| 2 | Rapid and effective treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury using stem cell derived exosomes显示文摘Traumatic spinal cord injury is a fatal acute event without effective clinical therapies.Following the trauma,immediate neural protection and microenvironment mitigation are vitally important for nerve tissue repair,where stem cell-based therapies could be eclipsed by the deficiency of cells due to the hostile microenvironment as well as the transport and preservation processes.Effective emergency strategies are required to be convenient,biocompatible,and stable.Herein,we assess an emergency cell-free treatment using mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes,which have proven capable of comprehensive mitigation of the inhibitory lesion microenvironment.The clinically validated fibrin glue is utilized to encapsulate the exosomes and in-situ gelates in transected rat spinal cords to provide a substrate for exosome delivery as well as nerve tissue growth.The emergency treatment alleviates the inflammatory and oxidative microenvironment,inducing effective nerve tissue repair and functional recovery.The therapy presents a promising strategy for effective emergency treatment of central nervous system trauma。 | Jiafu Mu Jiahe Wu Jian Cao Teng Ma Liming Li Shiqing Feng Jianqing Gao | 2021 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,6: | 1 |

| 7 | Formation and influence analysis of electrolytic corrosion products on insulator surface显示文摘Nowadays,end fitting corrosion reduces the mechanical strength and flashover voltage of insulators,forming a huge threat to high‐voltage direct current transmission lines.At present,the parameters of electrolytic corrosion inhibition measures are selected based on the premise of the constant annual corrosion rate.However,with the development of corrosion,corrosion products accumulate on the insulator surface,which may impact the corrosion rate.In order to clarify the influence of corrosion products,this work studied how corrosion products influence the corrosion rate from the corrosion phenomenon,corrosion current,feature and formation of corrosion products.The results showed that corrosion products of iron and zinc were excellent in adhesion on the insulator surface and could not be cleaned by rain,which was able to increase the corrosion rate.In future,in the selection of the quality of the zinc ring bonded on insulator fittings,there will be a demand to consider the influence of corrosion products on the corrosion rate. | Bin Cao Zong Li Daiming Yang Lei Mu Peng Liu Liming Wang Lianwu Yang Yankun Wu | 2021 | High Voltage2021,6,6: | 0 |
| 8 | Collagen fiber anisotropy characterization by polarized photoacoustic imaging for just-in-time quantitative evaluation of burn severity显示文摘Just-in-time burn severity assessment plays a vital role in burn treatment and care.However,it is still difficult to quantitatively and promptly evaluate burn severity by existing medical imaging methods via initial burn depth measurement since burn wounds are usually dynamically developed.As an elastic skeleton of skin,the degree of conformational changes of collagen fibers caused by overheating can reflect the burn severity in a timelier manner.Herein,the polarized photoacoustic technique(PPAT)for just-in-time quantitative evaluation of burn severity via collagen fiber anisotropy assessment is proposed.First,phantom experiments demonstrate the ability of PPAT for deep imaging in a transport mean free path and accurately quantify changes in microstructural order by thermal damage.Then,the Pearson correlation coefficient of the PPAT in assessing burn severity is shown to be up to 0.95,validated by burn skin samples.The PPAT provides a just-in-time quantitative strategy for burn severity evaluation. | ZHENHUI ZHANG WEI CHEN DANDAN CUI JIE MI GEN MU LIMING NIE SIHUA YANG YUJIAO SHI | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,5: | 0 |
