3High-conductivity free-standing Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)composite solid electrolyte membranes for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Bulk-type all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)using sulfide solid electrolyte are considered as a promising alternative to commercial lithium-ion batteries owing to their high energy density and safety.However,cell energy density is often comparatively low due to use of a thick solid electrolyte separator and a lithium alloy as anode.For achieving high-performance ASSBs,creating a thin free-standing electrolyte with high-conductivity and good cycling stability against lithium anode is essential.In this work,we present Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)(LPSCl/PVDF)composite electrolytes prepared by a slurry method.The influence of the PVDF content on the microstructure,morphology,ionic conductivity and activation energy of the LPSCl/PVDF electrolytes is systematically investigated.Free-standing LPSCl/PVDF membranes with a thickness of 100-120 mm and a high ionic conductivity of about 1·10^(-3) S cm^(-1) at 25℃ are obtained.After adding PVDF to the LPSCl electrolyte,the cycling stability of the LPSCl electrolyte against lithium metal improves significantly.Therefore,LPSCl/PVDF composite electrolytes are promising candidates to be used in ASSBs.Shuo Wang Xue Zhang Sijie Liu Chengzhou Xin Chuanjiao Xue Felix Richter Liangliang Li Lizhen Fan Yuanhua Lin Yang Shen Jurgen Janek Ce-Wen Nan 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:5

5Numerical simulation and experimental validation of gas–solid flow in the riser of a dense fluidized bed reactor显示文摘Gas–solid flow in the riser of a dense fluidized bed using Geldart B particles(sand),at high gas velocity (7.6–15.5 m/s)and with comparatively high solid flux(140–333.8 kg/m2 s),was investigated experimentally and simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD),both two-and three-dimensional and using the Gidaspow,O’Brien-Syamlal,Koch-Hill-Ladd and EMMS drag models.The results predicted by EMMS drag model showed the best agreement with experimental results.Calculated axial solids hold-up pro- files,in particular,are well consistent with experimental data.The flow structure in the riser was well represented by the CFD results,which also indicated the cause of cluster formation.Complex hydrody- namical behaviors of particle cluster were observed.The relative motion between gas and solid phases and axial heterogeneity in the three subzones of the riser were also investigated,and were found to be consistent with predicted flow structure.The model could well depict the difference between the two exit configurations used,viz.,semi-bend smooth exit and T-shaped abrupt exit.The numerical results indicate that the proposed EMMS method gives better agreement with the experimental results as compared with the Gidaspow,O’Brien-Syamlal,Koch-Hill-Ladd models.As a result,the proposed drag force model can be used as an efficient approach for the dense gas–solid two-phase flow.Xueyao Wang Fan Jiang xiang xu Shengdian Wang Xuezhi Wu Baoguo Fan Liangliang Liao Jiachang Wang Yunhan Xiao 2009Particuology2009,7,4:3
6Synthesis of Biodiesel Using ZrO_2 Polycrystalline Ceramic Foam Catalyst in a Tubular Reactor显示文摘With the help of the ceramic foam research efforts and preparation techniques, the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst was synthesized, and its characteristics, including the crystal structure, the phase composition, the acid–base properties, and the microstructure, were analyzed by XRD, SEM, Py-IR, and BET techniques. The performance of the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst in a tubular reactor was investigated via biodiesel synthesis using S. wilsoniana oil and methanol. The effects of reaction conditions(i.e., reaction temperature, reaction pressure, and volume ratio of methanol to S. wilsoniana oil) on transesterification efficiency were investigated, and the reaction conditions were optimized using RSM. The optimum reaction temperature, reaction pressure, and volume ratio of methanol to S. wilsoniana oil were determined to be 290 ℃, 10 MPa, and 4:1, respectively. Under this condition, the FAME content in the product oil reached 98.38%. The performance of the ZrO2 polycrystalline ceramic foam catalyst synthesized in this work for biodiesel synthesis from S. wilsoniana oil with a moisture content of 7.1% and an acid value of 130.697 mg KOH/g was examined, and the FAME content in the product oil was found to be 93% and 97.67%, respectively. The FAME content in the product oil exceeded 97% after five consecutive cycles(12 h per cycle of use) of the catalyst. 