1Chromosome-level genome of Himalayan yew provides insights into the origin and evolution of the paclitaxel biosynthetic pathway显示文摘Taxus,commonly known as yew,is a well-known gymnosperm with great ornamental and medicinal value.In this study,by assembling a chromosome-level genome of the Himalayan yew(Taxus wallichiana)with 10.9 Gb in 12 chromosomes,we revealed that tandem duplication acts as the driving force of gene family evolution in the yew genome,resulting in the main genes for paclitaxel biosynthesis,i.e.those encoding the taxadiene synthase,P450s,and transferases,being clustered on the same chromosome.The tandem duplication may also provide genetic resources for the nature to sculpt the core structure of taxoids at different positions and subsequently establish the complex pathway of paclitaxel by neofunctionalization.Furthermore,we confirmed that there are two genes in the cluster encoding isoenzymes of a known enzyme in the paclitaxel biosynthetic pathway.The reference genome of the Himalayan yew will serve as a platform for decoding the complete biosynthetic pathway of paclitaxel and understanding the chemodi-versity of taxoids in gymnosperms.Jian Cheng Xiao Wang Xiaonan Liu Xiaoxi Zhu Zihe Li Huanyu Chu Qian Wang QianQian Lou Bijun Cai Yiqun Yang Xiaoyun Lu Kai Peng Dingyu Liu Yuwan Liu Lina Lu Huan Liu Ting Yang Qijin Ge Chengcheng Shi Guichun Liu Zhiwei Dong Xun Xu Wen Wang Huifeng Jiang Yanhe Ma 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,7:6
2The effect of exposure to normbaric hypoxia on the body weight in rats显示文摘为了确定大鼠的体重是否在标准气压缺氧环境下会减轻,本实验将12只5周龄Wis-tar大鼠移高至海拔2260m并使之持续暴露于含10%O2的低氧小低压舱内(相当于在海拔5000m)20日。在基线每5日测一次体重。由于标准气压缺氧环境可影响血循环功能,所以在大鼠移入高原前后20天,分别对其肺动脉压和血红蛋白浓度进行了测定。基线处体重为(222.4±20.7)g,而与基线处相比。大鼠体重在移高5、10、15和20天后明显下降,分别下降了(4.88±SD)%、(7.67土SD)%、(11.05±SD)%和(11.9±SD)%,差异显著(P<0.05)。基线处大鼠的平均肺动脉压为(21.3±2.5)mmHg,低氧暴露20天后肺动脉压明显增高[(45.3±5.8)mmHg,P<0.001]。血红蛋白浓度在基线处的平均值为(14.5±3.2)g/L,而在低氧暴露20天后明显增加[(22.6±5.4)g/L,P<0.001]。该结果显示,模拟高海拔可使大鼠体重明显下降,这与先前报道的人体试验结果相似。结果也进一步说明,标准气压下持续的低氧环境对肺动脉压和血红蛋白浓度可产生实质性影响。Yi Lina Keishi Kubo Ge Rili Benjamin Levine Tony Babb 2005青海医学院学报2005,26,3:6
3The Rice'NUTRITION RESPONSE AND ROOT GROWTH' (NRR) Gene Regulates Heading Date显示文摘Dear Editor, As one of the most important developmental traits,flowering time has been extensively investigated in the long-day plant Arabidopsis.Multiple factors are involved,including photoperiod and/or temperature (Amasino,2010).Flowering locus T (FT) is known to be an important integrator of different flowering pathways (Taoka et al.,2011).Genes of the CONSTANS (CO) family also play key roles in regulating flowering time.The CO protein consists of a zinc finger and a CCT domain shared by a group of plant-specific transcription factors that regulate photoperiodic flowering response and circadian rhythms in Arabidopsis.In the case of short-day plants such as rice,previous studies have also revealed a number of genes that control heading date,such as the CO ortholog Heading date 1 (Hdl) and,at its downstream,Heading date 3a (Hd3a),an ortholog of FT (Kojima et al.,2002;Komiya et al.,2008).Although the main photoperiodic flowering regulators are highly conserved between Arabidopsis and rice,there are genes that act differently relating to the daylength property of rice,such as Early heading datel (Ehdl),Indeterminate1 (OslD1),the MADS-box gene OsMADS51 (Doiet al.,2004;Kim et al.,2007;Park et al.,2008),and Ghd7 (Xue et al.,2008).Yuman Zhang Ge Zhang Na Xiao Lina Wang Yaping Fu Zongxiu Sun Rongxiang Fang Xiaoying Chen 2013Molecular Plant2013,6,2:3
4Distribution characteristics and indicator significance of Dechloranes in multi-matrices at Ny-lesund in the Arctic显示文摘In recent years, Dechloranes have been widely detected in the environment around the world.However, understanding and knowledge of Dechloranes in remote regions, such as the Arctic,remain lacking. Therefore, the concentrations of 5 Dechloranes in surface seawater, sediment,soil, moss, and dung collected from Ny-lesund in the Arctic were measured with the concentrations 93 pg/L, 342, 325, 1.4, and 258 pg/g, respectively, which were much lower than those in Asian and European regions. The mean ratios of anti-Dechlorane Plus(DP) to total DP(fanti) in seawater, sediment, soil, moss, dung, and atmospheric samples were 0.36, 0.21, 0.18,0.27, 0.66, and 0.43, respectively. Results suggested that the main source of DP in seawater,sediment, soil, and moss was long-range atmospheric transport. 6Anisotropic diffusion filtering for ultrasound speckle reduction显示文摘Speckle noise has long been known as a limiting factor for the quality of an ultrasound B-mode image.In this study,anisotropic diffusion filtering is proposed as an effective method for ultrasound speckle reduction.This article provides a brief description of anisotropic diffusion filtering proposed by Perona and Malik,and compares its speckle filtering effects with other filtering methods including median,moving average,and frequency domain Gaussian low-pass.In this study,multiple filters are implemented in Matlab.For each filter,three different types of noisy images with speckle noise are tested.The results show that anisotropic filter can reduce the noise more effectively and meanwhile preserve the boundaries of the objects.In addition,this filter has more controllable filtering parameters and is independent on the information of the noise.GUAN FaDa TON Phuc GE ShuaiPing ZHAO LiNa 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,3:2
