| 1 | Beach Morphology and Coastline Evolution in the Southern Bohai Strait显示文摘The beach studied in this paper spans a length of 51 km and is one of several long sandy beaches in the southern Bohai Strait. Due to the obstruction of islands in the northeast and the influence of the underwater topography, the wave environment in the offshore area is complex; beach types and sediment transport characteristics vary along different coasts. The coastlines extracted from six aerial photographs in different years were compared to demonstrate the evolving features. Seven typical beach profiles were selected to study the lateral beach variation characteristics. Continuous wind and wave observation data from Beihuangcheng ocean station during 2009 were employed for the hindcast of the local wave environment using a regional spectral wave model. Then the results of the wave hindcast were incorporated into the LITDRIFT model to compute the sediment transport rates and directions along the coasts and analyze the longshore sand movement. The results show that the coastline evolution of sand beaches in the southern Bohai Strait has spatial and temporal variations and the coast can be divided into four typical regions. Region(I), the north coast of Qimudao, is a slightly eroded and dissipative beach with a large sediment transport rate; Region(II), the southwest coast of Gangluan Port, is a slightly deposited and dissipative beach with moderate sediment transport rate; Region(III), in the central area, is a beach that is gradually transformed from a slightly eroded dissipative beach to a moderately or slightly strong eroded bar-trough beach from west to east with a relatively moderate sediment transport rate. Region(IV), on the east coast, is a strongly eroded and reflective beach with a weak sediment transport rate. The wave conditions exhibit an increasing trend from west to east in the offshore area. The distribution of the wave-induced current inside the wave breaking region and the littoral sediment transport in the nearshore region exhibit a gradual weakening tendency from west to east, which is opposite to the trend of the wave conditions outside the breaking region. The presence of submerged shoal(Dengzhou Shoal), deep trough(Dengzhou Channel), islands and irregular topography influnces the wave climate, beach types, wave-induced current features, littoral sediment transport trends and coastline evolution patterns in the southern Bohai Strait. | 2 | Boosting Chemodynamic Therapy by the Synergistic Effect of Co‑Catalyze and Photothermal Effect Triggered by the Second Near‑Infrared Light显示文摘In spite of the tumor microenvironments responsive cancer therapy based on Fenton reaction(i.e.,chemodynamic therapy,CDT)has been attracted more attentions in recent years,the limited Fenton reaction efficiency is the important obstacle to further application in clinic.Herein,we synthesized novel FeO/MoS2 nanocomposites modified by bovine serum albumin(FeO/MoS2-BSA)with boosted Fenton reaction efficiency by the synergistic effect of co-catalyze and photothermal effect of MoS2 nanosheets triggered by the second near-infrared(NIR II)light.In the tumor microenvironments,the MoS2 nanosheets not only can accelerate the conversion of Fe3+ions to Fe2+ions by Mo4+ions on their surface to improve Fenton reaction efficiency,but also endow FeO/MoS2-BSA with good photothermal performances for photothermal-enhanced CDT and photothermal therapy(PTT).Consequently,benefiting from the synergetic-enhanced CDT/PTT,the tumors are eradicated completely in vivo.This work provides innovative synergistic strategy for constructing nanocomposites for highly efficient CDT. | Songtao Zhang Longhai Jin Jianhua Liu Yang Liu Tianqi Zhang Ying Zhao Na Yin Rui Niu Xiaoqing Li Dongzhi Xue Shuyan Song Yinghui Wang Hongjie Zhang | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,12: | 2 |

| 7 | Nanofiber-based transparent film with controllable optical transparency adjustment function for versatile bionic applications显示文摘As a new favorite in the field of smart materials,smart windows,with visual stimulus sensing functions,have attracted extensive attention for their high transparency,sensitive response to environmental stimulus,and reversible changes in light transmittance.In this paper,the PVA-coPE nanofiber film,which was completely opaque like paper,was used as filling phase and reacted with water-soluble N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP)by photopolymerization to produce a flexible transparency polyvinyl pyrrolidone/spraying PVA-co-PE nanofiber films(PVP/SPNFs)composite film.Among them,the small size effect of PVA-coPE nanofibers played a pivotal role in improving the film's transparency.Nevertheless,the PVP's reversible adsorption-desorption behavior of water molecules made its refractive index change dynamically and reversibly,which led to the visual transition of composite film from transparent to opaque just like that of electronic smart windows.Additionally,the reversible transition rate of film's transparency can be effectively regulated by the nanofiber stack structure.This new design of transparency visualization transforms composite film in response to humidity,innovates the electrically controlled smart windows on energy and realizes the effective utilization of natural resources such as water and humidity,which has a great application prospect in the field of flexible optoelectronic devices,intelligent buildings,and smart writing. | Wen Wang Shuang Wang Chenxue Xiang Dan Xue Mufang Li Qiongzhen Liu Longhai Piao Dong Wang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Time-Modulated Transmissive Programmable Metasurface for Low Sidelobe Beam Scanning显示文摘Programmable metasurfaces have great potential for the implementation of low-complexity and low-cost phased arrays.Due to the difficulty of multiple-bit phase control,conventional programmable metasurfaces suffer a relatively high sidelobe level(SLL).In this manuscript,a time modulation strategy is introduced in the 1-bit transmissive programmable metasurface for reducing the SLLs of the generated patterns.After the periodic time modulation,harmonics are generated in each reconfigurable unit and the phase of the first-order harmonic can be dynamically controlled by applying different modulation sequences onto the corresponding unit.Through the high-speed modulation of the real-time periodic coding sequences on the metasurface by the programmable bias circuit,the equivalent phase shift accuracy to each metasurface unit can be improved to 6-bit and thus the SLLs of the metasurface could be reduced remarkably.The proposed time-modulated strategy is verified both numerically and experimentally with a transmissive programmable metasurface,which obtains an aperture efficiency over 34%and reduced SLLs of about-2o dB.The proposed design could offer a novel approach of a programmable metasurface framework for radar detection and secure communication applications. | Xudong Baio Fuli Zhang Li Sun Anjie Cao Jin Zhang Chong He Longhai Liu Jianquan Yao Weiren Zhu | 2022 | Research2022,,4: | 1 |
