1Proto-Tethys ophiolitic mélange in SW Yunnan: Constraints from zircon U-Pb geochronology and geochemistry显示文摘An early Paleozoic Proto-Tethys ocean in western Yunnan has long been postulated although no robust geological evidence has been identified.Here we investigated the recently-identified Mayidui and Wanhe ophiolitic mélanges in SW Yunnan,which occurs in a N-S trending belt east of the late Paleozoic Changning-Menglian suture zone.The ophiolites consist mainly of meta-basalts(amphibole schists),meta-(cumulate)gabbros and gabbroic diorites,and meta-chert-shale,representing ancient oceanic crust and pelagic and hemipelagic sediments,respectively.Six samples of gabbros and gabbroic diorites from 3 profiles(Mayidui,Kongjiao and Yinchanghe)yielded zircon U-Pb ages between 462±6 Ma and 447±9 Ma,constraining the formation of the Mayidui and Wanhe ophiolites to Middle Ordovician.Gabbros from the Mayidui and Kongjiao profiles share similar geochemical characteristics with affinities to tholeiitic series,and are characterized by depleted to slightly enriched LREEs relative to HREEs with(La/Sm)N=0.69-1.87,(La/Yb)N=0.66-4.72.These,along with their predominantly positive wholerock eNd(t)and zircon eHf(t)values,indicate a MORB-like magma source.By contrast,the meta-mafic rocks from the Yinchanghe profile show significantly enriched LREEs((La/Sm)N=0.97-3.33,(La/Yb)N=1.19-14.93),as well as positive whole-rock eNd(t)and positive to negative zircon eHf(t)values,indicating an E-MORB-type mantle source.These geochemical features are consistent with an intra-oceanic setting for the formation of the Mayidui-Wanhe ophiolites.Our data,integrated with available geological evidence,provide robust constraints on the timing and nature of the Mayidui-Wanhe ophiolitic mélange,and suggest that the ophiolites represent remnants of the Proto-Tethys Ocean,which opened through separation of the Indochina and Simao blocks from the northern margin of Gondwana before the Early Cambrian,and evolved through to the Silurian.Guichun Liu Zaibo Sun Jianwei Zi M.Santosh Tianyu Zhao Qinglai Feng Guangyan Chen Xiaomei Nie Jing Li Shitao Zhang 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,5:5
2Synthesis of Biodiesel Using ZrO_2 Polycrystalline Ceramic Foam Catalyst in a Tubular Reactor显示文摘With the help of the ceramic foam research efforts and preparation techniques, the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst was synthesized, and its characteristics, including the crystal structure, the phase composition, the acid–base properties, and the microstructure, were analyzed by XRD, SEM, Py-IR, and BET techniques. The performance of the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst in a tubular reactor was investigated via biodiesel synthesis using S. wilsoniana oil and methanol. The effects of reaction conditions(i.e., reaction temperature, reaction pressure, and volume ratio of methanol to S. wilsoniana oil) on transesterification efficiency were investigated, and the reaction conditions were optimized using RSM. The optimum reaction temperature, reaction pressure, and volume ratio of methanol to S. wilsoniana oil were determined to be 290 ℃, 10 MPa, and 4:1, respectively. Under this condition, the FAME content in the product oil reached 98.38%. The performance of the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst synthesized in this work for biodiesel synthesis from S. wilsoniana oil with a moisture content of 7.1% and an acid value of 130.697 mg KOH/g was examined, and the FAME content in the product oil was found to be 93% and 97.67%, respectively. The FAME content in the product oil exceeded 97% after five consecutive cycles(12 h per cycle of use) of the catalyst. 3A high-sensitivity MEMS gravimeter with a largedynamic range显示文摘Precise measurement of variations in the local gravitational acceleration is valuable for natural hazard forecasting,prospecting,and geophysical studies.Common issues of the present gravimetry technologies include their high cost,high mass,and large volume,which can potentially be solved by micro-electromechanical-system(MEMS)technology.However,the reported MEMS gravimeter does not have a high sensitivity and a large dynamic range comparable with those of the present commercial gravimeters,lowering its practicability and ruling out worldwide deployment.In this paper,we introduce a more practical MEMS gravimeter that has a higher sensitivity of 8μGal/√Hz and a larger dynamic range of 8000 mGal by using an advanced suspension design and a customized optical displacement transducer.The proposed MEMS gravimeter has performed the co-site earth tides measurement with a commercial superconducting gravimeter GWR iGrav with the results showing a correlation coefficient of 0.91.Shihao Tang Huafeng Liu Shitao Yan Xiaochao Xu Wenjie Wu Ji Fan Jinquan Liu Chenyuan Hu Liangcheng Tu 2019Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1:2
4A dual metal-organic framework strategy for synthesis of FeCo@NC bifunctional oxygen catalysts for clean energy application显示文摘Developing high efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for clean energy applications like Zin-air battery(ZAB)is highly desired,because it would reduce the cost and speed up the practical application of ZAB.Here we use a dual metal-organic framework(MOF)synthesis strategy to prepare the N-doped carbon supported bimetallic FeCo nanoparticle catalysts(marked as FeCo@NC)by pyrolysis of Zn CoZIF/MIL-101(Fe)composite.The FeCo@NC exhibits remarkable electrocatalytic activity for ORR with half-wave potential of 0.89 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and robust durability for both ORR and OER(oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction),which is attributed to the generation of Fe_(0.26)Co_(0.74) crystalline phase and mesopores due to the dual-MOF synthesis strategy.The rechargeable ZAB based on FeCo@NC air electrode shows a maximum energy density of139.6 mW·cm^(-2) and excellent cyclic stability over 130 h,significantly surpassing the Pt and Ir-based ZAB.The present work provides a useful dual-MOF synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance multifunctional catalysts for ORR,OER and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Jun Chen Liandong Li Liu Yang Chang Chen Shitao Wang Yan Huang Dapeng Cao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:2
