| 4 | Seasonal Variations of Net-Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Southern Yellow Sea显示文摘Based on the field survey data of four cruises in 2011,all phytoplankton communities in the southern Yellow Sea (SYS) were investigated for the species composition,dominant species,abundance and diversity indices.A total of 379 species belonging to9 phyla were identified,of which the most abundant group was Bacillariophyta (60.9%) ,followed by Pyrrophyta (23.7%) and Haptophyta (6.9%) .The seasonal distribution of abundance was:summer (4137.1×103ind m 3) >spring (3940.4×103ind m 3) >winter (3010.6×103ind m 3) >autumn (340.8×103ind m 3) ,while the horizontal distribution showed a decreasing tendency from inshore to offshore regions.The dominant species of phytoplankton varied in different seasons.The dominant species were Thalassiosira pacifica,Skeletoema spp.and Chaetoceros cinctus in spring,Chaetoceros debbilis,Chaetoceros pseudocurvisetus and Chaetoceros curvisetus in summer,Thalassiosira curviseriata,Alexandrium catenella and Ceratium fusus in autumn,Paralia sulcata,Phaeocystis sp.and Bacillaria paradoxa in winter,respectively.In SYS,the group of temperate coastal species was the major ecotype,and the groups of the central SYS species and oceanic species were also important constituents.The average values of Shannon-Weaver diversity index (H’) and Pielou evenness index (J) were 2.37 and 0.65 respectively.The indices H’and J in the open sea were higher than those in coastal waters.Obvious co-variation tendencies between H’and J were observed in all but the summer cruise of this survey. | GAO Yu JIANG Zhibing LIU Jingjing CHEN Quanzhen ZENG Jiangning HUANG Wei | 2013 | Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,4: | 10 |
| 5 | Influence of laser shock peening on surface integrity and tensile property of high strength low alloy steel显示文摘Laser Shock Peening(LSP)is a well-established surface treatment commonly used to improve mechanical properties of material’s surfaces.To further understand the relationship between tensile property and fatigue life improvement of high strength low alloy steel in the LSP process,LSP treatment of 32 CrNi high strength low alloy steel was carried out by YAG laser with pulse energy of 15 J,and tensile property was tested by electronic universal material testing machine.Surface morphology,residual stress and tensile fracture of the specimens before and after LSP were observed by white light interferometer(WLI),X-ray measuring apparatus and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Result shows that LSP did not change tensile strength of 32 CrNi steel but cause yield characteristic transform from obvious yield point to no yield phenomenon which is the only factor benefiting fatigue life,indicating that the increment of fatigue life was probably related to the disappearance of yield phenomenon.Formation mechanisms of tensile fractures and yield phenomenon induced by LSP at room temperature were also discussed and completely revealed.Deeper compressive residual stress and flat grains contributed to the transition of yield characteristic and lower elongation rate of 32 CrNi steel subjected to LSP. | Yong WANG Xiaoyu PAN Xibin WANG Zhibing LIU Shuyao LIU Wenjuan WAN Puyi WANG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6: | 5 |
| 6 | Ecological and environmental explanation of microbiotic crusts on sand dune scales in the Gurbantonggut Desert, Xinjiang显示文摘Results obtained from the field investigation and the analysis in laboratory show that many species of microbiotic crusts of lichens, mosses and algae develop extensively in the Gurbantonggut Desert, Xinjiang. The formation, species and distribution are closely related to the environmental conditions at the different positions of sand dunes. The animalcule crusts develop mainly on the mobile or semi-mobile sand surface of dune tops, the alga crusts develop mainly at the upper to middle parts of dune slopes, the lichen crusts develop at middle and lower parts of dune slopes, and the moss crusts are mainly distributed at the lower part of dune slopes and the interdune lowlands. The species, thickness and developing degree of microbiotic crusts increase from the upper part to the middle and lower parts of dune slopes and the interdune lowlands, and an obvious contrast between the microbiotic crusts and the different species of plant communities forms. | 7 | Anti-disturbance attitude control of combined spacecraft with enhanced control allocation scheme显示文摘In this paper, we propose a novel anti-disturbance attitude control law for combined spacecraft with an improved closed-loop control allocation scheme. More specifically, a saturated approach is adopted to guarantee the global