1Advances in locoregional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma combined with immunotherapy and targeted therapy显示文摘Locoregional therapies(LRTs)of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)represented by ablation and TACE has become the main means for the clinical treatment of unresectable HCC.Among these,TACE is used throughout the stageⅠb toⅢb of HCC treatment.In recent years,immunotherapy led by immune checkpoint inhibitors has become a hot direction in clinical research.At the same time,targeted drugs such as Sorafenib and Apatinib have played an important role in the treatment and complementary therapy of advanced HCC,and their clinical application has been quite mature.HCC is the sixth most common malignant tumor in the world.When it comes to its treatment,different therapies have different indications,and their individual efficacies are not satisfactory,which makes the exploration of the use of combination therapy in HCC treatment become a new trend.In this paper,the status of the three therapies and the progress of their combined application are briefly reviewed.Jian Xue Hongbo Ni Fan Wang Ke Xu Meng Niu 2021Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,3:21

4Zircon U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes of Neoproterozoic Meta-Igneous Rocks in the Liansandao Area,Northern Sulu Orogen,Eastern China,and the Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Sulu Orogen preserves the Neoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic events,corresponding to the breaking up of the Rodinia supercontinent.The ages and petrogenesis of meta-igneous rocks in the Liansandao area in the northern Sulu Orogen are not well-constrained.This study reports zircon U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes of these rocks from the Liansandao area.Three meta-igneous rock samples give similar weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U ages of 744±11,767±12,and 762±15 Ma,respectively,indicating the Neoproterozoic crystallization ages.These rocks formed coevally with the Wulian and Yangkou intrusions that located along the Yantai-Qingdao-Wulian fault zone.The Neoproterozoic ages indicate that the meta-igneous rocks from the Liansandao area have affinity to the Yangtze Block.The three samples haveεHf(t)values of-7.2–-10.5,-6.0–-17.5,and-6.8–-12.0,respectively.These negativeεHf(t)values indicate a primarily crustal source.However,the widely variousεHf(t)values that are higher than the continental crust,suggesting magma mixing between mantle-derived materials and the continental crust or source heterogeneity.Combined with the Hf model ages and geochemical characteristics,the monzodiorite(sample LSD-2)is most likely to be mantle-derived magma then interacted with ancient continental crust,and the granitic protolith(samples LSD-1 and LSD-3)in the Liansandao area might derive from the re-melting of a Paleoproterozoic continental crust at^750 Ma,resulting from the upwelling and underplating of mantle-derived magma formed in an extensional setting due to the break-up of the Rodinia supercontinent.Zhaojun Song Huimin Liu Fanxue Meng Xingyu Yuan Qiao Feng Dingwu Zhou Juan Ramon Vidal Romani Hongbo Yan 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6:4
5Characteristics of the pollutant emissions in a tunnel of Shanghai on a weekday显示文摘Tunnel displays a typical semi-closed environment, and multitudes of the pollutants tend to accumulate. The samples of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter(PM) were collected from the Xiangyin tunnel at Shanghai to investigate the characteristics of the pollutant emissions. The results indicated that both gaseous pollutants and PM exhibited much higher concentrations during the rush hours in the morning and at night due to vehicle emission. Two peaks of the PM concentration were observed in the scope of 0.7‐1.1 and 3.3–4.7 μm, accounting for 14.6% and 20.3% of the total concentrations, respectively.Organic matter(OM), EC, and many water-soluble ions were markedly higher at the rush hours in the morning than those at night, implicating comprehensive effects of vehicle types and traffic volume. The particle number concentrations exhibited two peaks at Aitken mode(25 nm and 100 nm) and accumulation mode(600 nm), while the particle volume concentration displayed high values at the accumulation mode(100–500 nm) and coarse mode(2.5–4.0 μm). The peak around 100 nm was detected in the morning rush hours, but it diminished with the decrease of the traffic volume. Individual-particle analysis revealed that main particles in the tunnel were Fe-rich particles, K-rich particles, mineral particles,Ca–S rich particles and Al–Si particles. The particles collected at the rush hours displayed marked different morphologies, element concentrations and particle sizes compared to the ones collected at the non-rush period. 