| 1 | Technology and Experiments of 42CrMo Bearing Ring Forming Based on Casting Ring Blank显示文摘Bearing ring is the crucial component of bearing. With regard to such problems as material waste, low efficiency and high energy consumption in current process of producing large bearing ring, a new process named 'casting-rolling compound forming technology' is researched by taking the typical 42CrMo slew bearing as object. Through theoretical analysis, the design criteria of the main casting-rolling forming parameters are put forward at first. Then the constitutive relationship model of as-cast 42CrMo steel and its mathematical model of dynamic recrystallization are obtained according to the results of the hot compression experiment. By a coupled thermal-mechanical finite element model for radial-axial rolling of bearing ring, the fraction of dynamic recrystallization is calculated and recrystallized grains size are predicated. Meanwhile, the effects of the initial rolling temperature and feed rate of idle roll on material microstructure evolution are analyzed. Finally, the industrial rolling experiment is designed and performed, based on the simulation results. In addition, mechanical and metallographic tests are conducted on rolled bearing ring to get the mechanical parameters and metallographic structure. The experimental data and results show that the mechanical properties of bearing ring produced by casting-rolling compound forming technology are up to industrial standard, and a qualified bearing ring can be successfully formed by employing this new technology. Through the study, a process of forming large bearing ring directly by using casting ring blank is obtained, which could provide an effective theoretical guidance for manufacturing large ring parts. | 2 | Seasonal Variations in Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Sanggou,Ailian,and Lidao Bays显示文摘The seasonal variations in phytoplankton community structure were investigated for the Sanggou Bay(SGB) and the adjacent Ailian Bay(ALB) and Lidao Bay(LDB) in Shandong Peninsula, eastern China. The species composition and cell abundance of phytoplankton in the bay waters in spring(April 2011), summer(August 2011), autumn(October 2011), and winter(January 2012) were examined using the Utermhl method. A total of 80 taxa of phytoplankton that belong to 39 genera of 3 phyla were identified. These included 64 species of 30 genera in the Phylum Bacillariophyta, 13 species of 8 genera in the Phylum Dinophyta, and 3 species of 1 genus in the Phylum Chrysophyta. During the four seasons, the number of phytoplankton species(43) was the highest in spring, followed by summer and autumn(40), and the lowest number of phytoplankton species(35) was found in winter. Diatoms, especially Paralia sulcata(Ehrenberg) Cleve and Coscinodiscus oculus-iridis Ehrenberg, were predominant in the phytoplankton community throughout the study period, whereas the dominance of dinoflagellate appeared in summer only. The maximum cell abundance of phytoplankton was detected in summer(average 8.08 × 103 cells L-1) whereas their minimum abundance was found in autumn(average 2.60 × 103 cells L-1). The phytoplankton abundance was generally higher in the outer bay than in the inner bay in spring and autumn. In summer, the phytoplankton cells were mainly concentrated in the south of inner SGB, with peak abundance observed along the western coast. In winter, the distribution of phytoplankton cells showed 3 patches, with peak abundance along the western coast as well. On seasonal average, the Shannon-Wiener diversity indices of phytoplankton community ranged from 1.17 to 1.78(autumn > summer > spring > winter), and the Pielou's evenness indices of phytoplankton ranged from 0.45 to 0.65(autumn > spring > summer > winter). According to the results of canonical correspondence analysis, phosphate level was the major factor that limited the occurrence of P. sulcata and C. oculus-iridis, whereas optimal temperature and low salinity were responsible for Prorocentrum blooms in summer. | 4 | Highly efficient Cu/anatase TiO2 {001}-nanosheets catalysts for methanol synthesis from CO2显示文摘Anatase TiO_2 nanosheets(-ns-) with dominant exposed {001} facets were used as support to load copper,and the synthesized Cu/TiO_2-ns catalysts were evaluated for CO_2 hydrogenation to methanol. Under the reaction conditions, P = 3.0 MPa, T = 260 ℃, V(N_2):V(H_2):V(CO_2) = 8:69:23 and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) = 3600 mL g^(-1)h^(-1), the methanol yield reached an appealing high value, 5.6%. Copper-loading amount, calcination temperature and reduction atmosphere have been investigated in this work, which significantly influence the particle sizes of copper and/or the defect concentration in TiO_2, then leading to different catalytic performance. Characterizations of XRD, EPR, CO_2-TPD and FTIR demonstrate that higher specific surface area of Cu is good for the hydrogenation of