| 11 | 用药代动力学软件预测氨基糖苷类抗生素血浓度的准确性显示文摘目的 评价药代动力学软件(PKS)预测氨基糖苷类抗生素血浓度的准确性。方法 严重感染病人53例,静脉点滴氨基糖苷类抗生素q 6 h共3天。血药浓度测定用偏振荧光免疫测定法。用PKS软件Bayesian模式,以首次给药后峰和低浓度为反馈值,对以后每剂量的峰和谷浓度作预测。预测准确性和精确性用平均预测误差(ME)、均方预测误差(MSE)、均方预测误差平方根(RMSE)及其95%可信限表示。将24,48,72h峰、谷浓度实测值与预测值做配对t检验。结果 303次血药浓度实测值供预测。ME,MSE,RMSE及其95%可信限均在临床可接受范围内。24和48h峰浓度预测值和观察值间无显著差异(P>0.05),72 h组问差异有显著性(P<0.05)。上述3个时间点的谷浓度预测值和观察值间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 用PKS可准确预测氨基糖苷类静脉给药后4 8 h内每一剂量的峰浓度,但谷浓度预测受限。 | 王丽 BINDER Lutz OELLERICH Michael | 2004 | 中国临床药理学杂志2004，20，3： | 1 |

| 16 | Extravascular use of drug-eluting beads: A promising approach in compartment-based tumor therapy显示文摘Intraperitoneal carcinomatosis(PC)may occur with several tumor entities.The prognosis of patients suffering from PC is usually poor.Present treatment depends on the cancer entity and includes systemic chemotherapy,radiation therapy,hormonal therapy and surgical resection.Only few patients may also benefit from hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy with a complete tumor remission.These therapies are often accompanied by severe systemic side-effects.One approach to reduce side effects is to target chemotherapeutic agents to the tumor with carrier devices.Promising experimental results have been achieved using drug-eluting beads(DEBs).A series of in vitro and in vitro experiments has been conducted to determine the suitability of their extravascular use.These encapsulation devices were able to harbor CYP2B1producing cells and to shield them from the hosts immune system when injected intratumorally.In this way ifosfamide-which is transformed into its active metabolites by CYP2B1-could be successfully targeted into pancreatic tumor growths.Furthermore DEBs can be used to target chemotherapeutics into the abdominal cavity for treatment of PC.If CYP2B1 producing cells are proven to be save for usage in man and if local toxic effects of chemotherapeutics can be controlled,DEBs will become promising tools in compartmentbased anticancer treatment. | Simon Binder Andrew L Lewis J-Matthias Lhr Michael Keese | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，43： | 0 |
| 17 | Obesity and its influence on liver dysfunction,morbidity and mortality after liver resection显示文摘Background:Obesity and associated steatosis is an increasing health problem worldwide.Its influence on post-hepatectomy liver failure(PHLF)and after liver resection(LR)is still unclear.Methods:Patients who underwent LR were investigated and divided into three groups[normal weight:body mass index(BMI)18.5-24.9 kg/m2,overweight:BMI 25.0-29.9 kg/m2,obese:BMI≥30 kg/m2]in this retrospective study.Primary aim of this study was to assess the influence of BMI and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)on PHLF and morbidity.Results:Of 888 included patients,361(40.7%)had normal weight,360(40.5%)were overweight,167(18.8%)were obese.Median age was 62.5 years(IQR,54-69 years).The primary indication for LR was colorectal liver metastases(CLM)(n=366,41.2%).NASH was present in 58(16.1%)of normal weight,84(23.3%)of overweight and 69(41.3%)of obese patients(P<0.001).PHLF occurred in 16.3%in normal weight,15.3%in overweight and 11.4%in obese patients(P=0.32).NASH was not associated with PHLF.There was no association between patients’weight and the occurrence of postoperative complications(P=0.45).At multivariable analysis,solely major LR[odds ratio(OR):2.7,95%confidence interval(CI):1.83-4.04;P<0.001]remained a significant predictor for PHLF.Conclusions:Postoperative complications and PHLF are comparable in normal weight,overweight and obese patients and LRs using modern techniques can be safely performed in these patients. | Stephanie Kampf Michael Sponder Fabian Fitschek Daniel Laxar Martin Bodingbauer Carina Binder Stefan Stremitzer Klaus Kaczirek Christoph Schwarz | 2023 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2023，12，5： | 0 |