6miR395-regulated sulfate metabolism exploits pathogen sensitivity to sulfate to boost immunity in rice显示文摘MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in plant physiological activities. However, their roles and molecular mechanisms in boosting plant immunity, especially through the modulation of macronutrient metabolism in response to pathogens, are largely unknown. Here, we report that an evolutionarily conserved miRNA, miR395, promotes resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) and X. oryzae pv. oryzicola (Xoc), two destructive bacterial pathogens, by regulating sulfate accumulation and distribution in rice. Specifically, miR395 targets and suppresses the expression of the ATP sulfurylase gene OsAPS1, which functions in sulfate assimilation, and two sulfate transporter genes, OsSULTR2;1 and OsSULTR2;2, which function in sulfate translocation, to promote sulfate accumulation, resulting in broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial pathogens in miR395-overexpressing plants. Genetic analysis revealed that miR395-triggered resistance is involved in both pathogen-associated molecular pattern-triggered immunity and R gene-mediated resistance. Moreover, we found that accumulated sulfate but not S-metabolites inhibits proliferation of pathogenic bacteria, revealing a sulfate-mediated antibacterial defense mechanism that differs from sulfur-induced resistance. Furthermore, compared with other bacteria, Xoo and Xoc, which lack the sulfate transporter CysZ, are sensitive to high levels of extracellular sulfate. Accordingly, miR395-regulated sulfate accumulation impaired the virulence of Xoo and Xoc by decreasing extracellular polysaccharide production and biofilm formation. 7The rice Raf-like MAPKKK OsILA1 confers broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial blight by suppressing the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase(MAPKKK)are the first components of MAPK cascades,which play pivotal roles in signaling during plant development and physiological processes.The genome of rice encodes 75 MAPKKKs,of which 43 are Raf-like MAPKKKs.The functions and action modes of most of the Raf-like MAPKKKs,whether they function as bona fide MAPKKKs and which are their downstream MAPKKs,are largely unknown.Here,we identified the osmapkkk43 mutant,which conferred broad-spectrum resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),the destructive bacterial pathogen of rice.Oryza sativa(Os)MAPKKK43 encoding a Raf-like MAPKKK was previously known as Increased Leaf Angle 1(OsILA1).Genetic analysis indicated that OsILA1 functioned as a negative regulator and acted upstream of the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade in rice-Xoo interactions.Unlike classical MAPKKKs,OsILA1 mainly phosphorylated the threonine 34 site at the N-terminal domain of OsMAPKK4,which possibly influenced the stability of OsMAPKK4.The N-terminal domain of OsILA1 is required for its homodimer formation and its full phosphorylation capacity.Taken together,our findings reveal that OsILA1 acts as a negative regulator of the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade and is involved in rice-Xoo interactions.Jie Chen Lihan Wang Zeyu Yang Hongbo Liu Chuanliang Chu Zhenzhen Zhang Qinglu Zhang Xianghua Li Jinghua Xiao Shiping Wang Meng Yuan 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,10:3
8Impaired SWEET-mediated sugar transportation impacts starch metabolism in developing rice seeds显示文摘Sugar transportation and sugar-to-starch metabolism are considered important processes in seed development and embryo viability.A few plant SWEET proteins acting as sugar transporters have been reported to function in inflorescence and/or seed development.Here,we identified seven members of the 21 Os SWEET genes in rice that play essential roles in sugar transportation and sugar-to-starch conversion in seed development.Nineteen Os SWEET genes exhibiting different expression patterns during inflorescence and seed development were knocked out individually by CRISPR/Cas9.One third of the mutants showed decreased fertile pollen viability and shriveled mature caryopses,resulting in weakened seed traits.Grain fill-related genes but not representative grain shape-regulating genes showed attenuated expression in the mutants.Seed of each of these mutants accumulated more sucrose,glucose or fructose but less starch.Among all Os SWEET genes,Os SWEET4 and Os SWEET11 had major effects on caryopsis development.The sugar-to-starch metabolic pathway was significantly altered in ossweet11 mutants based on differential expression analysis in RNA sequencing assays,confirming that Os SWEET11 functions as a sugar transporter with a key role in seed development.These results help to decipher the multiple functions of Os SWEET genes and to show how they might be used in genetic improvement of rice.Pei Li Lihan Wang Hongbo Liu Meng Yuan 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:3
