| 1 | Preparation and characterization of 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane grafted montmorillonite and acid-activated montmorillonite显示文摘3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane grafted montmorillonites were synthesized with montmorillonite, acidactivated montmorillonites and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in ethanol-water mixture. The resulting products were investigated using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG). XRD patterns demonstrated that silane was intercalated into the montmorillonite gallery, indicated by increasing basal spacings. These intercalated silanes probably adopt bilayer arrangement models within the montmorillonite and acid-activated montmorillonites interlayer spaces. TG and DTG curves indicate that acidification results in a decrease of the thermal stability of the resultant montmorillonites. | 2 | Tunable luminescence,energy transfer and excellent thermal stability of SrMg2(PO4)2:Ce^3+,Tb^3+ phosphors for LEDs显示文摘A series of novel SrMg2(PO4)2:Ce^3+,Tb^3+(SMP:Ce^3+,Tb^3+)phosphors with tunable emission spectra were produced via high temperature solid phase method.XRD,fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence lifetime for SMP:Ce^3+,Tb^3+were studied in detail.Under the excitation at 308 nm,SMP:Ce^3+,Tb^3+samples can emit high efficiency tunable blue-green light by controlling the proportion of dopant concentration.Through the spectral overlap and the regular change of fluorescence lifetime,it is proved that there is a significant energy transfer between Ce^3+and Tb^3+in SMP matrix and the energy transfer mechanism is determined to be an electric dipole-dipole interaction with energy transmission efficiency of 55%.In additional,Commission International de L’Eclairage(CIE)color coordinates and thermal stability were studied.All above findings suggest that SMP:Ce^3+,Tb^3+can be regarded as the potential bluish green phosphor for LED applications. | Wanxin Mi Jun Zheng Peng Qiao Lili Cao Siqi Chu Hongping Ma | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021，39，1： | 4 |
| 3 | Amorphous TiO_2-supported Keggin-type ionic liquid catalyst catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene in diesel显示文摘Supported ionic liquid(IL) catalysts [C_nmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)/Am TiO_2(amorphous TiO_2) were synthesized through a one-step method for extraction coupled catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS) system. Characterizations such as FTIR, DRS,wide-angle XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption and XPS were applied to analyze the morphology and Keggin structure of the catalysts. In ECODS with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, it was found that ILs with longer alkyl chains in the cationic moiety had a better effect on the removal of dibenzothiophene. The desulfurization could reach 100% under optimal conditions, and GC–MS analysis was employed to detect the oxidized product after the reaction. Factors affecting the desulfurization efficiencies were discussed, and a possible mechanism was proposed. In addition, cyclic experiments were also conducted to investigate the recyclability of the supported catalyst. | 4 | Reliable and Efficient Agrobacterium tumefaciens-Mediated Genetic Transformation of Dianthus spiculifolius显示文摘Dianthus spiculifolius is a perennial herbaceous flower with strong environmental adaptability and is an important ornamental ground cover plant.In this study,seeds of D.spiculifolius were used as explants for callus induction,adventitious bud differentiation,and rooting by adding different concentrations of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),6-benzyl aminopurine(6-BA),and naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)to Murashige and Skoog medium.The calli generated were co-cultured with Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 containing pBI121-GUS or pBI121-GFP plasmids for 30 min,and transgenic regenerated plants were obtained by kanamycin(30mg·L^−1)screening.RT-PCR confirmed the stable expression of the exogenous GUS and GFP genes in the D.spiculifolius.Theβ-glucuronidase(GUS)histochemical staining confirmed GUS gene expression in transgenic calli,adventitious buds,and regenerated plants of D.spiculifolius.The green fluorescent protein(GFP)visual analysis showed GFP gene expression in transgenic calli.Furthermore,subcellular localization analysis showed that the three organelle marker proteins were not only successfully expressed but also accurately localized to their corresponding organelles in D.spiculifolius callus cells.These results indicated a successful establishment of a reliable and efficient A.tumefaciens-mediated genetic transformation system,which will contribute to functional gene research and genetic improvement of D.spiculifolius. | Jingang Wang Shiyue Liu Hongping Ma Ye Tao Shuang Feng Shufang Gong Jinzhu Zhang Aimin Zhou | 2020 | Horticultural Plant Journal2020，6，3： | 2 |
| 5 | The oral microbiome of pregnant women facilitates gestational diabetes discrimination显示文摘The oral microbiota plays an important role in the development of various diseases,whereas its association with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) remains largely unclear.The aim of this study is to identify biomarkers from the oral microbiota of GDM patients by analyzing the microbiome of the saliva and dental plaque samples of 111 pregnant women.We find that the microbiota of both types of oral samples in GDM patients exhibits differences and significantly varies from that of patients with periodontitis or dental caries.Using bacterial biomarkers from the oral microbiota,GDM classification models based on support vector machine and random forest algorithms are constructed.The area under curve (AUC) value of the classification model constructed by combination of Lautropia and Neisseria in dental plaque and Streptococcus in saliva reaches 0.83,and the value achieves a maximum value of 0.89 by adding clinical features.These findings suggest that certain bacteria in either saliva or dental plaque can effectively distinguish women with GDM from healthy pregnant women,which provides evidence of oral microbiome as an informative source for developing noninvasive biomarkers of GDM. | Xiaoqing Li Jiayong Zheng Xiuling Ma Bing Zhang Jinyang Zhang Wenhuan Wang Congcong Sun Yeping Wang Jianqiong Zheng Haiying Chen Jiejing Tao Hai Wang Fengyi Zhang Jinfeng Wang Hongping Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021，48，1： | 2 |

| 8 | Effect of Atorvastatin on Serum MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Rabbits with Chronic Heart Failure显示文摘Objective: To observe the effects of atorvastatin on serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in the development of chronic heart failure. To investigate the role of atorvastatin in the therapy of chronic heart failure and determine its possible mechanism of action. Methods: Thirty Japanese Big Ear rabbits were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups: sham-operated group(SO group), heart failure control group(HC group) and heart failure atorvastatin therapy group(HA group), with 6, 12 and 12 animals in the respective groups. Volume overloading was produced in the HC group and HA group animals by creating an aortic insufficiency, induced by damaging the aortic valve with a catheter introduced through the carotid artery. After 14 days, abdominal aorta constriction was performed in order to obtain a pressure overload. Six weeks later rabbits in the HA group were administered atorvastatin 3mg. Kg-1.d-1 for 4 weeks, at which time the experiment was terminated. Arterial blood was drawn and serum levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured in all groups at the same time using an ELISA method. Results: Structural and functional indicators of chronic heart failure(CHF) were seen in both the HC and HA groups, but atorvastatin significantly reduced the observed effects. The serum concentrations of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were at low levels in all three groups at the start of the study, with no difference between them(P < 0.05). At the end of 6th week concentrations were significantly increased in the HC and HA groups compared with the SO group(P < 0.05), but there were no differences between the HC group and HA group(P > 0.05). The increased concentrations in HC group continued to the end of the experiment, but values in the HA group were all lower than those in the HC group by the end of the experiment(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum concentrations of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 increase significantly during the course of CHF, paralleling the pathological progress of CHF.