7MULTIAXIAL BEHAVIOR OF NANOPOROUS SINGLE CRYSTAL COPPER:A MOLECULAR DYNAMICS STUDY显示文摘The stress-strain behavior and incipient yield surface of nanoporous single crystal copper are studied by the molecular dynamics(MD) method.The problem is modeled by a periodic unit cell subject to multi-axial loading.The loading induced defect evolution is explored.The incipient yield surfaces are found to be tension-compression asymmetric.For a given void volume fraction,apparent size effects in the yield surface are predicted:the smaller behaves stronger.The evolution pattern of defects(i.e.,dislocation and stacking faults) is insensitive to the model size and void volume fraction.However,it is loading path dependent.Squared prismatic dislocation loops dominate the incipient yielding under hydrostatic tension while stacking-faults are the primary defects for hydrostatic compression and uniaxial tension/compression.Kejie Zhao Liangliang Fan Changqing Chen 2009Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2009,22,6:2

9Late Early-Cretaceous Magma Mixing in the Langqi Island, Fujian Province, China: Evidences from Petrology, Geochemistry and Zircon Geochronology显示文摘The mafic enclaves from Mesozoic intermediate-acid magmatic rocks,widely developed along Fujian coast,are considered to be the results of large-scale crust-mantle interaction and magma mixing.In this paper,petrography,mineralogy,and geochemistry of granites and mafic microgranular enclaves(MMEs)in Langqi Island are studied to provide new information for tracing crust-mantle interaction.The zircon U-Pb dating results show that the Langqi rocks were formed at^101 Ma,which are metaluminous,enriched in silica and high-K calc-alkaline I-type granites.The enclaves have a typical magmatic structure,which is characterized by magma mixing between high-temperature basic magma and low-temperature acidic magma through injecting.The enclaves and host granites show a tendency to mixed major and trace elements,displaying a clear-cut contact relationship,which is indicative of coeval magmatism.The genesis of Langqi rocks is related to the extensional setting caused by the subduction of Paleo-Pacific Plate,and they are the results of mixing of subduction-related metasomatized mantle-derived mafic and induced crustal-melted granitic magma originating from partial melting of the crustal material.Liangliang Huang Liyuan Wang Hong-Rui Fan Musen Lin Wenhui Zhang 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,3:1
10Improvement of in situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating method for carbonate minerals and its application in petroleum geology显示文摘In situ carbonate U-Pb dating is gaining popularity,and it has great potential for application in petroleum geology.However,the low U content(<10μg/g)and high common Pb content of carbonate minerals,along with the uneven distribution of U and Pb and the lack of matrix-matched reference material make carbonate U-Pb dating inaccurate and less successful,which limits the widespread application in geosciences.This study evaluated the limitations of in situ carbonate U-Pb dating and proposed a method to rationally determine the laser ablation parameters of samples by improving the experimental approach based on the laser ablation sector field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-SF-ICP-MS).By setting a different spot size and laser frequency for the reference material and unknown samples in the same session based on the U content of the sample,the ablation craters of the reference material and unknown samples were given the same depth/width ratio,avoiding systematic offset caused by differences in down-hole element fractionation and reducing the consume of reference material.Depending on the heterogeneous distribution of U and Pb contents in carbonate minerals,the method of grid screening and setting ablation spots during screening were used to quickly select domains with high U and low common Pb,which improves the efficiency of setting laser spots and the success rate of dating,as well as reduces the experimental time and economic cost.The accuracy and success rate of carbonate U-Pb