9Targeting a novel inducible GPX4 alternative isoform to alleviate ferroptosis and treat metabolic-associated fatty liver disease显示文摘Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),which is previously known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),represents a major health concern worldwide with limited therapy.Here,we provide evidence that ferroptosis,a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by iron-driven lipid peroxidation,was comprehensively activated in liver tissues from MAFLD patients.The canonical-GPX4(cGPX4),which is the most important negative controller of ferroptosis,is downregulated at protein but not mRNA level.Interestingly,a non-canonical GPX4 transcript-variant is induced(inducible-GPX4,iGPX4)in MAFLD condition.The high fat-fructose/sucrose diet(HFFD)and methionine/choline-deficient diet(MCD)-induced MAFLD pathologies,including hepatocellular ballooning,steatohepatitis andfibrosis,were attenuated and aggravated,respectively,in cGPX4-and iGPX4-knockin mice.cGPX4 and iGPX4 isoforms also displayed opposing effects on oxidative stress and ferroptosis in hepatocytes.Knockdown of iGPX4 by siRNA alleviated lipid stress,ferroptosis and cell injury.Mechanistically,the triggered iGPX4 interacts with cGPX4 to facilitate the transformation of cGPX4 from enzymatic-active monomer to enzymatic-inactive oligomers upon lipid stress,and thus promotes ferroptosis.Co-immunoprecipitation and nano LC–MS/MS analyses confirmed the interaction between iGPX4 and cGPX4.Our results reveal a detrimental role of non-canonical GPX4 isoform in ferroptosis,and indicate selectively targeting iGPX4 may be a promising therapeutic strategy for MAFLD.Jie Tong Dongjie Li Hongbo Meng Diyang Sun Xiuting Lan Min Ni Jiawei Ma Feiyan Zeng Sijia Sun Jiangtao Fu Guoqiang Li Qingxin Ji Guoyan Zhang Qirui Shen Yuanyuan Wang Jiahui Zhu Yi Zhao Xujie Wang Yi Liu Shenxi Ouyang Chunquan Sheng Fuming Shen Pei Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:3
10Ionospheric total electron content disturbance associated with May 12, 2008,Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘Possible ionospheric disturbances relating to the May 12, 2008, Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake were identified by Global Positioning System(GPS)-derived total electron content(TEC), ionosonde observations, the global ionospheric map(GIM), and electron density profiles detected by the Constellation Observation System for Meteorology Ionosphere and Climate(COSMIC).We applied a statistical test to detect anomalous TEC signals and found that a unique enhancement in TEC, recorded at 16 GPS stations, appeared on May 9, 2008. The critical frequency at F2 peak(f0F2), observed by the Chinese ionosondes, and maximal plasma frequency,derived from COSMIC data, revealed a characteristic similar to GPS TEC variations. The GIM showed that the anomalous variations of May 9 were located southeast of the epicenter. Using GPS data from 13 stations near the epicenter, we analyzed the TEC variations of satellite orbit traces during 04:00e11:00 UT. We found that TEC decreased to the east and increased to the southeast of the epicenter during this period. 11The Diversity of Soil Fauna Communities in the Karst Cave Wetland of Maolan Nature Reserve显示文摘From March 2014 to February 2015, the soil fauna community in the karst cave wetland of Maolan Nature Reserve was investigated. A total of 3,820 soil fauna was obtained, belonging to 31 orders, 11 classes, and 3 phyla. The dominant groups were Araneae, Coleoptera and Hymenoptera, accounting for 48.90% of the total catch. There were 18 common groups and 10 rare groups. The diversity analysis showed that the Banzhai karst cave wetland had the largest soil fauna community diversity index and evenness index and that the Dongsai karst cave wetland had the largest number of groups and individuals. 14Clock-turning gait synthesis for humanoid robots显示文摘Turning gait is a basic motion for humanoid robots. This paper presents a method for humanoid turning, i.e. clock-turning. The objective of clock-turning is to change robot direction at a stationary spot. The clock-turning plan-ning consists of four steps: ankle trajectory generation, hip trajectory generation, knee trajectory generation, and inverse kinematics calculation. Our proposed method is based on a typical humanoid structure with 12 DOFs (degrees of freedom). The final output of clock-turning planning is 12 reference trajectories, which are used to control a humanoid robot with 12 DOFs. ZMP (zero moment point) is used as stability criterion for the planning. 15Spectral Efficiency of Superimposed Pilots in Cell-Free Massive MIMO Systems with Hardware Impairments显示文摘In this paper,the spectral efficiency(SE)of an uplink hardware-constrained cell-free massive multi-input multi-output(MIMO)system with maximal ratio combining(MRC)receiver filters in the context of superimposed pilots(SPs)is investigated.Tractable closed-form SE expressions for the considered system are derived,which share us with opportunities to explore the impacts of the hardware quality coefficient,the length of coherence interval,and the power balance factor between pilot and data signals.Numerical results indicate that the achievable SE deteriorates as the hardware quality decreases and is more susceptible to the hardware impairments at the user equipments(UEs).Besides,we observe that SPs outperform regular pilots(RPs)in terms of SE and this performance gain is heavily dependent on the values of power balance factor and coherence interval.However,the superiorities of SPs over RPs have vanished when severe hardware imperfections are considered.Yao Zhang Meng Zhou Haitao Zhao Longxiang Yang Hongbo Zhu 2021China Communications2021,18,6:1
