1A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. 3Survey of the research on dynamic weapon-target assignment problem显示文摘The basic concepts and models of weapon-target assignment (WTA) are introduced and the mathematical nature of the WTA models is also analyzed. A systematic survey of research on WTA problem is provided. The present research on WTA is focused on models and algorithms. In the research on models of WTA, the static WTA models are mainly studied and the dynamic WTA models are not fully studied in deed. In the research on algorithms of WTA, the intelligent algorithms are often used to solve the WTA problem. The small scale of static WTA problems has been solved very well, however, the large scale of dynamic WTA problems has not been solved effectively so far. 4Brain functional connectivity network studies of acupuncture: a systematic review on resting-state fMRI显示文摘Background: Functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI) is a novel method for studying the changes of brain networks due to acupuncture treatment. In recent years, more and more studies have focused on the brain functional connectivity network of acupuncture stimulation.Objective: To offer an overview of the different influences of acupuncture on the brain functional connectivity network from studies using resting-state f MRI.Search strategy: The authors performed a systematic search according to PRISMA guidelines. The database Pub Med was searched from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2016 with restriction to human studies in English language.Inclusion criteria: Electronic searches were conducted in Pub Med using the keywords ‘‘acupuncture' and‘‘neuroimaging' or ‘‘resting-state f MRI' or ‘‘functional connectivity'.Data extraction and analysis: Selection of included articles, data extraction and methodological quality assessments were respectively conducted by two review authors.Results: Forty-four resting-state f MRI studies were included in this systematic review according to inclusion criteria. Thirteen studies applied manual acupuncture vs. sham, four studies applied electroacupuncture vs. sham, two studies also compared transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation vs.sham, and nine applied sham acupoint as control. Nineteen studies with a total number of 574 healthy subjects selected to perform f MRI only considered healthy adult volunteers. The brain functional connectivity of the patients had varying degrees of change. Compared with sham acupuncture, verum acupuncture could increase default mode network and sensorimotor network connectivity with pain-, affectiveand memory-related brain areas. It has significantly greater connectivity of genuine acupuncture between the periaqueductal gray, anterior cingulate cortex, left posterior cingulate cortex, right anterior insula, limbic/paralimbic and precuneus compared with sham acupuncture. 5Effect of Nitrogen Management on Yield and Water Use Efficiency of Rainfed Wheat and Maize in Northwest China显示文摘A field experiment with four treatments and four replicates in a randomized complete block design was conducted at the Changwu Experimental Station in Changwu County, Shaanxi Province, of Northwest China from 1998 to 2002. The local cropping sequence of wheat, wheat-beans, maize, and wheat over the 4-year period was adopted. A micro-plot study using 15N-labelled fertilizer was carried out to determine the fate of applied N fertilizer in the first year. When N fertilizer was applied wheat (years 1, 2 and 4) and maize (year 3) grain yield increased significantly (P<0.05) (>30%), with no significant yield differences in normal rainfall years (Years 1, 2 and 3) for N application at the commonly application rate and at 2/3 of this rate. Grain yield of wheat varied greatly between years, mainly due to variation in annual rainfall. Results of 15N studies on wheat showed that plants recovered 36.6%-38.4% of the N applied, the N remained in soil (0-40 cm) ranged from 29.2% to 33.6%, and unaccounted-for N was 29.5%-34.2%. 