| 1 | 7YSZ coating prepared by PS-PVD based on heterogeneous nucleation显示文摘Plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD) as a novel coating process based on low-pressure plasma spray(LPPS) has been significantly used for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs).A coating can be deposited from liquid splats, nano-sized clusters, and the vapor phase forming different structured coatings, which shows obvious advantages in contrast to conventional technologies like atmospheric plasma spray(APS) and electron beam-physical vapor deposition(EBPVD). In addition, it can be used to produce thin, dense, and porous ceramic coatings for special applications because of its special characteristics, such as high power, very low pressure, etc. These provide new opportunities to obtain different advanced microstructures, thus to meet the growing requirements of modern functional coatings. In this work, focusing on exploiting the potential of gas-phase deposition from PS-PVD, a series of 7 YSZ coating experiments with various process conditions was performed in order to better understand the deposition process in PS-PVD, where coatings were deposited on different substrates including graphite and zirconia. Meanwhile, various substrate temperatures were investigated for the same substrate. As a result, a deposition mechanism of heterogeneous nucleation has been presented showing that surface energy is an important influencing factor for coating structures. | 2 | Resveratrol improves cognition and reduces oxidative stress in rats with vascular dementia显示文摘Resveratrol possesses beneficial biological effects,which include anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties.Recently,resveratrol has been shown to exhibit neuroprotective effects in models of Parkinson's disease,cerebral ischemia and Alzheimer's disease.However,its effects on vascular dementia remain unclear.The present study established a rat model of vascular dementia using permanent bilateral common carotid artery occlusion.At 8-12 weeks after model induction,rats were intragastrically administered 25 mg/kg resveratrol daily.Our results found that resveratrol shortened the escape latency and escape distances in the Morris water maze,and prolonged the time spent percentage and swimming distance percentage in the target quadrant during the probe test,indicating that resveratrol improved learning and memory ability in vascular dementia rats.Further experiments found that resveratrol decreased malonyldialdehyde levels,and increased superoxide dismutase activity and glutathione levels in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex of vascular dementia rats.These results confirmed that the neuroprotective effects of resveratrol on vascular dementia were associated with its anti-oxidant properties. | Xingrong Ma Zhikun Sun Yanru Liu Yanjie Jia Boai Zhang Jiewen Zhang | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,22: | 7 |
| 3 | Coating deposition regularity depended on orientation difference in PS-PVD plasma jet显示文摘The YSZ coatings are prepared by the plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD)technology based on a specific experimental design.The structure,thickness and growth angle of YSZ coatings on the entire circumferential surface of the cylindrical sample are studied.The results indicated that the structure,thickness and deflection growth angle of YSZ coatings are related to the orientation of deposition location.The numerical simulation of the multiphase mixed fluid near the substrate is carried out and the deposition regularity and mechanism of YSZ coatings prepared by PS-PVD is deduced.The growth rate is related to the local characteristics of the plasma flow field,and is directly proportional to the field pressure and inversely proportional to the field velocity.The growth angle of the coating is generally affected by the flow direction of the plasma jet.Especially,the normal component of velocity vector,V_(norm),mainly affects the speed at which the coating grows vertically upwards.The tangential component of velocity vector,V_(tan),determines the degree that the coating growth direction deviates from the vertical direction.When V_(tan)≠0,the coating forms a fine column with a certain deflection angle and finally develops into an oblique columnar structure. | Jie MAO Min LIU Ziqian DENG Kui WEN Changguang DENG Kun YANG Zhikun CHEN | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12: | 6 |

| 6 | Comparison of four techniques for estimating temporal change of seismic velocity with passive image interferometry显示文摘Passive image interferometry (PII) is becoming a powerful tool for detecting the temporal variations in the Earth's structure,which applies coda wave interferometry to the waveforms from the cross-correlation of seismic ambient noise.There are four techniques for estimating temporal change of seismic velocity with PII:moving-window cross-correlation technique (MWCCT),moving-window cross-spectrum technique (MWCST),stretching technique (ST) and moving-window stretching technique (MWST).In this paper,we use the continuous seismic records from a typical station pair near the Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake fault zone and generate three sets of waveforms by stacking cross-correlation function of ambient noise with different numbers of days,and then apply four techniques to processing the three sets of waveforms and compare their results.Our results indicate that the techniques based on moving-window (MWCCT,MWCST and MWST) are superior in detecting the change of seismic velocity,and the MWCST can give a better estimate of velocity change than the other moving-window techniques due to measurement error.We also investigate the clock errors and their influences on measuring velocity change.We find that when the clock errors are not very large,they have limited impact on the estimate of the velocity change with the moving-window techniques. | Zhikun Liu Jinli Huang Jiaojiao Li | 2010 | Earthquake Science2010,23,5: | 6 |
