| 1 | Fuzzy Torque Control of the Bionic Flexible Manipulator Actuated by Pneumatic Muscle Actuators显示文摘A bionic flexible manipulator driven by pneumatic muscle actuator(PMA)can better reflect the flexibility of the mechanism.Current research on PMA mainly focuses on the modeling and control strategy of the pneumatic manipulator system.Compared with traditional electro-hydraulic actuators,the structure of PMA is simple but possesses strong nonlinearity and flexibility,which leads to the difficulty in improving the control accuracy.In this paper,the configuration design of a bionic flexible manipulator is performed by human physiological map,the kinematic model of the mechanism is established,and the dynamics is analyzed by Lagrange method.A fuzzy torque control algorithm is designed based on the computed torque method,where the fuzzy control theory is applied.The hardware experimental system is established.Through the co-simulation contrast test on MATLAB and ADAMS,it is found that the fuzzy torque control algorithm has better tracking performance and higher tracking accuracy than the computed torque method,and is applied to the entity control test.The experimental results show that the fuzzy torque algorithm can better control the trajectory tracking movement of the bionic flexible manipulator.This research proposes a fuzzy torque control algorithm which can compensate the error more effectively,and possesses the preferred trajectory tracking performance. | Kai Liu Yining Chen Jiaqi Xu Yang Wu Yonghua Lu Dongbiao Zhao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,5: | 4 |

| 5 | The mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 pathway involved in hepatic gluconeogenesis through peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator-1a显示文摘Cattle can efficiently perform de novo generation of glucose through hepatic gluconeogenesis to meet post-weaning glucose demand.Substantial evidence points to cattle and non-ruminant animals being characterized by phylogenetic features in terms of their differing capacity for hepatic gluconeogenesis,a process that is highly efficient in cattle yet the underlying mechanism remains unclear.Here we used a variety of transcriptome data,as well as tissue and cell-based methods to uncover the mechanisms of high-efficiency hepatic gluconeogenesis in cattle.We showed that cattle can efficiently convert propionate into pyruvate,at least partly,via high expression of acyl-CoA synthetase short-chain family member 1(ACSS1),propionyl-CoA carboxylase alpha chain(PCCA),methylmalonyl-CoA epimerase(MCEE),methylmalonyl-CoA mutase(MMUT),and succinate-CoA ligase(SUCLG2)genes in the liver(P<0.01).Moreover,higher expression of the rate-limiting enzymes of gluconeogenesis,such as phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase(PCK)and fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase(FBP),ensures the efficient operation of hepatic gluconeogenesis in cattle(P<0.01).Mechanistically,we found that cattle liver exhibits highly active mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1),and the expressions of PCCA,MMUT,SUCLG2,PCK,and FBP genes are regulated by the activation of mTORC1(P<0.001).Finally,our results showed that mTORC1 promotes hepatic gluconeogenesis in a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1a(PGC-1a)dependent manner.Collectively,our results not only revealed an important mechanism responsible for the quantitative differences in the efficiency of hepatic gluconeogenesis in cattle versus non-ruminant animals,but also established that mTORC1 is indeed involved in the regulation of hepatic gluconeogenesis through PGC-1a.These results provide a novel potential insight into promoting hepatic gluconeogenesis through activated mTORC1 in both ruminants and mammals. | Guoyan Wang Jun Zhang Shengru Wu Senlin Qin Yining Zheng Chao Xia Huijun Geng Junhu Yao Lu Deng | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,4: | 1 |

