| 1 | Probabilistic small signal stability analysis of power system with wind power and photovoltaic power based on probability collocation method显示文摘Recently, with increasing improvements in the penetration of wind power and photovoltaic power in the world, probabilistic small signal stability analysis(PSSSA) of a power system consisting of multiple types of renewable energy has become a key problem. To address this problem, this study proposes a probabilistic collocation method(PCM)-based PSSSA for a power system consisting of wind farms and photovoltaic farms. Compared with the conventional Monte Carlo method, the proposed method meets the accuracy and precision requirements and greatly reduces the computation; therefore, it is suitable for the PSSSA of this power system. Case studies are conducted based on a 4-machine 2-area and New England systems, respectively. The simulation results show that, by reducing synchronous generator output to improve the penetration of renewable energy, the probabilistic small signal stability(PSSS) of the system is enhanced. | 2 | Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. | 4 | Ternary ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO inherited layered core-shell structure from a double template for high performanced supercapacitor显示文摘Relying on seed method,a double template ZIF-8@ZIF-67 with a layered core-shell structure was made,which is used as a sacrificial template in the next steps.After going through loading process with solvent thermal method and calcination process,ZIF-8@ZIF-67 was etched and calcined into ternary ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO successfully.Besides,benefiting from right amount of the addition of inorganic salts,the optimized ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO-2(ZCN-2)shows the outstanding performance in its morphologic structure and electrochemical performance.In the case of a current density of 1 Ag^(-1),the high specific capacitance of 1119.11 Cg^(-1) can be calculated in ZCN-2.In addition,at 10 Ag^(-1),the capacitance value can maintain 93.75%after experiencing 5000 cycles of charging and discharging.The maximum energy density of the assembled ZCN-2//activated carbon(AC)asymmetric supercapacitor can reach 95.82 Wh kg^(-1),which is really outstanding in the present research achievements.After experiencing charge-discharge cycles with the number of 10,000 times in the case of a current density of 10 Ag^(-1),the cycling stability of this supercapacitor can reach 94.53%of the initial value.And after a charge,the device connected by two supercapacitors can make a light emitting diode(LED)shine up to 30 min successfully. | Linli Zhu Chen Hao Saisai Zhou Xiaohong Wang Tiantian Zhou Yaning Guo | 2021 | Journal of Materiomics2021,7,4: | 1 |
| 5 | The β-catenin/YAP signaling axis is a key regulator of melanoma-associated fibroblasts显示文摘β-catenin is a multifunctional protein that plays crucial roles in embryonic development,physiological homeostasis,and a wide variety of human cancers.Previously,we showed that in vivo targeted ablation ofβ-catenin in melanoma-associated fibroblasts after melanoma formation significantly suppressed tumor growth.However,when the expression ofβ-catenin was ablated in melanoma-associated fibroblasts before tumor initiation,melanoma development was surprisingly accelerated.How stromalβ-catenin deficiency leads to opposite biological effects in melanoma progression is not completely understood.Here,we report thatβ-catenin is indispensable for the activation of primary human stromal fibroblasts and the mediation of fibroblast-melanoma cell interactions.Using coimmunoprecipitation and proximity ligation assays,we identified Yes-associated protein(YAP)as an importantβ-catenin-interacting partner in stromal fibroblasts.YAP is highly expressed in the nuclei of cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)in both human and murine melanomas.Mechanistic investigation revealed that YAP nuclear translocation is significantly modulated by Wnt/β-catenin activity in fibroblasts.Blocking Wnt/β-catenin signaling in stromal fibroblasts inhibited YAP nuclear translocation.In the absence of YAP,the ability of stromal fibroblasts to remodel the extracellular matrix(ECM)was inhibited,which is consistent with the phenotype observed in cells withβ-catenin deficiency.Further studies showed that the expression of ECM proteins and enzymes required for remodeling the ECM was suppressed in stromal fibroblasts after YAP ablation.Collectively,our data provide a new paradigm in which theβ-catenin-YAP signaling axis regulates the activation and tumor-promoting function of stromal fibroblasts. | Tianyi Liu Linli Zhou Kun Yang Kentaro Iwasawa Ana Luisa Kadekaro Takanori Takebe Thomas Andl Yuhang Zhang | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 1 |

| 10 | The composition and functional profile of the microbial communities in human gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is known to be a major risk factor for the development of gastric cancer.In recent years,increasing attention is being paid to the role of non-H.pylori Helicobacters(NHPHs)in this disease and the role of microorganisms in local tumor microenvironment.In this study,we aimed to compare the microbial community composition and the predicted functional profile in paired cancer and adjacent normal tissues of gastric cancer patients.Cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected from 10 patients with gastric cancer under endoscopy,and genomic DNA was extracted.The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR and paired-end sequencing was performed on the Illumina MiSeq System.The data was analyzed using QIIME 2 software.The results showed that microbial richness and diversity as well as genetic diversity are significantly lower in cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues.At the phylum level,the dominant taxa are Proteobacteria,Thermi,Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes in both groups.At the genus level,some taxa,such as Cupriavidus and Sphingomonas,are significantly enriched in cancer tissues,while other taxa,such as Ochrobactrum,are enriched in adjacent normal tissues.Moreover,those taxa enriched in cancer tissues are associated with the synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies.In conclusion,there is a significant difference in the composition of the mucosa-related microbial communities between cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues in patients with gastric cancer. | Linli Shi Qilin Fan Bin Zhou Jingjing Wu Min Jin Dandan Yu Tao Zhang Jun Song Hongli Liu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,1: | 0 |
| 11 | Discovery and structure-activity relationship studies of novel tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives as apoptosis initiators for treating bacterial infections显示文摘Developing and excavating new agrochemicals with highly active and safe is an important tactic for protecting crop health and food safety.In this paper,to discover the new bactericide candidates,we designed,prepared a new type of1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(THC)derivatives and evaluated the in vitro and in vivo bioactivities against the Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri(Xac),and Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae(Psa).The in vitro bioassay results exhibited that most title molecules possessed good activity toward the three plant pathogenic bacteria,the compound A17 showed the most active against Xoo and Xac with EC50 values of 7.27 and 4.89 mg mL^(-1)respectively,and compound A8 exhibited the best inhibitory activity against Psa with EC50value of 4.87 mg mL^(-1).Pot experiments showed that compound A17 exhibited excellent in vivo antibacterial activities to manage rice bacterial leaf blight and citrus bacterial canker,with protective efficiencies of 52.67 and 79.79%at 200 mgmL^(-1),respectively.Meanwhile,compound A8 showed good control efficiency(84.31%)against kiwifruit bacterial canker at 200 mg mL^(-1).Antibacterial mechanism suggested that these compounds could interfere with the balance of the redox system,damage the cell membrane,and induce the apoptosis of Xoo cells.Taken together,our study revealed that tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives could be a promising candidate model for novel broadspectrum bactericides. | Shanshan Su Hongwu Liu Junrong Zhang Puying Qi Yue Ding Ling Zhang Linli Yang Liwei Liu Xiang Zhou Song Yang | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,4: | 0 |
