZHOU LU 2023BIOCELL2023,47,12:0
11Network Structure Optimization Method for Urban Drainage Systems Considering Pipeline Redundancies显示文摘Redundancy is an important attribute of a resilient urban drainage system.While there is a lack of knowledge on where to increase redundancy and its contribution to resilience,this study developed a framework for the optimal network structure of urban drainage systems that considers pipeline redundancies.Graph theory and adaptive genetic algorithms were used to obtain the initial layout and design of the urban drainage system.The introduction of additional water paths(in loop)/redundancies is suggested by the results of complex network analysis to increase resilience.The drainage performances of the urban drainage system with pipeline redundancies,and without redundancies,were compared.The proposed method was applied to the study area in Dongying City,Shandong Province,China.The results show that the total overflow volume of the urban drainage system with pipeline redundancies under rainfall exceeding the design standard(5 years) is reduced by 20-30%,which is substantially better than the network without pipeline redundancies.Jiahui Lu Jiahong Liu Yingdong Yu Chuang Liu Xin Su 2022International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2022,13,5:0
12Expression of vasa Gene in Development Process of Germ Cells in Male Rat显示文摘In order to explore the role of vasa gene in the development of germ cells after gonad differentiation in male rats,the expression of vasa mRNA and vasa protein in 17.5-day-old fetal rats and neonatal rats was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry method.The results showed that the expression of vasa mRNA was detected in the testis tissue of 17.5-day-old fetal rats and neonatal rats,and the expression of vasa mRNA in testis of neonatal rats was high than that in fetal rats.The expression of vasa protein was detected in neonatal rats,but it was not found in fetal rats.In conclusion,vasa gene plays an important role in the development of germ cells.However,as a marker,it can only be used to label all kinds of germ cells after formation of prespermatogonia.He Zhiquan Gao Yingdong Chen Wei Lu Xiang 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,3:0
13RIS-Assisted Communications in Correlated Rayleigh Channels:Comparison of Training Overhead Reduction Schemes显示文摘Channel training in reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-assisted communications is usually conducted in an on-off manner,resulting in unaffordable training time overhead when the number of RIS elements is large.In this paper,for correlated Rayleigh channels,we compare three typical training overhead reduction schemes,namely RIS element selection(Scheme 1),element grouping(Scheme 2),and statistical CSI-based phase shifts design(Scheme3).For Scheme 1 and Scheme 2,we propose two algorithms to select RIS elements(or form element groups) and determine the optimal number of activated elements(or formed groups),based on the channel correlation information only;for Scheme 3,we consider a semi-definite programming-based approach in the literature,and propose an alternative dominant eigenvector-based method for determining the RIS phase shifts vector.Via extensive simulations,we compare the achievable ergodic rates of these schemes versus the signal-to-noise ratio,the channel correlation level,and the element number-to-coherent time ratio,respectively,and discuss possible switching of the three schemes over these system parameters.At last,operation regions of the considered training overhead reduction schemes are shown in the plane characterized by the system parameters,which provides useful guidelines for practical scheme determination.Jue Wang Shuaifeng Lu Jing Wang Zhenyu Jiang Rui Tang Ruifeng Gao Yingdong Hu Ye Li 2022China Communications2022,19,12:0