asymptotic stability under control input saturation.To enhance the robustness of the system, a nonlinear disturbance observer is constructed to compensate the disturbances caused by inertial parameter uncertainty and unmodeled dynamics. Next,the quadratic programming algorithm is used to obtain an optimal open-loop control allocation scheme, where both energy consumption and actuator saturation have been considered in the allocation of the virtual control command. Then, a modified closed-loop control allocation scheme is proposed to reduce the allocation error under the actuator uncertainty. Finally, stability analysis of the closed-loop system with the proposed allocation scheme is provided. | 8 | Investigation of Self-Priming Process of a Centrifugal Pump with Double Blades显示文摘The gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns of a centrifugal pump during the self-priming process were investigated numerically and experimentally.The Euler-Euler multiphase model and SST k-ω turbulence model were applied for simulating the self-priming process.Meanwhile,the changes of motor speed and self-priming height were considered in the simulation.The overall transient two-phase flow features and water level distributions were mapped.Results showed that the self-priming process was divided into three stages.The liquid level in inlet-pipe rose in oscillation during self-priming process.The variations of water level during self-priming process of numerical simulation and test result agreed well.The inlet-pipe(Ver)was filled at 22 s and 24 s respectively numerically and experimentally.The bubble cloud circulated in the volute during middle stage of self-priming process,and breakup into smaller bubbles by shear force and tongue,and then discharged into chamber.The bubbles in the outlet-pipe mainly included bubbly flow and slug flow at the last stage of self-priming process,which is morphologically consistent with the test results.Also,during the self-priming process,the reflux liquid was pressed by blades and fully mixed with gas;that is the way to realizing the function of self-priming. | QIAN Heng MOU Jiegang REN Yun ZHU Zhibing LIU Nuojia ZHENG Shuihua WU Denghao | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,3: | 3 |

| 10 | Microwave triggered multifunctional nanoplatform for targeted photothermal-chemotherapy in castration-resistant prostate cancer显示文摘Lacking a precise targeting strategy,castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)is still hard to be treat effectively.Exploring treatment options that can accurately target CPRC is an important issue with urgent need.In this study,a novel nanotechnologybased strategy had been developed for the precise target treatment of CRPC.By combining microwaves and photothermal therapy(PTT),this nanoplatform,cmHSP70-PL-AuNC-DOX,targets tumor tissues with outstanding precision and achieves better anti-tumor activity by simultaneously eliciting photothermal and chemotherapeutic effects.From nanotechnology,cmHSP70-modified and thermo-sensitive liposome-coated AuNC-DOX were prepared and used for CRPC-targeted photothermal ablation and chemotherapy.Doxorubicin(DOX)was selected as the chemotherapeutic agent for cytotoxicity.In terms of the curative scheme,prostate tissues were firstly pre-treated with microwaves to induce the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and its migration to the cell membrane,which was then targeted by HSP70 antibody(cmHSP70)coated on the nanoparticles to achieve accurate drug delivery.The nanoplatform then achieved precise ablation and controlled release of DOX under external near-infrared(NIR)irradiation.Through the implementation,the targeting,cell killing,and safety of this therapeutical strategy had been verified in vivo and in vitro.This work establishes an accurate,controllable,efficient,non-invasive,and safe treatment platform for targeting CRPC,provides a rational design for CRPC’s PTT,and offers new prospects for nanomedicines with great precision. | Pengyuan Liu Yajun Wu Xiaogang Xu Xudong Fan Chuan Sun Xiaojie Chen Jindan Xia Shiting Bai Li Qu Huasong Lu Jing Wu Jun Chen Ji-Gang Piao Zhibing Wu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 2 |