| 7 | The EGFR-P38 MAPK axis up-regulates PD-L1 through miR-675-5p and down-regulates HLA-ABC via hexokinase-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘Background:Immunotherapy has been shown to be a promising strategy against human cancers.A better understanding of the immune regulation in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)could help the development of immunotherapy against HCC.The epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)signaling is frequently activated in HCC and plays important roles in tumorigenesis.However,its role in HCC immunity is still largely unknown.This study aimed to investigate the impact of EGFR signaling on programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)and human leukocyte antigen class-I(HLA-I)expression in HCC cells and its underlying mechanisms.Methods:The expression of phosphorylated EGFR(p-EGFR),PD-L1,and HLAI(HLA-ABC)in HCC specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlations were analyzed.PD-L1 and HLA-ABC expression in EGFRactivated HCC cells were detected by quantitative real-time PCR,Western blotting,and flow cytometry,and T cell-mediated lysis was performed to test the immunosuppressive effects of PD-L1 and HLA-ABC alterations in HCC cells.Furthermore,the underlying mechanisms of EGFR activation-induced PD-L1 up-regulation and HLA-ABC down-regulation were explored by animal experiments,luciferase reporter assay,and gene gain-and loss-of-function studies.Results:p-EGFR was positively correlated with PD-L1 and negatively correlated with HLA-ABC expression in HCCs.EGFR activation by its ligand EGF up-regulated PD-L1 and down-regulated HLA-ABC in HCC cells,which was functionally important and could be abolished by the EGFR inhibitor,gefitinib,both in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistically,enhanced P38 mitogenactivated protein kinase(MAPK)activation down-regulated microRNA-675-5p(miR-675-5p)and up-regulated glycolysis-related enzyme hexokinase 2(HK2);miR-675-5p down-regulation enhanced the stability of PD-L1 mRNA probably via the 3’-untranslated region(3’-UTR)of PD-L1 and thereby caused PD-L1 accumulation,and HK2 up-regulation enhanced aerobic glycolysis and mediated a decrease in HLA-ABC.Conclusions:The EGFR-P38 MAPK axis could up-regulate PD-L1 through miR-675-5p and down-regulate HLA-ABC via HK2 in HCC cells.Our study reveals a novel signaling network that may cause immune suppression in HCC and suggests that EGFR signaling can be targeted for HCC immunotherapy. | Zongcai Liu Fen Ning Yanna Cai Huiying Sheng Ruidan Zheng Xi Yin Zhikun Lu Ling Su Xiaodan Chen Chunhua Zeng Haifang Wang Li Liu | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,1: | 5 |

| 12 | Occurrence, variations, and risk assessment of neonicotinoid insecticides in Harbin section of the Songhua River, northeast China显示文摘Neonicotinoid insecticides(NNIs)have been intensively used and exploited,resulting in their presence and accumulation in multiple environmental media.We herein investigated the current levels of eight major NNIs in the Harbin section of the Songhua River in northeast China,providing the first systematic report on NNIs in this region.At least four NNIs in water and three in sediment were detected,with total concentrations ranging from 30.8 to 135 ng L^(-1) and from 0.61 to 14.7 ng g^(-1) dw,respectively.Larger spatial variations in surface water NNIs concentrations were observed in tributary than mainstream(p<0.05)due to the intensive human activities(e.g.,horticulture,urban landscaping,and household pet flea control)and the discharge of wastewater from many treatment plants.There was a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)between the concentrations of residual imidacloprid(IMI),clothianidin(CLO),and S4NNIs in the sediment and total organic carbon(TOC).Due to its high solubility and low octanol-water partition coefficient(Kow),the sediment-water exchange behavior shows that NNIs in sediments can re-enter into the water body.Human exposure risk was assessed using the relative potency factor(RPF),which showed that infants have the highest exposure risk(estimated daily intake(SIMIeq EDI):31.9 ng kg^(-1) bw$d^(-1)).The concentration thresholds of NNIs for aquatic organisms in the Harbin section of the Songhua River were determined using the species sensitivity distribution(SSD)approach,resulting in a value of 355 ng L^(-1) for acute hazardous concentration for 5%of species(HC5)and 165 ng L^(-1) for chronic HC5.Aquatic organisms at low trophic levels were more vulnerable to potential harm from NNIs. | Zhikun Liu Song Cui Leiming Zhang Zulin Zhang Rupert Hough Qiang Fu Yi-Fan Li Lihui An Mingzhi Huang Kunyang Li Yuxin Ke Fuxiang Zhang | 2021 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2021,,4: | 2 |
