| 1 | Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot. | Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 34 |

| 3 | Electroacupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome using positron emission tomography Changes in visceral sensation center显示文摘Previous studies have demonstrated that electroacupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. However, the precise mechanism of this therapy is unknown. The present study served to investigate the effects of electroacupuncture therapy on treatment of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). We compared brain activation maps based on the changes of cerebral glucose metabolism obtained by 18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography scanning under three conditions: resting, rectal balloon distension and rectal balloon distension plus electroacupuncture. Under the resting condition, compared with healthy controls, IBS patients displayed an increasing regional cerebral metabolic rate of glucose over a wide range: bilateral superior temporal gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus, superior frontal gyrus and bilateral middle frontal gyrus. However, there was no significant activity in the visceral pain center. Compared with the resting condition, under the rectal balloon distension condition, patients with IBS had a greater regional cerebral metabolic rate of glucose in the prefrontal cortex, left anterior cingulate cortex, postcentral gyrus, precentral gyrus and temporal gyrus. Under the rectal balloon distension plus electroacupuncture condition, stimulation by electroacupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) manifested a decreased regional cerebral metabolic rate of glucose in the left cingulate gyrus, right insula, right caudate nucleus, fusiform gyrus and hippocampal gyrus. | 4 | Arsenic trioxide encapsulated liposomes prepared via copper acetate gradient loading method and its antitumor efficiency显示文摘In this study, arsenic trioxide(ATO) was encapsulated in liposomes via copper acetate(Cu(OAc)2) gradients and high entrapment efficiency of over 80% was obtained. The average particle size and the zeta-potential of the liposomes were detected to be 115.1 ± 29.1 nm and-21.97 ± 0.6 m V, respectively. The TEM images showed rod-like precipitates in the inner aqueous phase, which was supposed be due to the formation of insoluble ATO–Cu complex.The in vitro drug release of ATO–Cu liposomes exhibited a sustained release over 72 h, and the release rates decreased with the increase of the p H of release media. Pharmacokinetic and tissue distribution studies of ATO liposomes showed significantly reduced plasma clearance rate, increased AUC0–12h and T1/2, and improved tumor distribution of As compared to iv administration of ATO solution. The anti-tumor effect of ATO loaded liposomes to S180 tumor-bearing mice was significantly improved with a tumor inhibition rate of 61.2%,meanwhile the toxicity of encapsulated ATO was greatly decreased. | 5 | Nanocrystals of halide perovskite:Synthesis,properties,and applications显示文摘Recently, halide perovskite materials have become an exciting topic of research mainly due to their outstanding photovoltaic performance with the highest efficiency up to 22.1% at present. The nanocrystals(NCs) of these perovskites show quantum size effect, tunable bandgap, and excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) in specific cases. Perovskite NCs have hence displayed great potentials in a broad range of applications, such as solar cells, light-emitting devices(LEDs), photodetectors, and lasers. In this review, we summarized the recent progress on the synthesis, optoelectronic properties and applications of the nanostructures of these halide perovskite materials, including hybrid organic–inorganic perovskites,pure inorganic perovskite, and perovskite-derived NCs. | 9 | High performance perovskite solar cells using TiO2 nanospindles as ultrathin mesoporous layer显示文摘Single crystal anatase TiO_2 nanospindles(NSs) with highly exposed {101} facets were synthesized and employed as electron transport materials(ETMs) in perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL) spectra revealed that the TiO_2 NSs are more effective than TiO_2 nanoparticles in accepting electrons from perovskite. Moreover, the TiO_2 nanospindles further endowed the PSCs with good reproducibility and suppressed hysteresis. To use commonly wideband linear array with tapped delay line (TDL) structure and complex weights, the FIB design is provided according to the rule of minimizing the sidelobe level of the beampattern at the reference frequency while keeping the distortionless response constraint in the mainlobe direction at the reference frequency, the norm constraint of the weight vector and the amplitude constraint of the averaged spatial response variation (SRV). This kind of beamformer design problem can be solved with the interior-point method after being converted to the form of standard second order cone programming (SOCP). | 15 | Crystallization tailoring of cesium/formamidinium double-cation perovskite for efficient and highly stable solar cells显示文摘Achieving high-quality perovskite crystal films is a critical prerequisite in boosting solar cell efficiency and improving the device stability,but the delicate control of nucleation and growth of the perovskite film remains limited success.Herein,a facile but effective strategy has been developed to finely tailor the crystallization of thermally stable cesium/formamidinium(Cs/FA)based perovskite via partially replacing PbI2 with PbCl2 in the precursor solution.The incorporation of chlorine into the perovskite crystal lattice derived from PbCl2 changes the crystallization process and improves the crystal quality,which further results in the formation of larger crystal grains compared to the control sample.The larger crystal grains with high crystallinity lead to reduced grain boundaries,suppressed non-radiative recombination,and enhanced photoluminescence lifetime.Under the optimized conditions,the methylammonium free perovskite solar cells(PSCs)delivers a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 21.30%with an open-circuit voltage as high as 1.18 V,which is one of the highest efficiencies for Cs/FA based PSCs up to now.Importantly,the unencapsulated PSC devices retain more than 95%and 81%of their original PCEs even after long-term(over one year)storage under ambient conditions or 2000 h’s thermal aging at 850C in a nitrogen atmosphere,respectively. | Jianchao Yang Yu Chen Weijian Tang Shubo Wang Qingshan Ma Yihui Wu Ningyi Yuan Jianning Ding Wen-Hua Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 1 |

| 19 | Reversion of natural ageing and restoration of quick bake-hardening response in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy显示文摘The high-strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy provides much better dent resistance and weight-reduction potential compared to the conventional Al alloys used for the automobile body panels.However,natural ageing(NA)significantly reduces the formability of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy.The reversion of natural ageing has been systematically investigated by hardness test,tensile test,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Substantial reversion of natural ageing and thus hardness decrease occurs immediately upon thermal treatment at 120–210℃in an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy.Although the hardness of the most reverted state decreases with increasing temperature,the lowest hardness is still higher than the as-quenched state by 30 HV.As revealed by the complementary DSC and TEM observations,this is ascribed to the synchronization of the dissolution and the re-precipitation of the solutes in the NA clusters during reversion ageing.Reversion at 180–210℃for less than 30 s leads to a hardness decline of 40 HV.The hardening kinetics during NA after reversion is slower than that during first-time NA due to the reduced vacancy concentration.Artificial ageing at 180℃for 30 min after secondary NA of less than 24 h induces intensive precipitation of plate-like pre-ηphases and a giant strength increase of 188–204 MPa.Potential use of high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy in automobile body panels could be realized by appropriate reversion treatment improving the formability and the quick bake hardening response. | Chunhui Liu Zhuangzhuang Feng Peipei Ma Yihui Zhou Guohui Li Lihua Zhan | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,36: | 0 |