dating were effectively improved by improving the experimental method,and the technique was applied to two carbonate samples with low U and high common Pb contents that were difficult to date by traditional methods.The two samples are the saddle dolomite in the central Sichuan Basin and the calcite cement in the sandstone reservoir of the Cretaceous Qingshuihe Formation in the South Junggar Basin.The robust ages have been obtained,which constrains the timing of the diagenetic and hydrocarbon accumulation process in the studied area.Xuesong Lu Lili GUI Weiyan CHEN Shaobo LIU Shitou WU Junjia FAN Qiang LIU Jing SUN Liangliang ZHANG Yang XIAO Wenxia YANG Rizhou CAO 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,12:1
11LncRNA DACH1 protects against pulmonary fibrosis by binding to SRSF1 to suppress CTNNB1 accumulation显示文摘Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a progressive disease with unknown etiology and limited therapeutic options.Activation of fibroblasts is a prominent feature of pulmonary fibrosis.Here we report that lncRNA DACH1(dachshund homolog 1)is downregulated in the lungs of IPF patients and in an experimental mouse model of lung fibrosis.LncDACH1 knockout mice develop spontaneous pulmonary fibrosis,whereas overexpression of LncDACH1 attenuated TGF-β1-induced aberrant activation,collagen deposition and differentiation of mouse lung fibroblasts.Similarly,forced expression of LncDACH1 not only prevented bleomycin(BLM)-induced lung fibrosis,but also reversed established lung fibrosis in a BLM model.Mechanistically,LncDACH1 binding to the serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1(SRSF1)protein decreases its activity and inhibits the accumulation of Ctnnb1.Enhanced expression of SRSF1 blocked the anti-fibrotic effect of LncDACH1 in lung fibroblasts.Furthermore,loss of LncDACH1 promoted proliferation,differentiation,and extracellular matrix(ECM)deposition in mouse lung fibroblasts,whereas such effects were abolished by silencing of Ctnnb1.In addition,a conserved fragment of LncDACH1 alleviated hyperproliferation,ECM deposition and differentiation of MRC-5 cells driven by TGF-β1.Collectively,LncDACH1 inhibits lung fibrosis by interacting with SRSF1 to suppress CTNNB1 accumulation,suggesting that LncDACH1 might be a potential therapeutic target for pulmonary fibrosis.Jian Sun Tongzhu Jin Zhihui Niu Jiayu Guo Yingying Guo Ruoxuan Yang Qianqian Wang Huiying Gao Yuhan Zhang Tianyu Li Wenxin He Zhixin Li Wenchao Ma Wei Su Liangliang Li Xingxing Fan Hongli Shan Haihai Liang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:1
12Synthesis, Characterization and Antibacterial Activity of New Ln(Ⅲ) Complexes with an Unsymmetrical Schiff Base Ligand显示文摘A new unsymmetrical Schiff base ligand (H2LLi) was synthesized using L-lysine, salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. Three solid metal complexes of this ligand \[Ln(H2L)(NO3)\] NO3·2H2O (Ln=La, Sm, Ho) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, UV spectra, TG-DTG and molar conductance. The antibacterial activities of the ligand and its complexes are also studied. 13THE EFFECTIVE ELECTROMECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CELLULAR PIEZOELECTRET FILM:FINITE ELEMENT MODELING显示文摘Cellular space-charge polymer film,also called cellular piezoelectret,has very large piezoelectric effect due to their unique microvoid structure.In this article,the cellular piezoelectret film is considered to be a periodic composite material with closed-cell microvoids aligned periodically.Three dimensional finite element modeling is carried out to obtain the effective elastic modulus and piezoelectric coefficients.Sensitivity analysis was presented by modeling the effective electromechanical properties with different individual variable,including material constants and void shape parameters.By assuming a relation between void shape and void volume fraction,the finite element model can simulate quite well the inflation experiments of the voided charged Polypropylene film published in literature.Finally,the finite element model is used to explore the voided charge polymer film with non-uniform distribution of the trapped charges on the internal surface of voids.It was found that the resultant overall piezoelectric coefficients will be more significant if charges are closely gathered in the central area,and sparse in the around area of the internal surface of voids.Yongping Wan Liangliang Fan Zheng Zhong 2013Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2013,26,1:1
