1Impact of meteorological factors on the incidence of childhood hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)analyzed by DLNMs-based time series approach显示文摘Background:Hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)has become an emerging infectious disease in China in the last decade.There has been evidence that meteorological factors can influence the HFMD incidence,and understanding the mechanisms can help prevent and control HFMD.Methods:HFMD incidence data and meteorological data in Minhang District,Shanghai were obtained for the period between 2009 and 2015.Distributed lag non-linear models(DLNMs)were utilized to investigate the impact of meteorological factors on HFMD incidence after adjusting for potential confounders of long time trend,weekdays and holidays.Results:There was a non-linear relationship between temperature and HFMD incidence,the RR of 5th percentile compared to the median is 0.836(95%CI:0.671-1.042)and the RR of 95th percentile is 2.225(95%CI:1.774-2.792),and the effect of temperature varied across age groups.HFMD incidence increased with increasing average relative humidity(%)(RR=1.009,95%CI:1.005-1.015)and wind speed(m/s)(RR=1.197,95%CI:1.118-1.282),and with decreasing daily rainfall(mm)(RR=0.992,95%CI:0.987-0.997)and sunshine hours(h)(RR=0.966,95%CI:0.951-0.980).Conclusions:There were significant relationships between meteorological factors and childhood HFMD incidence in Minhang District,Shanghai.This information can help local health agencies develop strategies for the control and prevention of HFMD under specific climatic conditions.Hongchao Qi Yue Chen Dongli Xu Hualin Su Longwen Zhan Zhiyin Xu Ying Huang Qianshan He Yi Hu Henry Lynn Zhijie Zhang 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:17
2Perspectives and challenges for lead-free energy-storage multilayer ceramic capacitors显示文摘The growing demand for high-power-density electric and electronic systems has encouraged the development of energy-storage capacitors with attributes such as high energy density,high capacitance density,high voltage and frequency,low weight,high-temperature operability,and environmental friendliness.Compared with their electrolytic and film counterparts,energy-storage multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCs)stand out for their extremely low equivalent series resistance and equivalent series inductance,high current handling capability,and high-temperature stability.These characteristics are important for applications including fast-switching third-generation wide-bandgap semiconductors in electric vehicles,5G base stations,clean energy generation,and smart grids.There have been numerous reports on state-of-the-art MLCC energy-storage solutions.However,lead-free capacitors generally have a low-energy density,and high-energy density capacitors frequently contain lead,which is a key issue that hinders their broad application.In this review,we present perspectives and challenges for lead-free energy-storage MLCCs.Initially,the energy-storage mechanism and device characterization are introduced;then,dielectric ceramics for energy-storage applications with aspects of composition and structural optimization are summarized.Progress on state-of-the-art energy-storage MLCCs is discussed after elaboration of the fabrication process and structural design of the electrode.Emerging applications of energy-storage MLCCs are then discussed in terms of advanced pulsed power sources and high-density power converters from a theoretical and technological point of view.Finally,the challenges and future prospects for industrialization of lab-scale lead-free energy-storage MLCCs are discussed.Peiyao ZHAO Ziming CAI Longwen WU Chaoqiong ZHU Longtu LI Xiaohui WANG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,6:3
