3CsPb(I_(x)Br_(1-x))_(3) solar cells显示文摘Owing to its nice performance, low cost, and simple solution-processing, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell(PSC) becomes a promising candidate for next-generation high-efficiency solar cells.The power conversion efficiency(PCE) has boosted from 3.8% to 25.2% over the past ten years. Despite the rapid progress in PCE, the device stability is a key issue that impedes the commercialization of PSCs. Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their better stability compared with their organic-inorganic counterpart. In this progress report, we summarize the properties of CsPb(IxBr1-x)3 and their applications in solar cells. The current challenges and corresponding solutions are discussed. 4Identification of Critical Components of Complex Product Based on Hybrid Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System显示文摘To avoid the decrease of system reliability due to insufficient component maintenance and the resource waste caused by excessive component maintenance,identifying the critical components of complex products is an effective way to improve the efficiency of maintenance activities.Existing studies on identifying critical components of complex products are mainly from two aspects i.e.,topological properties and functional properties,respectively.In this paper,we combine these two aspects to establish a hybrid intuitionistic fuzzy set to incorporate the different types of attribute values.Considering the mutual correlation between attributes,a combination of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System(MTS)is used to determine the λ-Shapley fuzzy measures for attributes.Then,the λ-Shapley Choquet integral intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method is proposed for calculating the closeness degrees of components to generate their ranking order.Finally,a case study which is about the right gear of airbus 320 is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.This novel methodology can effectively solve the critical components identification problem with different types of evaluation information and completely unknown weight information of attributes,which provides the implementation of protection measures for the system reliability of complex products.Naiding Yang Mingzhen Zhang Fangmei Wangdu Ruimeng Li 2021Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,5:1
5Antioxidative solution processing yields exceptional Sn(Ⅱ) stability for sub-1.4 eV bandgap inorganic perovskite solar cells显示文摘Owing to the combined features of sub-1.4 eV bandgap and all-inorganic composition,cesium tin–lead(Sn-Pb)triiodide perovskite is promising for approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit of solar cells while avoiding the use of volatile organic cations.But the low Sn(Ⅱ)stability in this perovskite remains a hurdle for delivering its theoretically attainable device performance.Herein we present a synthesis method of this perovskite based on an acetylhydrazine-incorporated antioxidative solution system.Mechanistic investigation shows that acetylhydrazine effectively reduces the oxidation of solution-phase Sn(Ⅱ)and meanwhile creates an electron-rich,protective nano-environment for solid-state Sn(Ⅱ)ions.These lead to high oxidation resistance of the final film as well as effective defect inhibition.The resultant solar cells demonstrate power conversion efficiencies up to 15.04%,the highest reported so far for inorganic perovskite devices with sub-1.4 eV bandgaps.Furthermore,the T_(90) lifetime of these devices can exceed 1000 hours upon light soaking in a nitrogen atmosphere,demonstrating the potential advantage when lower-bandgap perovskite solar cells go all-inorganic.Mingyu Hu Gaopeng Wang Qinghong Zhang Jue Gong Zhou Xing Jinqiang Gao Jian Wang Peng Zeng Shizhao Zheng Mingzhen Liu Yuanyuan Zhou Shihe Yang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:1

9Analysis of influence of the length of ground heat exchangers on the operation characteristics and economy of ground source heat pumps显示文摘A three-dimensional finite element dynamic simulation platform of the ground source heat pump system(GSHPS)is established.According to the outlet temperature of ground heat exchangers(GHEs)required by the code in summer and winter,the calculated minimum buried depth of GHEs meeting the requirements is 60 m,when the number of borehole is 9.By using the established platform,the annual operation performance and cost of the GSHPS under different buried pipe depths are studied.The results show that the deeper the buried depth of GHEs is,the better the heat exchange effect of GHEs is.Compared with the GHEs with 60 m buried depth,when the buried depth of GHEs is 65 m,70 m,75 m and 80 m,the average coefficient of performance(COP)of the unit increases by 4.1%,6.3%,7.7%and 8.2%in cooling period and 1.0%,1.6%,1.8%and 1.9%in heating period,respectively.Considering the performance and initial investment of the GHSPS comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 60 m.However,considering the performance the system and the total cost of the system running for 20 years comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 70 m.Hongzhi Zhang Zongwei Han Lingyan Yang Jiawei Yuan Xinlu Cheng Mingzhen Ji Gui Li 2021Energy and Built Environment2021,2,2:1
10Extraordinary Compatibility to Mass Loading and Rate Capability of Hierarchically Porous Carbon Nanorods Electrode Derived from the Waste Tire Pyrolysis Oil显示文摘The conversion of waste tire pyrolysis oil(WTPO)into S-doped porous carbon nanorods(labeled as WPCNs)with hierarchical pore structure is realized by a simple template-directed approach.The specific surface area of as-obtained porous carbon nanorods can reach up to 1448 m^(2) g^(−1) without the addition of any activating agent.As the capacitive electrode,WPCNs possess the extraordinary compatibility to capacitance,different electrolyte systems as well as long-term cycle life even at a commercial-level areal mass loading(10 mg cm^(−2)).Besides,only an extremely small capacitance fluctuation is observed under the extreme circumstance(−40 to 80℃),reflecting the excellent high-and low-temperature performance.The relationship between the pore structure and capacitive behavior is analyzed by comparing WPCNs with mesopores-dominated asphalt-derived porous carbon nanorods(APCNs)and micropores-dominated activated carbon.The molecular dynamics simulation further reveals the ion diffusion and transfer ability of the as-prepared carbon materials under different pore size distribution.The total ion flow(NT)of WPCNs calculated by the simulation is obviously larger than APCNs and the N_(T) ratio between them is similar with the experimental average capacitance ratio.Furthermore,this work also provides a valuable strategy to prepare the electrode material with high capacitive energy storage ability through the high value-added utilization of WTPO.Shengping Li Zipan Yang Mingzhen Wu Chenggen Xu Xilu Zhang Rundan Lin Xuejie Wang Lu Zhao Dong Sun Xinlong Ma Jinsen Gao 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,4:0