Mining is an essential component of China's industrial economy. Using grey correlation method to analyze the correlative effect of mineral resources exploitation to relevant industries, using national income method to calculate the pulling effect of mineral resources exploitation to economic growth and using graphs as well as tables to analyze the income distribution effect, the article obtains active economic effect of mineral resources development in Bijie, Guizhou. Moreover, from the view of resources-cored effect, the article analyzes negative effects such as single industrial structure brought by mineral resource development. Through analysis, we find that mineral resources exploitation to some extent brings active effects including gross domestic product growth, local financial revenue growth and relevant industries development; however, its negative effects should not be ignored. To solve the problem,a segmentation method of overlapping cervical nuclei based on the identification is proposed. This method consists of three stages: classifier training,recognition and fine segmentation. In the classifier training,feature selection and classifier selection are used to obtain a classifier with high recognition rate. In the recognition,the outputs of the rough segmentation are classified and processed according to their labels. In the fine segmentation,the severely overlapping nuclei are further segmented based on the prior knowledge provided by the recognition. | 13 | Increased expression of coronin-1a in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: a potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is the most common motor neuron disease.At present,no definite ALS biomarkers are available.In this study,exosomes from the plasma of patients with ALS and healthy controls were extracted,and differentially expressed exosomal proteins were compared.Among them,the expression of exosomal coronin-1a(CORO1A)was 5.3-fold higher than that in the controls.CORO1A increased with disease progression at a certain proportion in the plasma of patients with ALS and in the spinal cord of ALS mice.CORO1A was also overexpressed in NSC-34 motor neuron-like cells,and apoptosis,oxidative stress,and autophagic protein expression were evaluated.CORO1A overexpression resulted in increased apoptosis and oxidative stress,overactivated autophagy,and hindered the formation of autolysosomes.Moreover,CORO1A activated Ca^(2+)-dependent phosphatase calcineurin,thereby blocking the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes.The inhibition of calcineurin activation by cyclosporin A reversed the damaged autolysosomes.In conclusion,the role of CORO1A in ALS pathogenesis was discovered,potentially affecting the disease onset and progression by blocking autophagic flux.Therefore,CORO1A might be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for ALS. | Qinming Zhou Lu He Jin Hu Yining Gao Dingding Shen You Ni Yuening Qin Huafeng Liang Jun Liu Weidong Le Sheng Chen | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,5: | 0 |
| 14 | Fe_(3)O_(4)-rhodamine 6G nanoparticles:An iron enhanced pH sensitive multimodal probe for fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging of tumor cell显示文摘The accurate diagnosis of tumor at the early stage depends on efficient medical imaging methods using probes with high sensitivity to the environment of tumor cells.For this purpose,we design the Fe_(3)O_(4)-rhodamine 6 G(Rh6G)nanoparticles(NPs)as a kind of dual-mode probe for fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The Fe_(3)O_(4)-Rh6G NPs are demonstrated to be Fe^(3+)enhanced and pH-sensitive fluorescent agents,and the strongest fluorescence performance occurs under the pH value of 3.Cyto-toxicity assessment in HeLa cells proves the good biocompatibility and low toxicity of the Fe_(3)O_(4)-Rh6G NPs.The consequent fluorescence experiments in tumor cells show good imaging contrast,which is con-tributed by both the Fe^(3+)released from Fe_(3)O_(4)and the acid environment of tumor cells.Moreover,the Fe_(3)O_(4)-Rh6G NPs are superparamagnetic and have a strong MRI T 2 contrast effect.According to the per-formance in fluorescence and MRI tests,the Fe_(3)O_(4)-Rh6G NPs are potential dual-mode probes for MRI contrast agents and fluorescence probes with high biocompatibility for early-stage tumor detection. | Kai Wang Jian Wang Xiaoguang Xu Mayifei Rong Liying Lu Xuemei Zhao Yining Wang Yong Jiang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,29: | 0 |

| 16 | Association between exposure to particulate matter during pregnancy and birthweight:a systematic review and a metaanalysis of birth cohort studies显示文摘Studies of the associations between maternal exposure to particulate matter(PM) and risk of adverse effects on fetal growth are inconsistent and inconclusive. This question can be well answered by carefully designed birth cohort studies; however, so far the evidence from such studies has not come to the same conclusion. We sought to evaluate the association between maternal exposures to PM and low birthweight(LBW) enrolling 14 studies from 11 centers,and to explore the influence of trimester and exposure assessment methods on between-center heterogeneity in this association. Data were derived from PubMed, Embase, Google Scholar, CNKI, and WanFang database, references from relevant articles, and results from published studies until March 2017. Using a random-effects meta-analysis, we combined the coefficient and odds ratios(OR) of individual studies conducted among 14 birth cohort studies.Random-effect meta-analysis results suggested that a 17% and 6% increase in risk of LBW was relevant to a 10 μg/m^3 rise in PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) exposure concentrations at the 3 rd trimester(pooled odds ratios(OR), 1.17 and 1.06; 95%confidence interval(CI), 0.94-1.46 and 0.97-1.15, respectively), but the null value was included in our 95% CI. Our results showed that exposure to PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) during pregnancy has a positive relevance to LBW based on birth cohort studies. However, neither reached formal statistical significance. Negative impacts on outcomes of birth is implied by maternal exposure to PM.