3Catalytic decomposition performance for O_3 and NO_2 in humid indoor air on a MnO_x/Al_2O_3 catalyst modified by a cost-effective chemical grafting method显示文摘Processes based on non-thermal plasma(NTP) for indoor air treatment inevitably lead to the formation of toxic by-products such as ozone(O_3) and nitrogen oxides(NO_x). Adding a step of heterogeneous catalysis in series with NTP could allow for the decomposition of the by-products. Therefore, different catalysts were developed based on transition metal oxides, such as NiOx, CoOxand MnO_xwith different weight percentage 1, 5 and 10 wt.%,deposited on a γ-Al_2O_3 support. The O_3 removal efficiency(ORE) and the NO_xremoval efficiency(NRE) were very encouraging in dry air: about 65% and 80%, respectively, by using2 g 5 wt.% MnO_x/Al_2O_3 catalyst under the experimental conditions. However, strongly negative effects of relative humidity(RH) on the catalytic decomposition performance were observed. To overcome this limitation, the catalyst surface was modified to make it hydrophobic using a cost-effective chemical grafting method. This treatment consisted in impregnating the 5 wt.% MnO_x/Al_2O_3 catalyst with different trichloro(alkyl)silanes(TCAS).The effects of different linker lengths and amounts of TCAS for the hydrophobicity and the decomposition performance of surface-modified catalysts under humid conditions were investigated. Our results show that the surface-modified catalyst with the shortest linker and 0.25 mmol/gcatof modifying agent represents the best catalytic decomposition performance for O_3. 10Gas accumulation conditions and key technologies for exploration & development of Sinian and Cambrian gas reservoirs in Anyue gasfield显示文摘Exploration of the Sinian-Lower Paleozoic formations in the Sichuan Basin starts from the 1950s,and is tortuous and complex.To summarize the exploration experiences is of great significance of reference for exploration of oil and gas in deep carbonate rocks of the Sichuan Basin.Gas accumulation in the Anyue oversize gasfield is chiefly controlled by the Deyang-Anyue intra-platform rift and central Sichuan paleouplift.The intra-platform rift controls the scale hydrocarbon generation center and effective hydrocarbon plays.The Anyue gasfield is characterized by near-source hydrocarbon accumulation.The marginal zone of intra-platform rift and high part of the paleouplift control the scale distribution of favorable facies belts of reservoir development,and overlapped by paleokarstic reformation,the reservoirs are widely distributed.The intra-platform rift and paleouplift jointly control formation of the scale traps and hydrocarbon enrichment.Gas reservoir features and major controlling factors for hydrocarbon accumulation have some differences in the main play strata,such as Longwangmiao Formation,and Member 4 and Member 2 of Dengying Formation.The gas reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation is a lithologic gas reservoir under the tectonic setting,and the inherited paleouplift is a key for reservoir formation and hydrocarbon accumulation.The gas reservoir in the Member 4 of Dengying Formation is mainly controlled by large structural-stratigraphic composite traps,and the gas reservoir in the Member 2 of Dengying Formation is the structural trap.Distribution of the large gasfields in the Dengying Formation is controlled by the intra-platform rift,near-source hydrocarbon-reservoir configuration controlled by the ancient erosion plane and stratigraphic sealing in the updip direction.For exploration and development of the Anyue gasfield,four series of technologies are developed,namely,reservoir seismic fine description technology,well logging fine evaluation technology of gas layers,fast drilling technology of complex strata,and stimulation technology for high temperature and high pressure gas layers.Technical progresses provide powerful guarantee for efficient exploration and development of the oversize gasfields.Yueming Yang Yu Yang Guang Yang Jiarong Song LongWen Chuanguang Deng Maolong Xia Qi Ran Guobin Duan Bing Luo Bing Xie 2018Petroleum Research2018,3,3:1
11Relationship between breakthrough curve and adsorption isotherm of Ca(Ⅱ)imprinted chitosan microspheres for metal adsorption显示文摘In this work,an equilibrium-dispersion model was successfully established to describe the breakthrough performance of Ca(II) imprinted chitosan(Ca(II)-CS) microspheres packed column for metal adsorption,and the assumptions of Langmuir isotherms and axial dispersion controlled mass transfer process were confirmed.The axial dispersion coefficient in Ca(II)-CS microspheres packed column was found to be almost proportional to the linear velocity and fit for prediction through single breakthrough test.Sensitivity analysis for breakthrough curve indicated the axial dispersion coefficient as well as Langmuir coefficient was sensitive variable for deep removal requirement.The retrieval of the adsorption isotherms of Ca(II)-CS microspheres from breakthrough curve was fulfilled by modelling calibration.A strategy based on the correlation between adsorption isotherms and breakthrough performance was further proposed to simplify the column adsorption design using absorbents with small/uniform size and fast adsorption kinetics like Ca(II)-CS microspheres to cut down the gap between lab and industry.Yangcheng Lu Jing He Longwen Wu Guangsheng Luo 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,2:1