16Anomalous crystal structure of γ' phase in the Mg-RE-Zn(Ag) series alloys:Causality clarified by ab initio study显示文摘The crystal structure of the single-unit-cell thickness γ ' phase,as a key strengthening phase in Mg-REZn(Ag) series alloys,has been extensively studied,and several structural models have been proposed in the past two decades.However,these reported models,and even the lattice constants at the same proposed structure,are scattered severely,which has led to considerable confusion and not available for further mechanical property simulation and prediction of Mg alloys containing this phase.In this study,by using first-principles calculations,the crystal structure of y' phase is clarified,resolving the discrepancies among different experiments,and its intrinsic mechanical properties have also been studied for the first time.It is verified that the γ ' phase contains quasi-five atomic layers,instead of the previously reported tri-layer,and surprisingly,its crystal structure has many variants,which would change with the alloy composition.Besides,with the help of the simulated selected area electron diffraction(SAED) patterns,it is found that the atoms in the central layer remain partially ordered distribution,and this ordered extent primarily depends on the atomic ratio of RE:Zn(Ag) and the solute content in an alloy.That is,the ordered extent increases with decreasing the atomic ratio of RE:Zn(Ag) and/or increasing solute content of alloy,and vice versa.Ag and Zn dissolved in the γ' phase would produce almost opposed mechanical anisotropy for the γ ' phase under the identical crystal structure,and the addition of Ag shows more efficient on increasing the shear modulus of γ' phase.Junyuan Bai Xueyong Pang Xiangying Meng Hongbo Xie Hucheng Pan Yuping Ren Min Jiang Gaowu Qin 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,36,1:1
17A Secure Mutual Authentication Scheme of Blockchain-Based in WBANs显示文摘Wireless Body Area Networks(WBANs)refer to small sensor network that consists of sensor devices mounted on the surface of the body or implanted in the body,as such networks are employed to harvest physiological data of the human body or to act as an assistant regulator of several specific physiological indicators of the human body.The sensor devices transmit the harvested human physiological data to the local node via a public channel.Before transmitting data,the sensor device and the local node should perform mutual authentication and key agreement.It is proposed in this paper a secure mutual authentication scheme of blockchain-based in WBANs.To analyze the security of this scheme,formal security analysis,and informal security analysis are used,then the computation and communication costs are compared with those of the relevant schemes.Relevant experimental results reveal that the proposed scheme exhibit more effective control over energy consumption and promising.Jianbo Xu Xiangwei Meng Wei Liang Hongbo Zhou Kuan-Ching Li 2020China Communications2020,17,9:1

19Effect of Shouldering Angle on Distribution of Thermal Stress in Sapphire Single Crystal Growth Using Improved Kyropoulos显示文摘A two-dimensional model was established in the rectangular co-ordinate to study the thermal stress in the sapphire single crystal grown by the improved Kyropoulos. In the simulation, the distribution, the maximum and minimum values of the thermal stress were calculated. In addition, the relationship between the thermal stress and the shouldering angles was obtained that for lower shouldering angles, the maximum of the thermal stress value is lower and the minimum value is higher. It indicates that the distribution of the thermal stress can be improved by decreasing the shouldering angles of the crystal during the growth process. 20Luminescent silver nanoclusters for efficient detection of adenosine triphosphate in a wide range of pH values显示文摘In this work,polymethacrylic acid(PMAA)-templated silver nanoclusters(Ag NCs)were developed as the fluorescent probe for the efficient and sensitive detection of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)in a wide range of pH values.The fluorescence intensity of the Ag NCs could keep stable with pH values ranging from2.5 to 9.3.The detection of ATP was based on the quenching of the fluorescent Ag NCs in the presence of ATP.The fluorescence quenching of the Ag NCs with increasing ATP concentration was studied at pH 2.5,4.5,7.0 and 8.5 which involved a wide pH environment in body fluids.The limit of detection(LOD)for ATP was as low as 0.1 mmol/L in an acidic environment with pH of 2.5 and all the linear correlation coefficients were satisfactory under wide-span pH values from 2.5 to 8.5.In addition,the sensitive determination of ATP was also achieved by adding copper ions(Cu^2+).The high selectivity and rapid detection process proved that the fluorescent probe had great potential to detect ATP in biological samples under different pH conditions.Meijia Liu Xiangling Ren Xin Liu Longfei Tan Hui Li Jing Wei Changhui Fu Qiong Wu Jun Ren Hongbo Li Xianwei Meng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,12:1