5Enhancement of the angular rotation measurement sensitivity based on SU(2)and SU(1,1) interferometers显示文摘We investigate the sensitivity of the angular rotation measurement with the method of homodyne detection in SU(2) and SU(1,1) interferometers by employing orbital angular momentum(OAM). By combining a coherent beam with a vacuum beam in an SU(2) interferometer, we get the sensitivity of the angular rotation measurement as 1/(2N^(1/2)l). We can surpass the limit of the angular rotation measurement in an SU(1,1) interferometer by combining a coherent beam with a vacuum beam or a squeezed vacuum beam when the probe beam has OAM. Without injection, the sensitivity can reach 1/(2N^(1/2)l). In addition, by employing another construction of an SU(1,1) interferometer where the pump beam has OAM, with the same injection of an SU(1,1) interferometer, the sensitivity of the angular rotation measurement can be improved by a factor of 2, reaching 1/(4Nl). 8Finite element analysis on the seismic behavior of side joint of Prefabricated Cage System in prefabricated concrete frame显示文摘The Prefabricated Cage System (PCS) has the advantages of high bearing capacity and good ductility. Meanwhile, it is convenient for factory production and it is beneficial to the cost savings, construction period shortening. Side joint is the weak region of PCS concrete frame and has great influence on seismic behavior of the whole structure. Thus systematically study on the seismic behavior of PCS concrete side joint is necessary. This paper presents a finite element study on behavior of the side joint under seismic loading. In the finite element model, PCS concrete and the reinforced concrete (RC) is modeled by the solid element and fiber-beam element, respectively. The numerical results is compared with the experimental results and it is found that the results of model based on fiber-beam element is in better agreement with the experimental results than solid clement model. 9Role of n-ZnO Layer on the Improvement of Interfacial Properties in ZnO/InGaN p-i-n Solar Cells显示文摘In GaN has been predicted to be an efficient photovoltaic material. However, the high-density polarization charges and large potential barrier at the i-In GaN/nGaN interface create an electric field that severely decreases the collection efficiency of p-In GaN/i-In GaN/nGaN heterostructure solar cells. We demonstrate that,according to numerical simulations, utilizing a p-In GaN/iIn GaN/n-ZnO heterostructure can greatly reduce the piezoelectric field in the absorption layer and reduce the potential barrier between the n-type layer and the absorption layer interface, thus improving the performances of the solar cell. Moreover, we studied the influence of the band alignment on the ZnO/In GaN interface on the performance of the solar cell. 11Optimized Tension for AZ31B Thin Sheets Rolled with On-Line Heating Rolling显示文摘On-line heating rolling mill which could efficiently preheat sheet and apply tensile force on both ends of the sheet along rolling direction(RD)was used to investigate the effect of tension on mechanical behavior and shape quality of magnesium sheets.For revealing the infl uence mechanism,many analysis techniques including optical microscope,electron backscattered diffraction,macrotexture and transmission electron microscope were performed.The shape defect,edge wave,could be eliminated under higher tension along RD,which was attributed to more uniform distribution of microstructure and microstrain.Nevertheless,it is undesirable that the forward tensile force exceeds 3 kN in present work because the strength decreased for high recrystallization level when the tensile force is beyond this value.Furthermore,the main deformation mode was still slip during rolling process despite of accompanying twining,e.g.,double twins,but more prismatic slip activated when tensile force exceeds 3 kN.The distribution of shear bands was affected by the applied tensile force that they appear as'V'shape along RD at a low forward or backward tensile force,while they appear as reticulate shape under applied tensile force of 5 kN.Biquan Xiao Jiangfeng Song Hua Zhao Aitao Tang Qiang Liu Bin Jiang Shitao Dou Fusheng Pan 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,2:1

13Synthesis and property of imidazolium oxidative-thermoregulated ionic liquids显示文摘A series of novel imidazolium oxidative-thermoregulated bifunctional ionic liquids(ILs) have been synthesized by introducing the thermoregulated structural unit into imidazolium cation and using heteropolyanion as the anion of ILs. The structures of these new type of taskspecific ionic liquids(TSILs) are characterized by FT-IR and1 H NMR. The thermostability of ILs is analyzed by thermogravimetry. The thermoregulated properties of ILs in aqueous and organic solvents are mainly investigated.These ILs have the corresponding cloud points(CPs) in aqueous. The effects of IL concentration, polymerization degree, inorganic additives and organic additives on the CP are studied. IL/DMF/n-heptane or n-octane biphasic system has the corresponding critical solution temperature(CST),and has the feature of ‘‘homogeneous at high temperature,heterogeneous at low temperature''. The effects of IL dosage and polymerization degree on the CST are given.IL/DMF/n-octane thermoregulated biphasic system has been successfully applied for catalytic oxidative desulfurization of model fuels.
