In this review, we summarize the most recent advances in luminescent lanthanide complexes and their applications from 2015 to August 2017 concerning of general concepts to potential applications. We first introduce the basic concept of sensitized luminescence of lanthanide complexes and the strategies used for highly luminescent complexes. Then recent varieties of luminescent lanthanide complexes and their hybrid materials are presented. | 4 | Network traffic classification based on ensemble learning and co-training显示文摘Classification of network traffic is the essential step for many network researches. However,with the rapid evolution of Internet applications the effectiveness of the port-based or payload-based identifi-cation approaches has been greatly diminished in recent years. And many researchers begin to turn their attentions to an alternative machine learning based method. This paper presents a novel machine learning-based classification model,which combines ensemble learning paradigm with co-training tech-niques. Compared to previous approaches,most of which only employed single classifier,multiple clas-sifiers and semi-supervised learning are applied in our method and it mainly helps to overcome three shortcomings:limited flow accuracy rate,weak adaptability and huge demand of labeled training set. | 5 | Automatic segmentation of foveal avascular zone based on adaptive watershed algorithm in retinal optical coherence tomography angiography images显示文摘The size and shape of the foveal avascular zone(FAZ)have a strong positive correlation with several vision-threatening ret inovascular diseases.The identification,segmentation and analysis of FAZ are of great significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment.We presented an adaptive watershed algorithm to automatically extract F AZ from retinal optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)images.For the traditional watershed algorithm,'over-segmentation'is the most common problem.FAZ is often incorrectly divided into multiple regions by redundant'dams'.This paper analyzed the relationship between the'dams'length and the maximum inscribed circle radius of FAZ,and proposed an adaptive watershed algorithm to solve the problem of'over-segmentation'.Here,132 healthy retinal images and 50 diabetic retinopathy(DR)images were used to verify the accuracy and stability of the algorithm.Three ophthal-mologists were invited to make quan titative and qualitative evaluations on the segmentation results of this algorithm.The quantitative evaluation results show that the correlation coffi-cients between the automatic and manual segmentation results are 0.945(in healthy subjects)and 0.927(in DR patients),respectively.For qualitative evaluation,the percentages of'perfect segmentation'(score of 3)and'good segmentation'(score of 2)are 99.4%(in healthy subjects)and 98.7%(in DR patients),respectively.This work promotes the application of watershed algorithm in FAZ segmentation,making it a useful tool for analyzing and diagnosing eye diseases. | Jian Liu Shixin Yan Nan Lu Dongni Yang Chunhui Fan Hongyu Lv Shuanglian Wang in Zhu Yuqian Zhao Yi Wang Zhenhe Ma Yao Yu | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Genomic footprints of Kam Sweet Rice domestication indicate possible migration routes of theDongpeople inChina andprovide resources for future rice breeding显示文摘The Dong people are one of China’s 55 recognized ethnic minorities,but there has been a long-standing debate about their origins.In this study,we performed whole-genome resequencing of Kam Sweet Rice(KSR),a valuable,rare,and ancient rice landrace unique to the Dong people.Through comparative genomic analyses of KSR and other rice landraces from south of the Yangtze River Basin in China,we provide evidence that the ancestors of the Dong people likely originated from the southeast coast of China at least 1000 years ago.Alien introgression and admixture in KSR demonstrated multiple migration events in the history of the Dong people.Genomic footprints of domestication demonstrated characteristics of KSR that arose from artificial selection and geographical adaptation by the Dong people.The key genes GS3,Hd1,and DPS1(related to agronomic traits)and LTG1 and MYBS3(related to cold tolerance)were identified as domestication targets,reflecting crop improvement and changes in the geographical environment of the Dong people during migration.A genome-wide association study revealed a candidate yield-associated gene,Os01g0923300,a specific haplotype in KSR that is important for regulating grain number per panicle.RNA-sequencing and quantitative reverse transcription-PCR results showed that this gene was more highly expressed in KSR than in ancestral populations,indicating that it may have great value in increasing yield potential in other rice accessions.In summary,our work develops a novel approach for studying human civilization and migration patterns and provides valuable genomic datasets and resources for future breeding of high-yield and climate-resilient rice varieties. | Chunhui Liu Tianyi Wang Huicha Chen Xiaoding Ma Chengzhi Jiao Di Cui Bing Han Xiaobing Li Aixia Jiao Renchao Ruan Dayuan Xue Yanjie Wang Longzhi Han | 2023 | Molecular Plant2023,16,2: | 3 |

| 12 | Formation of a new intermediate phase and its evolution toward θ’ during aging of pre-deformed Al-Cu alloys显示文摘The frequent occurrence of hitherto unknown phase Pre-θ′-2 and unusual 1.5 cθ′thick θ′precipitate was observed by atomic-resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy in the well-studied Al-Cu alloys. This phenomenon is associated with heterogeneous precipitate nucleation and growth on preexisting dislocations introduced by slight deformation prior to aging. In this study, the precise structure details of Pre-θ′-2 was determined by atomic scale imaging, image simulation based on image forming theories and first principle calculations. Pre-θ′-2 has a well-defined ordered structure sandwiched between two 2 aAl(~1.5 cθ′) spaced Cu layers on {200}Alplanes. | 15 | Effect of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) for the treatment of diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome: a patient-blinded pilot trial with orthogonal design显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV6) in patients with diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS) by assessing predominant factors, and determining the best factor combinations and their interactions. To identify the optimal quantity of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) to achieve optimal efficacy.METHODS: An L9(3~4) orthogonal design was applied to 233 confirmed subjects based on the three most influential factors and the three most frequently used levels. Nine programs were designed.Subjects were assigned to four subgroups according to age and gender; each subject underwent one of the nine programs randomly. We selected Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6). The scores of symptoms and the IBS Quality of Life(IBS-QOL) were evaluated after the final treatment.RESULTS: After treatment, clinical symptoms of all patients were significantly improved(P = 0.001).Quality of life also improved significantly(P < 0.05).For all the participants, frequency was the dominating factor regarding symptoms(P = 0.01). Duration was the dominating factor for quality of life(P =0.0001). The best combination for improving symptoms in 30-40-year-old male and female patients was two courses of 10 min each once a day, and for41-50-year-old male and female patients it was three courses of 10 min(males) or 30 min(females)twice a day. The best combination for quality of life was three courses of 20 min once a day. No interaction was found between frequency and course, or frequency and duration.CONCLUSION: Warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) is a promising therapy for D-IBS. | 17 | Dislocation reconfiguration during creep deformation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy via electropulsing显示文摘Creep mechanism was well-known to be mainly dominated by the dislocation sliding and climbing during creep deformation. Here we study the creep deformation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy with the assistance of electropulsing and subsequent microstructural observations. We find that creep strain increased drastically under electropulsing and was almost twelve times as much as that of the non-pulsed sample. Microstructural observations confirmed that dislocation reconfiguration happens via electropulsing, namely helical dislocations being opened rapidly. This opened dislocation structure can possess a much higher mobility than the initial helical dislocation, which mostly responsible for the greatly increased creep strain.
