| 2 | Syntheses and crystal structures of rare earth (Nd, Gd) 1-D chain com-plexes with N-p-tolylsulfonyl-β-alanine显示文摘Two rare earth complexes of Ts-β-AlaH with the formula of [Ln2(H2O)4(Ts-β-AlaH)6]n·4nH2O (where Ln = Nd(1), Gd(2); Ts-β-AlaH = N-p-tolylsulfonyl-β-Alanine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the two complexes are isostructural. They crystallize in a monoclinic system with P21/n space group. Crystal data for 1: a = 0.95149(19) nm, b = 1.9012(4) nm, c = 2.2863(5) nm, β = 100.37(3)°, Z = 4, Dc = 1.509 mg/cm3, F(000) = 1880, R1 = 0.0560, wR2 = 0.1564 [I > 2σ (I)]; for 2: a = 0.9495(2) nm, b = 1.9037(4) nm, c = 2.2987(5) nm, β = 99.87(3)°, Z = 4, Dc= 1.541 mg/cm3, F(000) = 1916, R1 = 0.0515, wR2 = 0.1566 [I>2σ (I)]. | 3 | Salvage treatments for prostate-specific antigen relapse of cT3N0M0 prostatic adenocarcinoma after radical prostatectomy combined with neoadjuvant androgen deprivation显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficiency of salvage treatments for prostate specific antigen(PSA)relapse of cT3N0M0 prostatic adenocarcinoma(PCa)after radical prostatectomy(RP)combined with neoadjuvant androgen deprivation(ADT).Methods A total of 332 patients with cT3N0M0 PCa were enrolled in the prospective study and received RP and pelvic lymph node dissection with neoadjuvant ADT for 3 months.All patients with PSA relapse were treated with salvage external beam radiation therapy(RT)and ADT for 6 months.Results The 5-year postoperative PSA relapse rate was 40.96%(136/332).The patients have been divided into the PSA relapse and PSA relapse-free groups in order to compare patient characteristics.The ratio of patients with Gleason score≥8 and positive surgical margin in the PSA relapse group were significantly higher than those of in the PSA relapse-free group(P=0.01).The mean duration between the start of operative treatment and PSA relapse was 31 months.Salvage treatment to all 136 PSA relapse patients led to favorable outcomes.PSA relapse was not observed after salvage treatment by the end of follow-up.The 5-year overall survival rates of the PSA relapse and PSA relapse-free groups were 94.9%and 93.9%,respectively.Conclusion In pursuit of curative treatment,our study showed that RP combined with neoadjuvant ADT is an aggressive multimodality strategy associated with lower PSA relapse and better survival outcomes for stage cT3N0M0 PCa patients.Patients with PSA relapse after RP may benefit from early aggressive salvage RT combined with short-term ADT. | Lufang Zhang Dongliang Pan Ludong Liu Yunjiang Zang Ningchen Li | 2020 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2020,6,6: | 0 |
| 4 | Establishment of a new molecular model for mercury determination verified by single crystal X-ray diffraction,spectroscopic analysis and biological potentials显示文摘A wide variety of molecular probes have been developed for real-time analysis,but most of organic fluorophores possess small Stokes shifts and self-absorption or inner filter effect that could not be avoided.In this study,a new dicyanoisophorone-based derivative(E)-0-(4-(2-(3-(dicyanomethylene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)vinyl)phenyl)diphenylphosphinothioate(λ_(ex)=405 nm,X_(em)=551 nm,denoted as ICM-S) with strong push-pull electron effect has been afforded and it exhibits red shift for absorption from 407 nm to 426 nm with distinct color change from pale yellow to deep yellow upon exposure to Hg~(2+).Moreover,an easily distinguishable fluorescence color change follows the route from green,yellow to red in the presence of Hg~(2+) over the range of 0-90 μmol/L(detection limit=137 nmol/L)can be observed by the naked eye under a UV lamp irradiation.Chlorodiphenylphosphine and sublimedsulfur are incorpo rated as re s ponsive sites and P-O bond has been cleaved upon the addition of mercu ry ions.During the recognition process,such dicyanoisophorone dye(ICM-S) has been evolved to 2-(3-(4-hydroxystyryl)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-enylidene) malononitrile(ICM-OH).Clear evidences in the chemical processes can be identified via single crystal X-ray diffraction,spectroscopic analysis,photophysical studies and titration experiments.With the aim of exploring its potential in biological systems,its in vitro responses to Hg~(2+) have been evaluated in 293 T cells and the effectiveness in zebrafish model has also been verified. | Jiapei Gu Feifan Zhang Ziman Zheng Xiangqian Li Runxuan Deng Zhan Zhou Lufang Ma Wanqiang Liu Qianming Wang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Estimation of pollutant sources in multi-zone buildings through different deconvolution algorithms显示文摘Effective identification of pollution sources is particularly important for indoor air quality.Accurate estimation of source strength is the basis for source effective identification.This paper proposes an optimization method for the deconvolution process in the source strength inverse calculation.In the scheme,the concept of time resolution was defined,and combined with different filtering positions and filtering algorithms.The measures to reduce effects of measurement noise were quantitatively analyzed.Additionally,the performances of nine deconvolution inverse algorithms under experimental and simulated conditions were evaluated and scored.The hybrid algorithms were proposed and compared with single algorithms including Tikhonov regularization and iterative methods.Results showed that for the filtering position and algorithm,Butterworth filtering performed better,and different filtering positions had little effect on the inverse calculation.For the calculation time step,the optimal Tr(time resolution)was 0.667%and 1.33%in the simulation and experiment,respectively.The hybrid algorithms were found to not perform better than the single algorithms,and the SART(simultaneous algebraic reconstruction technique)algorithm from CAT(computer assisted tomography)yielded better performances in the accuracy and stability of source strength identification.The relative errors of the inverse calculation for source strength were typically below 25%using the optimization scheme. | Mo Li Fei Li Yuanqi Jing Kai Zhang Hao Cai Lufang Chen Xian Zhang Lihang Feng | 2022 | Building Simulation2022,15,5: | 0 |
| 6 | A novel contact engineering method for transistors based on two-dimensional materials显示文摘Contact engineering is of critical importance for two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)-based devices.However,there are only a few solutions to overcome this obstacle because of the complexity of the TMD-contact interface.In this work,we propose a novel method using a soft plasma treatment followed by the seamless deposition of a metal electrode to reduce the contact resistance of MoS_(2)field effect transistors(FETs).The treated FETs exhibit three times higher mobility than the control FETs without plasma treatment.The soft plasma treatment can remove the facial sulfur atoms and expose the middle Mo atoms so that they come into direct contact with the metal electrode,thus greatly improving the contact behavior.First-principles calculation is also performed to support the experimental results.Our potentially scalable strategy can be extended to the whole family of TMD based FETs to provide a possible route of device processsing technology for 2D device application. | Yaochen Sheng LuFang Zhang Feng Li Xinyu Chen Zhijian Xie Haiyan Nan Zihan Xu David Wei Zhan Jianhao Chen Yong Pu Shaoqing Xiao Wenzhong Bao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10: | 0 |