12Building a domain-specific compiler for emerging processors with a reusable approach显示文摘High-performance computing and deep learning domains have been motivating the design of domain-specific processors.Although these processors can provide promising computation capability,they are notorious for exotic programming paradigms.To improve programming productivity and fully exploit the performance potential of these processors,domain-specific compilers(DSCs)have been proposed.However,building DSCs for emerging processors requires tremendous engineering efforts because the commonly used compilation stack is difficult to be reused.Owing to the advent of multilevel intermediate representation(MLIR),DSC developers can leverage reusable infrastructure to extend their customized functionalities without rebuilding the entire compilation stack.In this paper,we further demonstrate the effectiveness of MLIR by extending its reusable infrastructure to embrace a heterogeneous many-core processor(Sunway processor).In particular,we design a new Sunway dialect and corresponding backend for the Sunway processor,fully exploiting its architectural advantage and hiding its programming complexity.To show the ease of building a DSC,we leverage the Sunway dialect and existing MLIR dialects to build a stencil compiler for the Sunway processor.The experimental results show that our stencil compiler,built with a reusable approach,can even perform better than state-of-the-art stencil compilers.Mingzhen LI Yi LIU Bangduo CHEN Hailong YANG Zhongzhi LUAN Depei QIAN 2024Science China(Information Sciences)2024,67,1:0

14Potential risk of colonization of Bulinus globosus in the mainland of China under climate change显示文摘Background: Bulinus globosus,the main intermediate snail host of Schistosoma haematobium.The increased contacts between Africa and China could even lead to large-scale dissemination of B.globosus in China.Temperature is the key factor affecting fresh-water snail transmission.This study predicted potential risk of colonization of B.globosus in the mainland of China under climate change.Methods: We investigated minimum and maximum temperatures for B.globosus eggs,juveniles and adult snails kept under laboratory conditions to find the most suitable range by pinpointing the median effective temperatures(ET50).We also assessed the influence of temperature on spawning and estimated the accumulated temperature(AT).The average air temperatures between 1955 and 2019 in January and July,the coldest and hottest months in China,respectively,were collected from national meteorological monitoring stations and investigated in a geographic information system(GIS)using empirical Bayesian Kriging to evaluate the theoretical possibility for distribution of B.globosus in southern China based on temperature.Results: The effective minimum temperature(ET50min)for eggs,juveniles,adult snails and spawning were 8.5,7.0,7.0,14.9℃,respectively,with the corresponding maximum values(ET50max)of 36.6,40.5,40.2 and 38.1℃.The AT was calculated at 712.1±64.9℃·d.In 1955,the potential B.globosus distribution would have had a northern boundary stretching from the coastal areas of Guangdong Province and Guangxi Autonomous Region to southern Yunnan Province.Since then,this line has gradually moved northward.Conclusions: Annual regeneration of B.globosus can be supported by the current climate conditions in the mainland of China,and a gradual expansion trend from south to north is shown in the study from 2015 to 2019.Thus,there is a potential risk of colonization of B.globosus in the mainland of China under climate change.Xinyao Wang Saleh Juma Wei Li Mchanga Suleman Mtumweni Ali Muhsin Jian He Mingzhen He Dacheng Xu Jianfeng Zhang Robert Bergquist Kun Yang 2022Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,3:0

16Nanoparticle-based therapeutics of inflammatory bowel diseases:a narrative review of the current state and prospects显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),such as Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis,are chronic relapsing disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.Characterized pathologically by intestinal inflammation and epithelial injury,great challenges exist for the treatment of IBD due to its complicated etiology and incurable nature.Traditional strategies rely on frequent and long-term administration of high dosages of anti-inflammatory drugs,which inevitably cause side effects.Therefore,novel therapeutic methods and drug delivery systems capable of improving therapeutic effect while simultaneously decreasing side effects need to be developed.The emergence of nanotechnology provides alternative approaches for diagnosis and treatment of IBD,as nanoparticles(NPs)have unique physicochemical properties such as targeting to the site of inflammation and the ability to alter the pharmacokinetics of traditional drugs.This review first introduces the pathophysiological features and microenvironment of IBD,and then summarizes different strategies and mechanisms of NP-based colon-targeted drug delivery systems,including size-dependent,multi-stimuli responsive,active targeting,intestinal microbiota-related,and novel natural-derived NP-mediated drug delivery systems.We also discuss applications of nanozymes and NP-based imaging in diagnostics and treatment of IBD.Finally,challenges and prospects in the field are proposed to promote the development of targeted drug delivery for IBD treatment.Mei Yang Yujie Zhang Yana Ma Xiangji Yan Liuyun Gong Mingzhen Zhang Baojun Zhang 2020Journal of Bio-X Research2020,3,4:0