7CNN-BiLSTM-Attention Model in Forecasting Wave Height over South-East China Seas显示文摘Though numerical wave models have been applied widely to significant wave height prediction,they consume massive computing memory and their accuracy needs to be further improved.In this paper,a two-dimensional(2D)significant wave height(SWH)prediction model is established for the South and East China Seas.The proposed model is trained by Wave Watch III(WW3)reanalysis data based on a convolutional neural network,the bidirectional long short-term memory and the attention mechanism(CNNBiLSTM-Attention).It adopts the convolutional neural network to extract spatial features of original wave height to reduce the redundant information input into the BiLSTM network.Meanwhile,the BiLSTM model is applied to fully extract the features of the associated information of time series data.Besides,the attention mechanism is used to assign probability weight to the output information of the BiLSTM layer units,and finally,a training model is constructed.Up to 24-h prediction experiments are conducted under normal and extreme conditions,respectively.Under the normal wave condition,for 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of the correlation coefficients on the test set are 0.996,0.991,0.980,and 0.945,respectively.The corresponding mean values of the root mean square errors are measured at 0.063 m,0.105 m,0.172 m,and 0.281 m,respectively.Under the typhoon-forced extreme condition,the model based on CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is trained by typhooninduced SWH extracted from the WW3 reanalysis data.For 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of correlation coefficients on the test set are respectively 0.993,0.983,0.958,and 0.921,and the averaged root mean square errors are 0.159 m,0.257 m,0.437 m,and 0.555 m,respectively.The model performs better than that trained by all the WW3 reanalysis data.The result suggests that the proposed algorithm can be applied to the 2D wave forecast with higher accuracy and efficiency.Lina Wang Xilin Deng Peng Ge Changming Dong Brandon J.Bethel Leqing Yang Jinyue Xia 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10:2

10Energy Efficiency Maximization Strategy for Sink Node in SWIPT-Enabled Sensor-Cloud Based on Optimal Stopping Rules显示文摘Leveraging energy harvesting abilities in wireless network devices has emerged as an effective way to prolong the lifetime of energy constrained systems.The system gains are usually optimized by designing resource allocation algorithm appropriately.However,few works focus on the interaction that channel’s time-vary characters make the energy transfer inefficiently.To address this,we propose a novel system operation sequence for sensor-cloud system where the Sinks provide SWIPT for sensor nodes opportunistically during downlink phase and collect the data transmitted from sensor nodes in uplink phase.Then,the energy-efficiency maximization problem of the Sinks is presented by considering the time costs and energy consumption of channel detection.It is proved that the formulated problem is an optimal stopping process with optimal stopping rules.An optimal energy-efficiency(OEE)algorithm is designed to obtain the optimal stopping rules for SWIPT.Finally,the simulations are performed based on the OEE algorithm compared with the other two strategies to verify the effectiveness and gains in improving the system efficiency.Zhe Wang Lina Ge Taoshen Li Guifen Zhang Min Wu 2021China Communications2021,18,1:1

17Land-use Change and Ecological Footprint Analysis of Harbin City显示文摘Appraisaling the land-use change degree of urban land objectively, analyzing the reasons, and proposing the countermeasures have important meanings to promote land sustainable development. The article analyzed the dynamic change of land-use ecological footprint in Harbin City from 1996 to 2006. Through the measurement of ecological footprint to assess the social impact and the extent of sustainable land-use. The results showed that the per capita ecological footprint in Harbin had increased year by year, while the per capita ecological carrying capacity had decreased, the per capita ecological deficit was increasing, and land-use in Harbin City was in an overload status. Radiography of static objects with the fast extracted high energy carbon ion beam from the Cooling Storage Ring is discussed. Investigation of the low energy heavy ion beam and plasma interaction is reported.