7Genome-wide analysis of the WRKY transcription factor gene family in Gossypium raimondii and the expression of orthologs in cultivated tetraploid cotton显示文摘WRKY proteins are members of a family of transcription factors in higher plants that function in plant responses to various physiological processes.We identified 120 candidate WRKY genes from Gossypium raimondii with corresponding expressed sequence tags in at least one of four cotton species,Gossypium hirsutum,Gossypium barbadense,Gossypium arboreum,and G.raimondii.These WRKY members were anchored on 13 chromosomes in G.raimondii with uneven distribution.Phylogenetic analysis showed that WRKY candidate genes can be classified into three groups,with 20 members in group I,88 in group II,and 12 in group III.The88 genes in group II were further classified into five subgroups,groups IIa–e,containing 7,16,37,15,and 13 members,respectively.We characterized diversity in amino acid residues in the WRKY domain and/or other zinc finger motif regions in the WRKY proteins.The expression patterns of WRKY genes revealed their important roles in diverse functions in cotton developmental stages of vegetative and reproductive growth and stress response.Structural and expression analyses show that WRKY proteins are a class of important regulators of growth and development and play key roles in response to stresses in cotton.Caiping Cai Erli Niu Hao Du Liang Zhao Yue Feng Wangzhen Guo 2014The Crop Journal2014,2,Z1:23

11Isoliquiritigenin inhibits TGF-β1-induced fibrogenesis through activating autophagy via PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in MRC-5 cells显示文摘Isoliquiritigenin(ISL),a natural flavonoid derived from the root of liquorice,has been reported to possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.Previous studies have found that ISL plays a crucial role in anti-fibrosis of adipose tissue and renal tissue;however,its effect on pulmonary fibrogenesis has not been demonstrated.In this study,we aimed to explore the roles and the underlying mechanisms of ISL in TGF-β1-induced fibrogenesis using human lung fibroblast-derived MRC-5 cells.Cell proliferation and migration were determined by MTT and wound healing assay,respectively.The expression levels of alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),collagen type I alpha 1(COLIA1)and fibronectin(FN),microtubule-associated protein light chain 3(LC3)and related signaling molecules were detected by quantitative real-time PCR,western blot and immunofluorescence assay,correspondingly.EGFP-LC3 transfection was used for autophagy analysis.The results showed that ISL inhibited the TGF-β1-induced proliferation and migration,and down-regulated the expressions ofα-SMA,COLIA1 and FN.ISL treatment led to up-regulation of LC3 in TGF-β1-treated MRC-5 cells,accompanied by significant decrease in the phosphorylation levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K),protein kinase B(AKT),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).In addition,the inhibitory effects of ISL on TGF-β1-induced fibrogenic features in MRC-5 cells were enhanced by pretreatment with autophagy activator Rapmycin and PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 and reversed by autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine and PI3K/AKT activator IGF-1.Taken together,our results demonstrated that ISL could attenuate the fibrogenesis of TGF-β1-treated MRC-5 cells by activating autophagy via suppressing the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.Therefore,ISL holds a great potential to be developed as a novel therapeutic agent for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Jinjuan He Hao Peng Meifang Wang Ying Liu Xingrong Guo Bin Wang Longjun Dai Xueqin Cheng Zhongji Meng Leyong Yuan Fenglin Cai Yijun Tang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,8:16

14Relationship of Inflammation and Endothelial Dysfunction with Risks to Cardiovascular Disease among People in Inner Mongolia of China显示文摘Objective To explore the relationship of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction with risks to cardiovascular disease(CVD).Methods Blood pressure,body weight,body height,waist circumference and lifestyle risk factors were measured and studied among 2589 participants in Inner Mongolia of China,and biomarkers of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),soluble E-selectin(sE-selectin),and angiotensin II were investigated.Results Subjects with metabolic risk factors for CVD had higher levels of hsCRP,sE-selectin and sICAM-1 than those without such risk factors(all P<0.05).Levels of all biomarkers positively and significantly increased with aggregation of the metabolic risk factors among the subjects(all P for trend<0.001).Data from the multivariate analysis showed that participants with high levels of hsCRP [odds ratio(OR): 1.96,95% confidence interval(CI): 1.52-2.53],sE-selectin(OR: 1.35,95% CI: 1.05-1.72),and angiotensin II(OR: 1.81,95% CI: 1.40-2.33) were more likely to develop hypertension; participants with high levels of hsCRP(OR: 2.33,95% CI: 1.85-2.94),sE-selectin(OR: 1.24,95% CI: 1.00-1.54),and sICAM-1(OR: 1.70,95% CI: 1.30-2.22) were more likely to develop dyslipidemia,and those with high levels of hsCRP(OR: 2.95,95% CI: 2.27-3.83) and sICAM-1(OR: 2.80,95% CI: 2.06-3.80) were more likely to develop hyperglycemia.Conclusion Biomarkers of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction were separately associated with relevant metabolic risk factors for CVD.And appropriate measures should be taken to control inflammation and improve endothelial function among individuals with different metabolic risk factors for CVD.PENG Hao HAN Shu Hai LIU Hai Ying Vasisht CHANDNI CAI Xiao Qing ZHANG Yong Hong 2013Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2013,26,10:15

