1Characterization and Source Apportionment of Volatile Organic Compounds in Urban and Suburban Tianjin, China显示文摘Tianjin is the third largest megacity and the fastest growth area in China, and consequently faces the problems of surface ozone and haze episodes. This study measures and characterizes volatile organic compounds(VOCs), which are ozone precursors, to identify their possible sources and evaluate their contribution to ozone formation in urban and suburban Tianjin,China during the Ha Chi(Haze in China) summer campaign in 2009. A total of 107 species of ambient VOCs were detected,and the average concentrations of VOCs at urban and suburban sites were 92 and 174 ppbv, respectively. Of those, 51 species of VOCs were extracted to analyze the possible VOC sources using positive matrix factorization. The identified sources of VOCs were significantly related to vehicular activities, which specifically contributed 60% to urban and 42% to suburban VOCs loadings in Tianjin. Industrial emission was the second most prominent source of ambient VOCs in both urban and suburban areas, although the contribution of industry in the suburban area(36%) was much higher than that at the urban area(16%). 2A high-performance narrowband high temperature superconducting filter显示文摘Recent development of a high-performance narrowband high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filter is presented. A 10-pole quasi-elliptic function response filter with two pairs of transmission zeros (for high selectivity), which has a center frequency of 2.185 GHz and a 3 dB bandwidth of 10 MHz (a fractional bandwidth of 0.45%), is introduced. The filter was fabricated on a 40 mm×16 mm×0.5 mm MgO wafer with double-sided YBCO films. The measured results show that the filter has 0.15 dB insertion loss at the center of the passband and a return loss better than -22.5 dB at a temperature of 67 K.Band edge steepness reaches over 28.3 dB/MHz at both the low and high frequency edges. 3Space qualification mechanical tests of HTS filters for satellite application显示文摘High performance high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filters have been designed and constructed for satellite application. The filters are actually a superconducting integration of an 8-pole band-pass filter with an adjustable band-stop filter onto a single piece of LaAlO3 substrate (with dimension of 0.5×45×20 mm3). Typical results of the filters, i.e., Filters A (made by YBCO) & B (made by TBCCO) will be reported. The measured responses of Filter A showed excellent specifications, e.g., an insertion loss less than 0.1 dB, a return loss better than -22.5 dB in pass-band, band-edge steepness greater than 12 dB/MHz and out-of-band rejection at a certain band deeper than -110 dB. To satisfy the requirement of rocket launch and space operation, three filters of the above design have undergone mechanical environmental simulation tests for space qualification. Detailed analysis of the response curves of Filter B measured before and after the tests showed that no noticeable change in the per-formance can be found. 4Risk factors of recurrent acute pancreatitis after conservative treatment in pediatric population: a single-center study显示文摘Background Although complete resolution and recovery occurs in most children with an initial attack of acute pancreatitis(AP),a subset of children may progress to recurrent AP(RAP).RAP has serious effects to the individual and the socioeconomic burden.The aim of this project was to identify the independent risk factors for pediatric RAP so as to provide evidence for its prevention,early diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective cohort study of children discharged from Tianjin Children’s Hospital from June 2017 to January 2020 was performed.Demographic and clinical variables,treatment strategies,clinical course and outcomes were collected.Independent risk factors of RAP were identified using the logistic regression model.Results Of the total 96 enrolled children,30(31.3%)developed RAP during the follow-up period.The majority(27/30,90%)of the children with AP developed RAP within 6 months of their first AP attack.The presence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)[odds ratio(OR)=6.652,95%confidence interval(CI)1.989 to 22.247],fasting time(OR=1.267,95%CI 1.104 to 1.583),whether meet all three AP diagnostic criteria(OR=7.438,95%CI 1.346 to 41.103)and