1CoxP@NiCo-LDH heteronanosheet arrays as efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for co-generation of value-added formate and hydrogen with less-energy consumption显示文摘The inefficiency of water splitting is mainly due to the sluggish anodic water oxidation reaction. Replacing water oxidation with thermodynamically more favorable selective methanol oxidation reaction and developing robust bifunctional electrocatalysts are of great significance. Herein, a hierarchical heteronanostructure with Ni–Co layered double hydroxide(LDH) ultrathin nanosheets coated on cobalt phosphide nanosheets arrays(CoxP@NiCo-LDH) are fabricated and used for co-electrolysis of methanol/water to co-produce value-added formate and hydrogen with saving energy. Benefiting from the fast charge transfer introduced by phosphide nanoarrays, the synergy in nanosheets catalysts with hetero-interface,CoxP@NiCo-LDH/Ni foam(NF) exhibits superior electrocatalytic performance(10 mA cm-2@ 1.24 V and-0.10 V for methanol selective oxidation and hydrogen evolution reaction, respectively). Furthermore,CoxP@NiCo-LDH/NF-based symmetric two-electrode electrolyzer drives a current density of 10 m A cm-2 with a low cell voltage of only 1.43 V and the Faradaic efficiency towards the generation of formate and H2 are close to 100% in the tested range of current density(from 40 to 200 m A cm-2). 2The efficacy and safety of nimodipine in acute ischemic stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind, randomized,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘Nimodipine might be effective in subcortical vascular dementia(VaD). Its benefit in preventing further cognitive decline in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS) and vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI) remains to be established. In this multicenter, double-blind trial, we randomly assigned 654 eligible patients to nimodipine 30 mg three times a day or placebo. The primary outcome was any cognitive decline defined by the changes on the Mini-Mental State Examination(DMMSE à3) or vascular AD assessment scale cognitive subscale(DADAS-cog ! 4) at 6 months. Secondary outcomes included any distribution shift of DADAS-cog, DMMSE or cognitive improvement defined by DADAS-cog à2, or DMMSE ! 0. The primary outcome in the nimodipine group and placebo group were similar for DMMSE à3(4.18% and 7.22%, respectively, P = 0.15) and DADAS-cog ! 4(8.36% and 8.93% respectively,P = 0.88). The distribution shift of DADAS-cog and DMMSE differed significantly between the two groups(P = 0.03 and P = 0.05 respectively). Cognitive improvement occurred in 55.4% in the nimodipine group and 43.6% in the placebo group measured by DADAS-cog à2(Odds Ratio, 1.54; 95% confidence interval[CI] 1.10–2.14, P < 0.01) or 84.0% and 74.6% respectively by DMMSE ! 0(Odds Ratio, 1.79; 95% CI 1.18–2.70, P < 0.01). Nimodipine was associated with better cognitive function in the memory domain. The adverse events rate was similar in two groups. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT01220622. 3van der Waals epitaxial growth of ultrathin metallic NiSe nanosheets on WSe2 as high performance contacts for WSe2 transistors显示文摘A prerequisite for widespread applications of atomically thin transition metal dichalcogenides in future electronics is to achieve reliable electrical contacts,which is of considerable challenge due to the difficulties in selectively doping and inevitable physical damages of these atomically thin materials during typical metal integration process.Here,we report the in situ growth of ultrathin metallic NiSe single crystals on WSe2 in which the metallic NiSe nanosheets function as the contact electrodes to WSe2,creating an interface that is essentially free from chemical disorder.The NiSe/WSe2 heterostructures also exhibit well-aligned lattice orientation between the two layers,forming a periodic Moire pattern.Electrical transport studies demonstrate that the NiSe nanosheets exhibit an excellent metallic feature,as evidenced by the extra-high electrical conductivity of up to 1.6×10^6 S-nf1.The WSe2 transistors with the NiSe contact show field-effect mobilities (/vFe) more than double that with Cr/Au electrodes.This study demonstrates an effective pathway to achieve reliable electrical contacts to the atomically thin 2D materials,and maybe readily extended for fabricating 2D/2D low-resistance contacts for a variety of transition metal dichalcogenides.Bei Zhao Weiqi Dang Xiangdong Yang Jia Li Haihong Bao Kai Wang Jun Luo Zhengwei Zhang Bo Li Haipeng Xie Yuan Liu Xidong Duan 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:4
4Ambulatory blood pressure profile and stroke recurrence显示文摘Objectives To establish a new ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)parameter(24-hour ABP profile)and evaluated its performance on stroke outcome in ischaemic stroke(IS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)patients.Methods The prospective cohort consisted of 1996 IS/TIA patients enrolled for ABP monitoring and a 3-month follow-up for stroke recurrence as outcome.Profile groups of systolic blood pressure(SBP)were identified via an advanced functional clustering method,and the associations of the profile groups and conventional ABP parameters with stroke recurrence were examined in a Cox proportional hazards model.Results Three discrete profile groups(n=604,781 and 611 in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively)in 24-hour ambulatory SBP were identified.Profile 1 resembled most to the normal diurnal blood pressure pattern;profile 2 also dropped at night,but climbed earlier and with higher morning surge;while profile 3 had sustained higher nocturnal SBP without significant nocturnal SBP decline.The incidence of stroke recurrence was 2.9%,3.9%and 5.5%in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively.After adjustment for covariates,profile 3 was significantly associated with higher risk of stroke recurrence with profile 1 as reference(HR 1.76,95%CI:1.00 to 3.09),while no significant difference was observed between profiles 2 and 1(HR 1.22,95%CI:0.66 to 2.25).None of conventional ABP parameters showed significant associations with the outcome.Conclusions Ambulatory 24-hour SBP profile is associated with short-term stroke recurrence.Profiles of ABP may help improve identification of stroke recurrence by capturing the additive effects of individual ABP parameters.Jie Xu Fei Jiang Anxin Wang Hui Zhi Yuan Gao Junping Tian Jinglin Mo Zimo Chen An-Ding Xu Benyan Luo Bo Hu Yuqing Zhang Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Hao Li Haipeng Shen Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3:3

A (v, K, 1) difference family can be used to construct a (v, K, 1)-PBD. A lot of work has been done on the existence of (v, k, 1) difference families when K = {k} is a singleton. For K = {3, 4}, it is proved that for each prime power v ≡ 1 (mod 18) and v 19, there exists a balanced (v, K, 1) difference family. In this paper, it is proved that there exists a balanced (v, {3, 6}, 1) difference family for each prime power v ≡ 1 (mod 36) and v 37.