14Design and Evaluation of an Exergame System of Knee with the Azure Kinect显示文摘Timely and effective knee function evaluation and knee exercises promote the prevention and self-management of knee diseases.In this paper,aKinectbased exergame system is proposed to assess and train the knee function.Azure Kinect was used to capture and generate 3D models of the user and immerse them in an interactive virtual environment.The software included three functional modules:knee function evaluation,Knee exercises game,and Comprehensive evaluation.The stand,step,leg lift,and squat were selected for knee function evaluation and exercises.Twenty volunteers participated in the experiment.Intraclass correlation coefficients(ICCs)were calculated to assess the reliability of kinematic measurements of knee angles during the movements.The ICC of these movements were stand(ICC=0.987),step(ICC=0.997),left leg lift(ICC=0.981),right leg lift(ICC=0.990),stand(ICC=0.998).The results show that the test-retest reliability is high.It means that the motion capture data is effective and the data obtained by Kinect is stable.Guangjun Wang Ming Cheng Xueshu Wang Yi Fan Xin Chen Liangliang Yao Hanyuan Zhang Zuchang Ma 2021国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2:0
15Physiological and molecular bases of the boron deficiency response in tomatoes显示文摘Boron is an essential microelement for plant growth.Tomato is one of the most cultivated fruits and vegetables in the world,and boron deficiency severely inhibits its yield and quality.However,the mechanism of tomato in response to boron deficiency remains largely unclear.Here,we investigated the physiological and molecular bases of the boron deficiency response in hydroponically grown tomato seedlings.Boron deficiency repressed the expression of genes associated with nitrogen metabolism,while it induced the expression of genes related to the pentose phosphate pathway,thereby altering carbon flow to provide energy for plants to cope with stress.Boron deficiency increased the accumulation of copper,manganese and iron,thereby maintaining chlorophyll content and photosynthetic efficiency at the early stage of stress.In addition,boron deficiency downregulated the expression of genes involved in cell wall organization and reduced the contents of pectin and cellulose in roots,ultimately retarding root growth.Furthermore,boron deficiency markedly altered phytohormone levels and signaling pathways in roots.The contents of jasmonic acid,jasmonoy1-L-isoleucine,trans-zeatin riboside,abscisic acid,salicylic acid,and SA glucoside were decreased;in contrast,the contents of isopentenyladenine riboside and ethylene precursor 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid were increased in the roots of boron-deficient tomato plants.These results collectively indicate that tomato roots reprogram carbon/nitrogen metabolism,alter cell wall components and modulate phytohormone pathways to survive boron deficiency.This study provides a theoretical basis for further elucidating the adaptive mechanism of tomato in response to boron deficiency.Junjun Li Huihui Fan Qianqian Song Lili Jing Hao Yu Ruishan Li Ping Zhang Fei Liu Weimin Li Liangliang Sun Jin Xu 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,12:0

18Night warming increases wheat yield by improving pre-anthesis plant growth and post-anthesis grain starch biosynthesis显示文摘Global climate change is characterized by asymmetric warming,i.e.,greater temperature increases in winter,spring,and nighttime than in summer,autumn,and daytime.Field experiments were conducted using four wheat cultivars,namely‘Yangmai 18’(YM18),‘Sumai 188’(SM188),‘Yannong 19’(YN19),and‘Annong 0711’(AN0711),in the two growing seasons of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021,with passive night warming during different periods in the early growth stage.The treatments were night warming during the tillering-jointing(NW_(T-J)),jointing-booting(NWJ-B),and booting-anthesis(NWB-A)stages,with ambient temperature(NN)as the control.The effects of night warming during different stages on wheat yield formation were investigated by determining the characteristics of dry matter accumulation and translocation,as well as sucrose and starch accumulation in wheat grains.The wheat yields of all four cultivars were significantly higher in NW_(T-J)than