16Optimization of the processing technology of Fructus Arctii by response surface methodology显示文摘The present study was designed to optimize the processing of Fructus Arctii by response surface methodology(RSM).Based on single factor studies,a three-variable,three-level Box-Behnken design(BBD) was used to monitor the effects of independent variables,including processing temperature and time,on the dependent variables.Response surfaces and contour plots of the contents of total lignans,chlorogenic acid,arctiin,and arctigenin were obtained through ultraviolet and visible(UV-Vis) monitoring and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Fructus Arctii should be processed under heating in a pot at 311℃,medicine at 119 °C for 123 s with flipping frequently.The experimental values under the optimized processing technology were consistent with the predicted values.In conclusion,RSM is an effective method to optimize the processing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).LIU Qi-Di QIN Kun-Ming SHEN Bao-Jia CAI Hao CAI Bao-Chang 2015Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2015,13,3:14
17Spatial distribution and focal mechanism solutions of the Wenchuan earthquake series:Results and implications显示文摘We relocate the spatial distribution of the devastating 12 May 2008 Wenchuan earthquake and its aftershocks.The relocation database is obtained from 89 stations deployed by the China Earthquake Administration,including 54 525 seismograms from 1 376 local earthquakes over MS3.5 between 12 May 2008 and 3 August 2008.The cross-correlation technique used in this paper has greatly improved the relocation precision by giving much more accurate P-wave differential travel-time measurements than those obtained from routinely picked phase onsets.At the same time,we pick P-wave polarity observations of the Wenchuan earthquake series (hereafter referred to as WES) from 1 023 stations in China and 59 IRIS (Incorporated Research Institutions of Seismology) stations.Then,employing a newly developed program CHNYTX,we obtain 83 well-determined focal mechanism solutions (hereafter referred to as FMSs).Based on spatial distribution and FMSs of the WES,we draw following conclusions:(1) The region near the main shock exhibits a buried low-angle northwest-dipping seismic zone with the main shock at its upper end and two conjugated seismic zones dipping southeast with roughly equal dip-angle;(2) The compressional directions of all kinds of FMSs of the WES are subhorizontal,which reflects the dominant stress in this area is compressional;(3) The principal compressional direction of the regional stress around Wenchuan is roughly perpendicular to the strike of Beichuan-Yingxiu fault,while around Qingchuan it is roughly parallel to the strike of Qingchuan fault.In intermediate part of the Longmenshan area,the principal compressional direction of the stress should be in-between;(4) The possibly existed molten materials in the lower crust of Songpan-Garze terrain have small contribution to the local stress state in Longmenshan area.The listric geometries of the Longmenshan faults most probably resulted from subhorizontal compression along NW-SE direction in history.Chen Cai Chunquan Yu Kai Tao Xingping Hu Yuan Tian Hao Zhang Xiaofeng Cui Jieyuan Ning 2011Earthquake Science2011,24,1:13
18An efficient range-free localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks显示文摘Node positioning is a fundamental problem in applications of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In this paper, a new range-free algorithm, called spring swarm localization algorithm (SSLA), is proposed for positioning WSNs. To determine the locations of sensor nodes, the proposed algorithm uses network topology information and a small fraction of sensor nodes which know their locations. Numerical simulations show that high positioning accuracy can be obtained by using the algorithm. 