16A novel polymer-based nitrocellulose platform for implementing a multiplexed microfluidic paperbased enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay显示文摘Nitrocellose(NC)membranes,as porous paper-like substrates with high protein-binding capabilties,are very popular in the field of point-of-care immunoassays.However,generating robust hydrophobic structures in NC membranes to fabricate microfluidic paper-based analytical devices(μPADs)remains a great challenge.At present,the main method relies on an expensive wax printer In addition,NC membranes very easy to adhere during the printing process due to electrostatic adsorption.Herein,we developed a facile,fast and low-cost strategy to fabricateμPADs in NC membranes by screen-printing polyurethane acrylate(PUA)as a barrier material for defning flow channels and reaction zones.Moreover,hydrophobic barriers based on UV-curable PUA can resist various surfactant solutions and organic solvents that are generally used in immunoassays and biochemical reactions.To validate the feasibility of this PUA-based NC membrane for immunoassays in point-of-care testing(POCT),we further designed and assembled a rotational paperbased analytical device for implementing a multiplexed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in a simple manner.Using the proposed device under the optimal conditions,alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)could be identified,with limits of detection of 136 pg/mL and 174 pg/mL,respectively,which are below the threshold values of these two cancer biomarkers for clinical diagnosis.We believe that this reliable device provides a promising plaform for the diagnosis of disease based on ELISA or other related bioassays in limited setings or remote regions.Dong Lin Bowei Li Longwen Fu Ji Qi Chunlei Xia Yi Zhang Jiadong Chen Jaebum Choo Lingxin Chen 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,3:0

18Recent advances in high-β_(N) experiments and magnetohydrodynamic instabilities with hybrid scenarios in the HL-2A Tokamak显示文摘Over the past several years,high-β_(N) experiments have been carried out on HL-2A.The high-β_(N) is realized using double transport barriers(DTBs)with hybrid scenarios.A stationary high-β_(N) (>2)scenario was obtained by pure neutral-beam injection(NBI)heating.Transient high performance was also achieved,corresponding to β_(N)≥3,ne/ne_(G)∼0.6,H_(98)∼1.5,f_(bs)∼30%,q_(95)∼4.0,and��∼0.4.The high-β_(N) scenario was successfully modeled using integrated simulation codes,that is,the one modeling framework for integrated tasks(OMFIT).In high-����plasmas,magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)instabilities are abundant,including low-frequency global MHD oscilla-tion with n=1,high-frequency coherent mode(HCM)at the edge,and neoclassical tearing mode(NTM)and Alfvénic modes in the core.In some high-β_(N) discharges,it is observed that the NTMs with m/n=3/2 limit the growth of the plasma energy and decrease β_(N).The low-n global MHD oscillation is consistent with the coupling of destabilized internal(m/n=1/1)and external(m/n=3/1 or 4/1)modes,and plays a crucial role in triggering the onset of ELMs.Achieving high-β_(N) on HL-2A suggests that core-edge interplay is key to the plasma confinement enhancement mechanism.Experiments to enhance β_(N) will contribute to future plasma operation,such as international thermonuclear experimental reactor.Wei Chen Liming Yu Min Xu Xiaoquan Ji Zhongbing Shi Xiaoxue He Zhengji Li Yonggao Li Tianbo Wang Min Jiang Shaobo Gong Jie Wen Peiwan Shi Zengchen Yang Kairui Fang Jia Li Lai Wei Wulv Zhong Aiping Sun Jianyong Cao Xingyu Bai Jiquan Li Xuantong Ding Jiaqi Dong Qingwei Yang Yi Liu Longwen Yan Zhengxiong Wang Xuanru Duan 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,5:0