in NN in the 2-year experiment.The yield increases of semi-winter cultivars YN19 and AN0711 were greater than those of spring cultivars YM18 and SM188.Treatment NW_(T-J)increased wheat yield mainly by increasing the 1,000-grain weight and the number of fertile spikelets,and it increased dry matter accumulation in various organs of wheat at the anthesis and maturity stages by increasing the growth rate at the vegetative growth stage.The flag leaf and spike showed the largest increases in dry matter accumulation.NW_(T-J)also increased the grain sucrose and starch contents in the early and middle grain-filling stages,promoting yield formation.Overall,night warming between the tillering and jointing stages increased the pre-anthesis growth rate,and thus,wheat dry matter production,which contributed to an increase in wheat yield.Yonghui Fan Boya Qin Jinhao Yang Liangliang Ma Guoji Cui Wei He Yu Tang Wenjing Zhang Shangyu Ma Chuanxi Ma Zhenglai Huang 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2:0
19Toxic effects of three perfluorinated or polyfluorinated compounds(PFCs)on two strains of freshwater algae:Implications for ecological risk assessments显示文摘Perfluorinated or polyfluorinated compounds(PFCs)continue entering to the environmental as individuals or mixtures,but their toxicological information remains largely unknown.Here,we investigated the toxic effects and ecological risks of Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid(PFOS)and its substitutes on prokaryotes(Chlorella vulgaris)and eukaryotes(Microcystis aeruginosa).Based on the calculated EC50 values,the results showed that PFOS was significantly more toxic to both algae than its alternatives including Perfluorobutane sulfonic acid(PFBS)and 6:2 Fluoromodulated sulfonates(6:2 FTS),and the PFOS-PFBS mixture was more toxic to both algae than the other two PFC mixtures.The action mode of binary PFC mixtures on Chlorella vulgaris was mainly shown as antagonistic and on Microcystis aeruginosa as synergistic,by using Combination index(CI)model coupled with Monte Carlo simulation.The mean risk quotient(RQ)value of three individual PFCs and their mixtures were all below the threshold of 10^(−1),but the risk of those binary mixtures were higher than that of PFCs individually because of their synergistic effect.Our findings contribute to enhance the understanding of the toxicological information and ecological risks of emerging PFCs and provide a scientific basis for their pollution control.Liangliang Zhang Xiaowei Zheng Xianglin Liu Jue Li Yanyao Li Zeming Wang Nan Zheng Xiangrong Wang Zhengqiu Fan 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,9:0
20Practical continuous-variable quantum key distribution with feasible optimization parameters显示文摘Continuous-variable quantum key distribution(CV-QKD)offers an approach to achieve a potential high secret key rate(SKR)in metropolitan areas.There are several challenges in developing a practical CV-QKD system from the laboratory to the real world.One of the most significant points is that it is really hard to adapt different practical optical fiber conditions for CV-QKD systems with unified hardware.Thus,how to improve the performance of practical CV-QKD systems in the field without modification of the hardware is very important.Here,a systematic optimization method,combining the modulation variance and error correction matrix optimization,is proposed to improve the performance of a practical CV-QKD system with a restricted capacity of postprocessing.The effect of restricted postprocessing capacity on the SKR is modeled as a nonlinear programming problem with modulation variance as an optimization parameter,and the selection of an optimal error correction matrix is studied under the same scheme.The results show that the SKR of a CV-QKD system can be improved by 24%and 200%compared with previous frequently used optimization methods theoretically with a transmission distance of 50 km.Furthermore,the experimental results verify the feasibility and robustness of the proposed method,where the achieved optimal SKR achieved practically deviates<1.6%from the theoretical optimal value.Our results pave the way to deploy high-performance CV-QKD in the real world.Li MA Jie YANG Tao ZHANG Yun SHAO Jinlu LIU Yujie LUO Heng WANG Wei HUANG Fan FAN Chuang ZHOU Liangliang ZHANG Shuai ZHANG Yichen ZHANG Yang LI Bingjie XU 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,8:0