19Impact of hillslope vegetation restoration on gully erosion induced sediment yield显示文摘Facing the eco-environmental construction on the Loess Plateau, especially the vegeta-tion restoration in the semiarid areas, as well as the dam system engineering construction that is about to start, how can the vegetation restoration gain the optimum ecological benefits following the improvement of the preservation rates of trees and grass on the basis of guaranteeing water storage and silt trapping effects? What techniques should be taken to restore vegetation? These questions critical to environmental management on the Loess Plateau have to be settled urgently. According to the different macroscopic spatial distribution patterns of forest and grass on the Loess Plateau, this paper analyzes the macroscopic hillslope and gully management relationship in the middle Yellow River and weight of natural and human factors in erosion-induced sediment yield in the context of environmental background of the major silt producing areas. In light of the current status of the inte-grated management of small watersheds and soil and water conservation measure arrangement schemes of hillslopes and gullies on the Loess Plateau, this paper discusses the impact of vegetation restoration on gully erosion induced sediment yield and the effect of vegetation caused sediment re-duction. Studies indicate that there exists an erosional environmental background related to the natural and human activities in the sediment yield peak values of the sandy and coarse sandy areas in the middle Yellow River, sediment yield modulus is closely related to the synthetic effect of environ-mental elements, and the rainstorms, reclamation rate and forest coverage are the main factors af-fecting sediment yield modulus in the sandy and coarse sandy areas. The key to control soil erosion in the sandy and coarse sandy areas is the conversion of farmland into forestland and grassland, the reduction of reclamation rate and the increase of tree and grass vegetation. Small catchment man-agement should adhere to the principle of simultaneous control of hillslope and gully erosion and combination of biological measures with engineering measures. Engineering measures play an im-portant role in the hillslope vegetation restoration in the initial period. 20Prognostic role of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio in operable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To determine the prognostic significance of preoperative serum neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).METHODS: Data from 371 eligible patients with ESCC who had undergone surgery with curative intent at our institution between October 2000 and May 2007 were retrospectively recruited for analysis. The cutoff value of NLR was 3.0 as determined by the receiver operating characteristic curve, which discriminated between survival and death; the area under the curve was 0.709, and the sensitivity and specificity were 66.1% and 69.1%, respectively, at the cutoff point. The correlation between the NLR and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed using a χ2 test. The prognostic influence of the NLR and other clinicopathological factors on cancer-specific survival(CSS) and recurrence-free survival(RFS) was studied using the Kaplan-Meier method. To evaluate the independent prognostic value of NLR, multivariate Cox regression models were applied.RESULTS:The median age of the patients was 57.0years,and 276/371(74.4%)patients were male.The NLR was≤3.0 in 80.1%(297/371)of the patients,and the remaining 19.9%(74/371)had an NLR>3.0.Median postoperative follow-up was 66.0 mo[interquartile range(IQR):49.0-76.0 mo],with a follow-up rate of 94%.Follow-up was not significantly different between patients with an NLR≤and>3.0(63.13±1.64 vs 61.52±3.66,P=0.711).However,higher preoperative serum NLR was associated with significantly increased risks of higher pathological tumor status(P=0.007).A significant,independent association between high preoperative serum NLR and poor clinical outcome was identified in a multivariate analysis for CSS(HR=1.591;P=0.007)and RFS(HR=1.525;P=0.013).Moreover,when patients were stratified by pathological tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)staging,the adverse effects of preoperative serum NLR on CSS(HR=2.294;P=0.008)and RFS(HR=2.273;P=0.008)were greatest in those patients with stageⅢA disease.CONCLUSION:Preoperative serum NLR is a useful prognostic marker to complement TNM staging for operable ESCC patients,particularly in patients with stageⅢA disease.Hao Duan Xu Zhang Fei-Xiang Wang Mu-Yan Cai Guo-Wei Ma Hong Yang Jian-Hua Fu Zi-Hui Tan Yu-Qi Meng Xia-Yu Fu Qi-Long Ma Peng Lin 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,18:13