abnormal amylase/lipase value on the seventh day of hospitalization(OR=3.601,95%CI 0.972 to 13.342)were independent risk factors of RAP in children.Conclusions Most children who developed RAP had progressed within 6 months after their first episode of AP.RAP was more common in children who met all three AP diagnostic criteria at initial attack and in children with SIRS,long fasting time and abnormal amylase/lipase value on the seventh day of hospitalization.Qipeng Zheng Xueqiang Yan Liang Ge Shujian Zhang Yan Sun Jinfu Jia Shengqiao Zhao Xiaodan Xu Ran Dou Qingyun Gou Jinfeng Zhao Jianghua Zhan 2021World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2021,4,1:1

7Analyzing the cellular and molecular atlas of ovarian mesenchymal cells provides a strategy against female reproductive aging显示文摘Ovarian mesenchymal cells(oMCs)constitute a distinct microenvironment that supports folliculogenesis under physiological conditions.Supplementation of exogenous non-ovarian mesenchymal-related cells has been reported to be an efficient approach to improve ovarian functions.However,the development and cellular and molecular characteristics of endogenous oMCs remain largely unexplored.In this study,we surveyed the single-cell transcriptomic landscape to dissect the cellular and molecular changes associated with the aging of oMCs in mice.Our results showed that the oMCs were composed of five ovarian differentiatedMC(odMC)populations and one ovarian mesenchymal progenitor(oMP)cell population.These cells could differentiate into various odMCs via an oMP-derived route to construct the ovarian stroma structures.Comparative analysis revealed that ovarian aging was associated with decreased quantity of oMP cells and reduced quality of odMCs.Based on the findings of bioinformatics analysis,we designed different strategies involving supplementation with young oMCs to examine their effects on female fertility and health.Our functional investigations revealed that oMCs supplementation prior to ovarian senescence was the optimal method to improve female fertility and extend the reproductive lifespan of aged females in the longterm.Longzhong Jia Wenji Wang Jing Liang Shudong Niu Yibo Wang Jian Yang Lingyu Li Ge Wang Xueqiang Xu Lu Mu Kaixin Cheng Xuebing Yang Yijing Wang Haoshu Luo Guoliang Xia Yuwen Ke Yan Zhang Hua Zhang 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,12:0
8Residue Analysis of 55% MCPA·ametryn·diuron WP显示文摘The digestion regularity of MCPA,ametryn and diuron which were the active ingredients of 55% MCPA·ametryn·diuron WP in sugarcane leaves and soil of sugarcane plantation collected from Changsha of Hunan Province and Haikou of Hainan Province in 2009 and 2010were studied in the paper,and the results showed that these three agents had rapid digestion. 9Improvement of Ga_(2)O_(3)vertical Schottky barrier diode by constructing NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3)heterojunction显示文摘The high critical electric field strength of Ga_(2)O_(3)enables higher operating voltages and reduced switching losses in power electronic devices.Suitable Schottky metals and epitaxial films are essential for further enhancing device performance.In this work,the fabrication of vertical Ga_(2)O_(3)barrier diodes with three different barrier metals was carried out on an n--Ga_(2)O_(3)homogeneous epitaxial film deposited on an n+-β-Ga_(2)O_(3)substrate by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition,excluding the use of edge terminals.The ideal factor,barrier height,specific on-resistance,and breakdown voltage characteristics of all devices were investigated at room temperature.In addition,the vertical Ga_(2)O_(3)barrier diodes achieve a higher breakdown volt-age and exhibit a reverse leakage as low as 4.82×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)by constructing a NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3)heterojunction.Therefore,Ga_(2)O_(3)power detailed investigations into Schottky barrier metal and NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3)heterojunction of Ga_(2)O_(3)homogeneous epitaxial films are of great research potential in high-efficiency,high-power,and high-reliability applications.Xueqiang Ji Jinjin Wang Song Qi Yijie Liang Shengrun Hu Haochen Zheng Sai Zhang Jianying Yue Xiaohui Qi Shan Li Zeng Liu Lei Shu Weihua Tang Peigang Li 2024Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,4:0