| 13 | HAS QoE prediction based on dynamic video features with data mining in LTE network显示文摘Evaluation of HTTP adaptive streaming(HAS) quality of experience(Qo E) over LTE network is a challenging topic because of multi-segment and multi-rate features of dynamic video sequences. Different from the traditional Qo E evaluation methods based on network parameters, this paper proposes the HAS Qo E prediction methods based on its dynamic video segment features with data mining. Considering the application requirement of the trade-off between accuracy and complexity, two sets of methodologies are designed to evaluate the HAS Qo E including regression and classification. In regression method, we propose the evolved PSNR(e PSNR) model using differential peak signal to noise ratio(d PSNR) statistics as the segment features to evaluate HAS Qo E. In classification method, we propose the improved weighted k-nearest neighbors(Wk NN)by using dynamic weighted mapping according to the position of video chunk to meet the dynamic segment and rate features of HAS. In order to train and test these methods, we build a real-time HAS video-on-demand(VOD) system in LTE network and do subjective test in different video scenes. With the mean opinion score(MOS), the regression and classification methods are trained to predict the HAS Qo E. | 14 | The Interpretation of Seismogenic Fault of the Maduo Mw 7.3Earthquake,Qinghai Based on Remote Sensing Images——A Branch of the East Kunlun Fault System显示文摘On May 22,2021,a Mw 7.3 earthquake occurred in Maduo County,Qinghai Province with the epicenter of 34.59°N,98.34°E.The distribution of aftershocks and surface ruptures suggested that the seismogenic structure might be the Jiangcuo fault(JF),~70 km south of East Kunlun fault(EKLF).Due to the high altitude and sparse human habitats,there are very few researches on the Jiangcuo fault,which makes us know little about the deformation features and even the geometry of Jiangcuo fault.In this study,we used the high-resolution pre-earthquake satellite images to interpret the spatial distribution and geometry of the Jiangcuo fault.Our results show that the Jiangcuo fault strikes nearly east,extending 180-km-long from Eling Lake to east of Changmahe Town.Based on the geometric features,the Jiangcuo fault could be divided into three segments characterized as the linear structures,fault valleys,scarps and systematic offset of channels.The boundary between Bayan Har Block and Qaidam Block is presented as a wide deformation zone named of Kunlun belt that is composed of East Kunlun fault and several branch faults around Anemaqen Mountain.Geometric analysis and deep lithosphere structure around Maduo County suggest that the Jiangcuo fault should be one of branch of East Kunlun fault at south,where the Kunlun fault developed as a giant flower structure.In addition,the seismic hazards potential of Jiangcuo fault should be given enough attention in the future,because west of the Jiangcuo fault,there is a rupture gap between the co-seismic surface ruptures of the 2001 Kunlun,2021 Maduo and 1937 Huashixia Earthquakes. | Guanghao Ha Jinrui Liu Zhikun Ren Xiaoxiao Zhu Guodong Bao Dengyun Wu Zhiliang Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,4: | 1 |

| 16 | The biogenic silica variation and paleoproductivity evolution in the eastern Indian Ocean during the past 20 000 a显示文摘The biogenic silica of sediment samples from Core CJ01-185 which is collected from the eastern India Ocean off the Sunda Strait is analyzed to evaluate the impact of the opening of the Sunda Strait on a paleoproductivity evolution. The new results indicate that the biogenic silica mass values of Core CJ01-185 show the lowest 0.86% in the last glacial period, and reach its maxima of 1.89% in the late Holocene. Furthermore, the biogenic silica mass accumulation rate(MARBSi) values also vary with much higher during the late Holocene than during the last glaciation. The input of additional terrigenous materials from the Java Sea has enhanced the paleoproductivity and increased the biogenic silica mass and MARBSi values after the opening of the Sunda Strait. It is suggested that the paleoproductivity in the study area is mainly influenced by the southeast monsoon and upwelling before the opening of the Sunda Strait. | 20 | Nano silica aerogel-induced formation of an organic/alloy biphasic interfacial layer enables construction of stable high-energy lithium metal batteries显示文摘Lithium metal batteries represent promising candidates for high-energy-density batteries, however, many challenges must still be overcome,e.g., interface instability and dendrite growth. In this work, nano silica aerogel was employed to generate a hybrid film with high lithium ion conductivity(0.6 mS cm^(-1)at room temperature) via an in situ crosslinking reaction. TOF-SIMS profile analysis has revealed conversion mechanism of hybrid film to Li–Si alloy/Li F biphasic interface layer, suggesting that the Li–Si alloy and Li F-rich interface layer promoted rapid Li+transport and shielded the Li anodes from corrosive reactions with electrolyte-derived products. When coupled with nickel-cobalt-manganese-based cathodes, the batteries achieve outstanding capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 1 C. Additionally the developed film coated on Li enabled high coulombic efficiency(99.5%) after long-term cycling when coupled with S cathodes.