| 11 | A Hg(Ⅱ)-specific probe for imaging application in living systems and quantitative analysis in environmental/food samples显示文摘Mercury ions are highly toxic and can accumulate along food chains in water,soil,crops and animals.Effective detection of mercury ions in various media is of great significance for maintaining the ecological environment and protecting people's health.In this work,a mercury ions specific fluorescent probe was developed by a simple one-step reaction of commercial substrates of 4-chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-4-methylpiperazine.Investigation on sensing behavior showed that this probe had high sensitivity and selectivity towards mercury ions.Furthermore,this probe could be used as a tool to track the level of mercury ions in living system.In living cells,the probe with green emission emitted a bright red fluorescence when it was bound to mercury ions.In Arabidopsis thaliana,similar red emission could be detected from the root tip and stalk when A.thaliana was grown in culture medium containing mercury ions.The imaging in zebrafish showed that mercury ions were mainly concentrated in the stomach and head of zebrafish.Especially,this probe could be applied in quantitative analysis of mercury ions in tap water,green tea,sea shrimp and soil.This work provided a practical tool for the detection of mercury ions in living systems and quantitative analysis in real samples. | Guangjin Li Jiali Wang Dongyang Li Shenghua Liu Jun Yin Zhibing Lai Guangfu Yang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4: | 2 |

| 14 | Microsatellite Analysis of Expressed Sequence Tags and Development of EST-SSR Markers for Melampsora spp.显示文摘In this study,64 498 ESTs of Melampsoraspp.was assembled into 1 998 contigs,and 604SSR loci were detected on these contigs,with 736.6 bp containing one SSR on average.Among these SSRs,trinucleotide repeats were the most abundant repeats(44.70%).As for the composition of microsatellites, AC and AT repeats were the richest motif in dinucleotide repeats,and AGT and AAG repeats were the most frequent motifs in trinucleotide repeats,whereas(AAAN) n and(AAAAN) n repeats were dominant in tetranucleotide and pentanucleotide repeats,respectively.All the dominant repeat motifs of different types of SSRs were rich in A and T.In EST sequences of Melampsoraspp.genome,microsatellites longer than 20 bp accounted for about 15.07%.It was noticeable that microsatellites were highly rich in the expressed sequences of Melampsoraspp.genome,which implied that SSRs played a significant role in triggering the gene mutation in Melampsoraspp.genome.A total of 455 SSR primers were designed according to the detected microsatellites using Primer 5.0 and Oligo 6. 0,and 30 primer pairs were randomly selected for amplification test.Among these primer pairs,27 primer pairs succeed in amplification,with a successful rate of 90%.Eight primer pairs generated polymorphic fingerprints in Melampsoraspp.collected from different poplar genotypes,accounting for 26.7% of the total primer pairs.The EST-SSR markers developed fromMelampsoraspp.EST sequences provided important marker resources for studying Melampsoraspp.from the aspects of pathogen identification and survey of genetic variation. | Wan Zhibing Liu Min Yang Wanxu Zhang Xinye Yin Tongming | 2013 | Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,6: | 2 |
| 15 | Efficient conversion of CO_(2) into cyclic carbonates under atmospheric by halogen and metal-free poly(ionic liquid)s显示文摘A novel series of halogen free, hydroxyl group containing poly(ionic liquid)s(PILs) was first synthesized from glycerol dimethyl acrylate(GDA) and 1-vinyl imidazole(1-VIM) through free radical polymerization, follow by an alkylation step and an ion-exchange procedure to form the final imidazolium hydrogen carbonate heterogenous catalyst poly(HCO_(3)-OH-n). The chemical and physical properties were investigated by varying the monomer ratio between GDA and 1-VIM. Among them, poly(HCO_(3)-OH-2) exhibited the highest catalytic activity for CO_(2)cycloaddition, with the yield of chloropropene carbonate 90% under mild conditions(80℃, 0.1 MPa, 12 h, 0.15 g catalyst for 32 mmol epichlorohydrin) in the absence of any cocatalyst, metal or solvent. A range of substrates with good to excellent yields under atmosphere was obtained. The poly(HCO_(3)-OH-n) catalyst is collectable and still remains acceptable catalytic activity after six runs. Finally, a preliminary kinetic is calculated on the basis of poly(HCO_(3)-OH-2) with the activation energy value of 79.5 kJ·mol^(-1). | 16 | In situ synthesis of biomass-derived Ni/C catalyst by self-reduction for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid to γ-valerolactone显示文摘Herein,we reported in situ synthesis of biomass-derived Ni/C catalyst by self-reduction with pomelo peel.Compared with the conventional method, which includes carbonization, activation, impregnation and reduction, the entire preparation process was simplified to two steps, which was more straightforward. This synthesis method was green as Ni/C can be prepared without any additional chemical and the self-reduction process was realized in N2, which can avoid using H2 thus averting some problems such as storage, transportation and safety of H2.