CO_2 and adequate amount of Ti^(3+) plays important roles in CO_2 activation. | 10 | Macroporous Ni foam-supported Co_3O_4 nanobrush and nanomace hybrid arrays for high-efficiency CO oxidation显示文摘Herein, we reported the synthesis of well-defined Co_3O_4 nanoarrays(NAs) supported on a monolithic three-dimensional macroporous nickel(Ni) foam substrate for use in highefficiency CO oxidation. The monolithic Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts were obtained through a generic hydrothermal synthesis route with subsequent calcination. By controlling the reaction time,solvent polarity and deposition agent, these Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts exhibited various novel morphologies(single or hybrid arrays), whose physicochemical properties were further characterized by using several analytical techniques. Based on the catalytic and characterization analyses, it was found that the Co_3O_4 NAs-6 catalyst with nanobrush and nanomace arrays displayed enhanced catalytic activity for CO oxidation, achieving an efficient 100% CO oxidation conversion at a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) 10,000 hr^(-1) and 150°C with longterm stability. | 14 | Carboxymethyl chitosan as a polyampholyte mediating intrafibrillar mineralization of collagen via collagen/ACP self-assembly显示文摘The significant role of the polyelectrolytic nature of non-collagenous proteins (NCPs) in regulating the in vivo mineralization of collagen provides important insights for scientists searching for analogues of NCPs to achieve in vitro collagen mineralization. Polyampholyte carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) has both carboxyl and amino groups, which allows it to act as a cationic or anionic polyelectrolyte below or above its isoelectric point (IP), respectively. In this study, CMC was employed as the analogue of NCPs to stabilize amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) under acidic conditions (pH < 3.5) via the formation of CMC/ACP nanocomplexes. In the presence of both ACP nanoparticles and acid collagen molecules, ACP nanoparticles could be integrated into collagen fibrils during the process of collagen self-assembly and achieve intrafibrillar mineralization of collagen in vitro (i.e., synchronous self-assembly/mineralization (SSM) of collagen). This mode of mineralization is different from established mechanisms in which mineralization follows the self-assembly (MFS) of collagen. | 17 | Effect of La_(2)O_(3) addition on the synthesis of tungsten nanopowder via combustion-based method显示文摘In this study, the influences of La_(2)O_(3) added on the phase, morphology and reduction process of tungsten oxide prepared by solution combustion synthesis(SCS) were investigated for the first time. And tungsten nanopowders with different La_(2)O_(3) doping amount(0.5~5.0 wt%) were successfully prepared by SCS and followed hydrogen reduction. The results showed that with the increase of La_(2)O_(3) addition,the product synthesized by SCS changed from needle-like W_(18) O_(49) to irregularly granulated H0.53 WO3 and the complete reduction temperature also increased form 700°C to 850°C. The densification behavior of as-prepared W nanopowders revealed that the densification inhibitory effect of La_(2)O_(3) was enhanced as the La_2O_3 addition increased. | 20 | A Distributed Reactive Power Sharing Approach in Microgrids with Improved Droop Control显示文摘Conventional droop control causes frequency and voltage deviations(from rated value)in a inverter-intensive microgrid(MG),and the reactive power sharing cannot be obtained when the communication structure of the MG or load suddenly changes.Compared with a centralized control and droop control scheme,a distributed hierarchical control structure of the MG can overcome the limitation of communication and realize reactive power sharing.In this paper,an improved droop control is adopted,which is based on the hierarchical control structure.The hierarchical control structure consists of zerolevel control,primary control and a proposed secondary control.First,the secondary controller is modeled,and the MG system composed of distributed generators(DGs)is considered as a multi-agent system.The secondary controller can make up for the shortcomings of the droop controller and adjust the frequency and voltage to their rated values.Secondly,the reference voltage and frequency of the zero-level control are calculated,and combined with the primary control.The zero-level control and primary control can make the voltage and frequency of the MG run stably and provide reference voltage for the inverter.Finally,the stability of the system is proved by the theory of multi-agent consistency.A simulation system is established in the Matlab/Simulink environment,and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller. | Xinsheng Wang Jiancheng Zhang Mingli Zheng Lingyu Ma | 2021 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,6: | 2 |
